背景技术
肉牛羊瘦肉率是指屠宰后的肉牛羊中瘦肉占总肉量的比例,瘦肉率高的牛肉口感更好,没有肥腻的感觉,肌肉间脂肪含量合适,不会因脂肪过高而影响牛肉的蛋白质含量。目前国外肉牛羊养殖户常通过添加莱克多巴胺来提高瘦肉率,但是长期食用含有莱克多巴胺的肉类,易使人类免疫力下降,甚至中毒反应等影响健康,我国是明令禁止使用莱克多巴胺来提高肉牛羊的瘦肉率。对于国内养殖户来说,提高瘦肉率的方法有选择良种肉牛品种、适时屠宰,运动锻炼,其中运动锻炼需要比较大的肉牛羊运动场地,且效果有限,当已经固定选择好品种和适时屠宰后,如何在喂养过程中提高肉牛羊的瘦肉率是一个难题。

本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种提高肉牛羊瘦肉率的复合预混料,通过科学添加所述复合预混料后,能解决喂养过程中提高肉牛羊瘦肉率的难题。

试验例
将实施例一和实施例二的复合预混料按照0.1%百分比添加到日常饲料,将添加的日常饲料作为本试验例的试验品。具体试验按以下步骤:
1.材料准备
试验动物:西门塔尔牛
试验日粮:来自喜乐佳科技集团提供。商品名(塑型态)
2.试验设计
本试验选择30头体况良好的西门塔尔牛,依据体重相近的原则,分为对照组、试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组共三个处理组,每组10头牛。对照组饲喂不含有塑型态的日常饲料,试验Ⅰ组与试验Ⅱ组饲喂添加了塑型态的饲料,两组塑形态的组分比例不同。试验的西门塔尔牛预饲期为7天,试验期为30天,记录牛的初始体重,并且每天记录牛采食量、精神状态、拉稀、生长等情况,试验结束时记录牛的结束体重并计算瘦肉率,如在试验中发生牛只死亡,需记录牛死亡的日期及原因。

由表2可知,添加了塑型态后能明显提高牛的瘦肉率。对照组肉牛日均增重为1.65kg,料肉比为2.67:1;试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组两组的日均增重分别为1.81kg、1.91kg,料肉比为2.80:1、2.75:1。试验组的瘦肉率明显比对照组的高,这是由于塑型态可以有效促进机体养分的吸收,增强机体的合成代谢,减少线粒体自由基的产生,加速ATP合成来提高肌肉组织肌酸含量,增强蛋白沉淀能力,来提高肉牛的瘦肉率。

5.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种提高肉牛羊瘦肉率的复合预混料,其特征在于,所述的胍基乙酸是含量98%的胍基乙酸。
6.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种提高肉牛羊瘦肉率的复合预混料,其特征在于,所述芽孢杆菌是由重量份为1000亿个/g枯草芽孢杆菌1份和100亿个/g纳豆芽孢杆菌1份组成。
7.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种提高肉牛羊瘦肉率的复合预混料,其特征在于,所述芽孢杆菌是由重量份为1000亿个/g枯草芽孢杆菌1份和100亿个/g纳豆芽孢杆菌2份组成。
8.根据权利要求1或2或3所述一种提高肉牛羊瘦肉率的复合预混料的使用方法,其特征在于:在肉牛羊日常饲料中添加0.1%-0.2%重量份的所述复合预混料,搅拌均匀。
