Abstract
本发明属于面料技术领域,具体公开了一种抗菌防辐射面料及其制备方法。所述抗菌防辐射面料的制备方法为:将40‑50重量份改性海藻纤维与10‑20重量份银纤维进行混纺,得到混纺纱;再将上述混纺纱进行织造,得到平纹织布;将上述平纹织布浸入到后整理液中浸泡,二浸二轧,焙烘,结束后清洗、干燥,得到所述抗菌防辐射面料。本发明的抗菌防辐射面料柔软、亲肤,具有很好的防辐射性能和防霉抗菌性能。

技术领域
本发明属于面料技术领域,尤其涉及一种抗菌防辐射面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
防辐射面料通常采用金属丝纤维或者金属镀层纤维和其他纤维进行混纺织造而成,可以有效屏蔽电磁波辐射,从而降低环境中电磁辐射污染对人体健康的伤害。但是上述防辐射面料也存在一些缺点,例如透气性较差,且不耐洗涤、易脱落、易氧化,成本也相对较高。
中国专利CN103767083A公开了一种防电磁波辐射面料及防辐射服,该面料由汉麻纤维和/或棉纤维制成,且经由天然植物染料染色,所述天然植物染料提取自紫草和/或青柿子,该面料透气性好,具有一定的抗菌、防电磁波辐射的功能,可用来代替现有的金属丝或带有导电涂层等类型的防辐射服,制作成本低,方法简单,但是该面料的防辐射能力相比于金属纤维类防辐射面料要差,而且随着使用次数的增加,其抗菌和防辐射能力也逐渐降低。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种抗菌防辐射面料及其制备方法,所述面料由改性海藻纤维与银纤维混纺、织造制成。其中改性海藻纤维采用海藻纤维依次经过环氧化、氨化及接枝改性处理得到,具有抗辐射、抗菌、舒适等特点。最后对面料进行了后整理,使其能够长时间保持良好的抗菌性能和防辐射性能。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种抗菌防辐射面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(一)将40-50重量份改性海藻纤维与10-20重量份银纤维送入混纺机进行混纺,得到混纺纱;将上述混纺纱通过针织纬编大圆机织造,得到平纹织布;
(二)将上述平纹织布浸入到后整理液中浸泡,二浸二轧,焙烘,结束后清洗、干燥,得到所述抗菌防辐射面料。
优选的,所述平纹织布的克重为120-150g/m2;
优选的,所述平纹织布与后整理液的固液比为1kg:7-10L。
优选的,所述平纹织布的浸泡温度为27-33℃、浸泡时间为30-40min。
优选的,轧余率为90-95%。
优选的,所述焙烘温度为140-160℃、焙烘时间为20-50s。
本发明以改性海藻纤维与银纤维作为原料经过混纺织造得到抗菌防辐射面料,其结合了上述两种纤维的优点,柔软舒适、环保亲肤,具有很好的防辐射性能和防霉抗菌性能。
其中,银纤维是以锦纶纤维作为基材经化学镀银工艺加工得到,在纤维表面形成了致密牢固的银层。银纤维保持了纤维本身的柔软性和可纺性,可与其他纤维一起混纺织造,具有很好的抗菌、抗静电、防辐射性能。海藻纤维是从海洋中天然海藻内提取的物质纺丝加工而成,具有良好的可纺性、吸湿性、生物相容性和生物降解性,是一种新型绿色无污染的纤维材料。海藻纤维亲肤保暖,舒适感优于长绒棉,回潮率在18-20%之间,天然防霉抑菌,是非常理想的服饰面料的纤维原料。
本发明利用海藻纤维表面含有的羟基活性基团,依次经过环氧化、氨化及接枝改性处理得到改性海藻纤维,具有抗辐射、抗菌、柔软亲肤、耐洗等性能。本发明通过在海藻纤维表面引入环氧基团提高了纤维之间的结合活性,使其更容易引入氨基;再经过氨基处理液对其氨基化得到含有大量氨基的预处理海藻纤维,为后续改性提供大量的活性基团;最后经过橙皮苷、1-氨基环丙烷羧酸与5-氨基-2,4,6-三碘间苯二甲酰氯对预处理海藻纤维接枝改性,使这些抗辐射活性物通过化学键、共价结合等作用牢固的接枝到海藻纤维上,赋予其优异的抗辐射性能。
优选的,所述改性海藻纤维的制备方法为:
X1、将10-20重量份海藻纤维加入到40-60重量份无水乙醇中混合均匀,然后加入10-15重量份环氧氯丙烷,将pH调至8-10,在25-28℃、150-200r/min条件下搅拌15-20h,取出后清洗、干燥,得到环氧化海藻纤维;
X2、氮气保护下,将8-12重量份二亚乙基三胺的丙酮溶液加入到30-50重量份二丙烯酸乙二醇酯的丙酮溶液中,在55-60℃、50-100r/min条件下搅拌40-60min,结束后加入400-500重量份水,超声30-50min,得到氨基处理液;将上述环氧化海藻纤维加入到氨基处理液中,将pH调至8-10,在40-45℃、150-200r/min条件下搅拌6-10h,取出后清洗、干燥,得到预处理海藻纤维;
X3、氮气保护下,将1-2重量份橙皮苷、1-2重量份1-氨基环丙烷羧酸与2-4重量份5-氨基-2,4,6-三碘间苯二甲酰氯加入到120-180重量份二甲基亚砜中混合均匀,得到抗辐射处理液;将上述预处理海藻纤维加入到抗辐射处理液中,在25-28℃、150-200r/min条件下搅拌2-3h,取出后清洗、干燥,得到改性海藻纤维。
优选的,所述二亚乙基三胺的丙酮溶液浓度为26-32wt%。
优选的,所述二丙烯酸乙二醇酯的丙酮溶液浓度为12-16wt%。
优选的,所述超声的条件为20-35kHz、300-500W。
优选的,所述环氧化海藻纤维与氨基处理液的固液比为1kg:3-5L。
优选的,所述预处理海藻纤维与抗辐射处理液的固液比为1kg:3-5L。
鸡蛋打破后,帖附在蛋壳上的半透明白色物质即为蛋壳膜。蛋壳膜由角蛋白、胶原蛋白、脂质、氨基酸和多糖组成,富含醛基等活性基团,是一种三维网状薄膜结构,纤维间错落连接且具有类似无纺布的多孔结构,这些性质使得蛋壳膜粉具有很好的成膜性和固定吸附作用。通过高碘酸钠联合液氮对蛋壳膜进行处理,可以改善蛋壳膜的空间网络结构,提高蛋壳膜粉在后整理液中的分散溶解性。壳聚糖季铵盐本身具有一定的抗菌性和成膜性,可以配合蛋壳膜粉在面料表面形成保护膜。
本发明通过处理后蛋壳膜粉与壳聚糖季铵盐对面料进行整理,利用蛋壳膜粉具有的纤维网状结构和良好的生物相容性,附着在银纤维和改性海藻纤维表面上包覆成膜,对纤维表面的纳米银及抗辐射活性物起到加固防护的作用,提高抗菌防辐射面料的耐水洗性和耐氧化性,使抗辐射及抗菌效果更加持久耐用。
此外,十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱作为两性表面活性剂,不仅可以增加后整理液的稳定性,还能作为柔软剂和抗静电剂对面料起到整理加工的作用。木质素磺酸钠作为分散剂,能够使各组分在后整理液中分散均一,使各组分的效果达到最佳。
优选的,所述后整理液的制备方法为:
将新鲜鸡蛋壳用盐酸浸泡处理,待碳酸钙溶解后将蛋壳膜分离,取出后清洗、干燥,得到蛋壳膜;将上述蛋壳膜加入到高碘酸钠水溶液中避光反应5-8h,取出后清洗、干燥,再用液氮进行磨粉后过筛,得到处理后蛋壳膜粉;将5-6重量份处理后蛋壳膜粉、3-4重量份壳聚糖季铵盐、1-2重量份木质素磺酸钠、1-3重量份十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱与150-200重量份水混合均匀,得到所述后整理液。
优选的,所述盐酸的浓度为1-2M。
优选的,所述蛋壳膜与高碘酸钠水溶液的固液比为1kg:6-10L。
优选的,所述高碘酸钠水溶液的浓度为3-5wt%。

本发明还提供一种抗菌防辐射面料,由上述方法制备得到。
本发明的有益技术效果:本发明制备的抗菌防辐射面料兼具了改性海藻纤维和银纤维的优点,柔软、亲肤,具有很好的防辐射性能和防霉抗菌性能。本发明利用海藻纤维表面含有的羟基活性基团,通过在海藻纤维表面引入环氧基团提高纤维之间的结合活性,使其更容易引入氨基;再经过氨基处理液对其氨基化得到含有大量氨基的预处理海藻纤维,为后续改性提供大量的活性基团;最后经过橙皮苷、1-氨基环丙烷羧酸与5-氨基-2,4,6-三碘间苯二甲酰氯对预处理海藻纤维接枝改性,赋予其优异的抗辐射性能。此外,本发明通过处理后蛋壳膜粉与壳聚糖季铵盐对面料进行整理,附着在银纤维和改性海藻纤维表面上包覆成膜,对纤维表面的纳米银及抗辐射活性物起到加固防护的作用,使抗辐射及抗菌效果更加持久耐用。

实施例1
一种抗菌防辐射面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(一)将45重量份改性海藻纤维与15重量份银纤维送入混纺机进行混纺,得到混纺纱;将上述混纺纱通过针织纬编大圆机织造,得到平纹织布,克重为130g/m2;
(二)将上述平纹织布按照固液比1kg:8L浸入到后整理液中,在30℃浸泡35min,二浸二轧,轧余率为92%;在150℃焙烘30s,结束后清洗、干燥,得到所述抗菌防辐射面料。
所述改性海藻纤维的制备方法为:
X1、将15重量份海藻纤维加入到50重量份无水乙醇中混合均匀,然后加入12重量份环氧氯丙烷,将pH调至9,在26℃、170r/min条件下搅拌18h,取出后清洗、干燥,得到环氧化海藻纤维;
X2、氮气保护下,将10重量份30wt%二亚乙基三胺的丙酮溶液加入到40重量份15wt%二丙烯酸乙二醇酯的丙酮溶液中,在58℃、80r/min条件下搅拌50min,结束后加入450重量份水,在30kHz、450W条件下超声40min,得到氨基处理液;将上述环氧化海藻纤维按照固液比1kg:4L加入到氨基处理液中,将pH调至9,在42℃、170r/min条件下搅拌8h,取出后清洗、干燥,得到预处理海藻纤维;
X3、氮气保护下,将1.5重量份橙皮苷、1.5重量份1-氨基环丙烷羧酸与3重量份5-氨基-2,4,6-三碘间苯二甲酰氯加入到150重量份二甲基亚砜中混合均匀,得到抗辐射处理液;将上述预处理海藻纤维按照固液比1kg:4L加入到抗辐射处理液中,在26℃、170r/min条件下搅拌2.5h,取出后清洗、干燥,得到改性海藻纤维。

X3、氮气保护下,将1.5重量份橙皮苷、1.5重量份1-氨基环丙烷羧酸与3重量份5-氨基-2,4,6-三碘间苯二甲酰氯加入到150重量份二甲基亚砜中混合均匀,得到抗辐射处理液;将上述预处理海藻纤维按照固液比1kg:4L加入到抗辐射处理液中,在26℃、170r/min条件下搅拌2.5h,取出后清洗、干燥,得到改性海藻纤维。
所述后整理液的制备方法为:
将3.5重量份壳聚糖季铵盐、1.8重量份木质素磺酸钠、2重量份十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱与180重量份水混合均匀,得到所述后整理液。
实施例6
一种抗菌防辐射面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(一)将45重量份改性海藻纤维与15重量份银纤维送入混纺机进行混纺,得到混纺纱;将上述混纺纱通过针织纬编大圆机织造,得到平纹织布,克重为130g/m2;
(二)将上述平纹织布按照固液比1kg:8L浸入到后整理液中,在30℃浸泡35min,二浸二轧,轧余率为92%;在150℃焙烘30s,结束后清洗、干燥,得到所述抗菌防辐射面料。
所述改性海藻纤维的制备方法为:
X1、将15重量份海藻纤维加入到50重量份无水乙醇中混合均匀,然后加入12重量份环氧氯丙烷,将pH调至9,在26℃、170r/min条件下搅拌18h,取出后清洗、干燥,得到环氧化海藻纤维;
X2、氮气保护下,将10重量份30wt%二亚乙基三胺的丙酮溶液加入到40重量份15wt%二丙烯酸乙二醇酯的丙酮溶液中,在58℃、80r/min条件下搅拌50min,结束后加入450重量份水,在30kHz、450W条件下超声40min,得到氨基处理液;将上述环氧化海藻纤维按照固液比1kg:4L加入到氨基处理液中,将pH调至9,在42℃、170r/min条件下搅拌8h,取出后清洗、干燥,得到预处理海藻纤维;
X3、氮气保护下,将1.5重量份橙皮苷、1.5重量份1-氨基环丙烷羧酸与3重量份5-氨基-2,4,6-三碘间苯二甲酰氯加入到150重量份二甲基亚砜中混合均匀,得到抗辐射处理液;将上述预处理海藻纤维按照固液比1kg:4L加入到抗辐射处理液中,在26℃、170r/min条件下搅拌2.5h,取出后清洗、干燥,得到改性海藻纤维。
所述后整理液的制备方法为:
将新鲜鸡蛋壳用1.5M盐酸浸泡处理,待碳酸钙溶解后将蛋壳膜分离,取出后清洗、干燥,得到蛋壳膜;再用液氮进行磨粉后过60目网筛,得到蛋壳膜粉;将5.5重量份蛋壳膜粉、3.5重量份壳聚糖季铵盐、1.8重量份木质素磺酸钠、2重量份十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱与180重量份水混合均匀,得到所述后整理液。
测试例1
抗菌性能评价:参照GB/T 20944.3-2008《纺织品抗菌性能的评价第3部分:振荡法》测定上述抗菌防辐射面料的抗菌性能。每一实施例平行测试10组,测试菌种:金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC 6538和大肠杆菌ATCC 8739,计算平均值。

测试例2
防辐射性能评价:参照GB/T 23463-2009《防护服装微波辐射防护服》测定上述抗菌防辐射面料的防辐射性能。每一实施例平行测试10组,测试频率300MHz,计算平均值。

从上述测试结果可知,实施例1的抗菌防辐射面料洗涤前后均具有更好的防辐射性能和抗菌性能。相比于实施例2-4,实施例1中采用的改性海藻纤维经过环氧化、氨化及接枝改性处理后赋予其更好的抗辐射和抗菌性能,具体通过在海藻纤维表面引入环氧基团提高了纤维之间的结合活性,使其更容易引入氨基;再经过氨基处理液对其氨基化得到含有大量氨基的预处理海藻纤维,为后续改性提供大量的活性基团;最后经过橙皮苷、1-氨基环丙烷羧酸与5-氨基-2,4,6-三碘间苯二甲酰氯对预处理海藻纤维接枝改性,使这些抗辐射和抗菌活性物通过化学键、共价结合等作用牢固的接枝到海藻纤维上。相比于实施例5-6,实施例1中进一步通过处理后蛋壳膜粉与壳聚糖季铵盐对面料进行后整理,利用蛋壳膜粉具有的纤维网状结构和良好的生物相容性,附着在银纤维和改性海藻纤维表面上包覆成膜,对纤维表面的纳米银及抗辐射活性物起到加固防护的作用,而高碘酸钠联合液氮对蛋壳膜进行处理,可以改善蛋壳膜的空间网络结构,提高蛋壳膜粉在后整理液中的分散溶解性,更利于后整理的进行,从而提高面料的耐水洗性和耐氧化性,使抗辐射及抗菌效果更加持久。

Claims (10)
1.一种抗菌防辐射面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(一)将40-50重量份改性海藻纤维与10-20重量份银纤维进行混纺,得到混纺纱;再将上述混纺纱进行织造,得到平纹织布;
(二)将上述平纹织布浸入到后整理液中浸泡,二浸二轧,焙烘,结束后清洗、干燥,得到所述抗菌防辐射面料。
2.如权利要求1所述的抗菌防辐射面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述改性海藻纤维的制备方法为:
X1、将海藻纤维进行环氧化处理,得到环氧化海藻纤维;
X2、将上述环氧化海藻纤维加入到氨基处理液中处理,得到预处理海藻纤维;
X3、将上述预处理海藻纤维加入到抗辐射处理液中处理,得到改性海藻纤维。
3.如权利要求2所述抗菌防辐射面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述氨基处理液的制备方法为:将8-12重量份二亚乙基三胺的丙酮溶液加入到30-50重量份二丙烯酸乙二醇酯的丙酮溶液中,在55-60℃条件下搅拌40-60min,结束后加入400-500重量份水,超声30-50min,得到氨基处理液。
4.如权利要求2所述的抗菌防辐射面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述抗辐射处理液的制备方法为:将1-2重量份橙皮苷、1-2重量份1-氨基环丙烷羧酸与2-4重量份5-氨基-2,4,6-三碘间苯二甲酰氯加入到120-180重量份二甲基亚砜中混合均匀,得到抗辐射处理液。
5.如权利要求2所述抗菌防辐射面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述环氧化海藻纤维与氨基处理液的固液比为1kg:3-5L。
6.如权利要求2所述的抗菌防辐射面料的制备方法,所述预处理海藻纤维与抗辐射处理液的固液比为1kg:3-5L。
7.如权利要求1所述的抗菌防辐射面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述后整理液的制备方法为:将5-6重量份处理后蛋壳膜粉、3-4重量份壳聚糖季铵盐、1-2重量份木质素磺酸钠、1-3重量份十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱与150-200重量份水混合均匀,得到所述后整理液。
8.如权利要求7所述的抗菌防辐射面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述处理后蛋壳膜粉的制备方法为:将鸡蛋壳用盐酸浸泡处理,待碳酸钙溶解后将蛋壳膜分离,取出后清洗、干燥,得到蛋壳膜;将上述蛋壳膜加入到高碘酸钠水溶液中避光反应5-8h,取出后清洗、干燥,再用液氮进行磨粉后过筛,得到处理后蛋壳膜粉。
9.如权利要求8所述的抗菌防辐射面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述蛋壳膜与高碘酸钠水溶液的固液比为1kg:6-10L。
10.一种抗菌防辐射面料,其特征在于:采用如权利要求1-9任一项所述的方法制备得到。
