The centrifuge drum is a core component of the centrifuge; when the centrifuge drum is installed or needs to be maintained, the centrifuge drum needs to be transported; the traditional centrifuge drum conveying device needs to be manually loaded or unloaded, and sometimes, other hoisting devices are also adopted for hoisting, so that the operation is troublesome, the time and the labor are consumed, and accidents are easy to happen; in addition, the fixing device on the existing conveying device is complex in structure, and the conveying device can only be suitable for a centrifugal machine drum with one size, so that the use limitation is high.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present invention provides a centrifuge bowl transport device, which includes a first support frame 1 and a second support frame 2; universal wheels 3 are arranged at the bottoms of the first support frame 1 and the second support frame 2, so that the whole transportation device can be moved conveniently; the universal wheel 3 is further provided with a brake assembly, which is a prior art and will not be described herein. The first supporting frame 1 and the second supporting frame 2 have the same structure, and the structure of the first supporting frame 1 will be described below by taking the first supporting frame 1 as an example.
The first support frame 1 includes horizontal part and removal portion, horizontal part sets up to the rectangle, just the left surface of horizontal part is equipped with horizontal recess 4, the bottom intermediate position department of horizontal recess 4 is equipped with first double-end cylinder 5, the bottom of horizontal recess 4 is located the output both sides of first double-end cylinder 5 all are equipped with first slide rail. The upper surface of the first moving plate 6 is provided with two first moving seats 9, two second moving seats 10 are arranged at positions corresponding to the first moving seats 9 on the upper surface of the second moving plate 7, and the clamping jaw 8 is fixedly connected with the first moving seats 9 and the second moving seats 10 through a 7-shaped supporting frame 11; in order to fix the centrifuge drums with different lengths, the first moving plate 6 and the second moving plate 7 are respectively provided with a second sliding rail and a second double-head cylinder 12; the first moving seat 9 and the second moving seat 10 are both in sliding connection with the second sliding rail, and the second double-head cylinder 12 is used for driving the first moving seat 9 or the second moving seat 10 to move, so that the distance between the two first moving seats 9 or the two second moving seats 10 is changed, and further centrifuge drums with different lengths are adapted. It should be noted that the device is suitable for fixing and transporting small and medium-sized centrifuge drums, so that the lengths of the horizontal parts of the first support frame 1 and the second support frame 2 are set to be one time of the maximum diameter of the medium-sized centrifuge drum, and the lengths of the first moving plate 6 and the second moving plate 7 are set to be 0.5 time of the length of the medium-sized centrifuge drum; of course, in actual production, the appropriate size may be set as required.
In addition, in order to further strengthen the fixation of the centrifuge bowl; in the device, a fixing component is arranged at two ends of each clamping jaw 8; as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the fixing assembly includes a mounting plate 13, a first hinge plate 14, a second hinge plate 15, and a fastening band 16; the lower surface of the mounting plate 13 is tangent to the outer side surface of the upper end or the lower end of the clamping jaw 8, and the mounting plate 13 is arranged along the length direction of the first moving plate 6 or the second moving plate 7; two ends of the mounting plate 13 are provided with hinge shafts, one end of the first hinge plate 14 is hinged with the mounting plate 13 through the hinge shafts, and the other end of the first hinge plate is hinged with the second hinge plate 15 through the hinge shafts; the front end and the rear end of the second hinged plate 15 are respectively provided with a through hole 17 for the fastening belt 16 to pass through; the fastening belt 16 is used for fixing the second hinged plate 15, so that the second hinged plate 15 can be tightly attached to the outer side surface of the centrifuge drum, and the centrifuge drum can be better fixed; in use, different lengths of fastening strips 16 may be selected depending on the centrifuge bowl from different diameters. When the lower surface of the second hinged plate 15 is attached to the outer side surface of the centrifuge bowl, a certain angle is formed between the first hinged plate 14 and the second hinged plate 15 and between the second hinged plate and the mounting plate 13, and by adopting the design mode, the second hinged plate 15 can fix centrifuge bowls with different diameters or different diameters of the same centrifuge bowl; in addition, the lower surface of the second hinged plate 15 is further provided with anti-slip patterns, so that the second hinged plate 15 can be prevented from sliding relatively to the centrifuge drum during transportation.
Meanwhile, in the process of transporting the centrifuge drum, in order to facilitate taking and placing of the centrifuge drum, a hoisting device is further arranged in the device; the hoisting device comprises a portal frame 18, a hydraulic cylinder 19 and a lifting hook 20; the hydraulic cylinders 19 are provided with two hydraulic cylinders, one of which is arranged on the upper surface of the horizontal part of the first support frame 1, and the other of which is arranged on the upper surface of the horizontal part of the second support frame 2; one end of the vertical part of the portal frame 18 is fixedly connected with the output end of the hydraulic cylinder 19 on the first support frame 1, and the other end of the vertical part is fixedly connected with the output end of the hydraulic cylinder 19 on the second support frame 2; the horizontal part of the portal frame 18 is provided with a plurality of lifting holes, and the lifting hooks 20 are connected with the lifting holes through fixing rings 21; the number of the lifting holes is the same as that of the lifting hooks 20, and 4 lifting holes are arranged in the device; when the centrifugal machine drum lifting device is used, the hydraulic cylinder 19 drives the lifting hook 20 to move up and down, so that the centrifugal machine drum can be lifted, the operation is convenient, and a large amount of manpower is saved.
It should be noted that, in the present device, a PLC control system (not shown) is further provided, and the hydraulic cylinder 19, the first double-head cylinder 5, and the second double-head cylinder 12 are all connected to the PLC control system, so as to control movement thereof; the PLC control system is a prior art, and is not described herein.
The working flow of the invention is as follows:
when in use, the device is firstly moved to a place where the centrifuge drum is placed, and the lifting hook 20 is positioned right above the centrifuge drum; then, the first double-head air cylinder 5 is started to drive the first moving plate 6 and the second moving plate 7 to move in opposite directions; until the distance between the first moving plate 6 and the second moving plate 7 is greater than the maximum diameter of the centrifuge bowl; then, the hydraulic cylinder 19 is started to drive the lifting hook 20 to vertically move downwards and fix the lifting hook 20 and the centrifuge drum, then, the hydraulic cylinder 19 is started to drive the portal frame 18 to vertically move upwards so as to drive the centrifuge drum to move upwards to the clamping jaw 8, and at the moment, the first double-head cylinder 5 is started to drive the first moving plate 6 and the second moving plate 7 to relatively move so as to clamp and fix the centrifuge drum; the second hinge plate 15 is then rotated so that the lower surface of the second hinge plate 15 is attached to the outer side surface of the centrifuge bowl, and the second hinge plate 15 is fixed using the fastening band 16. In this process, the second double-head cylinder 12 is started to drive the first moving seat 9 and the second moving seat 10 to move, so that the distance between the two first moving seats 9 or the two second moving seats 10 is changed, and centrifuge drums with different lengths can be used. After the centrifuge drum is fixed, the centrifuge drum is conveyed to a designated position by using the device, and the centrifuge drum is put down by using the lifting device. The invention has simple structure, can transport centrifuge drums with different sizes, and is convenient for taking and placing the centrifuge drums, thereby saving a great deal of manpower and improving the working efficiency.
