技术领域
本发明涉及防锈油技术领域,更具体地说,尤其涉及一种高效防锈油及其制备方法。
背景技术
金属在贮存、运输和使用过程中,由于受环境气氛中水汽、氧气、酸、碱、盐和碳化物等物质的影响,在一定的温度、湿度和时间延续的条件下,会发生物理、化学变化而发生锈蚀,因此需要做防锈处理。常见的防锈处理是在金属表面喷涂或浸涂一层防锈油,防锈油是一种外观呈红褐色具有防锈功能的油溶剂,通常由油溶性缓蚀剂、基础油和辅助添加剂等组成。
目前市面上防锈油种类繁多,根据性能和用途,可分为指纹除去型防锈油、水稀释型防锈油、溶剂稀释型防锈油、防锈润滑两用油、封存防锈油、置换型防锈油、薄层油、防锈脂和气相防锈油等,但大多都无法达到长期防锈效果的要求。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种高效防锈油及其制备方法,其制备工艺简单,制得的防锈油具有优异的置换汗迹、水迹、防锈、油品不易乳化、油水分离好、抗盐雾能力强等特点,适用于钢、铸铁、粉末冶金件24个月以上的长期防锈处理。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种高效防锈油,包括以下重量份的组分:矿物油80~90份、防锈剂3~5份、缓蚀剂1~2份、防爆剂0.5~1份。
所述矿物油是由D40白电油和液压油复配而成,其中D40白电油与液压油的质量比为9:1~10:1。
所述防锈剂为石油磺酸钠或者石油磺酸钙。
所述缓蚀剂为松香胺。
所述防爆剂为环烷酸铅或者环烷酸锌。
本发明还提供所述高效防锈油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将白电油D40和液压油按比例加入容器中,充分搅拌;
(2)在所述容器中依次加入防锈剂、缓蚀剂及防爆剂,搅拌至均匀透明。
与现有技术相比,本发明防锈油具有优异的置换汗迹、水迹、防锈、油品不易乳化、油水分离好、抗盐雾能力强等特点,适用于钢、铸铁、粉末冶金件24个月以上的长期防锈处理。

实施例1
本实施例提供一种高效防锈油,由如下重量份的组分组成:D40白电油81份、液压油9份、石油磺酸钠3份、松香胺1份、环烷酸铅0.5份;制备时,先将D40白电油和液压油按比例加入容器中,充分搅拌后,在所述容器中依次加入石油磺酸钠、松香胺及环烷酸铅,搅拌至均匀透明。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种高效防锈油,由如下重量份的组分组成:D40白电油80份、液压油8份、石油磺酸钠4份、松香胺1.5份、环烷酸铅0.8份;制备时,先将D40白电油和液压油按比例加入容器中,充分搅拌后,在所述容器中依次加入石油磺酸钠、松香胺及环烷酸铅,搅拌至均匀透明。
实施例3
本实施例提供一种高效防锈油,由如下重量份的组分组成:D40白电油72份、液压油8份、石油磺酸钙4份、松香胺2份、环烷酸锌1份;制备时,先将D40白电油和液压油按比例加入容器中,充分搅拌后,在所述容器中依次加入石油磺酸钠、松香胺及环烷酸铅,搅拌至均匀透明。
实施例4
本实施例提供一种高效防锈油,由如下重量份的组分组成:D40白电油85份、液压油9份、石油磺酸钙5份、松香胺1份、环烷酸锌0.6份;制备时,先将D40白电油和液压油按比例加入容器中,充分搅拌后,在所述容器中依次加入石油磺酸钠、松香胺及环烷酸铅,搅拌至均匀透明。
