Abstract
本发明提供一种缓解保育猪热应激的营养功能包及其制备方法和应用,属于猪营养技术领域。所述营养功能包包括酵母细胞壁260‑290份,液体小肽干扰素190‑250份,精氨酸400‑470份,壳寡糖50‑60份。本发明还提供营养功能包的配制比例及实际应用。本发明营养功能在热应激下,缓解仔猪因为应激导致的采食量下降,提高仔猪生长性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于饲料添加剂技术领域,具体为一种缓解保育猪热应激的营养功能包制备方法和应用。
背景技术
集约化养殖环境中,夏季温度过高,猪群很容易遭受热应激导致采食量降低。尤其是保育仔猪,同时遭受断奶应激和热应激,加之早期保育猪消化系统和免疫器官发育不完善,常常会表现出精神萎靡、采食量下降甚至停止采食、发生腹泻等症状,造成仔猪机体免疫功能下降,对饲料消化利用降低,生长发育缓慢。研究表明,仔猪出生后4-8周内,是免疫系统发育最好的时期,60日龄以后免疫系统基本发育完善,达到成年水平。因此,夏季仔猪保育期内,提高免疫功能,帮助仔猪免疫系统发育完善,能够增强仔猪抗应激能力,提高生长性能。
热应激是指机体在热环境下,产生的非特异性应答的总和。夏季养殖,环境温度较高,当饲养环境温度超过保育猪的适宜温度范围时,仔猪会表现出一定的应激反应,主要表现为呼吸变浅,呼吸频率增加,进而表现出热性喘息,体温升高,胃肠蠕动减弱,饲料利用率降低。持续热应激会让仔猪一直处于亚健康状态,机体免疫力下降,抗病力减弱,容易发生各种疾病,最终造成精神萎靡、采食下降,生长性能降低。
目前对于仔猪热应激的研究多集中于单种抗应激添加剂,对于复合营养功能包的研究较少。因此研究抗热应激的营养功能包,能从多方面增强仔猪抗应激能力,提高生长性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种缓解保育猪热应激的营养功能包,可以增强保育猪抗应激能力,提高采食量,促进生长性能;以期解决现有技术中存在的“夏季仔猪保育期内,免疫功能差、仔猪抗应激能力不强”等问题。
本发明的目的之二在于所述缓解保育猪热应激的营养功能包的制备方法。
本发明的目的之三在于所述缓解保育猪热应激的营养功能包的应用。
本发明目的通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种缓解保育猪热应激的营养功能包,包括以下重量份的各组分:酵母细胞壁:260-290份,液体小肽干扰素:190-250份,精氨酸:400-470份,壳寡糖:50-60份。
作为本发明所述一种缓解保育猪热应激的营养功能包的一个具体实施例,包括以下重量份的各组分:酵母细胞壁:290份,液体小肽干扰素:250份,精氨酸:400份,壳寡糖:60份。
一种缓解保育猪热应激的营养功能包的制备方法,按重量份配比称取各组分,并按照配比从大到小的顺序依次加入混合机中,混合均匀后进行分装即可。
一种缓解保育猪热应激的营养功能包的应用,所述营养功能包用于饲喂7kg-30kg的保育仔猪。在夏季高温(高于30℃)养殖环境下,以0.5%的比例拌料保育料,混合均匀后饲喂。
本发明根据仔猪在保育阶段的生长规律,将促采食添加剂、抗应激添加剂以及免疫力提升等功能性物质,综合组成了复合型营养功能包,能够在热应激下,提高仔猪抗应激功能和免疫力,促进仔猪采食,提高生长性能。其中酵母细胞壁能激活免疫细胞活性和功能,促进溶菌酶活性,激活补体系统、提高补体活性和产量,对仔猪免疫功能具有明显的改善作用。干扰素是一组具有多种功能的活性蛋白质,可以增强自然杀伤细胞(NK细胞)、巨噬细胞和T淋巴细胞的活力,起到免疫调节作用,影响细胞生长及分化,并增强抗病毒能力。精氨酸可代谢生成鸟氨酸、瓜氨酸、腐胺、多胺、谷氨酸、精胺、NO等,参与免疫及细胞信号传导等重要过程,在促进蛋白质合成、促进伤口愈合、提高机体免疫力、促进激素分泌、保持体内氮平衡等生理过程中具有重要作用。壳寡糖是一种碱性低聚糖,具有抗菌、抗炎、抗氧化、免疫增强等多种功效。
酵母细胞壁的主要成分是葡聚糖(57%)、甘露寡糖(6.6%)、糖蛋白(22%)和几丁质。一方面可以直接与免疫细胞相互作用,还能吸附细菌,防止病原体在肠道附着和定植,另一方面还有抗氧化、改善饲料品质的作用。干扰素通过调节IgG受体表达,增强巨噬细胞吞噬能力以及免疫细胞对靶细胞的杀伤力,同时还可以刺激中性粒细胞,增强其吞噬能力,活化NK细胞,增强其细胞毒作用来参与免疫调节。精氨酸在动物体内能发挥代谢、免疫和营养等重要生理作用,能够促进蛋白质合成、伤口愈合、提高机体免疫力、促进激素分泌以及保持体内氮平衡。精氨酸可以用来合成细胞浆蛋白和核蛋白,促进胰岛素生成及分泌的作用,并可促进生长发育、创伤愈合及氮储留。壳寡糖能调节仔猪肠道内微生物代谢活动,促进有益菌生长、蛋白质合成、细胞活化,提高机体免疫力和抗病力,对仔猪的促生长效果十分显著。

本发明营养功能包,配制使用方便,适用于饲料生产以及养殖现场使用。

以下将对本申请实施例进行详细说明。值得注意的是,以下实施例,仅仅用于解释本申请,并不构成对本申请的限定。
实施例1:
本实施例缓解热应激的营养功能包,包括以下重量份的组分:酵母细胞壁:290份,液体小肽干扰素:250份,精氨酸:400份,壳寡糖:60份。
按重量份配比称取各组分,并按照配比从大到小的顺序依次加入混合机中,混合均匀后进行分装即可。
在夏季高温(高于30℃)养殖环境下,以0.5%的比例拌料保育料,混合均匀后饲喂。
实施例2:
本实施例缓解热应激的营养功能包,包括以下重量份的组分:酵母细胞壁:280份,液体小肽干扰素:190份,精氨酸:470份,壳寡糖:50份。
制备和使用方法同实施例1。
实施例3:
本实施例缓解热应激的营养功能包,包括以下重量份的组分:酵母细胞壁:260份,液体小肽干扰素:230份,精氨酸:450份,壳寡糖:50份。
制备和使用方法同实施例1。
对比例1:营养功能包的饲喂效果
在夏季饲养环境温度平均34℃的条件下,选择10kg左右的35日龄保育猪240头,根据体重均匀、健康状况良好,随机分为4个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复10头猪。其中对照组仔猪饲喂商品料M581保育料;处理1饲喂商品料M581保育料+实施例1;处理2饲喂商品料M581保育料+实施例2;处理3饲喂商品料M581保育料+实施例3。营养功能包以0.5%的比例拌料,混合均匀后饲喂,饲喂周期为21天。

平均日增重(ADG):于试验第一天和第最后一天上午8:00对所有仔猪空腹称重,利用ADG=(末重-初重)/饲养天数的公式,计算试验猪ADG。
平均日采食量(ADFI):试验期内每天结算采食量,利用公式ADFI=初料-余料,计算试验猪ADFI。
料重比(F/G):由ADG/ADFI计算F/G。
腹泻率(%)=试验期腹泻头次/(试验仔猪头数×试验天数)×100
腹泻指数=总腹泻评分/(试验仔猪头数×试验天数)。
每天早晚两次对每头仔猪进行腹泻评分,计算腹泻率,当腹泻评分大于或等于2时判断仔猪腹泻。
用SPSS22.0软件进行单因素方差分析并用Duncan法进行多重比较。结果以平均值以及标准误(SE)表示,P<0.05视为差异显著,同行肩标不同小写字母(a、b)表示差异显著,ab表示差异不显著。
从表1我们可以看出,与对照组比较,饲喂了实施例1-3的营养功能包,能明显提高仔猪的健康状况,降低仔猪腹泻,促进仔猪采食,提高日增重和末重,促进了仔猪的生长性能。其中以实施例1的营养功能包组分效果最好。
对比例2:营养功能包的成分对保育猪饲喂效果影响
在夏季饲养环境温度平均34℃的条件下,选择体重8kg左右的28日龄保育猪240头,根据体重均匀、健康状况随机分为4个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复10头仔猪。其中对照组仔猪饲喂商品料M581保育料;处理1饲喂商品料M581保育料+实施例1的营养功能包;处理2饲喂商品料M581保育料+实施例1的营养功能包不含酵母细胞壁;处理3饲喂商品料M581保育料+实施例1的营养功能包不含液体小肽干扰素;处理4饲喂商品料M581保育料+实施例1的营养功能包不含精氨酸。营养功能包以0.5%的比例拌料,混合均匀后饲喂,饲喂周期为19天。

从表2可以看出,添加营养功能包的处理1-4均能在高温环境下,缓解仔猪热应激,提高采食和增重,降低腹泻率。在不同的处理中,处理2不含酵母细胞壁,处理3不含液体小肽干扰素,处理4不含精氨酸。我们从处理1-4之间的效果比较也可以看出,处理1具有最好的促生长效果,处理2-4去掉不同组分后的抗应激效果都在不同程度的降低,说明营养功能包缺失其中一种组分都会使其效果减弱,只有各组分相互配合,相互作用,才能实现最佳的抗应激效果。从表2可以看出,添加营养功能包的处理1-4均能在高温环境下,缓解仔猪热应激,提高采食和增重,降低腹泻率。在不同的处理中,处理2不含酵母细胞壁,处理3不含液体小肽干扰素,处理4不含精氨酸。我们从处理1-4之间的效果比较也可以看出,处理1具有最好的促生长效果,处理2-4去掉不同组分后的抗应激效果都在不同程度的降低,说明营养功能包缺失其中一种组分都会使其效果减弱,只有各组分相互配合,相互作用,才能实现最佳的抗应激效果。
对比例3:营养功能包的扩大饲喂效果
为了验证营养功能包的饲喂效果。在夏季平均饲养温度为34℃的条件下,选择7kg左右的28日龄保育仔猪1000头,按照体重均匀、健康状况随机分为对照组和试验组,每组500头左右的仔猪。对照组饲喂猪场正常的保育料,试验组饲喂正常保育料+实施例1的营养功能包。营养功能包以0.5%的比例拌料,混合均匀后饲喂,饲喂周期为42天。

从表3可以看出,通过放大测试验证实施例1营养功能包的抗应激、促生长效果,饲喂营养功能包的仔猪采食和增重都高于对照组,料比和死淘率均低于对照组。核算饲养成本也发现,饲喂保育猪营养功能包能明显降低仔猪饲养成本,提高经济效益。

3.根据权利要求1-2任一所述的一种缓解保育猪热应激的营养功能包的制备方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:按重量份配比称取各组分,并按配比从大到小的顺序依次加入混合机中,混合均匀后进行分装即可。
4.根据权利要求1-2任一所述的一种缓解保育猪热应激的营养功能包的应用,其特征在于,所述营养功能包适用于7kg-30kg的保育仔猪。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种缓解保育猪热应激的营养功能包的应用,其特征在于,在预设条件的养殖环境下,营养功能包以0.3-0.8%的比例拌料保育料,混合均匀后饲喂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种缓解保育猪热应激的营养功能包的应用,其特征在于,所述预设条件为在夏季温度超过30℃的条件。
