Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to a whitening and brightening composition and a preparation method thereof. The whitening and brightening composition comprises 3-10 parts of bletilla striata extract, 2-8 parts of nidus Collocaliae extract, 3-7 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis extract, 2.5-6.5 parts of licorice extract, 2.8-7 parts of sweet clover extract, 2.2-8 parts of senna leaf extract, 3-6 parts of velvet flower extract and 20-300 parts of water, has excellent melanin removing and moisturizing and water locking effects, and simultaneously, the whitening and brightening composition uses green plant extract and has a non-irritating effect.
