Abstract
本发明提供一种绿色天然超分子脂质体乳液及其制备方法,包括活性成分、超分子材料、磷脂、胆甾醇、天然乳化剂、油脂、天然防腐提取物、增稠剂、抗氧化剂、氢氧化钠和纯水。本发明通过超分子脂质体技术制备的超分子脂质体乳液具有更优良的稳定性,能够大大提升难溶性活性成分的溶解度,提高活性成分的包载量和经皮递送效率,可简化护肤步骤,避免多种产品叠加使用时的不舒适感。

技术领域
本发明属于化妆品技术领域,具体涉及一种绿色天然超分子脂质体乳液及其制备方法。
背景技术
低共熔溶剂(Deep eutectic solvents,DESs)是一种由氢键受体和氢键供体以一定化学计量比在一定条件下形成的低共熔混合物。DESs具有理想的生物降解性、低成本、低毒性、高生物相容性等明显优点。许多典型的DESs组成物质来自可再生自然资源,而不是合成产品,这使DESs更环保。近年来,DESs已被证明是促进各种成分经皮传递的良好介质,DESs以提高纯原料药的溶解度及渗透能力,具有活性成分功效和自促进渗透剂的双重作用。
脂质体是一种人工制备的类细胞膜的脂质小球体,主要成分通常是磷脂和胆固醇。磷脂分子由极性头基和疏水性烃链组成,这种独特的结构使磷脂可以在水中自发形成脂质体,包封水溶性和脂溶性物质。因为脂质体具有良好的生物相容性、可生物降解性、低毒性、实现药物靶向递送等优点,所以,脂质体在化妆品、食品和制药工业中被广泛用作许多活性物质的递送载体。化妆品中的活性成分通过脂质体的包载,提高成分的稳定性,延长成分的有效作用时间,使有效成分快速通过皮肤角质层进入护肤靶部位,从而更高效地发挥护肤功效。
超分子脂质体技术是建立在脂质体技术、改性超分子稳定化技术之上,利用脂质体材料双分子层膜结构与细胞膜结构的相似性,和超分子力的促渗作用,运载活性物质渗透皮肤,导入细胞,实现成分精准递送的技术。目前,超分子脂质体技术多通过加入各种化学添加剂获得,而过多的化学添加剂用于化妆品中对人体皮肤造成不利影响,甚至引起过敏等症状。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中的问题,本发明提供一种绿色天然超分子脂质体乳液及其制备方法,将超分子脂质体技术应用于化妆品成品配方中,利用超分子脂质体技术将活性成分包裹于载体材料中,有效提高活性成分的稳定性、载药量、溶解度和皮肤中的滞留量,长效保湿,肤感轻柔,绿色安全,不含任何有机溶剂,无防腐剂添加,无化学乳化剂的使用,配方更加安全。
本发明解决其技术问题是采用以下技术方案实现的:
本发明第一个目的在于提供一种绿色天然超分子脂质体乳液,其特征在于,包括以下重量百分比组分:
所述活性成分包括油溶性活性成分和水溶性活性成分,所述油溶性活性成分的加入量为0-20%,所述水溶性活性成分的加入量为0-20%。
进一步的,所述活性成分选自根皮素、光甘草定、羟基频哪酮视黄酸酯、维生素C棕榈酸酯、白藜芦醇、四氢姜黄素、虾青素、泛醌、姜黄素、槲皮素、番茄红素、苯乙基间苯二酚、乙酰基六肽-8、棕榈酰三肽-5、棕榈酰六肽-12、六肽-11、六肽-9、肌肽、羟丙基四氢吡喃三醇、麦角硫因、依克多因、聚季铵盐-51、抗坏血酸葡糖苷、甘油葡糖苷中任意一种或其组合。
进一步的,超分子材料选自甜菜碱壬二酸、烟酰胺苹果酸、烟酰胺壬二酸、苦参碱水杨酸、甜菜碱水杨酸、甜菜碱柠檬酸、甜菜碱苹果酸、甜菜碱乳酸、左旋肉碱柠檬酸、苦参碱椰子油中任意一种或其组合。
进一步的,所述磷脂选自氢化卵磷脂、大豆卵磷脂、葵花籽卵磷脂、蛋黄卵磷脂中的任意一种或其组合。
进一步的,所述天然乳化剂为茶籽提取物。
进一步的,所述油脂选自乳木果油、白池花籽油、橄榄油、山茶油、霍霍巴籽油、百合花油、茶叶油、桑子油、艾叶油、白芒花油、人参籽油、角鲨烷、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、葡萄籽油、棕榈油、玫瑰花油中任意一种或其组合。
进一步的,所述天然防腐提取物选自紫苏叶提取物和/或蓝桉叶提取物。
进一步的,所述增稠剂选自黄原胶、透明质酸钠、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP共聚物中任意一种或其组合。
进一步的,所述抗氧化剂选自生育酚乙酸酯、生育酚、抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯中任意一种或其组合。
本发明第二个目的在于提供一种绿色天然超分子脂质体乳液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)油相的制备:按重量百分比,将油溶性活性成分、油脂、磷脂、胆甾醇、抗氧化剂、超分子材料混合,于45-80℃搅拌混匀,静置保温10-40min;
(2)水相的制备:按重量百分比,将水溶性活性成分,天然乳化剂、天然防腐提取物、增稠剂和氢氧化钠依次加入余量纯水中,于45-80℃搅拌混匀,静置保温10-40min;
(3)高速剪切:将油相在剪切条件下缓慢加入水相,剪切转速为5000-10000rpm;剪切温度为45-80℃;剪切时间为3-8min,即得超分子脂质体初乳;
(4)高压均质:将初乳经高压均质处理,均质压力为500-1000bar,均质温度为45-80℃,循环次数5-10次,冷却至室温,即得超分子脂质体乳液。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益技术效果在于:
本发明将活性成分与超分子脂质体共载制备成超分子脂质体乳液,其可以很好地包载低溶解度的活性成分,提高活性物的溶解性,脂质体双层膜结构能够携带活性成分进入皮下,发挥长效缓控释功效。制备的超分子脂质体乳液粒径、外观稳定性好,透皮滞留效果优于未包裹的活性成分乳液,全成分绿色安全,不使用化学乳化剂,不含防腐剂,不含有机溶剂,制备方法简便,利于放大生产,易于在化妆品领域中应用。
本发明通过超分子脂质体技术制备的超分子脂质体乳液具有更优良的稳定性,能够大大提升难溶性活性成分的溶解度,提高活性成分的包载量和经皮递送效率,可简化护肤步骤,避免多种产品叠加使用时的不舒适感,且制备方式简便利于放大生产,是一种很有潜力的简单高效绿色的护肤产品。

实施例1:
一种绿色天然超分子脂质体乳液的制备方法:
(1)制备油相:将根皮素10%、乳木果油8%、大豆卵磷脂5%、胆甾醇0.5%、生育酚0.1%投入至甜菜碱乳酸5%,于60℃加热搅拌混匀,静置保温20min,备用;
(2)制备水相:黄原胶0.5%、茶籽提取物0.5%、紫苏叶提取物2%、蓝桉叶提取物10%、氢氧化钠0.3%和余量纯水在60℃水浴温度下溶解,磁力搅拌混匀,备用;
(3)高速剪切:将油相在剪切条件下缓慢加入水相,剪切转速为10000rpm,剪切温度为60℃,剪切时间为3min,即得超分子脂质体初乳;
(4)高压均质:将初乳经高压均质处理,均质压力为600bar,均质温度为60℃,循环次数为5次,冷却至室温,即得一种超分子脂质体乳液。
实施例2:
一种绿色天然超分子脂质体乳液的制备方法:
(1)制备油相:将根皮素20%、霍霍巴籽油5%、大豆磷脂10%、胆甾醇1%、生育酚0.5%投入至甜菜碱乳酸20%,于60℃加热搅拌混匀,静置保温20min,备用;
(2)制备水相:将透明质酸钠0.1%、茶籽提取物4%、紫苏叶提取物2%、氢氧化钠0.5%和余量纯水在60℃水浴温度下溶解,磁力搅拌混匀,备用;
(3)高速剪切:将油相在剪切条件下缓慢加入水相,剪切转速为10000rpm,剪切温度为60℃,剪切时间为3min,即得超分子脂质体初乳;
(4)高压均质:将初乳经高压均质处理,均质压力为600bar,均质温度为60℃,循环次数为5次,冷却至室温,即得一种超分子脂质体乳液。
实施例3:
一种绿色天然超分子脂质体乳液的制备方法:
(1)制备油相:将霍霍巴籽油5%、大豆磷脂1%、胆甾醇1%、生育酚0.1%投入至甜菜碱壬二酸5%,温度升高至45℃加热磁力搅拌混匀溶解,静置保温20min,备用;
(2)制备水相:将乙酰基六肽-8 0.1%、透明质酸钠0.5%、茶籽提取物3%、蓝桉叶提取物15%、氢氧化钠0.2%和余量纯水在45℃水浴温度下溶解,磁力搅拌混匀,备用;
(3)高速剪切:将油相在剪切条件下缓慢加入水相,剪切转速为10000rpm,剪切温度为45℃,剪切时间为3min,即得超分子脂质体初乳;
(4)高压均质:将初乳经高压均质处理,均质压力为600bar,均质温度为45℃,循环次数为5次,冷却至室温,即得一种超分子脂质体乳液。
实施例4:
一种绿色天然超分子脂质体乳液的制备方法:
(1)制备油相:将白藜芦醇2%、角鲨烷20%、大豆磷脂10%、胆甾醇1%、生育酚乙酸酯0.1%投入至甜菜碱苹果酸10%,温度升高至45℃加热磁力搅拌混匀溶解,静置保温20min,备用;
(2)制备水相:将丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP共聚物0.1%、茶籽提取物2%、紫苏叶提取物4%、蓝桉叶提取物11%、氢氧化钠0.1%和余量纯水在45℃水浴温度下溶解,磁力搅拌混匀,备用;
(3)高速剪切:将油相在剪切条件下缓慢加入水相,剪切转速为10000rpm,剪切温度为45℃,剪切时间为3min,即得超分子脂质体初乳;
(4)高压均质:将初乳经高压均质处理,均质压力为600bar,均质温度为45℃,循环次数为5次,冷却至室温,即得一种超分子脂质体乳液。
实施例5:
一种绿色天然超分子脂质体乳液的制备方法:
(1)制备油相:将羟基频哪酮视黄酸酯2%、白池花籽油10%、大豆磷脂1%、胆甾醇0.1%、生育酚乙酸酯1%投入至甜菜碱苹果酸10%,温度升高至60℃加热磁力搅拌混匀溶解,静置保温20min,备用;
(2)制备水相:将丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP共聚物0.1%、茶籽提取物1%、紫苏叶提取物2%、蓝桉叶提取物13%、氢氧化钠0.2%和余量纯水在45℃水浴温度下溶解,磁力搅拌混匀,备用;
(3)高速剪切:将油相在剪切条件下缓慢加入水相,剪切转速为10000rpm,剪切温度为60℃,剪切时间为3min,即得初乳;
(4)高压均质:将初乳经高压均质处理,均质压力为600bar,均质温度为60℃,循环次数为5次,冷却至室温,即得一种超分子脂质体乳液。
实施例6:
一种绿色天然超分子脂质体乳液的制备方法:
(1)制备油相:将泛醌5%、白池花籽油0.1%、蛋黄卵磷脂1%、胆甾醇0.1%、生育酚乙酸酯1%投入至甜菜碱苹果酸15%,温度升高至60℃加热磁力搅拌混匀溶解,静置保温20min,备用;
(2)制备水相:将丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP共聚物0.1%、茶籽提取物3%、紫苏叶提取物3%、蓝桉叶提取物10%、氢氧化钠0.2%和余量纯水在45℃水浴温度下溶解,磁力搅拌混匀,备用;
(3)高速剪切:将油相在剪切条件下缓慢加入水相,剪切转速为10000rpm,剪切温度为60℃,剪切时间为3min,即得初乳;
(4)高压均质:将初乳经高压均质处理,均质压力为600bar,均质温度为60℃,循环次数为5次,冷却至室温,即得一种超分子脂质体乳液。

(1)制备油相:根皮素10%、乳木果油8%、大豆磷脂5%、胆甾醇0.5%、生育酚0.1%投入至乙醇10%在60℃水浴温度下溶解,磁力搅拌混匀,备用;
(2)制备水相:1,2-戊二醇5%、黄原胶0.5%、茶籽提取物4%、氢氧化钠0.3%和余量纯水在60℃水浴温度下溶解,磁力搅拌混匀,备用;
(3)高速剪切:将油相在剪切条件下缓慢加入水相,剪切转速为10000rpm,剪切温度为60℃,剪切时间为3min,即得初乳;
(4)高压均质:将初乳经高压均质处理,均质压力为600bar,均质温度为60℃,循环次数为5次,冷却至室温,即得根皮素有机溶剂脂质体乳液。
对比例2:根皮素常规普通乳液的制备
对比例2按照常规乳液的制备方法进行制备,方法为:
(1)制备油相:将根皮素10%、单甘油硬脂酸脂5%、乙醇10%、乳木果油8%、生育酚0.1%在60℃水浴温度下溶解,磁力搅拌混匀,备用;
(2)制备水相:1,2-戊二醇5%、黄原胶0.5%、茶籽提取物4%、氢氧化钠0.3%和余量纯水在60℃水浴温度下溶解,磁力搅拌混匀,备用;
(3)高速剪切:将油相在剪切条件下缓慢加入水相,剪切转速为10000rpm,剪切温度为60℃,剪切时间为3min,冷却至室温,即得常规乳液。
实验例:
1、外观对比
本发明实施例1所得的超分子脂质体体乳液和对比例2所得常规乳液的外观进行观察,如附图1所示,可以看出本发明实施例1制得的超分子脂质体乳液外观是白色微透明状态,常规乳液是白色不透明状态。
2、水分散性对比
将本发明实施例1与对比例2得到的常规乳液用水稀释至相同的倍数,观察其分散情况,参见附图2,可以看出本发明实施例1的超分子脂质体乳液较常规乳液更易分散,且外观透明,有淡蓝色乳光。
3、透射电镜观察
将实施例1得到的超分子脂质体乳液用蒸馏水稀释后,用毛细管吸取样品吹于载网上,染色、清洗,待干燥后用透射电镜进行观察,并拍照记录,参见附图3,可以看出,超分子脂质体乳液粒径小且均匀。
4、粒径大小对比
将实施例1、实施例4、对比例1、对比例2的粒径、PDI进行检测,结果如附图4-7所示。
可以看出,本发明实施例1粒径为156.41nm,PDI为0.098,实施例4粒径为133.73nm,PDI为0.213,对比例1的粒径为300.9nm,PDI为0.255,对比例2的粒径为1997.2nm,PDI为0.324。表明超分子脂质体乳液较脂质体乳液和常规乳液的粒径更小,PDI指数远小于脂质体乳液和常规乳液,大小更均一。
5、绿色天然超分子脂质体乳液外观稳定性考察
将实施例1的超分子脂质体乳液在4℃、25℃避光、25℃光照和45℃四个条件放置一个月后观察外观稳定性。
测试结果如图8所示,由结果可知,本发明的超分子脂质体乳液一个月后与刚制备得到的体乳液在外观上几乎没有变化,一个月外观稳定性良好。
6、包封率稳定性检测
采用常法装Sephadex G50凝胶柱(1.5cm*30cm),取实施例1超分子脂质体乳液0.2ml上柱,以水洗脱,分段收集,HPLC方法测定游离药物,按照(W总-W游离)/W总*100%计算包封率。将实施例1分别放置在4℃、常温光照(RT)、45℃、-25℃条件下,分别在制备当天(0表示)、30天测定其包封率变化情况。
测试结果如图9所示,由结果可知,在4℃与-25℃条件下包封率基本没有变化,在常温光照下包封率略有下降,但下降不明显,高温条件下超分子脂质体乳液的包封率略有下降,尤其是45℃条件下,包封率降至90%,但总体看来,本发明的超分子脂质体乳液一个月包封率较稳定。
7、微生物检测
将实施例1-6制备的绿色天然超分子脂质体乳液样品做微生物检测,检测结果及规定限量如表1所示,微生物检测结果显示均符合指标。

通过对微生物含量进行考察,结果显示检测结果显示耐热大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均未检出,菌落总数均小于<10,说明制备的超分子脂质体乳液防腐效能达标。
制备该绿色天然超分子脂质体乳液成分中含有天然防腐提取物,紫苏叶提取物和蓝桉叶提取物均具有强大的抗菌作用,其发挥了良好的防腐效果。
8、稳定性考察
将实施例1、对比例1、对比例2制备的样品于室温条件下避光保存30天后观察稳定性变化,观察是否有析出,是否分层,是否有异味,以分别评价本发明制备的超分子脂质体乳液、脂质体乳液、乳液的稳定性,试验结果如表2所示。

由表2的结果可以看出,本发明制备的绿色天然超分子脂质体乳液稳定性良好且色泽无显著变化,无析出分层现象,无异味,说明该体系稳定。
9、斑贴试验
皮肤封闭型斑贴试验:选择18岁~60岁符合试验要求的32名的受试者。将受试物(实施例1所得的绿色天然超分子脂质体乳液和对比例2所得的常规乳液)分别放入斑试器小室内,用量约为0.020g-0.025g。将加有受试物的斑试器用低致敏胶带贴敷于受试者的前臂曲侧,用指腹轻压使之均匀地贴敷于皮肤上,持续24h。分别于去除斑试器后0.5h(待压痕消失后)、24h、48h观察皮肤反应,按照下表标准观察皮肤反应,并记录观察结果。

如表4所示,斑贴测试结果表明,实施例1所得绿色天然超分子脂质体乳液无明显过敏刺激现象。
10、体外透皮实验
高效液相色谱法测定根皮素的含量的分析方法建立:
C18反相色谱柱(Agilent5TC-C18(2),4.6mm×250mm,5μm);
流动相:甲醇:水=50:50(v/v);
流速:0.8mL/min;
检测波长:286nm;
柱温:28℃;
进样量:10μL;
保留时间:16.9min。
精密称取0.01g根皮素标准品,用甲醇溶解并定容至50mL,得到200μg/mL的根皮素溶液,作为标准品贮备液(0.2mg/mL)。精密量取标准品贮备液0.5、1、2、4、6、8、10mL分别置10mL量瓶中,加甲醇定容,经0.22μm的滤头过滤后用高效液相色谱仪进样检测,记录色谱峰面积,如图10所示为根皮素高效液相色谱法标准曲线图。
将实施例1、对比例1、对比例2制备的样品进行体外透皮实验效果测试。
实验前用植皮刀制备厚度为300±50μm的皮肤模型,将猪耳背皮剪成接收池大小的圆形小块,放入生理盐水30min中备用。使用含5%吐温80的PBS缓冲液(pH=7.4)作为接收介质。实验时在接收池内放入了磁子,将皮肤模型固定于释放池和接收池之间,使角质层的一侧朝向释放池,真皮层一侧朝向接收池,用5%吐温80的PBS缓冲液灌满接收池,并且保证皮肤与接收液紧密贴合,两者之间不得有气泡出现,放于透皮实验箱中,随后向释放池内分别滴加0.5ml实施例1、对比例1、对比例2制备的样品,做好标记并记录时间,用保鲜膜封口皮筋固定。接收池的温度维持在32℃,使其接近人体皮肤表面温度,实验过程中保持其在转速300rpm,每个实验组均设置三个重复。透皮8小时后,测定皮肤中根皮素的滞留量。
测试结果如图11所示,由结果可知,本发明的绿色天然超分子脂质体乳液中根皮素在皮肤中的滞留量是脂质体乳液的2.12倍,是常规乳液的3.36倍,说明本发明制备的超分子脂质体乳液有效提高了成分在皮肤中滞留量,显著优于脂质体乳液和常规乳液的促渗效果。
11、肤感评价
选取18-40岁志愿者共计33人,其中男性15人、女性17人。通过对比试用实施例1和对比例2,对化妆品整体使用肤感进行评价。评价等级分四级:等级1为较差;等级2为一般;等级3为比较满意,等级4为非常满意。
综合评级结果如图12所示。由结果可知,对本发明实施例1有64.3%的人非常满意,有23.82%的人比较满意,对实施例1产品较满意的人占88.12%;而对比例2有44.21%的人非常满意,有27.21%的人比较满意,对对比例2产品较满意的人占71.42%;可见本方法制备的超分子脂质体乳液肤感明显优于常规乳液。
12、人体保湿功效评价
选取18—40岁志愿者共计40人,其中男性13人,女性27人。依据《QBT4256-2011化妆品保湿功效评价指南》,采用电容法测定皮肤角质层水分含量对实施例1和对比例2进行保湿人体功效评价。分别测定在未使用产品(记为0),使用产品2、4、6、8小时后志愿者皮肤角质层水分含量。
测试结果如图13所示,由结果可知,使用本方法制备的绿色天然超分子脂质体乳液2小时后角质层水分含量明显高于常规乳液,且水分含量下降缓慢,可见保湿效果明显优于常规乳液。
13、人体修护功效评价
选取18—40岁志愿者共计33人,其中男性16人,女性17人。依据《T/GDCA 009-2022化妆品修护功效人体评价方法》,设置实验组为实施例1,对照组为对比例2,利用经表皮失水率测试仪测定志愿者在未使用产品(记为0),分别使用实施例1和对比例2,在1天、4天、7天后皮肤经皮失水率。
结果如图14所示,由结果可知,实施例1和对比例2都具有修护功效,使用本发明实施例1绿色天然超分子脂质体乳液后,使用1天经皮水分流失量就下降了2g/h·m2,7天后经皮水分流失量下降了8g/h·m2。对比例2常规乳液在7天后经皮水分流失量仅下降了4g/h·m2。可见实施例1修护功效明显优于对比例2;即本法制备的绿色天然超分子脂质体乳液修护效果明显优于常规乳液。
14、皮肤平滑度测定
选取18—40岁志愿者共计33人,其中男性19人,女性14人。利用面部图像分析仪(VISIA CR)分别测定志愿者在使用实施例1前(0天),使用1天、4天、7天后皮肤平滑度。
结果如图15所示,可见,使用本发明实施例1绿色天然超分子脂质体乳液后皮肤光滑度逐渐得到了改善。
上述本发明实施例序号仅仅为了描述,不代表实施例的优劣。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种绿色天然超分子脂质体乳液,其特征在于,包括以下重量百分比组分:
余量为纯水;
所述活性成分包括油溶性活性成分和水溶性活性成分,所述油溶性活性成分的加入量为0-20%,所述水溶性活性成分的加入量为0-20%。
2.如权利要求1所述一种绿色天然超分子脂质体乳液,其特征在于:所述活性成分选自根皮素、光甘草定、羟基频哪酮视黄酸酯、维生素C棕榈酸酯、白藜芦醇、四氢姜黄素、虾青素、泛醌、姜黄素、槲皮素、番茄红素、苯乙基间苯二酚、乙酰基六肽-8、棕榈酰三肽-5、棕榈酰六肽-12、六肽-11、六肽-9、肌肽、羟丙基四氢吡喃三醇、麦角硫因、依克多因、聚季铵盐-51、抗坏血酸葡糖苷、甘油葡糖苷中任意一种及其组合。
3.如权利要求1所述一种绿色天然超分子脂质体乳液,其特征在于:超分子材料选自甜菜碱壬二酸、烟酰胺苹果酸、烟酰胺壬二酸、苦参碱水杨酸、甜菜碱水杨酸、甜菜碱柠檬酸、甜菜碱苹果酸、甜菜碱乳酸、左旋肉碱柠檬酸、苦参碱椰子油中任意一种及其组合。
4.如权利要求1所述一种绿色天然超分子脂质体乳液,其特征在于:所述磷脂选自氢化卵磷脂、大豆卵磷脂、葵花籽卵磷脂、蛋黄卵磷脂中的任意一种及其组合。
5.如权利要求1所述一种绿色天然超分子脂质体乳液,其特征在于:所述天然乳化剂为茶籽提取物。
6.如权利要求1所述一种绿色天然超分子脂质体乳液,其特征在于:所述油脂选自乳木果油、白池花籽油、橄榄油、山茶油、霍霍巴籽油、百合花油、茶叶油、桑子油、艾叶油、白芒花油、人参籽油、角鲨烷、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、葡萄籽油、棕榈油、玫瑰花油中任意一种及其组合。
7.如权利要求1所述一种绿色天然超分子脂质体乳液,其特征在于:所述天然防腐提取物选自紫苏叶提取物和/或蓝桉叶提取物。
8.如权利要求1所述一种绿色天然超分子脂质体乳液,其特征在于:所述增稠剂选自黄原胶、透明质酸钠、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP共聚物中任意一种及其组合。
9.如权利要求1所述一种绿色天然超分子脂质体乳液,其特征在于:所述抗氧化剂选自生育酚乙酸酯、生育酚、抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯中任意一种及其组合。
10.一种根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述绿色天然超分子脂质体乳液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)油相的制备:按重量百分比,将油溶性活性成分、油脂、磷脂、胆甾醇、抗氧化剂、超分子材料混合,于45-80℃搅拌混匀,静置保温10-40min;
(2)水相的制备:按重量百分比,将水溶性活性成分、天然乳化剂、天然防腐提取物、增稠剂和氢氧化钠依次加入余量纯水中,于45-80℃搅拌混匀,静置保温10-40min;
(3)高速剪切:将油相在剪切条件下缓慢加入水相,剪切转速为5000-10000rpm;剪切温度为45-80℃;剪切时间为3-8min,即得超分子脂质体初乳;
(4)高压均质:将初乳经高压均质处理,均质压力为500-1000bar,均质温度为45-80℃,循环次数5-10次,冷却至室温,即得超分子脂质体乳液。
