Abstract
本发明提高了一种兼具美毛和化毛的猫专用营养膏,其包含以下重量份的组分:包埋益生菌的阻水微胶囊15%~40%,含omega‑3不饱和脂肪酸的油15%~45%,功能性物质2%~20%,吸水膨胀性纤维10%~30%,表面活性剂0.2%~2%,水15%~50%,其中,包埋益生菌的阻水微胶囊被包裹在含omega‑3不饱和脂肪酸的油与功能性物质、吸水膨胀性纤维和水形成的O/W型乳液中。该营养膏营养搭配合理,易被猫吸收,具有较好的适口性和耐口性,不仅能促进猫毛发柔顺,而且能起到化毛的效果,显著降低猫呕吐次数,具有较高的应用潜力。

技术领域
本发明属于宠物营养品技术领域,更具体地,本发明涉及一种兼具美毛和化毛的猫用营养膏的制备方法及应用效果。
背景技术
随着生活水平的不断提高,越来越多的人选择猫作为伴侣宠物,然而,猫常常会出现较严重的皮肤问题,临床上主要表现为皮肤瘙痒、脱毛、结痂和皮肤异常变化等。猫的皮肤病有品种、年龄及个体差异,受饮食结构、生活环境、应激因素的影响很大,因袭,关注猫的皮肤健康,降低皮肤病的病发率,是宠物主人日常生活中关注的问题。
目前,解决猫皮肤问题主要是使用抗菌药物(如咪康唑、酮康唑)或化学杀菌剂(如洗必泰、吡啶硫酮锌甘宝素和吡啶酮乙醇胺盐等),然而,他们的副作用会引起皮肤灼烧或大量脱皮,具有严重的刺激性。
尽管目前猫全价粮中已添加了如含硫氨基酸、微量元素、卵磷脂、鱼油等以解决由皮肤病易引发猫毛发干枯、掉毛、光泽度差等问题,但还这是不能从根本上解决猫的毛发问题。此外,猫会本能的舔舐毛发,从而吞入自己的体毛、导致体毛在消化道内蓄积而形成毛球(起球)的现象。因此,如何提供一种具有固化猫毛发皮囊功效、有效固化毛发、防止脱毛特点的可有效减少猫脱毛的宠物食品是本领域技术人员亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
针对猫掉毛严重以及猫条件性的舔毛,导致猫进入猫的肠道引起猫呕吐问题,本发明提供了一种兼具美毛和化毛的猫用营养膏,其包括以下重量百分含量的组分:
其中,包埋益生菌的阻水微胶囊被包裹在含omega-3不饱和脂肪酸的油与功能性物质以及吸水膨胀性纤维形成的O/W型乳液中。
在另一优选例中,包埋益生菌的阻水微胶囊的重量百分比含量为20%~35%。
在另一优选例中,含omega-3不饱和脂肪酸的油的重量百分比含量为20%~40%。
在另一优选例中,功能性物质的重量百分比含量为5%~15%。
在另一优选例中,吸水膨胀性纤维的重量百分比含量为10%~20%。
在另一优选例中,表面活性剂的重量百分比含量为0.5%~1%。
在另一优选例中,所述包埋益生菌的阻水微胶囊中的益生菌选自枯草芽孢杆菌、双歧杆菌属、乳酸杆菌属、酵母菌,或其组合,更佳地双歧杆菌。
在另一优选例中,所述包埋益生菌的阻水微胶囊含有W/O型芯材和壁材,所述益生菌位于所述W/O型芯材中。
在另一优选例中,所述包埋益生菌的阻水微胶囊包括W/O型芯材和壁材,益生菌位于所述W/O型芯材内,所述壁材由乳清蛋白和海藻酸钠构成,并且在所述W/O型芯材上形成所述壁材之后依次经过Ca2+一次固化、包覆纳晶纤维素涂层和经过Ca2+二次固化。
在另一优选例中,所述包埋益生菌的阻水微胶囊的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)益生菌的培养:将益生菌活化后,加入到培养基中传代培养,将益生菌培养液进行离心,收集益生菌的菌落;
(2)W/O型芯材的制备:将收集的菌落与水相混合形成内水相,再与油相混合搅拌形成W/O型芯材;
(3)微胶囊壁的制备:首先将步骤(2)的芯材先与海藻酸盐水溶液混合,然后在搅拌过程中向其中加入乳清蛋白水溶液;
(4)Ca2+一次固化:步骤(3)的混合液在搅拌下滴加到浓度为5.0~10.0%w/v,pH为3.0~5.0的CaCl2水溶液中,室温下,固化20~40min,收集微胶囊,用质量浓度为0.5~1.5%NaCl水溶液清洗至中性;
(5)纳晶纤维素涂层:将步骤(4)制备的微胶囊搅拌下加入到质量浓度为0.3~2%的纳晶纤维素溶液中,室温下,固化1~10min;
(6)Ca2+二次固化:将步骤(5)的混合液在搅拌下分散到浓度为1~4%w/v,pH为3.0~5.0的CaCl2水溶液中进行固化,室温下,固化20~40min,收集微胶囊,用质量浓度为0.5~1.5%的NaCl水溶液清洗至中性,冷冻干燥,即得微胶囊包埋的益生菌。
在另一优选例中,所述包埋益生菌的阻水微胶囊的制备方法中,所述W/O乳液芯材、乳清蛋白、海藻酸钠和纳晶纤维素的重量比为1~2:3~5:3~5:0.5~1。
在另一优选例中,所述包埋益生菌的阻水微胶囊的制备方法中,所述W/O型芯材的水相选自甘油、牛血清白蛋白、海藻酸钠、肽、胶原蛋白、壳聚糖,或其组合。
在另一优选例中,所述包埋益生菌的阻水微胶囊的制备方法中,所述W/O型芯材的油相选自中链甘油三酯、玉米油、海藻油、橄榄油、豆油,或其组合。
在另一优选例中,所述包埋益生菌的阻水微胶囊的制备方法中,步骤(2)中益生菌与水相的重量比为5~10:95~90。
在另一优选例中,所述包埋益生菌的阻水微胶囊的制备方法中,步骤(2)中水相与油相的重量比为1:2~6。
在另一优选例中,含omega-3不饱和脂肪酸的油选自鱼油、海豹油、南极磷虾油、海藻油,或其组合,更佳地,鱼油和南极磷虾油。
在另一优选例中,所述功能性物质选自氨基酸、维生素、微量元素、卵磷脂、胡萝卜素、益生元、植物提取物,或其组合。

本发明还提供了上述猫专用营养膏的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
将包埋益生菌的阻水微胶囊、含omega-3不饱和脂肪酸的油、功能性物质、吸水膨胀性纤维、表面活性剂和水在50~85℃混合均匀,即得到所述猫专用营养膏。
本发明还提供了一种猫用食粮或猫用保健品,其特征在于,其包含权利要求1至8任一项所述的猫专用营养膏。
具体实施方式
本发明的兼具美毛和化毛的猫用营养膏包括以下重量百分含量的组分:
包埋益生菌的阻水微胶囊15%~40%;含omega-3不饱和脂肪酸的油15%~45%;功能性物质2%~20%;吸水膨胀性纤维10%~30%,表面活性剂0.2%~2%,水15%~50%,其中,包埋益生菌的阻水微胶囊被包裹在含omega-3不饱和脂肪酸的油与功能性物质以及吸水膨胀性纤维形成的O/W型乳液中。
包埋益生菌的阻水微胶囊可通过平衡猫肠道内的微生物菌群,提高猫的肠道健康。益生菌包括但不局限于枯草芽孢杆菌、双歧杆菌属、乳酸杆菌属、酵母菌,它们具有调节猫胃肠道正常菌群、维持微生态平衡,从而改善猫胃肠道功能、提高食物消化率和生物效价、降低血清胆固醇、控制内毒素、抑制肠道内腐败菌生长、提高机体免疫力等功能。
含omega-3不饱和脂肪酸的油包括但不局限于鱼油(例如,深海鱼油)、海豹油、南极磷虾油、海藻油。也可额外添加EPA和DHA。omega-3不饱和脂肪酸的作用包括活化血管细胞,使血管恢复弹性,并修复破损的血管壁,同时还能有效的降低血液黏度,加速血液流通,快速调节高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、甘油三酯和胆固醇。例如,EPA和DHA含不饱和键较多,有较强的调整血脂作用。EPA可以降低血液中胆固醇和甘油三酯、促进循环系统健康、软化血管、预防心脑血管疾病,还能治疗免疫系统缺陷引起的炎症。DHA对大脑营养至关重要,可以防止胆固醇沉积在血管壁上。
所述功能性物质包括但不局限于氨基酸、维生素、微量元素、卵磷脂、胡萝卜素、益生元、植物提取物。
氨基酸包括但不局限于L-赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、半胱氨酸、色氨酸、苏氨酸、精氨酸、异亮氨酸、缬氨酸、亮氨酸、组氨酸、苯丙氨酸、酪氨酸、牛磺酸,或其组合,更优选L-赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、半胱氨酸、色氨酸、苏氨酸、精氨酸、异亮氨酸、缬氨酸、亮氨酸、组氨酸、苯丙氨酸、酪氨酸、牛磺酸。在本发明的一个具体实施例中,氨基酸为组合物,其包含L-赖氨酸6份、蛋氨酸2份,半胱氨酸2份、色氨酸5份、苏氨酸3份、精氨酸6份、异亮氨酸3份、缬氨酸3份、亮氨酸3份、组氨酸3份、苯丙氨酸2份、酪氨酸2份和牛磺酸10份。
L-赖氨酸是第一必需氨基酸,蛋白质是构成动物细胞的主要成份,食物中的蛋白质进入人体后经过消化先分解成氨基酸,然后机体又利用这些氨基酸再合成新的蛋白质,如免疫抗体、消化酶、血浆蛋白、生长激素等都是后合成的蛋白质。在合成蛋白质的各种氨基酸中,L-赖氨酸是最重要的一种,缺少L-赖氨酸,其它氨基酸就受到限制或得不到利用。左旋精氨酸能促进血氨进入尿素循环,防止氨中毒。L-异亮氨酸属于必需氨基酸,对维持动物体内氮平衡所必须。色氨酸是一种重要的营养必需氨基酸,对人和动物的新陈代谢、生长发育起着重要的作用。
维生素包括但不局限于维生素A(VA)、维生素D3(VD3)、维生素C(VC)、维生素E(VE)、硫胺素(VB1)、核黄素(VB2)、维生素B6(VB6)、维生素B12(VB12)、D-生物素、D-泛酸、叶酸、烟酸。VC参与宠物机体复杂的代谢过程,能促进生长和增强对疾病的抵抗力,可用作营养增补剂、抗氧化剂。VE是很强的抗氧化剂,可通过中断自由基的连锁反应保护细胞膜的稳定性,防止膜上脂褐素形成而延缓机体衰老,可通过维持遗传物质的稳定和防止染色体结构变异,调节机体代谢活动有条不紊地进行,也起到延缓衰老的作用。在本发明的一个具体实施例中,维生素为组合物,按重量份计,其包含维生素A1.5份、维生素D3 0.0085份、维生素C 130份、维生素E 260份、硫胺素4份、核黄素0.002.5份、维生素B6 0.9份、维生素B12 0.04份、D-生物素0.09份、D-泛酸5.1份、叶酸0.8份、烟酸1.6份。
微量元素包括但不局限于蛋白铜、蛋白铁、蛋白锌、蛋白锰、酵母硒。这些微量元素具有稳定性好、易吸收和生物利用率高的特点,作为营养性饲料添加剂,可满足动物对微量元素的需要。在本发明的一个具体实施例中,微量元素为组合物,按重量份计,其包含蛋白铜10份、蛋白铁42份、蛋白锌60份、蛋白锰0.0075份、酵母硒0.140份。
所述益生元包括但不局限于壳寡糖、甘露寡糖、果寡糖和可溶性的纤维,益生元可作为益生菌的营养来源,帮助益生菌繁殖,调节肠道内有益菌的数量。
植物提取物包括但不局限于丝兰提取物、茶多酚提取物、蔓越莓提取物。这些功能性物质可按照常规的方法提取,或者市售可得。蔓越莓提取物中的花青素具有增加猫的毛细血管柔韧性、促进血管膨胀和伸缩性、防止血管破裂等功效,对猫的皮肤及毛质具有修复作用。姜黄素提取物可以降血压、血脂,对金黄葡萄球菌有较强的抗菌作用,抗动脉粥样化。红茶提取物可以帮助减少肾结石,膀胱结石、肝脏、胆囊、糖尿病和尿道感染等疾病的发病率,具有利尿、冲洗肾脏和尿道的作用。
膨胀性(吸水性)纤维(例如,车前子壳粉)的作用包括:(1)促进消化液分泌,增强肠胃蠕动,对便秘有缓解作用;(2)促进肠胃蠕动,能够加速身体对食物的消化和吸收,而且它里面的成分加肌纤维束进入身体之后,还能够吸湿膨胀,能够减少在体内堆积可以把毒素很好的排出体外。
表面活性剂使得O/W型乳液营养膏的稳定性更好。
包埋益生菌的阻水微胶囊的制备
本发明的包埋益生菌的阻水微胶囊的制备方法可以按照其他现有技术制备的在达到宠物肠道之前稳定性较好的酶制剂,例如按照CN112544978A中记载的方法制备,例如,CN112544978A中实施例1~3中描述的方法制备。
兼具美毛和化毛的猫专用营养膏的制备
本发明的兼具美毛和化毛的猫专用营养膏的制备方法基于水包油微乳化的原理。
本发明中兼具美毛和化毛的猫专用营养膏的制备方法包括步骤:将包埋益生菌的阻水微胶囊、含omega-3不饱和脂肪酸的油、功能性物质、吸水膨胀性纤维、表面活性剂和水在50~85℃混合均匀,即得到所述猫专用营养膏。在另一优选例中,猫专用营养膏的组分在均质机中在75~80℃条件以搅拌速度为300~600rpm均质乳化形成平滑粘稠的膏体,至玻璃棒挑起时膏丝连续不断并流成折叠状,制备得到猫专用营养膏从均质机倒出装桶,送至灌装线,制成膏体,或采用独立小包装分装。在另一优选例中,本发明的制备的猫专用营养膏3次测试膏体动力粘度(μ)平均值为70~90mPa·s,放置7天后会未出现油水分离现象。
本发明的描述中,化毛是指将猫平常舔舐的毛发通过粪便排出体外,降低猫呕吐的频率,本发明的化毛的原理为通过吸水性膨胀纤维和一定量的脂肪与猫毛发黏合,达到去毛的目的。
本发明的描述中,美毛是指通过在猫的营养膏中添加特定的营养物质,达到猫美毛的目的。美毛的原理是通过提高猫的免疫力、满足猫毛发的营养需求、皮肤层的营养需求达到猫美毛的目的。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明的兼具美毛和化毛的猫专用营养膏兼具猫美毛和去毛球功能,其中不添加任何诱食剂,适口性较好。
2、本发明的兼具美毛和化毛的猫专用营养膏是一种水包油型乳液,含omega-3不饱和脂肪酸的油作为油相,功能性物质、吸水膨胀性纤维以及水作为水相,益生菌锁定在油相中,并且外层包覆水相,进一步提高了益生菌的活性,同时功能性物质补充猫身体所需成分,吸水膨胀性纤维增加促进肠胃蠕动,促使肠排空。

维生素A1.5份、维生素D3 0.0085份、维生素C 130份、维生素E 260份、硫胺素4份、核黄素0.002.5份、维生素B6 0.9份、维生素B12 0.04份、D-生物素0.09份、D-泛酸5.1份、叶酸0.8份、烟酸1.6份。
实施例1至2中所用功能性物质包含上述氨基酸组合物、矿物质组合物、维生素组合物和蔓越莓提取物组成(重量比为1:1:2:10)。蔓越莓提取物购于奥特奇生物制品(中国)有限公司
实施例3中所用功能性物质包含上述氨基酸组合物、矿物质组合物、维生素组合物、蔓越莓提取物组成和甘露寡糖(重量比为1:1:2:7:5)
实施例1
1.1包埋益生菌的阻水微胶囊的制备方法
(1)益生菌的培养
双歧杆菌在水浴锅中进行活化30min,水浴锅的温度为37℃,加入10%的菌液到MRS培养基(灭菌后)中传代培养,至菌株活菌数为109CFU/g以上,将1L干酪乳酸菌LC2W的培养液,经6000rpm离心10min后,收集菌体沉淀物;
(2)W/O型芯材的制备
为提高益生菌的存活率和包埋率,将收集好的菌落(109-10CFU/g)与甘油(保护剂)混合形成内水相(其中甘油的用量为1g干酪乳酸菌LC2W菌落使用18mL甘油)混合形成内水相,再与玉米油(其中,玉米油的用量为1g干酪乳酸菌LC2W菌落使用60mL玉米油),搅拌形成W/O型乳液芯材,搅拌速度为800rpm。
(3)壁材的制备
配制20g/L的乳清蛋白水溶液,持续搅拌2h后,6000rpm离心10min,保留上清液待用。配制20g/L的海藻酸钠水溶液,加热搅拌至完全溶解,冷却至室温,备用;将步骤(2)中的W/O型乳液芯材先与海藻酸钠水溶液混合,在慢速搅拌过程中再加入乳清蛋白水溶液,搅拌速度为200rpm,搅拌时间为20min,其中W/O型乳液芯材、海藻酸钠和乳清蛋白的重量比为1.5:4:3。
(4)Ca2+一次固化
配制浓度为5%(w/v)的CaCl2水溶液,并用盐酸调整其pH为4.0,在高压灭菌锅中杀菌,采用1mL 0.3mm孔径的针管吸取步骤(3)的混合液,滴加到上述CaCl2水溶液中(其中步骤(3)的混合液的体积与CaCl2水溶液的体积比为1:1~3,CaCl2与海藻酸盐的重量用量比为0.1~0.3:5~10),固化时间30min,搅拌速度400rpm,滴加速度为2~3滴/s,然后离心收集微胶囊,再用质量浓度为0.9%的NaCl水溶液清洗至中性、备用;
(5)纳晶纤维素涂层
将步骤(4)制备的微胶囊加入到灭菌后的质量浓度为2%的纳晶纤维素溶液中(其中纳晶纤维素的用量为1g海藻酸钠使用10g晶纤维素),搅拌固化2min;
(6)Ca2+二次固化:
将步骤(5)制备的混合液再分散到浓度为3%(w/v)的CaCl2水溶液(用盐水调节该CaCl2溶液的pH为4.0)中(其中步骤(5)的混合液的体积与CaCl2水溶液的体积比为1:1~3,CaCl2与海藻酸盐的重量用量比为0.01~0.05:5~10),进行固化40min,搅拌速度400rpm,收集微胶囊,再用质量浓度为0.9%的NaCl水溶液清晰至中性,冷冻干燥3h,保藏备用。

将混合物从均质机倒出装桶,送至灌装线,制成膏体,或采用独立小包装分装。
实施例2
2.1包埋益生菌的阻水微胶囊的制备方法
同实施例的1.1。

兼具美毛和化毛的猫专用营养膏的猫饲喂效果
选取40只猫,分成3组,每组10只,实验前7天为过渡期,过渡期间猫的饲养环境与方式与正式实验期间一样,正式试验为30天。正式试验期间,喂养常规的猫食粮,其中对照组仅仅喂养常规的猫食粮,实验组1、2和3分别额外喂养上述实施例1-3的宠物营养膏,饲喂量为5-10mL/天。给猫连续饲喂约30天后,猫身体健康,精神状态良好,瘙痒抓挠症状好转,皮肤有光泽掉毛现象减轻。统计试验期间猫的呕吐次数,结果见表1。

从表1可以看出,利用本发明的实施例1-3的营养膏喂养猫30天后,猫呕吐次数明显低于对照组,说明引起猫呕吐的肠道内的猫团明显减少,具有较好的化毛的效果。
猫背毛试验环境设定与测定姿势
测试为正常室温环境(15~23℃),在正常光照100~300lux的室内进行光照强度。使用美普达CR-400色差仪测定。测定前对设备进行空白校正。观察视角10°,观察光源D65,测定孔径10mm。待测动物处于正常解剖姿势(站立),不允许卧倒行为。
猫背毛指标测定
试验期结束后,测定结果包括猫背毛细度、亮度值L*、红度值a*、黄度值b*。通过对3个技术重复获得平均值,记为某动物在某部位的色差值饱和度C*=(a*2+b*2)0.5,色度角H°=arctan(b*/a*)×180°。结果见表2。
通过投影直径法测定被毛细度,将宠物猫毛样排列整齐,剪成1cm的小段,取一小部分置于载玻片上,加香柏油固定,将毛涂布均匀,随后缓慢盖上盖玻片显微镜观察,通过纤维细度识别系统测量毛细度,每只猫30个重复,通过美普达CR-400色差仪测定,结果取平均值,见表2。

相同指标同列之间油不同字母表示有显著性差异(p>0.05)。
从表2可以看出利用本发明的实施例1-3的营养膏猫喂养30天后,猫背毛的细度增加,猫毛的亮度值、红度值、黄度值、饱和度值和色度角值均明显提高,而不喂养本发明的营养膏的对照组的猫毛没有明显变化。
通过YM-06E电子单纤维强力仪进行测定猫背毛断裂强度和拉伸率。

相同指标同列之间油不同字母表示有显著性差异(p>0.05)。
从表3可以看出利用本发明的实施例1-3的营养膏喂养30天后,猫背毛的细度增加的同时,断裂强度增加,拉伸率增加、饱和度值和色度角值均明显提高,而不喂养本发明的营养膏的对照组的猫毛没有明显变化。
以上所述的,仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并非用以限定本发明的范围,本发明的上述实施例还可以做出各种变化。即凡是依据本发明申请的权利要求书及说明书内容所作的简单、等效变化与修饰,皆落入本发明专利的权利要求保护范围。本发明未详尽描述的均为常规技术内容。
Claims (10)
1.一种兼具美毛和化毛的猫专用营养膏,其特征在于,其包含以下重量份的组分:
其中,包埋益生菌的阻水微胶囊(W/O)被包裹在含omega-3不饱和脂肪酸的油与功能性物质以及吸水膨胀性纤维形成的O/W型乳液中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的猫专用营养膏,其特征在于,包埋益生菌的阻水微胶囊的重量百分比含量为20%~35%,和/或
鱼油的重量百分比含量为20%~40%,和/或
功能性物质的重量百分比含量为5%~15%,和/或
表面活性剂的重量百分比含量为0.5%~1%,和/或
吸水膨胀性纤维的重量百分比含量为10%~20%,和/或
表面活性剂的重量百分比含量为0.5%~1%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的猫专用营养膏,其特征在于,所述包埋益生菌的阻水微胶囊中的益生菌选自枯草芽孢杆菌、双歧杆菌属、乳酸杆菌属、酵母菌,或其组合,更佳地双歧杆菌。
4.根据权利要求1所述的猫专用营养膏,其特征在于,所述包埋益生菌的阻水微胶囊含有W/O型芯材和壁材,所述益生菌位于所述W/O型芯材中。
5.根据权利要求4所述的猫专用营养膏,其特征在于,所述包埋益生菌的阻水微胶囊的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)益生菌的培养:将益生菌活化后,加入到培养基中传代培养,将益生菌培养液进行离心,收集益生菌的菌落;
(2)W/O型芯材的制备:将收集的菌落与水相混合形成内水相,再与油相混合搅拌形成W/O型芯材;
(3)微胶囊壁的制备:首先将步骤(2)的芯材先与海藻酸盐水溶液混合,然后在搅拌过程中向其中加入乳清蛋白水溶液;
(4)Ca2+一次固化:步骤(3)的混合液在搅拌下滴加到浓度为5.0~10.0%w/v,pH为3.0~5.0的CaCl2水溶液中,室温下,固化20~40min,收集微胶囊,用质量浓度为0.5~1.5%NaCl水溶液清洗至中性;
(5)纳晶纤维素涂层:将步骤(4)制备的微胶囊搅拌下加入到质量浓度为0.3~2%的纳晶纤维素溶液中,室温下,固化1~10min;
(6)Ca2+二次固化:将步骤(5)的混合液在搅拌下分散到浓度为1~4%w/v,pH为3.0~5.0的CaCl2水溶液中进行固化,室温下,固化20~40min,收集微胶囊,用质量浓度为0.5~1.5%的NaCl水溶液清洗至中性,冷冻干燥,即得微胶囊包埋的益生菌。
6.根据权利要求5所述的猫专用营养膏,其特征在于,所述制备方法中,
所述W/O乳液芯材、乳清蛋白、海藻酸钠和纳晶纤维素的重量比为1~2:3~5:3~5:0.5~1,和/或
所述W/O型芯材的水相选自甘油、牛血清白蛋白、海藻酸钠、肽、胶原蛋白、壳聚糖,或其组合,和/或
所述W/O型芯材的油相选自中链甘油三酯、玉米油、海藻油、橄榄油、豆油,或其组合,和/或
步骤(2)中益生菌与水相的重量比为5~10:95~90,和/或
步骤(2)中水相与油相的重量比为1:2~6。
7.根据权利要求1所述的猫专用营养膏,其特征在于,所述含omega-3不饱和脂肪酸的油选自鱼油、海豹油、南极磷虾油、海藻油,或其组合,更佳地鱼油和南极磷虾油,和/或
所述吸水膨胀性纤维选自车前子壳粉、亚麻籽粉、砻糠、麦糠,或其组合,更佳地车前子壳粉,和/或
所述表面活性剂选自大豆蛋白、玉米蛋白、豌豆蛋白,更佳地,大豆蛋白,和/或
所述功能性物质选自氨基酸、维生素、微量元素、卵磷脂、胡萝卜素、益生元、植物提取物,或其组合。
8.根据权利要求7所述的猫专用营养膏,其特征在于,所述氨基酸选自L-赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、半胱氨酸、色氨酸、苏氨酸、精氨酸、异亮氨酸、缬氨酸、亮氨酸、组氨酸、苯丙氨酸、酪氨酸、牛磺酸,或其组合,更优选L-赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、半胱氨酸、色氨酸、苏氨酸、精氨酸、异亮氨酸、缬氨酸、亮氨酸、组氨酸、苯丙氨酸、酪氨酸、牛磺酸,或其组合,和/或
所述维生素选自维生素A(VA)、维生素D3(VD3)、维生素C(VC)、维生素E(VE)、硫胺素(VB1)、核黄素(VB2)、维生素B6(VB6)、维生素B12(VB12)、D-生物素、D-泛酸、叶酸、烟酸,或其组合,和/或
所述微量元素选自蛋白铜、蛋白铁、蛋白锌、蛋白锰、酵母硒,或其组合,和/或
所述益生元选自壳寡糖、甘露寡糖、果寡糖和可溶性的纤维等,或其组合,更佳地甘露寡糖,
所述植物提取物选自丝兰提取物、茶多酚提取物、蔓越莓提取物,或其组合,更佳地蔓越莓提取物。
9.权利要求1至8任一项所述的猫专用营养膏的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
将包埋益生菌的阻水微胶囊、含omega-3不饱和脂肪酸的油、功能性物质、吸水膨胀性纤维、表面活性剂和水在50~85℃混合均匀,即得到所述猫专用营养膏。
10.一种猫用食粮或猫用保健品,其特征在于,其包含权利要求1至8任一项所述的猫专用营养膏。
