技术领域
本发明涉及一种泵送式容器,具体涉及一种具有以泵送方式将容器中存储的液态物质排放到外部的结构的容器。
背景技术
存储化妆品、洗发水等液态物质后,通过按钮的按压操作并以泵送方式将其排放的泵送式容器被广泛使用。
泵送式容器的问题在于,因外部流入的空气而无法排放的液态物质发生凝固,导致排放路径堵塞或液态物质发生变质。
为解决这些问题,使用的是一种泵送式容器,其具有一个排放开闭部,其操作目的在于,在液态物质被排放到外部时,开放按钮上形成的按钮排放流路部,并在通过按钮排放流路部的液态物质排放中断时,封闭按钮排放流路部。
图18和图19分别是现有泵送式容器的腰部截面图。图20是依据现有泵送式容器的喷嘴管和排放开闭部的示意图。
现有泵送式容器,如图所示,具有:存储液态物质的液态物质存储容器(130);及安装在液态物质存储容器(130)内部的气缸(151);及形成有按钮排放流路部且安装在液态物质存储容器(130)上,以便可朝向气缸(151)下降的按钮(160);及为通过按钮排放流路部将液态物质存储容器(130)中存储的液态物质排放到外部而操作的泵送部(170);及为开闭按钮排放流路部而操作的排放开闭部(180)。
液态物质存储容器(130)具有:具备空间的存储空间部(无图示);及结合到存储空间部(无图示)的上端的容器盖(132);及在容器盖(132)的顶面形成的按钮升降导向管部(133)。
气缸(151)具有:形成有贯通孔(151c)的气缸底面部(151a);及从气缸底面部(151a)的周缘部弯曲形成的管状气缸侧面部(151b)。
气缸(151)安装在存储空间部(无图示)的内部,以便由容器盖(132)支撑。

喷嘴开闭构件(181)具有:喷嘴开闭杆部(181a);及从喷嘴开闭杆部(181a)的外表面沿径向延伸形成的开闭构件支撑凸缘(181b);及从喷嘴开闭杆部(181a)的后端延伸形成的弹簧支撑杆部(181c)。
开闭构件支撑凸缘(181b)上形成有多个凸缘排放导向孔(181d)。

下面参照图21,描述现有泵送式容器的操作。
首先,将按钮(160)压向气缸(151),使其下降。按钮(160)下降时,弹性力积蓄在按钮复位弹簧(177)上。
然后,按钮(160)下降时,气缸活塞(172)下降且气缸(151)内部处于正压状态。正压状态是指高于大气压的压力状态。
气缸(151)内部处于正压状态时,止回阀(171)封闭贯通孔(151c),存储在气缸(151)内部的液态物质经过开闭操作构件(174),加压构件(173),按钮排放流路部(162,163),到达喷嘴开闭杆部(181a)。
借由到达喷嘴开闭杆部(181a)的液态物质的排放压力,喷嘴开闭杆部(181a)退至支撑隔壁(165)侧。在喷嘴开闭杆部(181a)退至支撑隔壁(165)侧期间,弹性力积蓄在开闭构件支撑弹簧(182)上。
喷嘴开闭杆部(181a)退至支撑隔壁(165)侧后,到达喷嘴管(155)的液态物质排放到外部(参照图21)。
然后,按压按钮(160)的操作停止时,按钮(160)借由积蓄在按钮复位弹簧(177)上的弹性力上升。
按钮(160)上升时,气缸活塞(172)上升且气缸(151)内部处于负压状态。负压状态是指低于大气压的压力状态。
气缸(151)内部处于负压状态时,液态物质的排放操作停止。
液态物质的排放操作停止时,液态物质的排放压力变小,喷嘴管(155)借由喷嘴开闭构件(181)封闭。
另外,气缸(151)内部处于负压状态时,贯通孔(151c)开放,液态物质存储容器(130)中存储的液态物质通过贯通孔(151c)流入气缸(151)内部。
但,根据现有泵送式容器,按钮排放流路部(162,163)是借由液态喷嘴开闭杆部(181a)朝与液态物质排放方向相反的方向移动的操作而开放的,因此,存在将按钮压向气缸(151)的力会增大的问题。
另外,由于水平排放流路部(163)的内部安装有排放开闭部(180),因此,存在排放开闭部(180)的组装作业难的问题。

发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于,提供一种可减少将按钮压向气缸的力且具有易于组装操作的排放开闭部的泵送式容器。
本发明的目的通过泵送式容器实现,依据本发明的泵送式容器包括:排放开闭部,其具有形成有开闭切割线的弹性材质的弹性变形开闭部,并可拆卸地结合到上述按钮上,以使上述弹性变形开闭部封闭上述按钮排放流路部的端部。
另外,为防止排放开闭构件借由液态物质的排放压力脱离按钮,上述排放开闭部,优选地,还包括:防脱构件,其具有形成有贯通型防止板排放导向孔的防脱板,以使上述防脱板在上述弹性变形开闭部的前方紧贴上述弹性变形开闭部,并可拆卸式地结合到上述按钮上,以使上述防止板排放导向孔与开闭切割线对齐。
另外,为使防脱落构件轻松结合到按钮上,上述按钮包括:管状按钮侧面部;及形成于上述按钮侧面部的上端且可使一对紧固长孔平行贯通的按钮顶面部;上述防脱构件,为实现与上述防脱板垂直,还包括:从上述防脱板的上端延伸形成的盖板;及形成于上述盖板底面,以具备短于上述紧固长孔的长度区段的一对紧固突起部,优选地,其通过将上述紧固突起部插至上述紧固长孔中的方法与按钮结合。
此外,为使紧固突起部轻松插至紧固长孔内,优选地,上述按钮顶面部在上表面的上述紧固长孔之间的区域截取形成,以使紧固导向面朝远离弹性变形开闭部的方向下倾。
因此,根据本发明,通过构造排放开闭部,使形成有开闭切割线的弹性材质的弹性变形开闭部封闭按钮排放流路部的端部,从而减少将按钮压向气缸的力,并使排放开闭部的组装易于操作。
按钮的按压力之所以能够减少,是因为开闭切割线的周围区域朝与液态物质的排放方向相同的方向翻倒,使按钮排放流路部得以开放,而排放开闭部的组装之所以易于操作,是因为排放开闭部安装在按钮排放流路部的外部。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图,对本发明进行详细地描述。
依据本发明的一个实施例的泵送式容器,具有:存储液态物质的容器部10;安装在容器部10上的气缸51;及形成有按钮排放流路部且安装在容器部10上,以便可朝向气缸51下降的按钮60;及为通过按钮排放流路部将存储在容器部10中的液态物质排放到外部而操作的泵送部70;及为开闭按钮排放流路部而操作的排放开闭部80;及结合在气缸51下端的管53;及结合在按钮60上的按钮保持器54。
容器部10具有:外装容器11;安装在外装容器11的内部,以将外装容器11的内部空间划分为外装容器底部空间11d和外装容器顶部空间11e的外装容器隔壁部20;及安装在外装容器底部空间11d内的两个液态物质存储容器30。
外装容器11具有:凹形外装容器主体部11a;及安装在外装容器主体部11a上端的外装容器肩部11b;及形成于外装容器肩部11b上端的按钮升降导向管部11c。
外装容器隔壁部20具有:形成有一对隔壁联络孔21a的隔壁部底面部21;及从隔壁部底面部21的周缘部弯曲形成的隔壁部侧面部22。
每个液态物质存储容器30具有:存储空间部31,其具有液态物质存储空间;及管状存储容器颈部32,其结合到存储空间部31的上端,以使下端与存储空间部31的内部空间连通。
每个液态物质存储容器30可通过以下方法,安装到外部容器底部空间11d内。
首先,在存储容器颈部32通过隔壁部联络孔21a的状态下,旋转液态物质存储容器30,以使液态物质存储容器30结合到外装容器隔壁部20上。
然后,将外装容器隔壁部20结合到外装容器底部11a上,以使存储空间部31插至外装容器底部空间11d内。
气缸51安装在每个液态物质存储容器30的内部。
每个气缸51具有:形成有贯通孔51c的气缸底面部51a;及从气缸底面部51a的周缘部弯曲形成的管状气缸侧面部51b。
气缸51安装在液态物质存储容器30的内部,以使贯通孔51c与存储空间部31的内部连通。
每个气缸51由气缸支撑构件40支撑。
气缸支撑构件40具有:气缸支撑板部41;及形成于气缸支撑板部41,以垂直配置在气缸支撑板部41的板面上的一对气缸支撑管部42;及从气缸支撑板部41延伸形成,以包围一对气缸支撑管部42的紧固壁部43;及防流管部45,其在一对气缸支撑管部42之间的区域,沿着垂直于气缸支撑板部41的板面的方向,向上延伸形成。
每个气缸支撑管部42的内表面上端,突出形成有气缸支撑爪42a。
气缸支撑构件40安装成,通过紧固壁部43的外表面与隔壁部侧面部22的内表面相结合,通过气缸支撑管部42的内表面与存储容器腰部32的外表面相结合。
气缸51安装成,通过气缸侧面部51b的上端被气缸支撑爪42a支撑。
按钮60除按钮排放流路部外,还具有:管状按钮侧面部64,及形成于按钮侧面部64的上端的按钮顶面部61。
按钮顶面部61上形成有一对平行贯通的紧固长孔61a。
另外,按钮顶面部61在上表面的紧固长孔61a之间的区域截取形成,以使紧固导向面61b朝远离后述的弹性变形开闭部81c的方向下倾。
按钮排放流路部具有:形成于按钮顶面部61的垂直排放流路部62和水平排放流路部63。
垂直排放流路部62与液态物质存储容器30一一对应设置。
每个垂直排放流路部62形成为,与按钮侧面部64平行配置。
水平排放流路部63形成为,一端突出按钮侧面部64的外表面,另一端与每个垂直排放流路部62的上端相连接。
按钮60安装成,使按钮侧面部64的下端插至按钮升降导向管部11c内。
泵送部70具有:安装在气缸51内部的止回阀71和气缸活塞72;及安装在气缸活塞72上侧的加压构件73;及安装在加压构件73内部的开闭操作构件74;及连接垂直排放流路部62和气缸51内部空间的排放中间流路部75;及与气缸51结合的弹簧支撑构件76;及安装在按钮60和弹簧支撑构件76之间的按钮复位弹簧77。
止回阀71具有:下端密封的圆管状止回阀开闭部71a;及为包围止回阀开闭部71a的上侧而配置的圆形支撑环71b;及连接止回阀开闭部71a和支撑环71b的3个连接臂71c。
止回阀71安装在气缸51的内部,以使止回阀开闭部71a封闭贯通孔51c。
气缸活塞72具有:管状气缸活塞贴合部72a;及为平行配置在气缸活塞贴合部72a而从气缸活塞贴合部72a的内表面延伸形成的管状气缸活塞流路开闭部72b。
气缸活塞72安装在气缸51内部,以使气缸活塞贴合部72a紧贴气缸侧面部51b的内表面。
加压构件73形成管状,其上端形成有向外侧延伸的弹簧支撑弯曲部73a。
加压构件73与后述气缸侧垂直流路部75c结合。
开闭操作构件74具有:下端密封的开闭操作管部74a;及为在开闭操作管部74a的下端向外侧下倾而延伸形成的开闭裙部74b。
开闭操作管部74a的下端形成有操作管排放导向孔74c。
开闭操作构件74与加压构件73结合,以使开闭裙部74b的顶面与气缸活塞流路开闭部72b的下端接触。
排放中间流路部75具有:直线状中间水平流路部75a;及在中间水平流路部75a的上表面向上延伸形成的一对按钮侧垂直流路部75b;及在中间水平流路部75a的两端分别向下弯曲形成的一对气缸侧垂直流路部75c;及在中间水平流路部75a底面延伸形成,以平行于气缸侧垂直流路部75c的防流柱75d。
中间水平流路部75a分上、下制成后进行组装。
排放中间流路部75安装成,使每个按钮侧垂直流路部75b分别与垂直排放流路部62连接,并使防流柱75d插至防流管部45内。
弹簧支撑构件76上形成有弹簧支撑槽76a。
按钮复位弹簧77安装成,两端由弹簧支撑槽76a的底面和弹簧支撑弯曲部73a支撑。
排放开闭部80具有:结合到按钮60上的排放开闭构件81和防脱构件82。
排放开闭构件81具有:一对开闭构件支撑管部81a;开闭部支撑板部81b,其形成于开闭构件支撑部81a的端部,以与开闭构件支撑管部81a的长度方向垂直配置;及为封闭每个开闭构件支撑管部81a的一端而形成的弹性变形开闭部81c。
开闭构件支撑板部81b在弹性变形开闭部81c的前方,形成有支撑板排放导向孔81d。
弹性变形开闭部81c上形成有开闭切割线81e。开闭切割线81e可形成为X型等。
排放开闭构件81使用丁腈橡胶(NBR,nitrile-butadiene rubber)等弹性材料制成。
排放开闭构件81安装成,使开闭构件支撑管部81a插至水平排放流路部63内,并使弹性变形开闭部81c封闭水平排放流路部63的端部。
防脱构件82具有:形成有贯通型防止板排放导向孔82e的防脱板82a;及从防脱板82a的上端延伸形成,以垂直于防脱板82a的盖板82b;及形成于盖板82b的底面,以与紧固长孔61a一一对应的一对紧固突起部82c;及从防脱板82a延伸形成的具有型截面的覆盖面部82d。
每个紧固突起部82c分隔形成为两部分。
每个紧固突起部82c形成为,具备短于紧固长孔61a的长度区段。
防脱构件82在防脱板82a的弹性变形开闭部81c的前方紧贴弹性变形开闭部81c,并结合到按钮上,以使防止板排放导向孔82e与开闭切割线81e对齐。防脱构件82可通过将紧固突起部82c插至紧固长孔61a中的方法实现结合。相对于紧固长孔61a的紧固突起部82c的初始插入深度借由紧固导向面61b而增加。
管53与到气缸51结合,以使上端与贯通孔51c连接。
按钮保持器54用于防止按钮60在流通或存储期间被无意地压向气缸51。
下面参照图16,描述具有前述构造的依据本发明的一个实施例的泵送式容器的使用方法。泵送部70的操作原理在现有技术中是众所周知的,因此仅对其进行简要描述。
首先,从按钮侧面部64分离出按钮保持器54。
然后,将按钮60压向气缸51,使其下降。按钮60下降期间,弹性力积蓄在按钮复位弹簧77上。
另外,按钮60下降时,借由以下操作,贯通孔51c封闭,弹性变形开闭部81c开放,存储在每个气缸51内部的液态物质排放到外部。
1)开闭操作构件74开始与按钮60同时下降,气缸活塞72开始下降的时间晚于开闭操作构件74。
2)气缸活塞72开始下降的时间晚于开闭操作构件74,使得开闭裙部74b和气缸活塞流路开闭部72b之间得以开放。
3)气缸活塞72下降,使得每个气缸51的内部处于正压状态。
气缸51内部处于正压状态时,借由止回阀71,贯通孔51c封闭,存储在气缸51内部的液态物质经过开闭操作构件74,加压构件73,排放中间流路部75,垂直按钮流路部62和水平按钮流路部63,到达弹性变形开闭部81c。
借由到达弹性变形开闭部81c的液态物质的排放压力,开闭切割线81e的周围区域发生翻倒,弹性变形开闭部81c得以开放(参照图16)。
弹性变形开闭部81c开放时,到达弹性变形开闭部81c的液态物质被排放到外部。
然后,停止按钮的按压操作。
按钮60按压操作停止时,借由积蓄在按钮复位弹簧77上的弹性力,按钮上升。
按钮60上升期间,借由以下操作,贯通孔51c开放,存储在每个液态物质存储容器30中的液态物质通过贯通孔51c流入每个气缸51的内部,弹性变形开闭部81c封闭。
1)开闭操作构件74开始与按钮60同时上升,气缸活塞72开始上升的时间晚于开闭操作构件74。
2)气缸活塞72开始上升的时间晚于开闭操作构件74,使得开闭裙部74b与气缸活塞流路开闭部72b之间封闭。
3)气缸活塞72上升,使得每个气缸51的内部处于负压状态。
4)气缸51内部处于负压状态时,贯通孔51c开放,存储在液态物质存储容器30中的液态物质通过贯通孔51c流入气缸51内。
存储在存储空间31中的液态物质流入气缸51内部期间,存储空间部31的体积缩小。
另外,气缸51内部处于负压状态时,液态物质的排放操作停止。
液态物质的排放操作停止时,开闭切割线81e周围区域的翻倒状态消失,弹性变形开闭部81再次封闭。
一方面,在前述实施例中构造的容器部10具有多个液态物质存储容器30,但如图17所示,也可构造成具有一个液态物质存储容器,应用到本发明中。
图17是依据本发明的另一个实施例的泵送式容器的截面图。
依据本发明的另一个实施例的泵送式容器,其具有:一个液态物质存储容器30'和一个气缸50'。
液态物质存储容器30'具有:凹形存储空间部31',及安装在存储空间部31'的上端的存储容器肩部32'。
存储空间部31'与依据本发明的一个实施例的泵送式容器相同,可以使用能使内部空间体积缩小的材质制成,否则,也可以在液态物质存储容器30'中存储的液态物质流入气缸50'内部时,通过附加一种使空气流入存储空间31'(避免存储空间部中存储的液态物质与空气发生接触)内的方法来实施本发明。使空气流入到存储空间31'内部的方法在现有技术中是众所周知的,因此,省略相关的详细描述(参照韩国注册专利第10-1959131号2019年3月11日注册,韩国公开实用新型第20-2014-0002216号2014年04月18日公开等)。
按钮60'上形成有一个垂直排放流路部62'。
排放开闭部80'的构造与依据本发明的一个实施例的泵送式容器相同。
如上所述,根据本发明,通过构造排放开闭部80,以使形成有开闭切割线81e的弹性材质的弹性变形开闭部81c封闭按钮排放流路部62、63的端部,从而减少将按钮60压向气缸51的力,并使排放开闭部80的组装易于操作。
按钮60的按压力之所以能够减少,是因为开闭切割线81e的周围区域朝与液态物质的排放方向相同的方向翻倒,使按钮排放流路部62、63得以开放,而排放开闭部80的组装之所以易于操作,是因为排放开闭部80安装在水平排放流路部63的外部。
另外,将防脱构件82结合到按钮60上,以使防脱板82a在弹性变形开闭部81c的前方紧贴弹性变形开闭部81c,从而借由液态物质的排放压力,防止排放开闭构件81脱离按钮60。
另外,将防脱构件82上形成的一对紧固突起部82c插至按钮上形成的一对紧固长孔61a中,使防脱构件82结合到按钮60上,从而可将防脱构件82轻松结合到按钮60上。防脱构件82之所以能够轻松结合到按钮60上,是因为借由使其在按钮顶面部61的上表面滑动的操作,将防脱构件82结合到按钮60上。
另外,在按钮顶面部61形成紧固导向面61b,以实现朝远离弹性变形开闭部81c的方向下倾,从而使紧固突起部82c轻松插至紧固长孔61a中。紧固突起部82c之所以能够轻松插至紧固长孔61a中,是因为相对于紧固长孔61a的紧固突起部82c的初始插入深度增加。
另外,在安装与液态物质存储容器30数量相同的气缸51的同时,还可构造泵送部70,以便在按钮60下降时,通过按钮排放流路部62、63将每个气缸51中存储的液态物质排放到外部,并在按钮60上升到原位时,使每个液态物质存储容器30存储中的液态物质流入到每个气缸51的内部,从而使本发明也可应用于具有多个液态物质存储容器30的泵送式容器中。
Claims (5)
1.一种泵送式容器,其特征在于,具有:存储液态物质的容器部;及安装在所述容器部内部的气缸;及形成有按钮排放流路部且安装在所述容器部上,以便可朝向气缸下降的按钮;及泵送部,其操作目的在于,在所述按钮朝向所述气缸下降时,通过所述按钮排放流路部将所述气缸中的液态物质排放到外部,并在所述按钮上升到原位时,使所述容器部中存储的液态物质流入所述气缸内部;及排放开闭部,其操作目的在于,在液态物质通过所述按钮排放流路部被排放到外部时,开放所述按钮排放流路部,并在通过所述按钮流路部的液态物质排放中断时,封闭所述按钮排放流路部,
所述排放开闭部具有形成有开闭切割线的弹性材质的弹性变形开闭部,并可拆卸地安装在所述按钮上,以使所述弹性变形开闭部封闭所述按钮排放流路部的端部。
2.如权利要求1所述的泵送式容器,其特征在于,
所述排放开闭部,还具有可拆卸地结合到所述按钮上的防脱构件,其具有:形成有贯通型防止板排放导向孔的防脱板,以使所述防脱板在所述弹性变形开闭部的前方紧贴所述弹性变形开闭部,并可拆卸式地结合到所述按钮上,以使所述防止板排放导向孔与所述开闭切割线对齐。
3.如权利要求2所述的泵送式容器,其特征在于,
所述按钮包括:管状按钮侧面部;及形成于所述按钮侧面部的上端且可使一对紧固长孔平行贯通的按钮顶面部;
所述防脱构件为实现与所述防脱板垂直,还包括:从所述防脱板的上端延伸形成的盖板;及形成于所述盖板底面,以具备短于所述紧固长孔的长度区段的一对紧固突起部,其通过将所述紧固突起部插至所述紧固长孔中的方法与所述按钮结合。
4.如权利要求3所述的泵送式容器,其特征在于,所述按钮顶面部在上表面的所述紧固长孔之间的区域截取形成,以使所述紧固导向面朝远离弹性变形开闭部的方向下倾。
5.如权利要求1或4中任一项所述的泵送式容器,其特征在于,
所述容器部,包括:上端形成有按钮升降导向管部的外装容器;及安装在所述外装容器内部,以将所述外装容器的内部空间划分为外装容器底部空间和外装容器顶部空间的外装容器隔壁部;及安装在所述外装容器底部空间,以通过所述外装容器隔壁部暴露于所述外装容器顶部空间的多个液态物质存储器;
所述气缸,安装在所述每个液态物质存储器中;
所述按钮,安装在所述容器部上,以便沿按钮升降导向管部升降;
所述泵送部,其操作目的在于,在所述按钮下降时,通过所述按钮排放流路部将所述每个气缸中的液态物质排放到外部,在所述按钮上升到原位时,使所述每个液态物质存储容器中存储的液态物质流入到所述每个气缸的内部。
