Abstract
本发明涉及一种环保物理发泡鞋垫及其制造工艺,按照以下步骤进行,①造粒,将高分子发泡材料制成发泡颗粒;②初步成型,将发泡颗粒注入片材模具,片材模具成型出初胚片材;③超临界发泡,将初胚片材放入反应釜中,然后往反应釜中通入氮气及二氧化碳,初胚片材在反应釜发泡进而制得鞋垫;④热压成型,将鞋垫放入热压模具,然后往鞋垫表面铺上网布,热压模具合模将鞋垫和网布粘贴一体制得半成品片材;⑤裁切定型,采用热压方式使鞋垫与网布粘接成型一起,定型时间长、稳定性好,保证鞋垫长期不变形符合使用需求,而物理发泡无需用到发泡剂,制造出的鞋垫无毒、弹性好,另外,由于采用的是物理发泡后期再用到热压方式时不会改变鞋垫物性。

技术领域
本发明涉及鞋垫领域,具体涉及一种环保物理发泡鞋垫及其制造工艺。
背景技术
鞋垫是鞋子的配件,主要是配合鞋子大底、中底所做出相应的型体,按照楦底板或者面板制作尺码板,并制作出相应的形状,常见的鞋垫是采用EVA材料制成后,然后通过冷压工艺与网布结合到一起的,这种工艺的缺陷在于:一是冷压定型不稳定,后期有回弹的风险,时间长了鞋垫变形不符合设定尺寸要求;二是传统鞋垫发泡采用的是化学发泡方式,化学发泡工作时刺激性气味,不环保,对人身体健康有害。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在上述缺陷,本发明提供了一种环保物理发泡鞋垫及其制造工艺,具体技术方案如下:
一种环保物理发泡鞋垫制造工艺,按照以下步骤进行,
①造粒,将高分子发泡材料制成发泡颗粒;
②初步成型,将发泡颗粒注入片材模具,片材模具成型出初胚片材;
③超临界发泡,将初胚片材放入反应釜中,然后往反应釜中通入氮气及二氧化碳,初胚片材在反应釜发泡进而制得鞋垫;
④热压成型,将鞋垫放入热压模具,然后往鞋垫表面铺上网布,热压模具合模将鞋垫和网布粘贴一体制得半成品片材;
⑤裁切定型,将半成品片材裁切出合适尺寸的鞋垫。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,热压模具包括上模和下模,上模、下模都分别安装有发热元件,下模设有供鞋垫放入的模穴。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,上模、下模的加热温度为100~200℃,合模压力为10~30吨,保压时间为10~50s,冷却时间为100~500s。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,高分子发泡材料由TPEE、TPU、PEBAX混合制成。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,反应釜内温度为100~200℃、压强为10~20Mpa。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,反应釜内温度为150℃、压强为15Mpa,初胚片材在反应釜中保压、保热1.5个小时,快速泄压使初胚片材快速膨胀发泡进而制得鞋垫。
一种环保物理发泡鞋垫,采用上述制造工艺制得。
作为本发明环保物理发泡鞋垫的一种优选方案,包括发泡鞋垫层和网布层,网布层粘合在发泡鞋垫层上方。
有益效果:采用热压方式使鞋垫与网布粘接成型一起,定型时间长、稳定性好,保证鞋垫长期不变形符合使用需求,而物理发泡无需用到发泡剂,制造出的鞋垫无毒、弹性好,另外,由于采用的是物理发泡后期再用到热压方式时不会改变鞋垫物性。

如图1和2所示,一种环保物理发泡鞋垫制造工艺,按照以下步骤进行,
①造粒,将高分子发泡材料制成发泡颗粒;
②初步成型,将发泡颗粒注入片材模具,片材模具成型出初胚片材;
③超临界发泡,将初胚片材放入反应釜中,然后往反应釜中通入氮气及二氧化碳,初胚片材在反应釜发泡进而制得鞋垫;
④热压成型,将鞋垫放入热压模具,然后往鞋垫表面铺上网布,热压模具合模将鞋垫和网布粘贴一体制得半成品片材;
⑤裁切定型,将半成品片材裁切出合适尺寸的鞋垫。
具体的,热压模具包括上模和下模,上模、下模都分别安装有发热元件,发热元件可以是发热丝或其他,下模设有供鞋垫放入的模穴,上模、下模分别发热有利于快速加热使两者粘合起来,上模、下模的加热温度为100~200℃,合模压力为10~30吨,保压时间为10~50s,冷却时间为100~500s。
具体的,高分子发泡材料由TPEE、TPU、PEBAX混合制成。热塑性聚酯弹性体(TPEE)又称聚酯橡胶,是一类含有PBT(聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯)聚酯硬段和脂肪族聚酯或聚醚软段的线型嵌段共聚物,TPEE兼具橡胶优良的弹性和热塑性塑料的易加工性。热塑性聚氨酯弹性体又称热塑性聚氨酯橡胶,简称TPU,是一种(AB)n型嵌段线性聚合物,A为高分子量(1000-6000)的聚酯或聚醚,B为含2-12直链碳原子的二醇,AB链段间化学结构是二异氰酸酯。PEBAX为聚醚嵌段聚酰胺,PEBAX树脂结构由规则的线形硬聚酰胺链段嵌嵌由柔软的聚醚链段构成,PEBAX不仅是具有介于热塑性塑料和橡胶之间的许多独特动态机械性能的材料,还具有优异的抗静电性能。
具体的,反应釜内温度为100~200℃、压强为10~20Mpa,优选,反应釜内温度为150℃、压强为15Mpa,初胚片材在反应釜中保压、保热1.5个小时,快速泄压使初胚片材快速膨胀发泡进而制得鞋垫。
一种环保物理发泡鞋垫,采用上述制造工艺制得,包括发泡鞋垫层和网布层,网布层粘合在发泡鞋垫层上方。

1.一种环保物理发泡鞋垫制造工艺,其特征在于:按照以下步骤进行,
①造粒,将高分子发泡材料制成发泡颗粒;
②初步成型,将发泡颗粒注入片材模具,片材模具成型出初胚片材;
③超临界发泡,将初胚片材放入反应釜中,然后往反应釜中通入氮气及二氧化碳,初胚片材在反应釜发泡进而制得鞋垫;
④热压成型,将鞋垫放入热压模具,然后往鞋垫表面铺上网布,热压模具合模将鞋垫和网布粘贴一体制得半成品片材;
⑤裁切定型,将半成品片材裁切出合适尺寸的鞋垫。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保物理发泡鞋垫制造工艺,其特征在于:热压模具包括上模和下模,上模、下模都分别安装有发热元件,下模设有供鞋垫放入的模穴。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种环保物理发泡鞋垫制造工艺,其特征在于:上模、下模的加热温度为100~200℃,合模压力为10~30吨,保压时间为10~50s,冷却时间为100~500s。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保物理发泡鞋垫制造工艺,其特征在于:高分子发泡材料由TPEE、TPU、PEBAX混合制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保物理发泡鞋垫制造工艺,其特征在于:反应釜内温度为100~200℃、压强为10~20Mpa。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种环保物理发泡鞋垫制造工艺,其特征在于:反应釜内温度为150℃、压强为15Mpa,初胚片材在反应釜中保压、保热1.5个小时,快速泄压使初胚片材快速膨胀发泡进而制得鞋垫。
7.一种环保物理发泡鞋垫,其特征在于:采用权利要求1-6任一所述的制造工艺制得。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种环保物理发泡鞋垫,其特征在于:包括发泡鞋垫层和网布层,网布层粘合在发泡鞋垫层上方。
