本发明公开了一种速干防锈油及其制备方法,所述速干防锈油包括以下重量份的组分:矿物油70~90份、防锈剂5~10份、缓蚀剂1~3份、防爆剂0.5~1份,所述矿物油是由6#白电油和液压油复配而成,其中6#白电油与液压油的质量比为10:1~12:1;所述速干防锈油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将6#白电油和液压油按比例加入容器中,充分搅拌;在所述容器中依次加入防锈剂、缓蚀剂及防爆剂,搅拌至均匀透明。本发明速干防锈油具有优异的置换汗迹、水迹、防锈、油品不易乳化、油水分离好、抗盐雾能力强等特点,适用于钢、铸铁、粉末冶金件3~6个月的短期防锈处理。

一种速干防锈油及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及防锈油技术领域,更具体地说,尤其涉及一种速干防锈油及其制备方法。
背景技术
金属在贮存、运输和使用过程中,由于受环境气氛中水汽、氧气、酸、碱、盐和碳化物等物质的影响,在一定的温度、湿度和时间延续的条件下,会发生物理、化学变化而发生锈蚀,因此需要做防锈处理。常见的防锈处理是在金属表面喷涂或浸涂一层防锈油,防锈油是一种外观呈红褐色具有防锈功能的油溶剂,通常由油溶性缓蚀剂、基础油和辅助添加剂等组成。
中国专利公开号CN106381200A公开了一种用于铸铁件的防锈油及其制备方法,所述防锈油包括下述重量份的成分:矿物油150-200份、环烷酸锌3-6份、二壬基萘磺酸钡6-10份、琥珀酸二异辛酯磺酸钠3-7份、脂肪醇醚磷酸酯MOA-3P 2-5份、环氧硬脂酸丁酯2-4份、油酸正丁酯硫酸酯钠盐3-8份、十八烷基甲基丙烯酸酯1-3份、肉豆蔻酸丁酯2-5份、富马酸二甲酯1-3份,该防锈油能有效地提高铸铁件的耐湿热、耐盐雾强度,但是铸铁件在浸透防锈油后干燥速度较慢,容易造成产品或者零件堆积,影响包装的正常进行。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种速干防锈油及其制备方法,其制备工艺简单,制得的防锈油具有优异的置换汗迹、水迹、防锈、油品不易乳化、油水分离好、抗盐雾能力强等特点,适用于钢、铸铁、粉末冶金件3~6个月的短期防锈处理。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种速干防锈油,包括以下重量份的组分:矿物油70~90份、防锈剂5~10份、缓蚀剂1~3份、防爆剂0.5~1份。
所述矿物油矿物油是由6#白电油和液压油复配而成,其中6#白电油与液压油的质量比为10:1~12:1。
所述防锈剂为石油磺酸钠或者石油磺酸钙。
所述缓蚀剂为松香胺。
所述防爆剂为环烷酸铅或者环烷酸锌。
本发明还提供所述速干防锈油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将6#白电油和液压油按比例加入容器中,充分搅拌;
(2)在所述容器中依次加入防锈剂、缓蚀剂及防爆剂,搅拌至均匀透明。
与现有技术相比,本发明速干防锈油具有优异的置换汗迹、水迹、防锈、油品不易乳化、油水分离好、抗盐雾能力强等特点,能够在短时间内快速干燥,适用于钢、铸铁、粉末冶金件3~6个月的短期防锈处理。

为了更好地理解本发明,下面结合实施例进一步阐明本发明的内容,但本发明的内容不仅仅局限于下面的实施例。
实施例1
本实施例提供一种速干防锈油,由如下重量份的组分组成:6#白电油80份、液压油8份、石油磺酸钠5份、松香胺1份、环烷酸铅0.8份;制备时,先将6#白电油和液压油按比例加入容器中,充分搅拌后,在所述容器中依次加入石油磺酸钠、松香胺及环烷酸铅,搅拌至均匀透明。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种速干防锈油,由如下重量份的组分组成:6#白电油72份、液压油6份、石油磺酸钠6份、松香胺2份、环烷酸铅0.5份;制备时,先将6#白电油和液压油按比例加入容器中,充分搅拌后,在所述容器中依次加入石油磺酸钠、松香胺及环烷酸铅,搅拌至均匀透明。
实施例3
本实施例提供一种速干防锈油,由如下重量份的组分组成:6#白电油77份、液压油7份、石油磺酸钙8份、松香胺2份、环烷酸锌1份;制备时,先将6#白电油和液压油按比例加入容器中,充分搅拌后,在所述容器中依次加入石油磺酸钠、松香胺及环烷酸铅,搅拌至均匀透明。
实施例4
本实施例提供一种速干防锈油,由如下重量份的组分组成:6#白电油82份、液压油8份、石油磺酸钙10份、松香胺3份、环烷酸锌0.6份;制备时,先将6#白电油和液压油按比例加入容器中,充分搅拌后,在所述容器中依次加入石油磺酸钠、松香胺及环烷酸铅,搅拌至均匀透明。
对上述各实施例制备的防锈油进行了分析,其各项性能指标如下表所示:

4.根据权利要求1所述的速干防锈油,其特征在于:所述缓蚀剂为松香胺。
5.根据权利要求1所述的速干防锈油,其特征在于:所述防爆剂为环烷酸铅或者环烷酸锌。
6.一种如权利要求1-5任一项所述速干防锈油的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将6#白电油和液压油按比例加入容器中,充分搅拌;
(2)在所述容器中依次加入防锈剂、缓蚀剂及防爆剂,搅拌至均匀透明。
