Abstract

Description

具有可拆卸隔膜 的安装件
发明的技术领域
本发明涉及一种新的经过改善的具有可取出隔膜的安装件，该隔膜密闭安装件出口的内部。特别是本发明涉及一种安装件，其围绕并穿过纸盒壁板中的孔，或围绕柔性容器等的孔装配，壁板或容器包装液体或粉状物，发明也涉及这种安装件的封闭件。
背景技术
在1994，4，19授权的美国专利US-5,303,838中公开的安装件具有隔膜，具体参照图14-16。在其它美国专利1969，7，29授权的US-3,458,080和1983，4，19授权的US-4,380,303也描述了有关隔膜的内容。
发明目的
本发明是在现有技术基础上的改进，其中隔膜位于靠近出口高度的中间位置，而且隔膜呈凹陷形。因此，如果固定到容器上的出口受压，隔膜作为伸缩件可以吸收压力，不存在隔膜从安装件的出口脱离的危险。
安装件的盖可以向下固定，不需要旋转运动，还具有与安装件配合的防盗显示带。技术解决方案
本发明的安装件包括出口部分，其具有周边法兰，所述周边法兰以焊接或其它方式固定到纸盒或柔性塑料容器的容器壁上。出口从法兰向上伸出，在优选的实施例中，出口的外螺纹与出口的上端部相邻。靠近出口高度的中间位置设有内隔膜，所述内隔膜呈凹陷形，并且沿着削弱线连接到出口的向内延伸的部分。拉环以这种方式连接到隔膜上，即通过拉动拉环，使隔膜脱离出口的向内延伸的部分。凹陷形隔膜可以作为伸缩元件，这将在下文中予以说明。凹陷形部分也便于使用者抓住拉环，并且在注塑成型时具有一些优点。
本发明的盖具有裙边，所述裙边设有与出口的螺纹相配合的内螺纹。在盖的下部具有撕开带，在撕开带上设有凸缘，该凸缘扣住出口下部的台肩。撕开带通过易断裂装置连接盖的裙边上部，因此在没有显示防盗显示带时，不可以将盖取下。
在本发明的一个实施例中，盖中设有中空塞，其位于盖顶，用于密封出口的上端内侧。在另一种实施例中，可以省略中空塞。可以理解，在取下盖之后，从出口撕开隔膜，并分配出容器内的部分内装物，盖可以用作再密封装置。在另一个实施例中，在盖顶的下侧设有凸缘。当盖旋回到出口上时，凸缘与出口的上端配合，以防止泄漏。
本发明的特征之一是，可以通过相对出口向盖施加向下的压力，将盖固定到出口上，出口和盖的裙边的配合螺纹相互滑过，于是形成相互配合。防盗显示带具有与出口的台肩相配合的带，因此盖在没有断开将带连接到裙边的桥形部分，或者没有显示损害时，盖不能被旋开。

对于优选实施例的详细描述
在一种情况下，将本发明用于设有孔12的纸盒壁板11上。本发明的安装件16设有法兰17，将法兰17焊接或采用其它连接方式围绕孔12固定到壁板11的下侧。台阶18从法兰17的内边缘向上突伸，台阶18的外径与孔12的内径相配合，台阶18的高度大致等于壁板11的厚度。在台阶18上，安装件16具有向内延伸的部分19。从部分19的内边缘向上延伸是下出口伸展部分21，在出口的下伸展部分21的上方是向上向内延伸的倾斜伸展部分22，其与垂直延伸的上伸展部分23相结合，伸展部分23在顶部边缘24处终止。
在出口的下伸展部分21的下部内侧是向内向下的倾斜的凸缘26，其目的将在下文中予以描述。
外台肩27在下出口的伸展部分21和倾斜伸展部分22的结合处形成，其目的是固定盖子的防盗显示带，如下文所述。在出口内侧的靠近倾斜伸展部分22和上伸展部分23的结合处是向内的延伸部分29，延伸部分29具有向上的内角部分31。在突伸部分29的下侧和其与下出口伸展部分21的连接处是弯曲表面30，表面30便于分配容器中的内装物。突伸部分29大致位于出口的长度的中间部分。在出口的上伸展部分23的外侧是外螺纹28，在此实施例中有8条螺纹，弯曲线的长度大致对应着270°，而螺距较小。
角部分31向上和向内是隔膜32，所述隔膜32与安装件16模铸成一体。隔膜32的中央部分是凹陷形，由代号33表示。隔膜32的下外边缘34连接突伸部分29的向上的内角部分31，此连接部分较薄，并构成削弱线或撕开线36。一部分隔膜32是向上的连接部分37，由薄的垂直的肋板38加强连接部分37的强度，连接部分37连接水平拉环39，该水平拉环位于顶部边缘24的水平位置下方。当使用者抓住拉环39向上拉时，撕开线36断裂，从而可以将隔膜32取出。
用于带安装件16的盖46具有盖顶47，盖顶47紧靠上裙边48，由向下弯曲的角部49将上裙边48和盖顶47连接起来。在上裙边48的外壁设有垂直肋条，肋条有助于使用者从安装件上旋开盖46。上裙边48还设有内螺纹52，所述内螺纹52与安装件16的外螺纹28相配合。螺纹形状是这样设置的，即当盖46在安装件16上沿垂直方向下压时，内螺纹52从外螺纹28上方滑过，然后与外螺纹28再配合。
图1和图5-8所示的本发明的形式中，在盖顶47的下侧设有中空塞53，中空塞53的外下角具有弯曲边缘54，该弯曲边缘54与安装件16的上伸展部分23的内侧相配合，形成液密封。
防盗显示带56通过8个成角度间隔开的、易断裂的桥形连接部分61与上裙边48底部形成整体连接。显而易见，这种连接部分61的数量和位置是可以变换的。防盗显示带56上设有内凸缘57，当盖46被设置在安装件16上时，凸缘57扣住台肩27的下方。为了便于同台肩27相配合，在防盗显示带56中，紧靠内凸缘57的上方设有内凹槽58。在防盗显示带56的上部外边缘设有外企口59。在防盗显示带56的上边缘的外企口59的内侧，和易断裂的连接部分61之间设有多个向上延伸的填块62。将盖46从制作盖的注塑模具中取出时，这种填块62用于防止防盗显示带56塌陷。而且，在将盖46扣装到容器出口上时，这种填块62可以减小防盗显示带56塌陷的可能性，以及防止连接部分61过早断裂。因为设有外企口59，用户很容易发现连接部分61是否完好无损，或者被损坏。
在图9所示的经过修改的实施例中，取消了塞53。在盖顶47a的下侧设有凸缘66，其比相应的中空塞53较短。显然，从安装件16上旋开盖46后，取下隔膜32，使用者可以根据需要仅仅分配容器内的部分内装物。盖46的上部分作为再密封盖。凸缘66与出口的上伸展部分23的内部相配合。在图9所示的经过修改的实施例中，与前面的实施例相比较，在相同的代号后面加注a，表示相应的零部件。
参见图10，它表示了现有技术中用于将安装件的法兰17焊接到壁板11的下侧的自动设备。在这种设备的一种形式中，砧座71具有法兰72，在法兰72上设有定位件73，通过与下出口伸展部分31配合，定位件73从供给槽(未图示)中取出安装件16。隔膜32的凹陷区域33的最下面部分处在定位件73的上边缘。在图10所示的本发明中，定位件73的外径使得当其插入安装件16的下端时，内凸缘26与定位件73的外面摩擦配合。定位件73具有凹面74，该凹面不与隔膜32的凹面33发生干涉。如图1所示，定位件73中的孔76可以降低真空，当安装件16定位于纸盒容器的壁板11中时，可以防止安装件16从定位件73上脱离。

Claims (18)

1.一种用于围绕容器壁中的孔的安装件，其包括环形法兰，所述法兰的尺寸附合粘接围绕所述孔的壁，具有从所述法兰向外伸出的出口，出口具有内外壁，隔膜与所述出口形成整体，并且封闭所述出口，所述隔膜具有圆周边缘，所述边缘沿着圆周削弱线与所述的内壁相连接，在所述隔膜上方设有拉片，在所述拉片的一点和所述隔膜的边缘一点之间设有连接部分。
2.按照权利要求1所述的安装件，其中：所述隔膜呈凹陷形。
3.按照权利要求1所述的安装件，其中：所述内壁设有向内的突伸物，所述圆周边缘连接到所述突伸物。
4.按照权利要求3所述的安装件，其中：所述突伸物有向上向内的第一角部，所述隔膜的边缘有向外向下的第二角部，所述第二角部设置在所述第一角部的上方和内侧，相互在削弱线处连接。
5.按照权利要求1所述的安装件，其中：所述拉片包括拉环。
6.按照权利要求1所述的安装件，其中：还包括在所述连接部分上的垂直肋板，所述肋板的宽度比所述连接件窄。
7.按照权利要求1所述的安装件，其中：还包括定位件，其在所述出口内侧隔膜的下方与隔膜配合，以便在外部设备上配合定位件，用于将所述安装件固定到所述容器壁上。
8.按照权利要求1所述的安装件，其中：所述出口设有与盖配合的装置，所述盖还包括盖顶和与盖顶相连的裙边，所述裙边具有与出口配合的装置，以便可拆开地与盖配合的装置相配合。
9.按照权利要求8所述的安装件，其中：形成与所述盖和所述出口配合的装置具有这样的尺寸，即所述盖可以通过直线向下运动安装到安装件上，而不需要转动。
10.按照权利要求8所述的安装件，其中：与盖配合的装置位于所述出口的外部，而与出口配合的装置位于裙边的内部。
11.按照权利要求8所述的安装件，其中：与盖配合的装置和与出口配合的装置包括相配的螺纹。
12.按照权利要求8所述的安装件，其中：所述盖还包括位于裙边下方的防盗显示带，易断裂装置连接所述防盗显示带的上边缘和所述裙边的下边缘，以及在所述防盗显示带上的第二配合出口装置，其中所述安装件还包括与防盗显示带相配合的装置，其与出口配合的第二配合出口装置接合的位置和尺寸，使得易断裂装置未断裂时所述盖不能从所述安装件上脱开。
13.按照权利要求12所述的安装件，其中：所述易断裂装置包括成角度间隔的桥形连接部分。
14.按照权利要求12所述的安装件，其中：第二配合出口装置具有内凸缘，与防盗显示带配合的装置包括在所述出口上向外伸出的部分，其在出口的下侧形成台肩，所述防盗显示带闭锁在台肩下侧。
15.按照权利要求12所述的安装件，其中：还包括在所述盖顶下侧上的第三配合出口装置，其形状与所述出口的内壁形成密封。
16.按照权利要求15所述的安装件，其中：第三配合出口装置是中空塞。
17.按照权利要求15所述的安装件，其中：所述出口配合装置包括与所述出口相配合的防盗显示带，最初从所述安装件上取下所述盖之后，再密闭出口上的盖。
18.一种按照权利要求1所述的安装件与容器相结合，所述容器具有内外表面，所述法兰粘接围绕所述孔的内表面，所述法兰形成有内边缘，和所述内边缘通过所述孔向上延伸的台阶，以及所述台阶与所述出口连接的装置。
