技术领域
本申请要求于2020年12月18日提交的韩国专利申请No.10-2020-0179030和于2021年11月24日提交的韩国专利申请No.10-2021-0163354的优先权的权益,该两项专利申请的全部内容通过引用并入本说明书中。
本发明涉及一种尼龙膜、制备该尼龙膜的方法和包括该尼龙膜的用于二次电池的铝软包膜。
背景技术
锂二次电池是指通过锂离子迁移而产生电流的电池,用于二次电池的软包作为用于包装这种二次电池的外部材料。用于二次电池的软包具有插入有铝薄膜的形式,以保护由电池组件和通过后续工艺流入其中的电解质溶液形成的电池单体,以补充电池单体的电化学性能,并且改善散热等。
在铝薄膜的一个表面上,功能性聚合物膜层如聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)树脂、聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯(PEN)树脂、尼龙树脂或液晶聚合物(LCP)树脂被层压为外树脂层,以保护电池单体免受外界影响。
另外,在铝薄膜的另一个表面上,内树脂层由聚烯烃如聚乙烯(PE)、流延聚丙烯(CPP)或聚丙烯(PP)或其共聚物形成,以用于和上软包的下表面与下软包的上表面之间的粘合。
通常,形成用于二次电池的铝软包的上软包膜具有如图1所示的其中依次层压了外树脂层、粘合层、铝膜层、粘合层和内树脂层的结构,并且下软包具有其中依次层压了内树脂层、粘合层、铝膜层、粘合层和外树脂层的结构。
尼龙膜在破坏强度、耐针孔性、气体阻隔性、耐热性、耐冷性、机械强度等方面具有优异的性能,并且用作用于二次电池的铝软包膜的外树脂层。
同时,在使用尼龙膜作为外树脂层的银类铝软包中,在尼龙膜内部存在直径为500μm以下的小尺寸溶胶/凝胶被归类为外观缺陷,尽管这种溶胶/凝胶不影响软包膜的性能,但是导致软包膜的废弃。
因此,为了向尼龙膜的外观提供遮盖力,提供了黑色。为了软包膜的外观,需要将黑色均匀地提供至尼龙膜。另外,要求提供黑色不会增加尼龙膜的表面摩擦系数,并且进一步降低表面摩擦系数。
然而,满足这种需求的技术尚未开发出来。

为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种尼龙膜,包含浓度为10ppm至10,000ppm的石墨烯,所述石墨烯在其表面上包含选自羧基(-COOH)、酮(C=O)和酰胺(CONH)中的一种或多种类型的官能团。
另外,本发明提供了一种用于二次电池的铝软包膜,该膜包括:
铝膜层;
外树脂层,该外树脂层由层压在所述铝膜层的一个表面上的本发明的所述尼龙膜形成;和
内树脂层,该内树脂层层压在所述铝膜层的另一个表面上。
另外,本发明提供了一种制备尼龙膜的方法,该方法包括:
(a)用氧气与氨的混合气体等离子体对石墨烯粒子进行表面处理;
(b)将经上述表面处理的石墨烯粒子以10ppm至10,000ppm的浓度与尼龙树脂混合;以及
(c)使用上述混合物成型膜。
有益效果
本发明的尼龙膜包含经表面处理的石墨烯,从而由于黑着色而具有优异的遮盖力,并且由于低表面摩擦系数而提供优异的滑动性能。
本发明的用于二次电池的铝软包膜包括作为外树脂层的尼龙膜,从而提供优异的外观和成型性。
制备本发明的尼龙膜的方法提供了一种有效地制备尼龙膜的方法。

具体实施方式
在下文中,将参照附图详细描述本发明的实施方案,使得本领域技术人员可以容易地实施本发明。然而,本发明可以以各种不同的形式来实施,并且不限于此处所描述的实施方案。另外,附图中相同的附图标记表示相同的成分部分,并且为了便于描述,可以夸大各个成分部分的尺寸或厚度。
在本说明书中,特定构件被放置在另一构件“之上”的描述不仅包括特定构件与另一个构件接触的情况,而且还包括在这两个构件之间存在有另一个构件的情况。
在本说明书中,部分“包括”某些成分的描述是指其可以进一步包括其它成分,而不是排除其它成分,除非相反地特别说明。
在下文中,将详细描述本发明的优选的实施方案。
本发明提供了一种尼龙膜,包含浓度为10ppm至10,000ppm的石墨烯,所述石墨烯在其表面上包含选自羧基(-COOH)、酮(C=O)和酰胺(CONH)中的一种或多种类型的官能团。
所述石墨烯可以在其表面上包含羧基(-COOH)、酮(C=O)和酰胺(CONH)所有这些官能团。
基于官能团摩尔比,所述羧基(-COOH)、酮(C=O)和酰胺(CONH)官能团可以以1∶1至4∶1至4的比例被包含,并且更优选地可以以1∶1至2∶1至2的比例被包含。
当酰胺(CONH)官能团以超过上面比例被包含时,该酰胺(CONH)防止了石墨烯迁移至尼龙树脂表面,这导致尼龙膜的摩擦系数增加的问题。在另一方面,当羧基(-COOH)和酮(C=O)官能团以低于上面范围被包含时,石墨烯的亲水性降低,降低了石墨烯向尼龙树脂的表面迁移性能,这不是优选的。
所述官能团可以通过用氧气和氨的混合气体等离子体对石墨烯表面进行处理来被引入。
所述石墨烯可以具有0.0001μm至0.5μm、优选地0.001μm至0.1μm和更优选地0.01μm至0.6μm的平均直径。
平均直径小于0.0001μm的石墨烯不是优选的,因为成型性由于散射等引起的处理困难而降低,并且平均直径超过0.5μm时,由于在树脂中的分散性降低,膜加工后机械性能降低,因此不优选。
作为尼龙树脂,可以无限制地使用本领域已知的树脂,例如,可以使用选自聚酰胺树脂如尼龙6、尼龙66、尼龙6与尼龙66的共聚物、尼龙610和聚己二酰间苯二甲胺(MXD6)中的一种类型,或其中两种或更多种的混合物。
尼龙膜可以具有10μm至30μm的厚度,并且可以更优选地具有12μm至25μm的厚度。当厚度小于10μm时,由于性能下降,膜可能很容易地被撕裂,超过30μm的厚度不是优选的,因为成型性降低。
尼龙膜可以用于包括在用于二次电池的铝软包膜中的外树脂层。
另外,本发明提供了一种用于二次电池的铝软包膜,该膜包括:铝膜层;外树脂层,该外树脂层由层压在所述铝膜层的一个表面上的本发明的尼龙膜形成;和内树脂层,该内树脂层层压在所述铝膜层的另一个表面上。
作为用于二次电池的铝软包膜中除了外树脂层之外的成分,可以无限制地使用本领域已知的成分。
本发明的尼龙膜具有优异的破坏强度、耐针孔性、气体阻隔性等,并且具有优异的耐热性、耐冷性和机械强度。另外,该尼龙膜由于优越的黑色显影而具有优异的遮盖力,以及由于低表面摩擦系数而提供了优异的滑动性能,因此,可以优选地用作外树脂层。
特别地,本发明的用于二次电池的铝软包膜通过包括尼龙膜作为外树脂层而提供了优异的外观和成型性。
在铝膜层与外树脂层之间,可以包括将它们粘合的第一粘合层,以及在铝膜层与内树脂层之间,可以包括将它们粘合的第二粘合层。
另外,本发明涉及一种制备尼龙膜的方法,该方法包括:
(a)用氧气与氨的混合气体等离子体对石墨烯粒子进行表面处理;
(b)将经上述表面处理的石墨烯粒子以10ppm至10,000ppm的浓度与尼龙树脂混合;以及
(c)使用所述混合物成型膜。
在制备方法中,上述关于尼龙膜的描述均可以适用。因此,将省略重复的描述。
(a)中的氧气和氨的混合气体等离子体可以是通过以90∶10至10∶90、优选地90∶10至50∶50、更优选地90∶10至70∶30的体积比供应氧气和氨的混合气体形成的等离子体。
当氨在上述中过量供应时,在石墨烯表面的酰胺(CONH)官能团的含量过度增加,这不是优选的,因为这种酰胺(CONH)官能团防止了石墨烯迁移至尼龙树脂,导致了尼龙膜的摩擦系数增大的问题。在另一方面,供应太少的氧气不是优选的,由于在石墨烯表面的羧基(-COOH)和酮(C=O)官能团的含量太低,降低了亲水性,因此相应地降低了石墨烯的表面迁移性能。
在本发明中的等离子体处理可以使用本领域已知的方法进行。
作为(a)中的石墨烯,可以使用具有0.0001μm至0.5μm、优选地0.001μm至0.1μm和更优选地0.01μm至0.6μm的平均直径的石墨烯。
可以使用本领域已知的方法进行(c)中的膜成型,例如,可以使用挤出法。
在上文中,已经详细描述了本发明的优选的实施方案,然而,本发明的权利范围不限于此,本领域技术人员利用权利要求中限定的本发明的基本概念所作的各种修改和改进形式也落入本发明权利范围内。
制备例1:制备表面改性的石墨烯
在以80sccm和20sccm的比例供应氧气和氨作为反应气体的同时,通过等离子体处理对平均直径为0.05μm的石墨烯的表面进行改性。在此处,施加13.56MHz的频率和220V的电压,在25mTorr、50W和100秒的条件下产生等离子体。
制备例2:制备表面改性的石墨烯
在以20sccm和80sccm的比例供应氧气和氨作为反应气体的同时,通过等离子体处理对平均直径为0.05μm的石墨烯的表面进行改性。在此处,施加13.56MHz的频率和220V的电压,在25mTorr、50W和100秒下的情况下产生等离子体。
实施例1:制备尼龙膜
将制备例1中制备的经表面改性的石墨烯分别以100ppm、200ppm、300ppm、400ppm和500ppm的浓度与尼龙切片混合,并且将所得产物挤出至25μm的厚度以制备尼龙膜。
实施例2:制备尼龙膜
将制备例2中制备的经表面改性的石墨烯分别以100ppm、200ppm、300ppm、400ppm和500ppm的浓度与尼龙切片混合,并且将所得产物挤出至25μm的厚度以制备尼龙膜。
比较例1:制备尼龙膜
将未经表面处理的石墨烯分别以100ppm、200ppm、300ppm、400ppm和500ppm的浓度与尼龙切片混合,并且将所得产物挤出至25μm的厚度以制备尼龙膜。
试验例1:评价遮盖力
根据ASTM D 523或ISO 2813,以60度的测量角度对在实施例1和实施例2以及比较例1中各自制备的尼龙膜的哑光黑的程度进行测量,将结果示于图2中。
如图2中所确认,随着石墨烯浓度的增加,实施例1和实施例2的尼龙膜示出2.6以下水平的哑光黑色。
在另一方面,在比较例1中,确认石墨烯的分散不充分,从而在尼龙表面上没有显现出均匀的黑色(光泽度单位数值高)。
试验例2:测量表面摩擦系数
根据ASTM D 1895的方法,使用摩擦系数测量装置对在实施例1和实施例2以及比较例1中各自制备的尼龙膜的尼龙-尼龙表面的摩擦系数进行测量,将结果示于图3中。
在比较例1的与未经等离子体处理的石墨烯混合的尼龙膜中,表面摩擦太高,因此不可能测量表面摩擦系数。
在经等离子体表面处理的样品中,如图3中所示,确定具有高氨的混合比的实施例2的尼龙膜具有高摩擦系数。这被认为是由于以下事实:通过将相对大量的酰胺(CONH)引入到石墨烯表面,石墨烯不能迁移至尼龙膜表面而存在于尼龙内部。
另外,如图3中所示,确定具有高氧气的混合比的实施例1的尼龙膜具有低摩擦系数。这种结果被认为是由于随着迁移至尼龙表面的石墨烯的浓度增加而导致表面非接触面积减少而得到的。

Claims (11)

1.一种尼龙膜,包含浓度为10ppm至10,000ppm的石墨烯,所述石墨烯在其表面上包含选自羧基(-COOH)、酮(C=O)和酰胺(CONH)中的一种或多种类型的官能团。
2.根据权利要求1所述的尼龙膜,其中,所述石墨烯在其表面上包含羧基(-COOH)、酮(C=O)和酰胺(CONH)所有这些官能团。
3.根据权利要求1所述的尼龙膜,其中,所述官能团通过用氧气和氨的混合气体等离子体处理所述石墨烯表面被引入。
4.根据权利要求1所述的尼龙膜,其中,所述石墨烯具有0.0001μm至0.5μm的平均直径。
5.根据权利要求1所述的尼龙膜,其中,尼龙树脂是选自聚酰胺树脂如尼龙6、尼龙66、尼龙6与尼龙66的共聚物、尼龙610和聚己二酰间苯二甲胺(MXD6)中的一种或多种类型。
6.根据权利要求1所述的尼龙膜,其中,所述尼龙膜用于包括在用于二次电池的铝软包膜中的外树脂层。
7.一种制备尼龙膜的方法,该方法包括:
(a)用氧气与氨的混合气体等离子体对石墨烯粒子进行表面处理;
(b)将经上述表面处理的石墨烯粒子以10ppm至10,000ppm的浓度与尼龙树脂混合;以及
(c)使用上述混合物成型膜。
8.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,(a)的所述氧气与氨的混合气体等离子体是通过以90∶10至10∶90的体积比供应氧气与氨的混合气体而形成的等离子体。
9.根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中,所述氧气与氨的混合气体等离子体是通过以90∶10至70∶30的体积比供应氧气与氨的混合气体而形成的等离子体。
10.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,(c)中的所述膜成型使用挤出方法进行。
11.一种用于二次电池的铝软包膜,该铝软包膜包括:
铝膜层;
外树脂层,该外树脂层由层压在所述铝膜层的一个表面上的权利要求1所述的尼龙膜形成;和
内树脂层,该内树脂层层压在所述铝膜层的另一个表面上。
