技术领域
本发明涉及桥梁工程技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于桥梁内部裂缝无损检测的设备。
背景技术
随着公路通车时间的延长,沿线桥梁梁板裂缝数量将会日益增多,而且裂缝宽度、长度也在不断增大,桥梁病害表征主要为挠度加大、表面破损、裂缝出现、混凝土碳化,剥蚀及钢筋锈蚀、结构局部构造破坏及人为破坏等,大部分的病害都可以表现集中在裂缝方面,对裂缝进行检测需要使用的仪器是裂缝仪,裂缝仪能够检测并记录计量混凝土桥梁、隧道或墩台等裂缝的宽度。
目前对桥梁进行检测时都是在裂缝的下端临时搭设梯子,站在梯子上进行人工检测,人工检测操作不变,且工作环境存在一定的危险性,耗时长,检测效率较低。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种用于桥梁内部裂缝无损检测的设备,通过检测组件对桥梁裂缝的自动检测,克服了现有技术的人工检测效率低下的问题。
为达到上述技术目的,本发明的具体技术方案如下,本发明提出的一种用于桥梁内部裂缝无损检测的设备,包括底座和裂缝检测组件;所述底座上固定有用于带动所述裂缝检测组件升降的第一升降机构,所述第一升降机构上连接有升降座;所述升降座呈圆盘状结构,所述升降座上滑动连接有能沿其周边运动的移动架,所述移动架上转动连接有第一转动臂,所述第一转动臂端部转动连接有第二转动臂;所述裂缝检测组件固定连接在所述第二转动臂一端,且所述移动架与所述第一转动臂之间转动连接有第一推动机构,所述第一转动臂与所述第二转动臂之间转动连接有第二推动机构;所述裂缝检测组件包括:固定座,所述固定座上转动连接有转动架;所述转动架上活动连接有升降板,所述升降板的上安装有用于对桥梁内部裂缝检测的裂缝检测仪,所述转动架上固定连接有用于带动所述升降板升降的第二升降机构。

3、本发明通过在侧板上设有弧形板,弧形板表面设有弧形孔,支板上固定连接有支杆,支杆端部固定连接有与弧形孔滑动连接的滑块,且在弧形孔内连接有弹簧,从而可使得转动架转动至任意角度,使得压轮始终与桥梁底面保持接触,裂缝检测仪能够对桥梁不同底面进行检测。

本实施例为一种用于桥梁内部裂缝无损检测的设备,如图1和图2所示,包括底座1和裂缝检测组件5,底座1底部固定连接有滚轮12,方便对设备移动,且底座1上固定连接有控制器11,控制器11与检测组件5电性连接,便于控制检测设备5对桥梁进行检测;底座1上固定有用于带动裂缝检测组件5升降的第一升降机构2,第一升降机构2上连接有升降座3,第一升降机构2包括固定架21、丝杆22和升降电机23,固定架21为竖直的矩形框架,升降座3与固定架21滑动连接,固定架21固定在底座1上,丝杆22转动连接在固定架21内,丝杆22下端转动连接在底座1上,丝杆22上端与升降电机23转动连接,底座1上设有与丝杆22转动连接的轴承座,升降电机23带动丝杆22转动,进一步带动升降座3升降。
如图1和图3所示,升降座3呈圆盘状结构,升降座3上滑动连接有能够沿其周边运动的移动架4,升降座3表面设有以其中心为圆心的弧形滑孔31,移动架4与弧形滑孔31滑动连接;升降座3上设有与固定架21滑动连接的限位孔33,限位孔33位矩形孔,且限位孔33内固定连接有与丝杆22螺纹连接的螺纹座34,丝杆22转动带动升降座3升降,且升降座3固定连接有与弧形滑孔31同圆心的弧形齿条32,弧形齿条32设在升降座3下表面且设于弧形滑孔31外侧,移动架4上安装有驱动电机6,驱动电机6转轴处固定连接有与弧形齿条32啮合的齿轮61,驱动电机6带动齿轮61转动,带动移动架4沿弧形滑孔31滑动,从而改变检测组件5的朝向,对桥梁不同方位进行检测。
如图2所示,移动架4上转动连接有第一转动臂7,第一转动臂7端部转动连接有第二转动臂8;裂缝检测组件5固定连接在第二转动臂8上端,且移动架4与第一转动臂7之间转动连接有第一推动机构9,第一转动臂7与第二转动臂8之间转动连接有第二推动机构10,第一推动机构9和第二推动机构10均采用气压缸,通过第一推动机构9和第二推动机构10可对检测组件5的高度、角度进行调节,方便对桥梁底部不同位置进行检测,且第一推动机构9和第二推动机构10可带动裂缝检测组件5在桥梁表面移动,移动过程中对桥梁底面检测。
如图4-6所示,裂缝检测组件5包括固定座51,固定座51上转动连接有转动架52;固定座51两侧固定连接有一对侧板511,转动架52两端固定连接有与侧板511转动连接的支板521,支板521和侧板511之间通过轴转动连接,侧板511上设有弧形板512,弧形板512表面设有弧形孔513,弧形孔513以支板521转动中心为圆心,支板521上固定连接有支杆522,支杆522端部固定连接有与弧形孔513滑动连接的滑块523,且弧形孔513内连接有弹簧59,滑块523和弧形孔513内设有与弹簧59配合连接的限位轴,避免弹簧的脱落,转动架52转动时,滑块523在弧形孔513内转动时对弹簧59挤压,使得裂缝检测仪58与桥梁底部不同弧面始终保持接触,裂缝检测组件5在桥梁内表面滑动时,能够调节不同角度,保持转动架52与桥梁内表面充分接触。

转动架52上连接有一对与桥梁表面滚动配合的压轮53,压轮53通过一杆体54与转动架51活动连接,转动架51上设有与杆体54配合连接的通孔,且支板521内侧面固定连接有连接块524,杆体54与连接块524之间连接有弹性组件55,杆体54与连接块524活动连接,且杆体54下端连接有限位块,弹性组件55包括弹簧,弹簧连接在杆体54表面,且杆体54上设有与弹簧配合的压块,杆体54向下移动时,压块对弹簧压缩,使得压轮53始终与桥梁底面接触。
工作原理:本发明使用时,通过第一升降机构2带动升降座3升降至合适高度,驱动电机6带动移动架4在升降架3上沿弧形滑孔31移动,从而对检测组件5的朝向调节,检测时,通过第一推动机构9和第二推动机构10带动检测组件5移动,使得压轮53与桥梁下表面保持接触,压轮53在桥梁底面滚动,第二升降机构56带动裂缝检测仪58上升与桥梁底面接触,对其内部裂缝进行检测,达到自动检测的目的,提高了对桥梁检测的效率。

1.一种用于桥梁内部裂缝无损检测的设备,其特征在于,包括底座(1)和裂缝检测组件(5);
所述底座(1)上固定有用于带动所述裂缝检测组件(5)升降的第一升降机构(2),所述第一升降机构(2)上连接有升降座(3);
所述升降座(3)呈圆盘状结构,所述升降座(3)上滑动连接有能沿其周边运动的移动架(4),所述移动架(4)上转动连接有第一转动臂(7),所述第一转动臂(7)端部转动连接有第二转动臂(8);
所述裂缝检测组件(5)固定连接在所述第二转动臂(8)一端,且所述移动架(4)与所述第一转动臂(7)之间转动连接有第一推动机构(9),所述第一转动臂(7)与所述第二转动臂(8)之间转动连接有第二推动机构(10);
所述裂缝检测组件(5)包括:
固定座(51),所述固定座(51)上转动连接有转动架(52);
所述转动架(52)上活动连接有升降板(57),所述升降板(57)的上安装有用于对桥梁内部裂缝检测的裂缝检测仪(58),所述转动架(52)上固定连接有用于带动所述升降板(57)升降的第二升降机构(56)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于桥梁内部裂缝无损检测的设备,其特征在于,所述底座(1)底部固定连接有滚轮(12),所述底座(1)上固定连接有控制器(11)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种用于桥梁内部裂缝无损检测的设备,其特征在于,所述第一升降机构(2)包括固定架(21)、丝杆(22)和升降电机(23)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种用于桥梁内部裂缝无损检测的设备,其特征在于,所述升降座(3)上设有与所述固定架(21)滑动连接的限位孔(33),且所述限位孔(33)内固定连接有与所述丝杆(22)螺纹连接的螺纹座(34)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种用于桥梁内部裂缝无损检测的设备,其特征在于,所述升降座(3)表面设有以其中心为圆心的弧形滑孔(31),所述移动架(4)与所述弧形滑孔(31)滑动连接;
且所述升降座(3)固定连接有与所述弧形滑孔(31)同圆心的弧形齿条(32),所述移动架(4)上安装有驱动电机(6),所述驱动电机(6)转轴处固定连接有与所述弧形齿条(32)啮合的齿轮(61)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种用于桥梁内部裂缝无损检测的设备,其特征在于,所述固定座(51)两侧固定连接有一对侧板(511),所述转动架(52)两端固定连接有与所述侧板(511)转动连接的支板(521);
所述侧板(511)上设有弧形板(512),所述弧形板(512)表面设有弧形孔(513),所述支板(521)上固定连接有支杆(522),所述支杆(522)端部固定连接有与所述弧形孔(513)滑动连接的滑块(523),且所述弧形孔(513)内连接有弹簧(59)。
7.根据权利要求1或6所述的一种用于桥梁内部裂缝无损检测的设备,其特征在于,所述转动架(52)上连接有一对与桥梁表面滚动配合的压轮(53),所述压轮(53)通过一杆体(54)与所述转动架(51)活动连接,且所述支板(521)内侧面固定连接有连接块(524),所述杆体(54)与所述连接块(524)之间连接有弹性组件(55)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种用于桥梁内部裂缝无损检测的设备,其特征在于,所述第二升降机构(56)包括电机和蜗轮,所述所述升降板(57)下端固定连接与所述蜗轮啮合的蜗杆(510)。
9.根据权利要求1或7所述的一种用于桥梁内部裂缝无损检测的设备,其特征在于,所述转动架(52)上固定连接有与所述升降板(57)滑动配合的限位板(525)。
