the anti-jamming shifting wheel (5), the tray unit (8) and the rotary knife (6) are sequentially arranged at the front part of the cutting table (1) from top to bottom, the one-way check switch (7), the rotary knife (6) and the anti-jamming shifting wheel (5) are sequentially arranged at the front part of the cutting table (1) from front to back, the tray unit (8) is transversely arranged at the front part of the cutting table (1) in parallel in a plurality of groups, the distance between each group is 200-260 cm, the gap between each group is 50-100 mm, and the anti-jamming shifting wheel (5) and the rotary knife (6) are transversely arranged at the front part of the cutting table (1) and are fixedly connected to the cutting table side plates (3) at two sides of the cutting table (1);
