Abstract
本发明涉及一种不含双氧的染发膏及其制备方法。所述染发膏包括水及以下组分:乙醇胺,对苯二胺,油醇聚醚,丙烯酸(酯)类/C10~30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物,2‑氨基‑4‑羟乙氨基茴香醚硫酸盐,2,4‑二氨基苯氧乙醇盐酸盐,甘草酸二钾,增稠剂,EDTA四钠,甲苯‑2,5‑二胺硫酸盐,2‑甲基间苯二酚,N,N‑双(2‑羟乙基)对苯二胺硫酸盐,四氨基嘧啶硫酸盐,调理剂。基于各组分搭配,使得本发明的染发膏具有染色速率快、染色效果好、致敏性低等特点,可常温生产,不用两支调配,便于生成和使用。本发明还提供所述染发膏的制备方法。

技术领域
本申请涉及染发剂技术领域,具体涉及一种不含双氧的染发膏及其制备方法。
背景技术
染发剂种类众多,按其对头发着色时间的长短分为暂时性染发剂、半永久性染发剂、永久性染发剂三种。暂时性染发剂的主要成分包括云母片和胶粘剂,其是通过物理吸附作用在头发表面形成覆盖层,与头发的相互作用不强,很容易被香波洗去。半永久性染发剂主要采用硝基氨基苯酚、氨基蒽醌及其衍生物、偶氮染料等小分子染料,这些染料能够渗入发髓而产生需要的颜色,染色保持时间较长(达3~4周)。永久性染发剂是市面上最常见的染发剂,通常分为AB剂型,A剂的有效成分包括染料中间体(对苯二胺、对氨基苯酚、邻苯二胺、邻氨基苯酚等)、耦合剂(主要是羟基或氨基间位取代的苯的衍生物,不容易被双氧水氧化,是通过与染料中间体的氧化产物偶合或缩合后显色)和碱性物质(氨水、乙醇胺等),B剂的有效成分为双氧水。其作用原理是:头发在碱性物质作用下膨胀软化,张开表皮层,中间体与耦合剂以小分子的形态渗入到头发内部,经双氧水氧化生成锁闭在头发内部的不溶性有色大分子,使头发显色。
永久性染发剂着色持久,染色牢固,色调变化宽,因而被大量使用。但是,这类染发剂存在以下缺点:1)具有较强的致敏性,会刺激头皮和毛囊,严重的情况还会引发脱发掉发等现象;2)使用时需要调和AB剂,造成使用不便。虽然有报道不含双氧水的单剂型染发剂,但是对致敏性的改善效果有限,同时因染料中间体化学性质活泼,很容易被氧化,在生产时需要加入抗氧化剂(如亚硫酸钠、抗坏血酸、半胱胺、保险粉等),需要通氮气保护,工艺复杂,生产成本高,不满足实际生产需要。
因此,有必要开发一种刺激性小、便于生产和使用的永久性染发剂。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的上述技术问题之一。为此,本发明提出一种不含双氧的染发膏,为单剂型,无需添加双氧水氧化直接上色,无需加入抗氧化剂,生产时无需通氮气保护,具有染色速率快、染色效果好、致敏性低的特点,使用时不用两支调配,具有生产和使用上的便利性。
本发明还提出上述不含双氧的染发膏的制备方法。
具体而言,本发明第一方面的实施方式涉及一种不含双氧的染发膏,包括水及以下按质量百分比计的组分:
乙醇胺4.5%~6%,对苯二胺1.5%~2%,油醇聚醚1%~1.5%,丙烯酸(酯)类/C10~30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物1%~1.2%,2-氨基-4-羟乙氨基茴香醚硫酸盐0.1%~0.8%,2,4-二氨基苯氧乙醇盐酸盐0.5%-0.7%,甘草酸二钾0.2%~0.4%,增稠剂0.1%~0.3%,EDTA四钠0.1%~0.3%,甲苯-2,5-二胺硫酸盐0.04%~0.06%,2-甲基间苯二酚0.3%~0.5%,N,N-双(2-羟乙基)对苯二胺硫酸盐0.04%~0.06%,四氨基嘧啶硫酸盐0.05%~0.1%,调理剂2.5%~9%。
根据本发明第一方面实施方式的不含双氧的染发膏,至少具有如下有益效果:
选用对苯二胺、甲苯-2,5-二胺硫酸盐、N,N-双(2-羟乙基)对苯二胺硫酸盐作为染料中间体,2-氨基-4-羟乙氨基茴香醚硫酸盐、2,4-二氨基苯氧乙醇盐酸盐,四氨基嘧啶硫酸盐0.05%,2-甲基间苯二酚作为耦合剂配合使用,能够在空气中被氧化产生显色化合物。通过上述组分搭配,调节体系反应活性,不仅能够在不添加双氧水的情况下通过自氧化反应直接上色,在空气中显色快,能够在20min左右接近目标色,而且在常规抽真空条件(例如,使用普通真空乳化机,相对真空度一般低至-0.08MPa~-0.1MPa)下氧化速率不会太快,不需要加入抗氧剂,也不需要通氮气保护,生产工艺得到简化,降低了生产成本。
采用乙醇胺作为碱性剂,与使用氨水相比,减少了刺激性气味,降低了对头发毛鳞片的损伤。油醇聚醚为表面活性剂,具有乳化、保湿和提高渗透性的作用,能够促进染料中间体和耦合剂快速渗透进入打开的毛鳞片内,并利用丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物起到粘附作用,提高染色效率和色牢度。
EDTA四钠可维持适宜碱性环境,有利于氧化反应的进行,改善染色效率和染色效果。此外,EDTA四钠还可以与染发剂中存在的金属离子结合,避免游离金属离子对染色效果产生影响,造成颜色偏差。
甘草酸二钾、调理剂、油醇聚醚搭配,对头发和头皮具有保护作用,减少过敏现象,提高发质光泽度和柔润度,同时也有利于加快氧化速率,提高染发效率。
增稠剂和油醇聚醚搭配,能够快速乳化形成膏体,便于上色。
对于永久性染发剂,为降低致敏性,容易通过减少碱性剂或染料(含染料中间体和耦合剂)用量实现,但很难保证染色效果,这一问题也很难通过简单地更换染料的方式得到解决。本实施方式基于各组分搭配,在保证染色效果的同时,染色速率快,无需添加双氧水和抗氧剂,致敏性低,有效解决了该问题,能提高消费者对永久性染发剂的接受度,具有可观的应用价值。
本实施例方式的染发膏可常温生产,生产过程无需通氮气保护,且为单剂型,使用时不用两支调配,具有生产和使用上的便利性。
根据本发明第一方面的一些实施方式,所述调理剂选自植物提取物。
植物提取物中含有多种营养物质,能起到很好的滋润保湿功效,减少对头发的损伤,进一步降低致敏性。除此以外,还有利于提高上色饱满度。
为实现上述效果,需要控制植物提取物的用量在合适范围,如其含量过多,会增加与目标色的颜色偏差,其含量过少,可能影响调理效果。
根据本发明第一方面的一些实施方式,所述调理剂选自何首乌(POLYGONUMMULTIFLORUM)提取物、澳洲坚果(MACADAMIA TERNIFOLIA)提取物、美国山核桃(CARYAILLINOINENSIS)籽油、黑孢块菌(TUBER MELANOSPORUM)提取物、茶(CAMELLIA SINENSIS)叶提取物中的至少一种。其中,何首乌提取物具有促进生发和乌发功效;澳洲坚果提取物作为柔顺剂和保湿剂;黑孢块菌提取物能舒缓头皮,毛发;茶叶提取物具有抗氧化、消炎作用。
根据本发明第一方面的一些实施方式,所述调理剂选自何首乌提取物、澳洲坚果提取物、美国山核桃籽油、黑孢块菌提取物和茶叶提取物。
根据本发明第一方面的一些实施方式,以染发膏的总质量计,所述调理剂包括:何首乌提取物0.2%~2%,澳洲坚果提取物0.2%~1%,美国山核桃籽油0.1%~0.5%,黑孢块菌提取物0.1%~1%,茶叶提取物2%~4%。
根据本发明第一方面的一些实施方式,所述增稠剂选自羟乙基纤维素、羟甲基纤维素、黄原胶、瓜尔胶、纤维素中的至少一种。

本发明第二方面的实施方式涉及所述的不含双氧的染发膏的制备方法,包括步骤:
将丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物溶于部分水中;
再加入EDTA四钠、对苯二胺和乙醇胺均质溶解,加入油醇聚醚、2-氨基-4-羟乙氨基茴香醚硫酸盐、2,4-二氨基苯氧乙醇盐酸盐、四氨基嘧啶硫酸盐、甲苯-2,5-二胺硫酸盐、2-甲基间苯二酚、N,N-双(2-羟乙基)对苯二胺硫酸盐、甘草酸二钾和调理剂,若有,还包括加入香精,在抽真空条件下均质溶解,得混合溶液;
将增稠剂溶于剩余水中,将所得水溶液与所述混合溶液在抽真空条件下混合,得所述不含双氧的染发膏。
该方法生产效率高,生产过程无需通氮气保护,降低了生产成本。
根据本发明第二方面的一些实施方式,其中,每一抽真空条件独立为控制相对真空度≤-0.08MPa,也即,各步骤中的真空度可以相同或不同。
根据本发明第二方面的一些实施方式,所述混合溶液的制备步骤,具体包括:先加入EDTA四钠、对苯二胺和乙醇胺均质溶解,再加入油醇聚醚、2-氨基-4-羟乙氨基茴香醚硫酸盐、2,4-二氨基苯氧乙醇盐酸盐、四氨基嘧啶硫酸盐、甲苯-2,5-二胺硫酸盐、2-甲基间苯二酚、N,N-双(2-羟乙基)对苯二胺硫酸盐和甘草酸二钾,若有,还包括加入香精,在抽真空条件下均质溶解;再加入调理剂,在抽真空条件下均质溶解。
其中,每一抽真空条件独立为控制真空度≤-0.08MPa,也即,各步骤中的真空度可以相同或不同。
根据本发明第二方面的一些实施方式,还包括步骤:对所述不含双氧的染发膏进行灌装,具体可以采用铝塑管进行灌装。
根据本发明第二方面的一些实施方式,所述不含双氧的染发膏的制备方法中,均质溶解均在真空乳化机中进行。
本文中,术语“染发膏”包括常规乳化膏体或啫喱状凝胶体。
“不含双氧”表示“不含双氧水”,为本领域惯用术语。

丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物,商品名:TC-CARBOMER FD20,购自广州天赐高新材料股份有限公司;
植物提取物:何首乌(POLYGONUM MULTIFLORUM)提取物、澳洲坚果(MACADAMIATERNIFOLIA)提取物、美国山核桃(CARYA ILLINOINENSIS)籽油、黑孢块菌(TUBERMELANOSPORUM)提取物、茶(CAMELLIA SINENSIS)叶提取物均为化妆品目录原料,购自广州棕榈树化工有限公司;
油醇聚醚-20,CAS:9004-98-2;
2-氨基-4-羟乙氨基茴香醚硫酸盐,CAS:83763-48-8;
2,4-二氨基苯氧乙醇盐酸盐,CAS:66422-95-5;
四氨基嘧啶硫酸盐,CAS:5392-28-9;
甘草酸二钾,CAS:68797-35-3;
羟乙基纤维素,CAS:9004-62-0;
甲苯-2,5-二胺硫酸盐,CAS:615-50-9;
2-甲基间苯二酚,CAS:608-25-3;
N,N-双(2-羟乙基)对苯二胺硫酸盐,CAS:54381-16-7。
如无特别说明,所用试剂均为常规市售产品。
实施例1
本实施例制备了一种不含双氧的染发膏,按质量百分比计,其组成如下:
乙醇胺5%,对苯二胺1.8%,油醇聚醚-20 1%,丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物1%,2-氨基-4-羟乙氨基茴香醚硫酸盐0.7%,2,4-二氨基苯氧乙醇盐酸盐0.5%,四氨基嘧啶硫酸盐0.05%,香精0.5%,甘草酸二钾0.3%,羟乙基纤维素0.1%,EDTA四钠0.1%,甲苯-2,5-二胺硫酸盐0.05%,2-甲基间苯二酚0.4%,N,N-双(2-羟乙基)对苯二胺硫酸盐0.05%,何首乌提取物0.2%,澳洲坚果提取物0.2%,美国山核桃籽油0.1%,黑孢块菌提取物0.1%,茶叶提取物4%,余量水。
其制备方法如下:
S1、将丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物溶于适量水中;
S2、加入EDTA四钠、对苯二胺和乙醇胺预混合,在真空乳化锅(型号SME1000L,厂家:广州市联兴轻工机械有限公司)内均质溶解;
S3、将油醇聚醚-20和香精混合后加入,在-0.08MPa下均质溶解;
S4、加入2-氨基-4-羟乙氨基茴香醚硫酸盐、2,4-二氨基苯氧乙醇盐酸盐0.5%,四氨基嘧啶硫酸盐0.05%,甲苯-2,5-二胺硫酸盐、2-甲基间苯二酚、N,N-双(2-羟乙基)对苯二胺硫酸盐和甘草酸二钾,在-0.08MPa下均质溶解;
S5、将何首乌提取物、澳洲坚果提取物、美国山核桃籽油,黑孢块菌提取物、茶叶提取物混合后加入,在-0.08MPa下均质溶解,得混合溶液;
S6、将羟乙基纤维素用剩余水溶解,所得水溶液加入步骤S5的混合溶液中,在-0.08MPa下搅拌均匀,得透明棕色啫喱状膏体;
S7、出料,检验,用铝塑管灌装,得成品。
实施例2
本实施例制备了一种不含双氧的染发膏,与实施例1相比,区别在于,配比如下:乙醇胺5%,对苯二胺1.8%,油醇聚醚-20 1%,丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物1%,2-氨基-4-羟乙氨基茴香醚硫酸盐0.1%,2,4-二氨基苯氧乙醇盐酸盐0.7%,四氨基嘧啶硫酸盐0.05%,香精0.5%,甘草酸二钾0.3%,羟乙基纤维素0.1%,EDTA四钠0.1%,甲苯-2,5-二胺硫酸盐0.05%,2-甲基间苯二酚0.4%,N,N-双(2-羟乙基)对苯二胺硫酸盐0.05%,何首乌提取物0.2%,澳洲坚果提取物0.2%,美国山核桃籽油0.1%,黑孢块菌提取物0.1%,茶叶提取物4%。
对比例1
本对比例制备了一种不含双氧的染发膏,与实施例1相比,区别在于:将甘草酸二钾用等量的水代替。按质量百分比计,其组成如下:
乙醇胺5%,对苯二胺1.8%,油醇聚醚-20 1%,丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物1%,2-氨基-4-羟乙氨基茴香醚硫酸盐0.7%,2,4-二氨基苯氧乙醇盐酸盐0.5%,四氨基嘧啶硫酸盐0.05%,香精0.5%,羟乙基纤维素0.1%,EDTA四钠0.1%,甲苯-2,5-二胺硫酸盐0.05%,2-甲基间苯二酚0.4%,N,N-双(2-羟乙基)对苯二胺硫酸盐0.05%,何首乌提取物0.2%,澳洲坚果提取物0.2%,美国山核桃籽油0.1%,黑孢块菌提取物0.1%,茶叶提取物4%,余量水。

本对比例制备了一种不含双氧的染发膏,与实施例1相比,区别在于:将所有植物提取物用等量的水代替。按质量百分比计,其组成如下:
乙醇胺5%,对苯二胺1.8%,油醇聚醚-20 1%,丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物1%,2-氨基-4-羟乙氨基茴香醚硫酸盐0.7%,2,4-二氨基苯氧乙醇盐酸盐0.5%,四氨基嘧啶硫酸盐0.05%,香精0.5%,甘草酸二钾0.3%,羟乙基纤维素0.1%,EDTA四钠0.1%,甲苯-2,5-二胺硫酸盐0.05%,2-甲基间苯二酚0.4%,N,N-双(2-羟乙基)对苯二胺硫酸盐0.05%,余量水。
对比例3
本对比例制备了一种不含双氧的染发膏,与实施例1相比,区别在于:乙醇胺质量分数为3%,除水以外,其余组分含量不变。按质量百分比计,其组成如下:
乙醇胺3%,对苯二胺1.8%,油醇聚醚-20 1%,丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物1%,2-氨基-4-羟乙氨基茴香醚硫酸盐0.7%,2,4-二氨基苯氧乙醇盐酸盐0.5%,四氨基嘧啶硫酸盐0.05%,香精0.5%,甘草酸二钾0.3%,羟乙基纤维素0.1%,EDTA四钠0.1%,甲苯-2,5-二胺硫酸盐0.05%,2-甲基间苯二酚0.4%,N,N-双(2-羟乙基)对苯二胺硫酸盐0.05%,何首乌提取物0.2%,澳洲坚果提取物0.2%,美国山核桃籽油0.1%,黑孢块菌提取物0.1%,茶叶提取物4%,余量水。

本实施例制备了一种不含双氧的染发膏,与实施例1相比,区别在于,将EDTA四钠替换为等量的EDTA二钠。按质量百分比计,其组成如下:
乙醇胺5%,对苯二胺1.8%,油醇聚醚-20 1%,丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物1%,2-氨基-4-羟乙氨基茴香醚硫酸盐0.7%,2,4-二氨基苯氧乙醇盐酸盐0.5%,四氨基嘧啶硫酸盐0.05%,香精0.5%,甘草酸二钾0.3%,羟乙基纤维素0.1%,EDTA二钠0.1%,甲苯-2,5-二胺硫酸盐0.05%,2-甲基间苯二酚0.4%,N,N-双(2-羟乙基)对苯二胺硫酸盐0.05%,何首乌提取物0.2%,澳洲坚果提取物0.2%,美国山核桃籽油0.1%,黑孢块菌提取物0.1%,茶叶提取物4%,余量水。

本对比例制备了一种不含双氧的染发膏,与实施例1相比,区别在于:将2-氨基-4-羟乙氨基茴香醚硫酸盐用等量的2,4-二氨基苯氧乙醇盐酸盐代替。

乙醇胺5%,对苯二胺1.8%,油醇聚醚-20 1%,丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物1%,2,4-二氨基苯氧乙醇盐酸盐1.2%,四氨基嘧啶硫酸盐0.05%,香精0.5%,甘草酸二钾0.3%,羟乙基纤维素0.1%,EDTA四钠0.1%,甲苯-2,5-二胺硫酸盐0.05%,2-甲基间苯二酚0.4%,N,N-双(2-羟乙基)对苯二胺硫酸盐0.05%,何首乌提取物0.2%,澳洲坚果提取物0.2%,美国山核桃籽油0.1%,黑孢块菌提取物0.1%,茶叶提取物4%,余量水。
对比例6
本对比例制备了一种不含双氧的染发膏,与实施例1相比,区别在于:2-甲基间苯二酚的质量分数为0.7%,除水以外,其余组分含量不变。按质量百分比计,其组成如下:
乙醇胺5%,对苯二胺1.8%,油醇聚醚-20 1%,丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物1%,2-氨基-4-羟乙氨基茴香醚硫酸盐0.7%,2,4-二氨基苯氧乙醇盐酸盐0.5%,四氨基嘧啶硫酸盐0.05%,香精0.5%,甘草酸二钾0.3%,羟乙基纤维素0.1%,EDTA四钠0.1%,甲苯-2,5-二胺硫酸盐0.05%,2-甲基间苯二酚0.7%,N,N-双(2-羟乙基)对苯二胺硫酸盐0.05%,何首乌提取物0.2%,澳洲坚果提取物0.2%,美国山核桃籽油0.1%,黑孢块菌提取物0.1%,茶叶提取物4%,余量水。
对比例7
本对比例制备了一种不含双氧的染发膏,与实施例1相比,区别在于:甲苯-2,5-二胺硫酸盐的质量分数为0.1%,除水以外,其余组分含量不变。按质量百分比计,其组成如下:
乙醇胺5%,对苯二胺1.8%,油醇聚醚-20 1%,丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物1%,2-氨基-4-羟乙氨基茴香醚硫酸盐0.7%,2,4-二氨基苯氧乙醇盐酸盐0.5%,四氨基嘧啶硫酸盐0.05%,香精0.5%,甘草酸二钾0.3%,羟乙基纤维素0.1%,EDTA四钠0.1%,甲苯-2,5-二胺硫酸盐0.1%,2-甲基间苯二酚0.4%,N,N-双(2-羟乙基)对苯二胺硫酸盐0.05%,何首乌提取物0.2%,澳洲坚果提取物0.2%,美国山核桃籽油0.1%,黑孢块菌提取物0.1%,茶叶提取物4%,余量水。
对比例8
本对比例制备了一种不含双氧的染发膏,与实施例1相比,区别在于:N,N-双(2-羟乙基)对苯二胺硫酸盐的质量分数为0.1%,除水以外,其余组分含量不变。按质量百分比计,其组成如下:
乙醇胺5%,对苯二胺1.8%,油醇聚醚-20 1%,丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物1%,2-氨基-4-羟乙氨基茴香醚硫酸盐0.7%,2,4-二氨基苯氧乙醇盐酸盐0.5%,四氨基嘧啶硫酸盐0.05%,香精0.5%,甘草酸二钾0.3%,羟乙基纤维素0.1%,EDTA四钠0.1%,甲苯-2,5-二胺硫酸盐0.05%,2-甲基间苯二酚0.4%,N,N-双(2-羟乙基)对苯二胺硫酸盐0.1%,何首乌提取物0.2%,澳洲坚果提取物0.2%,美国山核桃籽油0.1%,黑孢块菌提取物0.1%,茶叶提取物4%,余量水。
测试例
1.染色能力
取原生白发(不要求纯白发,白发占比达到目测能明显看出即可),打开铝塑管,装上梳子头,然后用梳子直接进行涂抹上色,观察40分钟染色情况,每10分钟记录一次。
实施例1~2和对比例1~8的染色效果依次如图1~10所示,染色结果见表1。

可以看出,实施例1上色20min即接近目标色(黑色),30min达到目标色,上色速度快,颜色饱满度好。实施例2中,2-氨基-4-羟乙氨基茴香醚硫酸盐的含量偏低,上色偏慢,在40分钟达到目标色,上色时间有所延长。
与实施例1相比,对比例1未添加甘草酸二钾,颜色不饱满,底色(在光照下观察到的发色)带有明显蓝色调,离目标色有差别。
对比例2未添加植物提取物,显色很慢,颜色呈蓝黑色,与目标色差别较大,说明添加适量的植物提取物,除起到保湿调理功效以外,还能改善染色效果。
对比例3乙醇胺用量过少,碱化作用弱,染料不容易进入,同时氧化反应不彻底,导致染色速率很慢,上色偏蓝,离目标色差别很大。
对比例4用EDTA二钠代替EDTA四钠,因EDTA二钠pH偏低,会影响氧化反应进程,染色速率偏慢,且离目标色有差别。
对比例5将2-氨基-4-羟乙氨基茴香醚硫酸盐用等量的2,4-二氨基苯氧乙醇盐酸盐完全代替,底色偏蓝,且染色速率很慢。
对比例6将2-甲基间苯二酚的质量分数由0.4%提高至0.7%,上色很慢,底色偏黄且饱满度不够。
对比例7和对比例8分别提高了甲苯-2,5-二胺硫酸盐、N,N-双(2-羟乙基)对苯二胺硫酸盐的质量分数(均由0.05%提高至0.1%),上色很慢,底色偏蓝且饱满度不够。
需要说明的是,附图照片拍摄存在部分偏差,特别是头发底色不容易通过照片呈现出来,因此实际上色效果结合附图和相应文字描述呈现。
2.致敏性
测试样品为实施例1~2、对比例1~3及两款市售单剂型染发剂(标记为市售产品1、市售产品2)。选取年龄在20~65岁周龄之间的男性和女性,对应每组样品各5名,打开铝塑管装上用梳子头,直接进行涂抹上色(染色时间:40min),然后把产品直接涂抹在头皮上(停留时间:15分钟),按表2的标准评价对头皮的刺激感、紧绷感、油腻感,以及发质的干涩感。结果见表3。

由以上结果可知,实施例1~2的染发剂致敏性明显更低,且头发柔顺度好。由实施例1和对比例3的比较可以看出,实施例1在更高的乙醇胺用量下,致敏性没有明显变化,表明其他组分搭配具有降低致敏性的作用,对比例3乙醇胺用量减少,会影响氧化反应程度,反而对发质干涩度有一定影响。对比例1未添加甘草酸二钾,对头皮的刺激性明显增加,同时紧绷感有所增加。对比例2未添加植物提取物,发质更加干涩,柔顺度下降,头皮紧绷感显著增加,油腻感也有所增加。
综合以上结果,本实施例的染发膏染色速度快,颜色饱满,染色后发质好,致敏性低,肤感好。同时,基于配方调整,调节染料氧化反应活性在合适范围,既可以实现在空气中快速显色,同时在抽真空条件下反应速率不会过快,可以通过普通真空乳化设备生成,简化了生产工艺,降低了生产成本。
Claims (10)
1.一种不含双氧的染发膏,其特征在于:包括水及以下按质量百分比计的组分:
乙醇胺4.5%~6%,对苯二胺1.5%~2%,油醇聚醚1%~1.5%,丙烯酸(酯)类/C10~30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物1%~1.2%,2-氨基-4-羟乙氨基茴香醚硫酸盐0.1%~0.8%,2,4-二氨基苯氧乙醇盐酸盐0.5%-0.7%,甘草酸二钾0.2%~0.4%,增稠剂0.1%~0.3%,EDTA四钠0.1%~0.3%,甲苯-2,5-二胺硫酸盐0.04%~0.06%,2-甲基间苯二酚0.3%~0.5%,N,N-双(2-羟乙基)对苯二胺硫酸盐0.04%~0.06%,四氨基嘧啶硫酸盐0.05%~0.1%,调理剂2.5%~9%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的不含双氧的染发膏,其特征在于:所述调理剂选自植物提取物。
3.根据权利要求2所述的不含双氧的染发膏,其特征在于:所述调理剂选自何首乌提取物、澳洲坚果提取物、美国山核桃籽油、黑孢块菌提取物或茶叶提取物中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求2所述的不含双氧的染发膏,其特征在于:以所述染发膏的总质量计,所述调理剂包括:何首乌提取物0.2%~2%,澳洲坚果提取物0.2%~1%,美国山核桃籽油0.1%~0.5%,黑孢块菌提取物0.1%~1%,茶叶提取物2%~4%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的不含双氧的染发膏,其特征在于:所述增稠剂选自羟乙基纤维素、羟甲基纤维素、黄原胶、瓜尔胶、纤维素中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的不含双氧的染发膏,其特征在于:还包括香精。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的不含双氧的染发膏,其特征在于:所述油醇聚醚为油醇聚醚-20。
8.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的不含双氧的染发膏,其特征在于:所述乙醇胺的质量分数为4.5%~5%,和/或所述对苯二胺的质量分数为1.8%~2%,和/或所述2-氨基-4-羟乙氨基茴香醚硫酸盐的质量分数为0.6%~0.8%,和/或所述甘草酸二钾的质量分数为0.3%~0.4%;和/或所述EDTA四钠的质量分数为0.1%~0.2%,和/或所述甲苯-2,5-二胺硫酸盐的质量分数为0.05%~0.06%,和/或所述2-甲基间苯二酚的质量分数为0.4%~0.45%,和/或所述N,N-双(2-羟乙基)对苯二胺硫酸盐的质量分数为0.05%~0.06%,和/或,若有,所述香精的质量分数为0.1%~1%。
9.如权利要求1-8任一项所述的不含双氧的染发膏的制备方法,其特征在于:包括步骤:
将丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物溶于部分水中;
再加入EDTA四钠、对苯二胺和乙醇胺均质溶解,加入油醇聚醚、2-氨基-4-羟乙氨基茴香醚硫酸盐、2,4-二氨基苯氧乙醇盐酸盐、四氨基嘧啶硫酸盐、甲苯-2,5-二胺硫酸盐、2-甲基间苯二酚、N,N-双(2-羟乙基)对苯二胺硫酸盐、甘草酸二钾和调理剂,若有,还包括加入香精,在抽真空条件下均质溶解,得混合溶液;
将增稠剂溶于剩余水中,将所得水溶液与所述混合溶液在抽真空条件下混合,得所述不含双氧的染发膏。
10.根据权利要求9所述的不含双氧的染发膏的制备方法,其特征在于:其中,每一抽真空条件独立为控制相对真空度≤-0.08MPa。
