Abstract
本发明提出一种活氧去渍校服专用清洁剂组合物及制备方法,活氧去渍校服专用清洁剂组合物按质量百分比计包括以下组分:5%‑15%阴离子表面活性剂、10%‑50%氧化漂白剂、1%‑10%非离子表面活性剂、1%‑5%柔软剂、5%‑20%洗涤助剂、0.1%‑2%活化剂、0.5%‑5%污渍悬浮剂、1%‑10%其他添加剂、余量为硫酸钠。阴离子表面活性剂包括颗粒度为60‑130目、碳数分布为C14‑C16、水分含量在4%以下的α‑烯基磺酸钠。本发明清洁剂具有优异的氧化漂白去污能力,能够高效去除衣物上的污迹。

技术领域
本发明涉及清洗技术领域,具体涉及一种活氧去渍校服专用清洁剂组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
校服是学生最频繁穿的服饰,且学生经常需要进行户外活动,使得校服容易沾染各种污渍、容易发黄,要求洗衣剂既有优异的去污能力还要具备彩漂功能,而传统的洗衣剂已无法满足其要求,传统的洗衣剂已无法满足其要求,目前越来越多的洗衣剂中加入氧化漂白剂,使得洗衣剂具有优良的彩漂和杀菌功能,特别适用于清洗校服。
例如公开号为CN113621451A的发明申请公开一种用于校服清洁的洗衣液,为一款全新天然植萃配方,不含荧光增白剂,无鳞、无有害添加,适合母婴使用。洗衣液包括螯合剂、增稠剂、片碱、碳酸、阴离子表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂、杀菌防腐剂、兰衣草香精、食盐、柔顺剂、乳化剂,上述组分不具有漂白功能,不满足如今的校服清洗要求。
又例如公开号为CN109439448A的发明申请公开一种快速渗透的活氧自洁洗涤颗粒,包括氧漂白剂、阴离子渗透剂、非离子渗透剂,没有添加漂白活化剂,使得氧漂白剂漂白效率低。
鉴于此,本发明对于上述问题进行研究,并对提出一种活氧去渍校服专用清洁剂组合物及其制备方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种活氧去渍校服专用清洁剂组合物,具有强去污、漂白、除菌能力。
本发明提出一种活氧去渍校服专用清洁剂组合物,按质量百分比计,包括以下组分:5%-15%阴离子表面活性剂、10%-50%氧化漂白剂、1%-10%非离子表面活性剂、1%-5%柔软剂、5%-20%洗涤助剂、0.1%-2%活化剂、0.5%-5%污渍悬浮剂、1%-10%其他添加剂、余量为硫酸钠;所述阴离子表面活性剂包括颗粒度为60-130目、碳数分布为C14-C16、水分含量在4%以下的α-烯基磺酸钠。
优选地,所述活氧去渍校服专用清洁剂组合物,按质量百分比计,包括以下组分:6%-14%阴离子表面活性剂、13%-48%氧化漂白剂、2%-8%非离子表面活性剂、1.5%-4%柔软剂、6%-18%洗涤助剂、0.2%-1.5%活化剂、0.7%-4%污渍悬浮剂、2%-8%其他添加剂、余量为硫酸钠。
优选地,所述氧化漂白剂为过硼酸钠、过碳酸钠的一种或多种。

一种活氧去渍校服专用清洁剂组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤一,将氧化漂白剂加入反应釜中,搅拌均匀;
步骤二,将洗涤助剂加入反应釜中,搅拌均匀;
步骤三,将阴离子表面活性剂加入反应釜中,搅拌均匀;
步骤四,将非离子表面活性剂加入反应釜中,搅拌均匀;
步骤五,将活化剂加入反应釜中,搅拌均匀;
步骤六,将污渍悬浮剂加入反应釜中,搅拌均匀;
步骤七,将其他添加剂加入反应釜中,搅拌均匀;
步骤八,将余量硫酸钠加入反应釜中,搅拌均匀。
本发明的有益效果为:
1、本发明中阴离子表面活性剂为α-烯基磺酸钠(AOS),且碳数分布为C14-C16,具有良好的溶解性、润湿性、去污能力,且在硬水条件下也具有优良的起泡能力,易漂洗。由于衣物纤维在水中一般带负电荷,而阳离子表面活性剂会与纤维表面的阴离子静电结合,在纤维表面形成疏水性的吸附层,阻碍氧化漂白剂的活性氧与污渍的接触,降低洗涤效果;而两性型表面活性剂在应用上具有一定的局限性,所以本发明优选阴离子表面活性剂与非离子表面活性剂,本发明优选α-烯基磺酸钠与氧化漂白剂协同作用,加速氧化漂白剂渗透衣物,氧化漂白剂主要去除有色渍,α-烯基磺酸钠(AOS)去除汗渍、油渍、果渍等,从而提高整体去污效果,并能使产品有很好的流动性。本发明中活化剂能降低漂白温度,使得在室温或低温的情况下氧化漂白剂也具有优良的漂白能力,且活化剂对衣服纤维有保护作用,避免衣物漂坏。洗涤助剂为硅酸钠、碳酸钠、水玻璃,提供一个弱碱性环境使得氧化漂白剂能够更快的释放过氧化氢。
2、本发明中非离子表面活性剂与α-烯基磺酸钠相溶性和协同效应好,具有较好的洗涤、乳化、去污、分散、润湿作用。柔软剂能使得洗涤后的衣物柔软、抗静电。污渍悬浮剂能使得本发明中各种稳定相溶,不会沉积。其他添加剂能使产品增加香气和协同去污。

对比例12,一种有氧洗涤皂粉,按质量百分比计包括以下组分:0.7%份对甲苯、6.5%份碳酸钠、6.5%份五水偏硅酸钠、19.4%钙皂分散剂、13%份沸石、9.7%过碳酸钠、13%过硼酸钠、6.5%份柠檬酸、13%份过氧化氢、9.7%AEO-9、0.7%香精、0.6%光漂剂、0.7%有氧蛋白酶。
对比例13,一种活氧自洁洗涤颗粒,按质量百分比计包括以下组分:过碳酸钠20%、直链烷基苯磺酸钠8%、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠5%、生物酶0.60%、羧甲基纤维素1%、苏打40%、余量为硫酸钠。
为了验证本发明的活氧去渍校服专用清洁剂组合物的清洁性能,用上述18个实施例、以及13个对比例,进行机洗、浸泡校服测试。
1、机洗校服测试
本试验目的是测试机洗模式下清洁剂去除校服污染物的能力。
(1)测试所用校服来源于广州市华侨外国语学校、华南师范大学附属中学、广东省实验中学。测试所用的洗衣机为美的波轮洗衣机。
(2)机洗校服测试操作如下:
在校服上形成污渍:每套校服上用刷子刷上黑色墨水、泥水、番茄汁、牛油、红糖水、牛奶、汽油、巧克力冰淇淋,每种物质形成的污渍面积为4cm2,拍照记录污渍位置,并在室温环境下静置校服24小时。
机洗校服:往洗衣机中加入三套来自于不同学校已污染的校服,加入自来水和50g清洁剂,开启自动洗涤程序,并晾干。
评价清洁程度:按照下表4的标准进行评分。
(3)计算得分:机洗校服测试中清洁剂去污效果评价:总分/污渍总数。
检查每套校服是否有污染痕迹或残留物,在实验室灯光下(光源色温:3500K~4500K,光线强度:1000l x~15000l x)与机洗前拍的照片对比检查校服原污渍位置所剩污渍情况。

2、浸泡校服测试
本试验目的是测试浸泡模式下清洁剂去除校服污染物的能力。
测试所用校服来源于广州市华侨外国语学校、华南师范大学附属中学、广东省实验中学。测试所用的浸泡容器为15L洗脸盆。
浸泡校服测试操作如下:
(1)在校服上形成污渍:每套校服上用刷子刷上黑色墨水、泥水、番茄汁、牛油、红糖水、牛奶、汽油、巧克力冰淇淋,每种物质形成的污渍面积为4cm2,拍照记录污渍位置,并在室温环境下静置校服24小时。
(2)浸泡校服:往洗脸盆中加入已污染的校服,加入自来水和50g清洁剂,浸泡2小时,并晾干。
评价清洁程度:按照下表6的标准进行评分。
(3)计算得分:浸泡校服测试中清洁剂去污效果评价:总分/污渍总数
检查每套校服是否有污染痕迹或残留物,在实验室灯光下(光源色温:3500K~4500K,光线强度:1000l x~15000l x)与浸泡前拍的照片对比检查校服原污渍位置所剩污渍情况。
3、漂白校服测试
本试验目的是测试浸泡模式下清洁剂去除校服污染物的能力。
(1)测试所用校服来源于广州市华侨外国语学校,校服穿着时长为1年以上,且泛灰发暗相近(平均白度为66)。测试所用的浸泡容器为15L洗脸盆。
(2)漂白校服测试操作如下:往洗脸盆中加入已污染的校服,加入自来水和50g清洁剂,浸泡2小时,并晾干。
(3)评价漂白程度:在实验室灯光下(光源色温:3500K~4500K,光线强度:1000l x~15000l x)用白度计测漂白晾干后校服的白度。

根据表7的数据和实施例1-18的清洁剂的组分对比可知,当α-烯基磺酸钠与过碳酸钠的质量比1:6时,机洗、浸泡得分最高,去污性能最好。同时根据表7的数据和实施例5、6、7、15、17的清洁剂的组分对比可知,当α-烯基磺酸钠与过硼酸钠的质量比1:6时,机洗、浸泡得分最高,去污性能最好。进而可知,α-烯基磺酸钠和氧化漂白剂的配比为1:6去污性能最好。
根据表7的数据和实施例5与实施例17清洁剂的组分对比可知,过碳酸钠和过硼酸钠氧化漂白效果近乎相同。
根据表7的数据和实施例5、6、7、15、17清洁剂的组分对比可知,氧化漂白剂质量分数达到42%后,再增加其质量分数,不会再提高去污漂白性能。
对比例1-6中,由阴离子表面活性剂与氧化剂共用,去污效果一般,阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂共用,协同去污的去污效果好。
对比例7-11中,季铵盐类表面活性剂为阳离子表面活性剂,丙烯酸甲酯为两性表面活性剂,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚为非离子表面活性剂,十二烷基苯磺酸钠为阴离子表面活性剂,对比例7-11与实施例5对比可知,阳离子表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂与氧化漂白剂共用,去污效果一般,而十二烷基苯磺酸钠与氧化漂白剂协同漂白去污效果不如α-烯基磺酸钠氧化漂白剂协同去污效果。
对比例12为背景技术中提及的校服清洁剂,没有氧化漂白剂,机洗效果得分、浸泡效果得分都低于实施例1-18,说明本发明的校服清洁剂优于现有技术。
对比例13为背景技术中提及清洁剂,没有活化助剂,其机洗效果得分、浸泡效果得分都低于实施例1-18。
根据表7的数据可知,实施例1-18漂白校服后校服的白度范围为80.3-90.8,而对比例1-11漂白校服后校服的白度范围为75.2-79.9,对比例12-13漂白校服后校服的白度范围为72.3-73.5,漂白前校服的白度为66,实施例1-18添加有α-烯基磺酸钠、氧化漂白剂、活化剂,漂白效果最为明显,而对比例12-13只添加有氧化漂白剂、表面活性剂,漂白效果较差,对比例1-11添加有其他表面活性剂、氧化漂白剂、活化剂,由于α-烯基磺酸钠与氧化漂白剂结合的渗透效果优于其他表面活性剂与氧化漂白剂结合的渗透效果,所以实施例1-18的漂白效果显于对比例1-11。

Claims (10)
1.一种活氧去渍校服专用清洁剂组合物,其特征在于,按质量百分比计,包括以下组分:5%-15%阴离子表面活性剂、10%-50%氧化漂白剂、1%-10%非离子表面活性剂、1%-5%柔软剂、5%-20%洗涤助剂、0.1%-2%活化剂、0.5%-5%污渍悬浮剂、1%-10%其他添加剂、余量为硫酸钠;所述阴离子表面活性剂包括颗粒度为60-130目、碳数分布为C14-C16、水分含量在4%以下的α-烯基磺酸钠。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种活氧去渍校服专用清洁剂组合物,其特征在于,按质量百分比计,包括以下组分:6%-10%阴离子表面活性剂、13%-48%氧化漂白剂、2%-7%非离子表面活性剂、1.5%-4%柔软剂、6%-18%洗涤助剂、0.2%-1.5%活化剂、0.7%-4%污渍悬浮剂、2%-8%其他添加剂、余量为硫酸钠。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种活氧去渍校服专用清洁剂组合物,其特征在于,所述氧化漂白剂为过硼酸钠、过碳酸钠的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种活氧去渍校服专用清洁剂组合物,其特征在于,所述阴离子表面活性剂和氧化漂白剂的配比为1:6去污性能最好。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种活氧去渍校服专用清洁剂组合物,其特征在于,所述洗涤助剂为硅酸钠、碳酸钠的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种活氧去渍校服专用清洁剂组合物,其特征在于,所述非离子表面活性剂包括烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种活氧去渍校服专用清洁剂组合物,其特征在于,所述柔软剂包括咪唑啉、有机硅的一种或多种。所述洗涤助剂包括硅酸钠、碳酸钠、水玻璃的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种活氧去渍校服专用清洁剂组合物,其特征在于,所述活化剂包括异壬酸苯酚酯磺酸钠、四乙酰乙二胺的一种或多种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种活氧去渍校服专用清洁剂组合物,其特征在于,所述污渍悬浮剂包括羧甲基纤维素钠、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、丙烯酸和磺酸共聚物的一种或多种。
10.一种活氧去渍校服专用清洁剂组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,将氧化漂白剂加入反应釜中,搅拌均匀;
步骤二,将助剂加入反应釜中,搅拌均匀;
步骤三,将阴离子表面活性剂加入反应釜中,搅拌均匀;
步骤四,将非离子表面活性剂加入反应釜中,搅拌均匀;
步骤五,将活化剂加入反应釜中,搅拌均匀;
步骤六,将污渍悬浮剂加入反应釜中,搅拌均匀;
步骤七,将其他添加剂加入反应釜中,搅拌均匀;
步骤八,将余量硫酸钠加入反应釜中,搅拌均匀。
