本发明涉及面料技术领域,尤其涉及一种排汗保暖睡衣面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
面料作为服装服饰的原料,其性能直接关系着服装服饰的品质。而服装服饰除了装饰美观外,最重要的作用就是保暖遮护,因此,对于人们来说,既舒适又具有强保护的服装面料很受欢迎。棉纤维面料具有保暖、亲肤的优点,常常用来制作贴身的睡衣及内衣服饰。
但是,棉纤维的排汗透气性能有待提高,人体出汗后容易粘附皮屑,滋生大量微生物,不仅会导致面料发黄变色、还会对健康造成危害。如何在提高面料保暖舒适性能的同时,提高面料的排汗抗菌性能是亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明提供一种排汗保暖睡衣面料及其制备方法。
一种排汗保暖睡衣面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)面料织造;
(2)面料胚布预处理;
(3)面料后整理。
一种排汗保暖睡衣面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)面料织造:20-40重量份coolmax纤维、5-15重量份甲壳素纤维、60-80重量份棉纤维按常规方法织造面料胚布,面料胚布克重为50-200g/m2;
(2)面料胚布预处理:采用常压等离子体射流处理面料胚布90-150s,得到预处理面料胚布;其中以氦气为载体,氧气为反应气体;且氦气与氧气按体积比(98-99):(1-2)混合;
(3)面料后整理:按浴比1g:(10-30)mL将步骤(1)得到的面料胚布置于1-2wt%的聚乙烯醇/内酯型槐糖脂溶液中浸渍1-2h,控制轧余率为70-100%,于80-100℃干燥2-3min,再在100-130℃烘焙1-2min,即得到排汗保暖睡衣面料。
进一步地,一种排汗保暖睡衣面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)面料织造;
(2)面料胚布预处理;
(3)面料抗静电处理;
(4)面料后整理。
一种排汗保暖睡衣面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

发明人研究发现,采用传统方式很难将抗菌剂与面料良好结合,抗菌剂因机械作用易脱离面料,从而使面料的抗菌性丧失。发明人在上述基础上进一步研究,采用常压等离子体射流对面料胚布进行预处理,使面料胚布含有-OH、-COOH基团,一方面能提高面料的亲水性,另一方面面料胚布含有-COOH与聚乙烯醇/内酯型槐糖脂中的-OH反应,将聚乙烯醇/内酯型槐糖脂接枝与面料中,改善面料的亲水性,同时改善其抗菌性。其可能的原因是:柠檬酸与乙二胺四乙酸作为交联剂,将交联剂中的-COOH与聚乙烯醇、内酯型槐糖脂中的-OH作用制备聚乙烯醇/内酯型槐糖脂,内酯型槐糖脂中的亲水部分槐糖与交联剂作用接枝与聚乙烯醇,交联剂与内酯型内酯型槐糖脂中的活性羟基反应形成酯键则将内酯型内酯型槐糖脂连接至织物,改善其抗菌性;同时交联剂中的羧基与面料中的羟基作用形成酯键而固定在面料上。交联剂与聚乙烯醇、内酯型槐糖脂反应形成三维网状结构,有效降低内酯型槐糖脂的流失,且交联剂与聚乙烯醇、内酯型槐糖脂发生酯化反应得到酯键,其化学稳定好,不易被破坏,使面料的耐洗性能得到改善。
所述聚乙烯醇/内酯型槐糖脂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将聚乙烯醇溶于90-100℃热水中混合均匀,得到8-10wt%聚乙烯醇溶液;将交联剂、内酯型槐糖脂、磷酸氢二钠加入上述得到的聚乙烯醇溶液中,于60-80℃下搅拌反应得到混合液,离心、干燥,得到聚乙烯醇/内酯型槐糖脂。其中,所述的聚乙烯醇、内酯型槐糖脂按质量比(5-7):(1-3)混合;内酯型槐糖脂、磷酸二氢钠、交联剂按质量比1:(0.5-1):(2-3)混合均匀。
所述的交联剂为柠檬酸、BTCA、乙二胺四乙酸中的一种或两种以上混合物。
优选的,所述交联剂为柠檬酸、乙二胺四乙酸按质量比(1-3):(1-3)混合。
所述抗静电整理液由2-5重量份聚丙烯酰胺、1-3重量份十二烷基硫酸钠、5-10重量份抗静电剂与85-95重量份水组成。

甲壳素纤维,是从虾、蟹、昆虫等的外壳经过脱脂、脱钙等加工聚合而成的一种天然高聚物纤维,具有优良的生物活性、透气性、生物相容性及抑菌性能,对人体皮肤有很强的护理功能。

实施例1
一种排汗保暖睡衣面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)面料织造:40重量份coolmax纤维、10重量份甲壳素纤维、80重量份棉纤维按常规方法织造面料胚布,面料胚布克重为100g/m2;
(2)面料后整理:室温下,按浴比1g:30mL将步骤(1)得到的面料胚布置于1.5wt%的抗菌整理剂溶液中浸渍2h,控制轧余率为90%,于100℃干燥2min,再在120℃烘焙2min,即得到排汗保暖睡衣面料。
实施例2
一种排汗保暖睡衣面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)面料织造:40重量份coolmax纤维、10重量份甲壳素纤维、80重量份棉纤维按常规方法织造面料胚布,面料胚布克重为100g/m2;

所述抗静电剂由以下方法制备而成:氮气保护下,将2重量份1-烯丙基-3-(2-羟乙基)-2-硫脲、18重量份1-烯基十一烷基二甲基氯硅烷、0.3重量份铂碳催化剂加入到200重量份液体石蜡中混合均匀,在73℃搅拌2h,过滤,减压浓缩除去液体石蜡;再加入100重量份水混合均匀,依次加入1.2重量份1-乙烯基-3-辛基咪唑氯盐、0.5重量份过硫酸铵、0.5重量份黄原胶,在85℃搅拌10h,减压浓缩除去水,即得。
(4)面料后整理:室温下,按浴比1g:30mL将步骤(3)得到的抗静电处理面料置于1.5wt%的聚乙烯醇/内酯型槐糖脂溶液中浸渍1h,控制轧余率为90%,于100℃干燥3min,再在120℃烘焙2min,即得到排汗保暖睡衣面料。
所述聚乙烯醇/内酯型槐糖脂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将聚乙烯醇溶于95℃热水中混合均匀,得到10wt%聚乙烯醇溶液;将交联剂、内酯型槐糖脂、磷酸氢二钠加入上述得到的聚乙烯醇溶液中,于70℃下搅拌反应得到混合液,离心、干燥,得到聚乙烯醇/内酯型槐糖脂。其中,所述聚乙烯醇、内酯型槐糖脂的质量比7:3;所述内酯型槐糖脂、磷酸二氢钠、交联剂的质量比1:0.5:2。所述的交联剂为柠檬酸、乙二胺四乙酸按质量比1:2混合。实施例5的面料水洗30次后抗菌率为94.5%,吸水率为295%,透湿率为8930g/(m2·24h)。抗静电性能评价:采用表面电阻仪对实施例5的面料进行表面电阻测定,其表面电阻为7.1×108Ω。
对比例3
一种排汗保暖睡衣面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)面料织造:40重量份coolmax纤维、10重量份甲壳素纤维、80重量份棉纤维按常规方法织造面料胚布,面料胚布克重为100g/m2;
(2)面料胚布预处理:采用常压等离子体射流处理面料胚布150s,得到预处理面料胚布;其中以氦气为载体,氧气为反应气体;且氦气与氧气按体积比98:2混合;
(3)面料抗静电处理:室温下,按浴比1g:30mL将步骤(2)得到的预处理面料胚布置于抗静电整理液中浸渍1h,控制轧余率为90%,于100℃干燥3min,再在120℃烘焙2min,得到抗静电处理面料;
所述抗静电整理液由3重量份聚丙烯酰胺、2重量份十二烷基硫酸钠、7重量份抗静电剂与90重量份水组成。所述抗静电剂为十八烷基二甲基羟乙基季铵硝酸盐。
(4)面料后整理:室温下,按浴比1g:30mL将步骤(3)得到的抗静电处理面料置于1.5wt%的聚乙烯醇/内酯型槐糖脂溶液中浸渍1h,控制轧余率为90%,于100℃干燥3min,再在120℃烘焙2min,即得到排汗保暖睡衣面料。
所述聚乙烯醇/内酯型槐糖脂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将聚乙烯醇溶于95℃热水中混合均匀,得到10wt%聚乙烯醇溶液;将交联剂、内酯型槐糖脂、磷酸氢二钠加入上述得到的聚乙烯醇溶液中,于70℃下搅拌反应得到混合液,离心、干燥,得到聚乙烯醇/内酯型槐糖脂。其中,所述聚乙烯醇、内酯型槐糖脂的质量比7:3;所述内酯型槐糖脂、磷酸二氢钠、交联剂的质量比1:0.5:2。所述的交联剂为柠檬酸、乙二胺四乙酸按质量比1:2混合。抗静电性能评价:采用表面电阻仪对对比例3的面料进行表面电阻测定,其表面电阻为8.3×109Ω。
测试例1
抗菌性测试:
对实施例1-4和对比例1-2中制备的排汗保暖睡衣面料抗菌性能参考GB/T20944.3-2008《纺织品抗菌性能的评价第三部分振荡法》中的规定进行测试,以大肠杆菌ATCC No.11229(革兰氏阴性菌)为试验菌种。测试实施例1-4和对比例1-2中制备的排汗保暖睡衣面料的水洗前、水洗30次的大肠杆菌的抗菌效果。

通过实施例2与实施例1对比发现,将聚乙烯醇/内酯型槐糖脂接枝与面料中,改善面料的亲水性,同时改善其抗菌性。其可能的原因是:柠檬酸与乙二胺四乙酸作为交联剂,将交联剂中的-COOH与聚乙烯醇、内酯型槐糖脂中的-OH作用制备聚乙烯醇/内酯型槐糖脂,内酯型槐糖脂中的亲水部分槐糖与交联剂作用接枝与聚乙烯醇,交联剂与内酯型内酯型槐糖脂中的活性羟基反应形成酯键则将内酯型内酯型槐糖脂连接至织物,改善其抗菌性;同时交联剂中的羧基与面料中的羟基作用形成酯键而固定在面料上。交联剂与聚乙烯醇、内酯型槐糖脂反应形成三维网状结构,有效降低内酯型槐糖脂的流失,且交联剂与聚乙烯醇、内酯型槐糖脂发生酯化反应得到酯键,其化学稳定好,不易被破坏,使面料的耐洗性能得到改善。
通过实施例2-4对比发现,实施例2中以柠檬酸与乙二胺四乙酸作为交联剂,引入聚乙烯醇/内酯型槐糖脂中使其耐洗性能显著优于实施例3-4,其可能的原因是:柠檬酸、乙二胺四乙酸与聚乙烯醇、内酯型槐糖脂反应形成三维网状结构,有效降低内酯型槐糖脂的流失,且交联剂与聚乙烯醇、内酯型槐糖脂发生酯化反应得到酯键,其化学稳定好,不易被破坏,使面料的耐洗性能得到改善。
通过实施例2与对比例2对比发现,实施例2采用常规等离子体预处理面料,将-COOH、-OH、-NH2等亲水基团引入面料,改善其亲水性同时提高纤维与聚乙烯醇/内酯型槐糖脂结合力,显著改善其耐洗性能。
测试例2
吸湿排汗性能测试:
对实施例1-4和对比例1-2中制备的排汗保暖睡衣面料吸湿排汗性能参照GB/T21655.1-2008《纺织品吸湿速干性的评定第1部分:单项组合试验法》进行测试。

1.一种排汗保暖睡衣面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)面料织造:20-40重量份coolmax纤维、5-15重量份甲壳素纤维、60-80重量份棉纤维按常规方法织造面料胚布,面料胚布克重为50-200g/m2;
(2)面料胚布预处理:采用常压等离子体射流处理面料胚布90-150s,得到预处理面料胚布;其中以氦气为载体,氧气为反应气体;且氦气与氧气按体积比(98-99):(1-2)混合;
(3)面料抗静电处理:按浴比1g:(10-30)mL将步骤(2)得到的预处理面料胚布置于抗静电整理液中浸渍1-2h,控制轧余率为70-100%,于80-100℃干燥2-3min,再在120℃烘焙2min,得到抗静电处理面料;
(4)面料后整理:按浴比1g:(10-30)mL将步骤(3)得到的面料胚布置于1-2wt%的聚乙烯醇/内酯型槐糖脂溶液中浸渍1-2h,控制轧余率为70-100%,于80-100℃干燥2-3min,再在100-130℃烘焙1-2min,即得到排汗保暖睡衣面料;
所述聚乙烯醇/内酯型槐糖脂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将聚乙烯醇溶于90-100℃热水中混合均匀,得到8-10wt%聚乙烯醇溶液;将交联剂、内酯型槐糖脂、磷酸氢二钠加入上述得到的聚乙烯醇溶液中,于60-80℃下搅拌反应得到混合液,离心、干燥,得到聚乙烯醇/内酯型槐糖脂;所述的聚乙烯醇、内酯型槐糖脂按质量比(5-7):(1-3)混合;所述内酯型槐糖脂、磷酸二氢钠、交联剂按质量比1:(0.5-1):(2-3)混合均匀;所述交联剂为柠檬酸、乙二胺四乙酸按质量比(1-3):(1-3)的混合物;
所述抗静电整理液由2-5重量份聚丙烯酰胺、1-3重量份十二烷基硫酸钠、5-10重量份抗静电剂与85-95重量份水组成;
所述抗静电剂由以下方法制备而成:氮气保护下,将1-3重量份1-烯丙基-3-(2-羟乙基)-2-硫脲、15-20重量份1-烯基十一烷基二甲基氯硅烷、0.1-0.5重量份铂碳催化剂加入到180-220重量份液体石蜡中混合均匀,在70-80℃搅拌1-3h,过滤,减压浓缩除去液体石蜡;再加入90-120重量份水混合均匀,依次加入1-2重量份1-乙烯基-3-辛基咪唑氯盐、0.1-0.6重量份过硫酸铵、0.2-0.6重量份黄原胶,在80-90℃搅拌8-12h,减压浓缩除去水,即得。
2.如权利要求1所述排汗保暖睡衣面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)面料织造:40重量份coolmax纤维、10重量份甲壳素纤维、80重量份棉纤维按常规方法织造面料胚布,面料胚布克重为100g/m2;
(2)面料胚布预处理:采用常压等离子体射流处理面料胚布150s,得到预处理面料胚布;其中以氦气为载体,氧气为反应气体;且氦气与氧气按体积比98:2混合;
(3)面料抗静电处理:室温下,按浴比1g:30mL将步骤(2)得到的预处理面料胚布置于抗静电整理液中浸渍1h,控制轧余率为90%,于100℃干燥3min,再在120℃烘焙2min,得到抗静电处理面料;
