the hanging unit comprises a bag hanging cantilever rod which is in sliding connection with the supporting frame, synchronous hooks which are rotationally connected with two ends of the bag hanging cantilever rod, a connecting rod which is connected between the two synchronous hooks, a release-stopping elastic piece which is fixedly connected with the bag hanging cantilever rod and is used for forming a closed loop with each synchronous hook respectively, and a bag releasing push rod which is connected with one synchronous hook, wherein the bag releasing push rod drives the connecting rod and the synchronous hooks to move under the action of external force so that each synchronous hook is simultaneously far away from the corresponding release-stopping elastic piece, and thus the ton bag is released; the distance between two adjacent synchronous hooks is adjustable; the synchronous hook comprises a bag removing baffle rotationally connected with the bag hanging cantilever rod and two horizontal rods fixed on the bag removing baffle, the two horizontal rods are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the bag hanging cantilever rod, and each horizontal rod and the corresponding anti-removing elastic sheet form a closed loop; the synchronous hooks of the hanging units of the ton bag hanging bag assemblies positioned on two opposite sides of the ton bag hanging bag assemblies comprise one horizontal rod, and the synchronous hooks of the rest hanging units comprise two horizontal rods.

The filter cake collecting and transporting apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said hanging unit further comprises a fixing plate connected to an end face of said bag hanging cantilever bar and adapted to be slidably connected to said support frame, and a spring member is connected to a portion of said bag removing push rod penetrating said fixing plate.

The filter cake collecting and transporting apparatus according to claim 2, wherein said automatic bag-supporting and positioning assembly includes a screw rod fixed to said support frame, a sliding grip slidably connected to said screw rod, a driving assembly for driving said sliding grip to slide along said screw rod, a mount connected to said fixing plate, a positioning member connected to said mount, and a pushing member fixed to said screw rod for pushing said bag-releasing push rod, wherein said driving assembly drives said sliding grip to slide along said screw rod to connect said sliding grip to said mount, thereby driving said hanging unit to move, and said control assembly controls said positioning member to lock said mount to said support frame after said hanging unit moves to a designated position.

A cake collecting and transporting device according to claim 3, wherein said mounting base comprises a first plate attached to said fixed plate and a second plate vertically connected to said first plate, said first plate being slidably connected to said support frame by a guide rail, said positioning member being connected to said support frame through said second plate.

The filter cake collecting and transporting device according to claim 1, wherein said filter cake collecting and guiding and transporting assembly comprises a semi-enclosed belt conveyor, an adjustable blanking guide plate connected to a discharge end of said semi-enclosed belt conveyor, and variable collecting baffles connected to both sides of a feed end of said semi-enclosed belt conveyor, said variable collecting baffles being in abutment with a discharge port of a filter press to prevent filter cake from leaking out of said discharge port, and an end of said adjustable blanking guide plate being located above an opening of said ton bag.
6. The filter cake collecting and transporting device according to claim 1, wherein the weighing and transporting assembly comprises a weighing belt conveyor below the ton bag hanging assembly and a transporting belt conveyor connected with the weighing belt conveyor, the movement direction of the weighing and transporting assembly is parallel to the movement direction of the filter cake collecting guide conveying assembly, and the movement direction of the filter cake collecting guide conveying assembly is perpendicular to the movement direction of the ton bag hanging assembly.
7. The filter cake collection and transfer apparatus of claim 1, wherein the support frame is removably connected.
