Abstract
本发明NTC集成模块,由一小块单面或双面FPC或双面PCB电路板、一颗或多颗NTC负温度系数传感器以及该电路板上的保险丝组成;NTC集成模块的两端预留有待激光或超声摩擦焊接的焊接区域,两端焊接区域进行镀镍、镀镍金、化镍浸金、浸银、OSP抗氧化工艺进行表面处理,其中一端与CCS上的FFC或FPC或PCB电路板对应区域进行激光超声摩擦焊接,另一端与对应的铝巴激光焊接,实现了CCS装配时FFC或FPC或PCB与所有铝巴的电连接;保险丝数量为一个或多个,当多个时其中之一用做主保险丝,其余用做应急备用保险丝。

技术领域
本发明涉及温度和电流电压控制系统,特别涉及CCS集成母排,具体的,是一种NTC集成模块。
背景技术
"CellsContactSystem"简称CCS,在电池技术中通常指的是连接并管理电池组中单个电池单元的系统。在电池包或电池组中,包含许多单独的电池单元或电池电芯,这些单元需要被有效地连接在一起,以提供所需的电压和电流;确保这种连接的稳定性和有效性,同时管理电池的充电和放电,防止过充或过放,以保证电池的性能和寿命。
CCS一般通过CCS集成母排进行对应电池单元的连接,如通过电路板、连接件、以及汇流排的连接;但现阶段的集成母排设置方法中,需要单独的进行NTC检测布局,和设置防止电池过载的熔断布局,导致集成母排工艺流程分散、多且长,制造成本高,结构复杂。
因此,有必要提供一种NTC集成模块来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种NTC集成模块,简化集成母排制造流程。
技术方案如下:
一种NTC集成模块,由一小块单面或双面FPC或双面PCB电路板、一颗或多颗NTC负温度系数传感器以及该电路板上的保险丝组成;NTC集成模块的两端预留有待激光或超声摩擦焊接的焊接区域,两端焊接区域进行镀镍、镀镍金、化镍浸金、浸银、OSP抗氧化工艺进行表面处理,其中一端与CCS上FFC或FPC或PCB电路板对应区域进行激光超声摩擦焊接,另一端与对应的铝巴激光焊接,实现了CCS装配时FFC或FPC或PCB与所有铝巴的电连接;保险丝数量为一个或多个,当多个时其中之一用做主保险丝,其余用做应急备用保险丝。
进一步的,具有NTC温度传感功能,并且通过设置有的电路焊接区与外部连接,进行温度控制。
进一步的,NTC负温度系数传感器部位对应设置有塑封或保护支架注胶密封。
进一步的,温度检测、过流熔断和连接电路板集成一体的NTC集成结构用做CCS集成母排的连接件。
与现有技术相比,本发明创造性的把保险丝、NTC以及连接电路板设计集成于一个集成模块,大大减少了CCS集成母排的制造流程,大大降低了成本。

具体实施方式
实施例:
请参阅图1-4,本实施例展示一种NTC集成模块100,由一小块单面或双面FPC或双面PCB电路板1、一颗或多颗NTC负温度系数传感器2以及单面或双面FPC或双面PCB电路板1上的保险丝3组成;
NTC集成模块100的两端预留有待激光或超声摩擦焊接的焊接区域200,两端焊接区200域进行镀镍、镀镍金、化镍浸金、浸银、OSP抗氧化工艺进行表面处理,其中一端与CCS上的FFC或FPC或PCB电路板对应区域进行激光超声摩擦焊接,另一端与对应的铝巴激光焊接,实现了CCS装配时FFC或FPC或PCB与所有铝巴的电连接;保险丝3数量为一个或多个,当多个时其中之一用做主保险丝,其余用做应急备用保险丝。
其中:
具有NTC温度传感功能,并且通过设置有的电路焊接区与外部连接,进行温度控制。
NTC负温度系数传感器2部位对应设置有塑封或保护支架注胶密封。
温度检测、过流熔断和连接电路板集成一体的NTC集成模块结构用做CCS集成母排的连接件。
与现有技术相比,本发明创造性的把保险丝、NTC以及连接电路板设计集成于一个集成模块,大大减少了CCS集成母排的制造流程,大大降低了成本。
以上是本发明的一些实施方式。对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种NTC集成模块,其特征在于:由一小块单面或双面FPC或双面PCB电路板、一颗或多颗NTC负温度系数传感器以及该电路板上的保险丝组成;
NTC集成模块的两端预留有待激光或超声摩擦焊接的焊接区域,两端焊接区域进行镀镍、镀镍金、化镍浸金、浸银、OSP抗氧化工艺进行表面处理,其中一端与CCS上的FFC或FPC或PCB电路板对应区域进行激光超声摩擦焊接,另一端与对应的铝巴激光焊接,实现了CCS装配时FFC或FPC或PCB与所有铝巴的电连接;保险丝数量为一个或多个,当多个时其中之一用做主保险丝,其余用做应急备用保险丝。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种NTC集成模块,其特征在于:具有NTC温度传感功能,并且通过设置有的电路焊接区与外部连接,进行温度控制。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种NTC集成模块,其特征在于NTC负温度系数传感器部位对应设置有塑封或保护支架注胶密封。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种NTC集成模块,其特征在于:温度检测、过流熔断和连接电路板集成一体的NTC集成模块结构用做CCS集成母排的连接件。
