丙纶是用石油精炼的副产物丙烯为原料制得的合成纤维等规聚丙烯纤维的中国商品名,又称聚丙烯纤维。其主要用途是制作地毯(包括地毯底布和绒面)、装饰布、家具布、各种绳索、条带、渔网、吸油毡、建筑增强材料、包装材料和工业用布,如滤布、袋布等。此外在衣着方面应用也日趋广泛,可与多种纤维混纺制成不同类型的混纺织物,经过针织加工后可以制成衬衣、外衣、运动衣、袜子等。由丙纶中空纤维制成的絮被,质轻、保暖,弹性良好。
丙纶的传统阻燃涂层多采用含卤有机阻燃剂,虽然阻燃效果较好,但在燃烧的过程中会释放出二次污染气体以及大量烟雾,给人们的生命安全造成威胁。因此,设计一种丙纶丝阻燃涂层配方工艺是很有必要的。
发明内容
针对上述情况,为克服现有技术的缺陷,本发明提供一种丙纶丝阻燃涂层配方工艺,通过加入水滑石和氢氧化铝作为阻燃剂,水滑石采用纳米晶镁铝水滑石,纳米晶镁铝水滑石受热分解,吸收大量的热量,降低了燃烧体系的温度,而且纳米晶镁铝水滑石受热分解放出大量水蒸气和二氧化碳气体,能够稀释可燃及助燃性气体,同时纳米晶镁铝水滑石受热分解生成铝镁氧化物与丙纶丝燃烧时形成的碳化物在丙纶丝表面形成保护膜,阻隔氧气的进入,从而达到较好的阻燃效果,氢氧化铝受热分解时释放出结晶水,该过程为强吸热反应,吸收大量的热量,可起到冷却聚合物的作用,同时反应产生的水蒸气可以稀释可燃气体,抑制燃烧的蔓延,进一步起到阻燃效果,通过加入渗透剂提高涂层材料的表面活性,从而有助于提高涂层的防水性,通过加入交联剂,能提高丙纶丝的坚韧度,通过加入防泳移剂和柔软剂,使丙纶丝更加的柔软。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种丙纶丝阻燃涂层配方,按重量分数配比由以下组分制成:
水滑石30-45份;
氢氧化铝15-24份;
水性涂胶40-55份;
渗透剂3-5份;
交联剂1-3份;
防泳移剂3-6份;
柔软剂2-5份;
水10-18份。
优选的,所述水滑石采用纳米晶镁铝水滑石。
优选的,所述纳米晶镁铝水滑石以MgCl2、Al2(CO3)3和NaOH为原料,按照Mg2+:Al3+:OH-:CO3 2-=6:2:16:1称量装入盛有1L去离子水的不锈钢锅中,常压下在85℃恒温搅拌下反应,反应时间为2-4h,形成絮状白色悬浊液,待冷却后,滤掉上层清液,用去离子水洗涤沉淀2-3次,沉淀在100℃下烘干,得到纳米晶镁铝水滑石。
优选的,所述水性涂胶采用水性PU涂胶、水性PUA涂胶或水性PA涂胶中的任意一种。
优选的,所述渗透剂采用硫酸化蓖麻油、烷基磺酸钠、烷基苯磺酸钠、烷基硫酸酯钠、仲烷基磺酸钠、仲烷基硫酸酯钠或a-烯基磺酸钠中的任意一种。
优选的,所述交联剂为含氢硅油,所述含氢硅油的含氢量为0.3~1.5wt%。
优选的,所述柔软剂采用脂肪酸多元醇酯、烷醇酰胺、聚氧乙烯脂肪酰胺、脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺或氦基聚硅氧烷中的任意一种。
一种丙纶丝阻燃涂层配方工艺,包括如下步骤:
步骤S1、阻燃剂制备:将水滑石、氢氧化铝和水按照2:1:0.5的比例在高速搅拌条件为1000r/min搅拌10-15min,制成阻燃剂;
步骤S1、阻燃涂层胶制备:将阻燃剂和水性涂胶按照阻燃剂:水性涂胶=1:2的比例加入至高速搅拌机中,在高速搅拌条件为1500r/min搅拌30-45min,接着在加入2%交联剂搅拌30min,最后加入防泳移剂和柔软剂,在高速搅拌条件为1000r/min搅拌5-10min,首先在25℃温度下放置48h,接着在冷藏条件为-5℃下放置48h,制得阻燃涂层胶。
本发明的有益效果为:

实施例一
由图1给出,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种丙纶丝阻燃涂层配方,按重量分数配比由以下组分制成:
水滑石30份;
氢氧化铝15份;
水性涂胶40份;
渗透剂3份;
交联剂1份;
防泳移剂3份;
柔软剂2份;
水10份。
优选的,所述水滑石采用纳米晶镁铝水滑石。

水滑石40份;
氢氧化铝19份;
水性涂胶48份;
渗透剂4份;
交联剂2份;
防泳移剂4份;
柔软剂4份;
水16份。
优选的,所述水滑石采用纳米晶镁铝水滑石。
优选的,所述纳米晶镁铝水滑石以MgCl2、Al2(CO3)3和NaOH为原料,按照Mg2+:Al3+:OH-:CO3 2-=6:2:16:1称量装入盛有1L去离子水的不锈钢锅中,常压下在85℃恒温搅拌下反应,反应时间为2-4h,形成絮状白色悬浊液,待冷却后,滤掉上层清液,用去离子水洗涤沉淀2-3次,沉淀在100℃下烘干,得到纳米晶镁铝水滑石。

水滑石45份;
氢氧化铝24份;
水性涂胶55份;
渗透剂5份;
交联剂3份;

1.一种丙纶丝阻燃涂层配方,其特征在于:按重量分数配比由以下组分制成:
水滑石30-45份;
氢氧化铝15-24份;
水性涂胶40-55份;
渗透剂3-5份;
交联剂1-3份;
防泳移剂3-6份;
柔软剂2-5份;
水10-18份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种丙纶丝阻燃涂层配方,其特征在于:所述水滑石采用纳米晶镁铝水滑石。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种丙纶丝阻燃涂层配方,其特征在于:所述纳米晶镁铝水滑石以MgCl2、Al2(CO3)3和NaOH为原料,按照Mg2+:Al3+:OH-:CO3 2-=6:2:16:1称量装入盛有1L去离子水的不锈钢锅中,常压下在85℃恒温搅拌下反应,反应时间为2-4h,形成絮状白色悬浊液,待冷却后,滤掉上层清液,用去离子水洗涤沉淀2-3次,沉淀在100℃下烘干,得到纳米晶镁铝水滑石。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种丙纶丝阻燃涂层配方,其特征在于:所述水性涂胶采用水性PU涂胶、水性PUA涂胶或水性PA涂胶中的任意一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种丙纶丝阻燃涂层配方,其特征在于:所述渗透剂采用硫酸化蓖麻油、烷基磺酸钠、烷基苯磺酸钠、烷基硫酸酯钠、仲烷基磺酸钠、仲烷基硫酸酯钠或a-烯基磺酸钠中的任意一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种丙纶丝阻燃涂层配方,其特征在于:所述交联剂为含氢硅油,所述含氢硅油的含氢量为0.3~1.5wt%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种丙纶丝阻燃涂层配方,其特征在于:所述柔软剂采用脂肪酸多元醇酯、烷醇酰胺、聚氧乙烯脂肪酰胺、脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺或氦基聚硅氧烷中的任意一种。
8.一种丙纶丝阻燃涂层配方工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
步骤S1、阻燃剂制备:将水滑石、氢氧化铝和水按照2:1:0.5的比例在高速搅拌条件为1000r/min搅拌10-15min,制成阻燃剂;
步骤S1、阻燃涂层胶制备:将阻燃剂和水性涂胶按照阻燃剂:水性涂胶=1:2的比例加入至高速搅拌机中,在高速搅拌条件为1500r/min搅拌30-45min,接着在加入2%交联剂搅拌30min,最后加入防泳移剂和柔软剂,在高速搅拌条件为1000r/min搅拌5-10min,首先在25℃温度下放置48h,接着在冷藏条件为-5℃下放置48h,制得阻燃涂层胶。
