发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种智能纺织新材料加工方法,以解决背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种智能纺织新材料加工方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤S1:采用纯棉或棉与化纤混纺的原料,而后对其预先进行除油去污、水洗﹑烘干处理,得到第一原料;
步骤S2:将上述第一原料放入氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡2-3个小时,在浸泡过程中,每隔一段时间就将第一原料进行翻动,使得第一原料得到充分浸泡;
步骤S3:浸泡完成后将第一原料取出,烘干其水分,而后在上述第一原料加入一定的水溶液、粘合剂和交联剂进行混合,得到第二原料;
步骤S4:将上述第二原料加入稳定剂处理,提升材料使用的过程中的稳定性,将原料倒入搅拌机中进行搅拌,将其制成第三原料;
步骤S5:将上述第三原料进行烘干处理,而后将第三原料纺织成平纹织物,根据使用的要求不同的平纹织物进行多层混纺来达到使用的要求,得到纺织物;
步骤S6:而后取一定分量的智能感应色素、粘合剂以及适量的水进行混合,混合后倒入搅拌机中进行搅拌,制得智能感应染料;
步骤S7:将S5中的得到的纺织物放入上述智能感应染料中进行浸轧,浸轧时间为50-80分钟,浸轧温度控制在60-90℃,浸轧完成后将其取出并烘干;
步骤S8:而后将上述浸轧后的纺织物两面涂抹有防护液经使其表面形成一种保护膜,最后将其放置干燥。
进一步地,所述步骤S1中在洗涤的时候将温度控制在20-95℃,处理10-60分钟后取出进行漂洗,漂洗次数控制在2-4次,使其可以充分漂洗干净,然后将漂洗完成的原料取出,进行烘干处理,干燥至含水率为0.5%-1.5%,再将原料用沸水洗涤4-6次,然后用冷水搓洗,去除表面污染物。
进一步地,所述步骤S3中烘干的温度为60-80℃,烘干时间为1-3小时。
进一步地,所述步骤S4中定剂与第二原料的比例为3:5,启动搅拌机的时候,控制搅拌机的温度在30-45℃,搅拌时间为15-20分钟,转速控制在100-200转/分钟。
进一步地,所述步骤S6中控制搅拌机的温度在40-70℃,搅拌时间为20-40分钟,转速控制在150-200转/分钟,将其制成智能感应染料。
进一步地,所述步骤S8中防护液可为聚氨酯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯和三氧化二锑或氮磷类阻燃剂涂层。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
一、本发明智能纺织新材料加工方法中纺织物使用智能感应色素进行染制,能够在织物被大量酸性的汗水、油脂等物质污染后变色,提醒使用者及时清洗,保持家纺产品的洁净。

步骤S2:将上述第一原料放入氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡2-3个小时,在浸泡过程中,每隔一段时间就将第一原料进行翻动,使得第一原料得到充分浸泡;
步骤S3:浸泡完成后将第一原料取出,烘干其水分,而后在上述第一原料加入一定的水溶液、粘合剂和交联剂进行混合,得到第二原料;
步骤S4:将上述第二原料加入稳定剂处理,提升材料使用的过程中的稳定性,将原料倒入搅拌机中进行搅拌,将其制成第三原料;
步骤S5:将上述第三原料进行烘干处理,而后将第三原料纺织成平纹织物,根据使用的要求不同的平纹织物进行多层混纺来达到使用的要求,得到纺织物;
步骤S6:而后取一定分量的智能感应色素、粘合剂以及适量的水进行混合,混合后倒入搅拌机中进行搅拌,制得智能感应染料;
