And (3) testing:
the compound microecologics of examples 1-6 were added to animal feed with a mass of 0.3% of the mass of the feed.
Piglets 80 with similar weight and day-old (28 days-old) are selected and randomly divided into 8 groups, 2 replicates of each group and 5 replicates of each group are respectively a test 1 group (example 1), a test 2 group (example 2), a test 3 group (example 3), a test 4 group (example 4), a test 5 group (example 5), a test 6 group (example 6), a control group 1 (without a compound microecological preparation), and a control group 2 (with traditional Chinese medicine compound components consistent with those of example 1 and consistent preparation method, but without a probiotic compound, and the mass of the compound is 0.3% of the mass of feed). After feeding for 30 days, the feed intake was recorded in groups, and the average daily feed intake, average daily weight gain and feed/meat ratio were calculated, and the results are shown in Table 1.
Wherein, average daily feed intake= (total feed intake/pig head number)/test days; average daily gain= (average last weight-average initial weight)/test days; feed to meat ratio = average daily feed intake/average daily gain.
Table 1 is as follows:
as shown in Table 1, the average daily feed intake, average daily weight gain and feed conversion ratio of test groups 1-6 are all superior to those of control groups 1-2, and the test results of group 4 are optimal, the average daily feed intake reaches 769.9g, the average daily weight gain reaches 542.18g, and the feed conversion ratio reaches 1.42. The comparison of the test groups 1-6 with the control group 2 and the comparison of the control group 1 with the control group 2 can show that the traditional Chinese medicine compound and the probiotics compound in the compound microecological preparation can be organically combined, so that the growth of animals can be promoted, the microecological balance of the intestinal tracts of the animals can be obviously improved, the intestinal health of the animals can be maintained, and the intestinal diseases such as diarrhea and the like of the animals can be avoided; only the traditional Chinese medicine compound has a certain effect of promoting animal growth, but the effect is obviously weaker than that of the compound microecological preparation.
The foregoing description of the preferred embodiments of the invention is not intended to be limiting, but rather is intended to cover all modifications, equivalents, alternatives, and improvements that fall within the spirit and scope of the invention.
