In addition, the preparation cost of the cooking utensil can be reduced.
In some embodiments, in order to make the cooking appliance of the present application have better cooking effect on food materials to be cooked, a circulation duct 220 communicating with the cooking cavity 210 may be further disposed in the housing 200, and specifically, two ends of the circulation duct 220 communicate with the cooking cavity 210, so that hot gas may circulate between the circulation duct 220 and the cooking cavity 210. So that the hot gas in the cooking chamber 210 may flow into the circulation duct 220 and be returned to the cooking chamber 210 from the circulation duct 220, the blower 300 may drive the hot gas to flow between the cooking chamber 210 and the circulation duct 220.
Since both ends of the circulation duct 220 are communicated with the cooking cavity 210, one end of the circulation duct 220 connected with the cooking cavity 210 may be an air inlet 410, the other end of the circulation duct 220 connected with the cooking cavity 210 may be an air outlet 420, the fan 300 may drive hot air in the cooking cavity 210 to be discharged into the circulation duct 220 from the air outlet 420, and may drive hot air in the circulation duct 220 to be discharged into the cooking cavity 210 from the air inlet 410, and in the process of circulating hot air between the cooking cavity 210 and the circulation duct 220, hot air formed by driving the fan 300 may continuously repeatedly enter the cooking cavity 210, so that the hot air may continuously act on food to be cooked in the cooking cavity 210 of the housing 200, and the food to be cooked in the cooking cavity 210 of the housing 200 may more rapidly finish cooking.
In some embodiments, the cooking apparatus of the present application is further provided with a liner 400, the liner 400 is disposed in the housing 200, specifically, the liner 400 may be disposed in the cooking cavity 210 of the housing 200, and accordingly, the cooking cavity 210 is located in the liner 400, and the food material to be cooked may be placed in the liner 400 for cooking. The inner container 400 and the case 200 have a gap therebetween, which may constitute the circulation duct 220 in the case 200, and hot gas may flow in the circulation duct 220 between the case 200 and the inner container 400. The air inlet 410 and the air outlet 420, which are communicated with the cooking cavity 210 by the circulation air duct 220, can be opened in the inner container 400, so that the cooking cavity 210 of the inner container 400 can be communicated with the circulation air duct 220, and the hot air flow can continuously act on the food to be cooked, which is placed in the inner container 400.
The outer wall of the inner container 400 and the inner wall of the housing 200 may constitute the inner wall of the circulation duct 220, so that the hot air flow may act on the outer wall of the inner container 400 during the flow in the circulation duct 220 to heat the outer wall of the inner container 400, thereby further maintaining a high temperature in the cooking cavity 210 of the inner container 400. In addition, the circulation duct 220 is formed by providing a gap between the housing 200 and the inner container 400, so that a pipe structure does not need to be independently arranged in the housing 200 as the circulation duct 220, and the housing 200 of the cooking appliance is easier to prepare.
In some embodiments, the circulation duct 220 in the case 200 of the present application may be provided to include a bottom channel 221, a top channel 222 and a side channel 223, the bottom channel 221 being located at a bottom side of the inner container 400, the top channel 222 being located at a top side of the inner container 400, the side channel 223 being located at a side of the inner container 400, and the bottom channel 221 being in communication with the top channel 222 through the side channel 223, both the bottom channel 221 and the top channel 222 being in communication with the cooking cavity 210 of the inner container 400, so that hot gas located in the cooking cavity 210 of the inner container 400 may enter the bottom channel 221 or the top channel 222, and then the hot gas flows back into the cooking cavity 210 of the inner container 400 by flowing between the bottom channel 221, the top channel 222 and the side channel 223, for the purpose of allowing the hot gas to enter the cooking cavity 210 of the inner container 400 a plurality of times to act on food to be cooked.
Specifically, the bottom side of the liner 400 has a gap with the bottom of the case 200 to form the bottom channel 221, the top side of the liner 400 has a gap with the top of the case 200 to form the top channel 222, and the side of the liner 400 also has a gap with the side of the case 200 to form the side channel 223. Accordingly, the air inlet 410 of the inner container 400 may be disposed to communicate with the bottom channel 221, and the air outlet 420 of the inner container 400 may be disposed to communicate with the top channel 222, so that the hot air in the cooking cavity 210 of the inner container 400 may be inputted into the top channel 222 through the air outlet 420 of the inner container 400, then the hot air sequentially enters the side channels 223 and the top channel 222, and finally enters the cooking cavity 210 of the inner container 400 through the air inlet 410 of the inner container 400 from the bottom channel 221, thereby completing the circulation of the hot air between the circulation duct 220 and the cooking cavity 210.
Of course, it should be understood that the specific positions of the air inlet 410 and the air outlet 420 are not limited in the present application, and in some embodiments, the air inlet 410 of the liner 400 may be disposed at the top of the liner 400 and communicate with the top channel 222, and the air outlet 420 of the liner 400 may be disposed at the bottom of the liner 400 and communicate with the bottom channel 221.
In addition, in other embodiments, the circulating air duct 220 may further include a bottom channel 221 and a side channel 223, and the bottom channel 221 and the side channel 223 are communicated, and accordingly, the air inlet 410 may be opened at the bottom of the inner container 400 and communicated with the bottom channel 221, and the air outlet 420 of the inner container 400 may be opened at the side wall of the inner container 400 and communicated with the side channel 223, so that hot air may circulate among the cooking cavity 210, the side channel 223 and the bottom channel 221 of the inner container 400, and the purpose of continuously acting hot air flow on food materials in the cooking cavity 210 of the inner container 400 may be achieved.
It should be noted that, when the air inlet 410 is disposed at the bottom of the inner container 400 and is communicated with the bottom channel 221, the hot air has a rising characteristic, so that the hot air can be more efficiently discharged out of the inner container 400 through the air outlet 420 of the inner container 400 due to the rising characteristic of the hot air after entering the cooking cavity 210 of the inner container 400 from the bottom side of the inner container 400.
In other embodiments, the circulation duct 220 may further include a top channel 222 and a side channel 223, so that the air inlet 410 may be disposed at the top of the liner 400 and communicate with the top channel 222, and the air outlet 420 of the liner 400 may be disposed on the side wall of the liner 400 and communicate with the side channel 223, so that the purpose of making the hot air flow continuously act on the food material in the cooking cavity 210 of the liner 400 is also achieved.
In some embodiments, in order to make the hot air flow formed by the hot air driven by the fan 300 circulate between the cooking cavity 210 and the circulation duct 220 more efficiently, the air inlet 410 and the air outlet 420 of the inner container 400 of the present application may be disposed opposite to each other, so that when the hot air flow enters the inner container 400 through the air inlet 410, the flow direction of the hot air flow may be toward the air outlet 420 of the inner container 400, so that the hot air flow is discharged from the cooking cavity 210 of the inner container 400 through the air outlet 420 of the inner container 400 in the process of discharging the hot air into the inner container 400 through the air outlet 420, and the efficiency of circulating the hot air flow between the cooking cavity 210 of the inner container 400 and the circulation duct 220 is improved.
In addition, since the food to be cooked needs to be placed on one side of the bottom of the inner container 400, a plurality of air inlets 410 of the inner container 400 may be disposed and distributed on the bottom of the inner container 400. The plurality of air outlets 420 may be uniformly distributed at one side of the bottom of the inner container 400, so that the hot air flow may uniformly pass through the inner container 400, and the food to be cooked placed in the inner container 400 may be uniformly heated, so as to improve the cooking efficiency of the cooking appliance of the present application.
In some embodiments, in order to allow the hot gas flow to circulate between the cooking cavity 210 of the inner container 400 and the circulation duct 220 more efficiently, the side passages 223 in the circulation duct 220 may be disposed to surround the inner container 400, such that the flow rate of the hot gas through the side passages 223 may be increased. Specifically, the circumferential outer wall of the liner 400 and the inner wall of the housing 200 each have a gap, which constitutes the side passage 223. Correspondingly, the periphery of the bottom channel 221 and the periphery of the top channel 222 are communicated with the side channels 223, so that hot gas can be diffused in each part of the side channels 223 after being discharged from the air outlet 420 of the liner 400, the speed of the hot gas passing through the side channels 223 is improved, the hot gas can enter the bottom channel 221 from the periphery of the bottom channel 221 after being diffused in the side channels 223, can enter the bottom channel 221 more efficiently, and further can enter the cooking cavity 210 of the liner 400 from the bottom channel 221 efficiently.
In addition, it should be noted that, after the side passage 223 is disposed around the inner container 400, the circulation duct 220 may be disposed to include only the circulation duct 220, and accordingly, the air inlet 410 and the air outlet 420 of the inner container 400 may be disposed at opposite sidewalls of the inner container 400, so that one side of the bottom of the inner container 400 may be disposed in a closed structure to prevent grease and moisture precipitated from food materials to be cooked during cooking from leaking out through the opening of the bottom of the inner container 400.
In some embodiments, the fan 300 of the present application may be disposed in the top channel 222 in the housing 200, and the air inlet side of the fan 300 may be disposed towards the air outlet 420 of the liner 400, so that the acting direction of the fan 300 on the hot air in the cooking cavity 210 of the liner 400 is the direction from the air inlet 410 of the liner 400 to the air outlet 420 of the liner 400, i.e. the acting direction of the fan 300 on the hot air in the cooking cavity 210 of the liner 400 is consistent with the rising direction of the hot air, so that the hot air in the cooking cavity 210 of the liner 400 can be more efficiently discharged from the air outlet 420 of the liner 400.
The fan 300 may specifically be a centrifugal fan, and the air outlet direction of the fan 300 is the circumferential diffusion of the fan 300, when the side channel 223 surrounds the liner 400, the air outlet side of the centrifugal fan can throw the hot air around the top channel 222, so that the hot air around the top channel 222 can enter into each part of the annular side channel 223. When the centrifugal fan sucks and discharges the air in the cooking cavity 210 of the inner container 400 into the side passage 223, the air pressure in the cooking cavity 210 of the inner container 400 is reduced, so that the hot air in the side passage 223 and the bottom passage 221 can flow into the cooking cavity 210 having a lower air pressure, thereby realizing the circulation flow of the hot air between the cooking cavity 210 of the inner container 400 and the circulation duct 220.
In addition, it should be noted that when the housing 200 is placed on the heating seat 100, the bottom of the housing 200 is heated, and accordingly, the temperatures of the bottom channel 221 of the housing 200 and the bottom side of the liner 400 are relatively highest, and by disposing the blower 300 in the top channel 222, the blower 300 is far away from the heating seat 100 and the area where the temperatures of the housing 200 and the liner 400 are highest, so that the influence of the external high temperature on the blower 300 is small, and thus the temperature of the blower 300 itself is relatively low during the operation process, so that the rotation speed of the blower 300 is more stable, and the overheating damage of the aircraft 300 is avoided.
In order to make the hot gas flow through the circulation duct 220 faster, in some embodiments, the number of fans 300 may be further increased, other fans 300 may be disposed in the side channels 223 in addition to the fans 300 disposed in the top channels 222, and the fans 300 disposed in the side channels 223 may employ axial fans, and the axial fans disposed in the side channels 223 may be spaced apart from the bottom sides of the case 200 and the liner 400 to reduce the influence of high temperature on the axial fans. The axial flow fan may act on the hot gas within the side channels 223 such that the hot gas may more rapidly pass through the side channels 223.
In some embodiments, in order to make the cooking efficiency of the food material placed in the cooking cavity 210 of the inner container 400 higher, the side wall of the inner container 400 of the present application may be provided with a side opening 430, and the side opening 430 communicates the cooking cavity 210 of the inner container 400 with the side channel 223, so that the heat of the hot gas in the side channel 223 is more easily conducted into the cooking cavity 210 of the inner container 400, and the cooking cavity 210 of the inner container 400 can always maintain a higher temperature.
Specifically, when the side channel 223 is disposed around the liner 400, the side opening 430 of the liner 400 may be disposed around the sidewall of the liner 400.
In some embodiments, when the cooking of the food to be cooked in the cooking cavity 210 of the inner container 400 is completed, the inner container 400 may be taken out of the housing 200 so as to take out the cooked food. Therefore, the handle 440 can be connected to the liner 400, so that a user can take and put the liner 400 from the housing 200 by holding the handle 440, thereby avoiding the user from being scalded when taking the liner 400 out of the housing 200. In addition, in order to further prevent the user from being scalded when taking and placing the liner 400, the surface of the handle 440 may be further covered with a heat insulation layer.
When the circulation duct 220 includes the bottom channel 221, the top channel 222, and the side channels 223, the bottom side of the liner 400 needs to have a gap with the bottom of the case 200, and thus a corresponding support structure needs to be provided to maintain the bottom side of the liner 400 in a gap with the bottom of the case 200.
In the embodiment of the present application, the casing 200 may be provided with a notch 230, specifically, the notch 230 may be disposed on a side wall of the casing 200, and the handle 440 may be inserted into the notch 230, so that the bottom wall of the notch 230 may serve to support the handle 440, thereby achieving the function of supporting the liner 400, so that the liner 400 may maintain a certain gap with the bottom of the casing 200 to form the bottom channel 221. The inner container 400 is provided with an opening which can be used as an air outlet 420 of the inner container 400, and food materials to be cooked can be taken and placed from the inner container 400 through the opening of the inner container 400. By taking the opening of the inner container 400 as the air outlet 420 of the inner container 400, the caliber of the air outlet 420 of the inner container 400 can be relatively maximized, so that the hot air in the cooking cavity 210 of the inner container 400 can be efficiently discharged through the air outlet 420 of the inner container 400.
The notch 230 of the liner 400 may be configured to extend to the opening of the liner 400, so that the handle 440 may be erected on the opening of the liner 400 by lifting, so as to facilitate taking and placing the liner 400 from the housing 200.
In addition, when the handle 440 is disposed at the notch 230 of the liner 400, the handle 440 may be disposed to extend out of the housing 200, so that at least a portion of the handle 440 is located out of the housing 200, and thus the handle 440 is less affected by the high temperature in the housing 200 during the heating process of the liner 400, so that the temperature of the handle 440 is relatively lower, and the user is prevented from being scalded when holding the handle 440.
In some embodiments, since the food to be cooked in the cooking cavity 210 of the inner container 400 may separate out grease moisture during cooking, in order to prevent the grease moisture from leaking out of the air inlet 410 of the inner container 400 and causing inconvenient cleaning in the housing 200, the inner container 400 of the present application may be provided such that a middle portion of the bottom wall thereof protrudes toward the top side of the inner container 400.
Specifically, the bottom wall of the inner container 400 may be configured to include a middle portion and an edge portion, where the middle portion is located at a middle position of the bottom wall of the inner container 400, and the edge portion is configured to be disposed around the middle portion of the bottom wall of the inner container 400, and the middle portion of the bottom wall of the inner container 400 is configured to be protruded toward the top of the inner container 400, so that the height of the middle portion of the bottom wall of the inner container 400 is higher than the edge portion of the bottom wall of the inner container 400, and when food to be cooked is placed in the cooking cavity 210 of the inner container 400, the grease moisture precipitated by the food to be cooked may slide onto the edge portion of the bottom wall of the inner container 400, so that the grease moisture precipitated by the food may be concentrated on the edge portion of the bottom wall of the inner container 400. The air inlet 410 at the bottom of the inner container 400 and the edge part of the bottom wall of the inner container 400 are arranged in a staggered manner, so that grease moisture concentrated on the edge part of the bottom wall of the inner container 400 cannot leak through the air inlet 410, and after cooking of food materials is completed, the inner container 400 can be taken out of the shell 200 to clean the grease moisture in the edge part of the bottom wall of the inner container 400.
In some embodiments, in order that the food to be cooked may be taken and placed from the inside of the case 200, the case 200 of the present application may be provided to include a case 240 and an upper cover 250, the food to be cooked may be placed in the case 240, and the case 240 may have an opening, the food to be cooked may be taken and placed from the opening of the case 240, and the upper cover 250 may be blocked from the opening of the case 240, so that the food to be cooked in the case 240 may be in a high temperature environment during cooking. The blower 300 may be provided to the upper cover 250, which may make the installation of the blower 300 more convenient, and at the same time, the blower 300 may not be installed in the case 240, which may also make a larger space in the case 240 to place food materials to be cooked.
