Description

Traditional Chinese medicine composition for improving yang deficiency constitution, brewing tea and preparation method of brewing tea
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of improving yang-deficiency physique, and in particular relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for improving yang-deficiency physique, brewing tea and a preparation method of the brewing tea.
Background
The yang deficiency with cold symptoms is the main term of the "Su Wen. Ting Jing Lun": "yang deficiency is external cold, yin deficiency is internal heat, yang excess is external heat, yin excess is internal cold". "Su Wen. Reverse transfer theory" cloud: the symptoms of cold body are as seen in water due to the weak yang and the excessive yin. "Qing. Cheng Zhongling" medical heart-wu "cloud: the yang-viscera is deficient in yang, and the yang-deficiency is cold. "Su Wen. Yin yang should be like Da Lun" as: formed by yang transforming into qi and yin. The yang deficiency does not transform yin, so that the metabolism of the human body can be blocked or degenerated, and cold pathological products accumulate or stagnate, so that water dampness and phlegm-fluid retention symptoms are formed. The patients with yang deficiency are usually fat in face and white, and She Shi in the theory of warmth, it is necessary to diagnose the patients with yang deficiency according to the condition that their yang qi is superior and the dampness is weak. He also looks very important to the diagnostic value of "obesity" in yang-deficient mass, in addition to judging yang-deficient mass according to "pale complexion". For example, she Shi discusses in "medical records of clinical guidelines, volume four, emesis: the disease is characterized by the constitution, shape, color and pulse condition, the doctor applies the disease to the body, and the doctor applies the doctor's back to the body, and the doctor applies the doctor's back to the body, and covers the body with yang deficiency, so that the doctor is more humid and more expectoration. "it is also described in" Lin Zheng Zhi Yu Yi Su, ji Yi Zhi Yu Lao ": the body is rich and overflowed, the pulse is tiny, and the body is deficient in yang qi. Besides being cold, white and fat, yang deficiency has other important characteristics. The yang deficiency is due to the weak qi and the weak pulse, so the yang deficiency is due to the deep and slow pulse, i.e. the "muscle is soft and dark, the pulse is small and glutinous", "the shape of the body is rich and overflowed, and the pulse is tiny". "Su Wen Sheng Qi Tong Tian Lun" is: for yang qi, essence nourishes spirit and softness nourishes tendons. So yang deficiency is mostly sleepy, lack of enthusiasm, and internal and quiet sexual intercourse. In general, yang deficiency is a deficiency of yang qi and is characterized by deficiency-cold.
"Su Wen. Sheng Qi Tong Tian Lun: for yang qi, the loss of its own life is long and the people will not be in the best. "Feng Zhaozhang" von willebrand's journal of golden glabrous, later: the patient who needs to know the susceptibility to wind is deficient in exterior qi; the cold is easy to occur in the patient, and the interior qi is weak; the fever is a disease, and yin qi is impaired. The "weak of internal qi" refers to the deficiency of yang qi. As can be seen, the body of people with yang-deficiency constitution is in a state of relative excess of yin due to the long-term deficiency of yang-qi, so that most organisms lose their warm-up symptoms of deficiency-cold. The constitution of yang deficiency also often shows a certain specificity in the course of occurrence and development of diseases. Is easy to suffer from diarrhea, spontaneous perspiration, phlegm retention, vomiting, regurgitation, hiccup, abdominal pain, inadequate functions of consolidating and taking. Other epidemiological surveys find that the yang deficiency constitution has obvious association with seasonal allergic rhinitis, infantile respiratory tract infection, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, hypertension, ischemic cerebral apoplexy and the like.
The basic prescription for restoring yang and rescuing collapse, called "Si Yi Tang", is recorded in Shang Han Lun, which is composed of honey-fried licorice root, dried ginger and raw aconite root, and has the efficacy of warming middle-jiao and dispelling cold, restoring yang and rescuing collapse. In the recipe, fuzi (radix Aconiti lateralis Preparata) is produced to strengthen heart yang to promote blood circulation, warm spleen yang to dispel cold, and lower kidney fire to restore yang, which is a strong reinforcing primordial yang.
However, aconitine is contained in a large amount in aconite, which may cause toxic effects on the nervous system and cardiovascular system of the human body. Common symptoms of aconite poisoning are numbness of the mouth and tongue, and severe cases may occur with convulsions of limbs, confusion, even arrhythmia, etc. In clinic, the poisoning of aconite root is a critical condition and needs to be treated in an emergency. The common cause of aconite poisoning is mainly that raw aconite is selected instead of prepared aconite, and the prepared aconite is prepared by processing raw aconite, so that toxicity is relieved and the prepared aconite is used clinically. In addition, improper decoction of radix Aconiti lateralis may cause poisoning, and usually the preparation of radix Aconiti lateralis Preparata requires decocting for more than 1 hr than other medicines, so as to reduce toxicity of radix Aconiti lateralis Preparata, and avoid serious consequences during use.
