Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有防火功能的人造纤维面料,涉及人造纤维面料技术领域;具体包括纤维面料内层、无纺布料层、纤维面料外层,所述纤维面料外层和纤维面料内层分别设置于无纺布料层的上表面和下表面,所述纤维面料内层的底面设置有第一防火涂层,纤维面料外层的顶面设置有第二防火涂层。本发明使用无纺布料层为基层,无纺布料层由聚丙烯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、碳纤维制成,并在无纺布料层两边设置纤维面料内层和纤维面料外层;纤维面料外层和纤维面料内层采用改性芳纶纤维和聚乳酸纤维混纺并与阻燃碳纤维、长丝和有机阻燃剂混纺制得;从根源上达到了防火效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及人造纤维面料技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有防火功能的人造纤维面料。
背景技术
人造纤维是利用天然的纤维作为原料,在进行化学处理后调配成恰当的纺织溶液,之后再重新塑形为纤维;
合成纤维织物特别是涤纶、锦纶、晴纶等合纤织物在当今人类生活和生产实践中已得到了日益广泛的应用;但是,多数合纤织物都属于易燃材料,在使用过程中一遇到点火源就会迅速燃烧,酿成火灾。事实上,多年来因合纤织物自身静电放电而引起的火灾爆炸等事故已不胜枚举,且正有着增多并加剧的趋势,给人民生活及国家财产都带来了严重的危害和损失。
中国专利申请号为201120064632.6的专利,公开了一种具有防火功能的防火布,由表层面和底层布所构成,所述表层面为阻燃隔热涂料,所述底层布为防火人造纤维与天然纤维纺制而成的针织布,所述表层面的阻燃隔热涂料部分渗透至底层布。
上述专利中的一种具有防火功能的防火布存在以下不足:该无纺布防火人造纤维与天然纤维纺制而成的针织布,大多防火人造纤维不能从根源上防火,只是简单的提高燃点仍具有可燃性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种具有防火功能的人造纤维面料。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种具有防火功能的人造纤维面料,包括纤维面料内层、无纺布料层、纤维面料外层,所述纤维面料外层和纤维面料内层分别设置于无纺布料层的上表面和下表面,所述纤维面料内层的底面设置有第一防火涂层,纤维面料外层的顶面设置有第二防火涂层;所述无纺布面料层由以下重量份组分制成:聚丙烯70-90质量份、丙纶纤维20-40质量份、涤纶纤维20-40质量份、碳纤维20-40质量份、苯二甲酰苯二胺10-30质量份、锦纶化纤20-40质量份、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯8-10质量份、粘胶化纤10-20质量份、聚碳酸酯7-9质量份、聚磷酸铵10-20质量份、增艳剂2-4质量份、软化剂2-4质量份和相容剂2-4质量份。
优选地:所述纤维面料外层和纤维面料内层采用改性芳纶纤维和聚乳酸纤维混纺并与阻燃碳纤维、长丝和有机阻燃剂混纺制得。
优选地:所述阻燃碳纤维、长丝和有机阻燃剂按照3:2:1的比例混纺。
优选地:所述第一防火涂层和第二防火涂层由以下重量份组分制成:甲基丙烯酸丁酯24-32份、阻燃剂10-20份、硬脂酸钠3-8份、硬脂酸锌6-11份、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯1-3份、乙酸乙烯酯5-12份、甘油三酯2-5份、过硫酸钠1-2份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯2-8份、蒸馏水40-64份。
优选地:所述阻燃剂主要由以下质量百分数的成分组成:磷酸酯阻燃剂:2%-3%、环氧丙烯酸酯:0.2%-0.3%、分散剂:0.2%-0.3%、磺基琥珀酸双(2-甲基戊基)酯钠盐:0.4%-0.6%、余量为水。

本发明的有益效果为:
该人造纤维面料,使用无纺布料层为基层,无纺布料层由聚丙烯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、碳纤维制成,并在无纺布料层两边设置纤维面料内层和纤维面料外层;纤维面料外层和纤维面料内层采用改性芳纶纤维和聚乳酸纤维混纺并与阻燃碳纤维、长丝和有机阻燃剂混纺制得;从根源上达到了防火效果,并且搭配由磷酸酯阻燃剂、环氧丙烯酸酯、分散剂、磺基琥珀酸双(2-甲基戊基)酯钠盐配置而成的阻燃剂,保障了面料的防火效果。

Claims (8)
1.一种具有防火功能的人造纤维面料,包括纤维面料内层(2)、无纺布料层(3)、纤维面料外层(4),其特征在于,所述纤维面料外层(4)和纤维面料内层(2)分别设置于无纺布料层(3)的上表面和下表面,所述纤维面料内层(2)的底面设置有第一防火涂层(1),纤维面料外层(4)的顶面设置有第二防火涂层(5);
所述无纺布面料层(3)由以下重量份组分制成:聚丙烯70-90质量份、丙纶纤维20-40质量份、涤纶纤维20-40质量份、碳纤维20-40质量份、苯二甲酰苯二胺10-30质量份、锦纶化纤20-40质量份、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯8-10质量份、粘胶化纤10-20质量份、聚碳酸酯7-9质量份、聚磷酸铵10-20质量份、增艳剂2-4质量份、软化剂2-4质量份和相容剂2-4质量份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防火功能的人造纤维面料,其特征在于,所述纤维面料外层(4)和纤维面料内层(2)采用改性芳纶纤维和聚乳酸纤维混纺并与阻燃碳纤维、长丝和有机阻燃剂混纺制得。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种具有防火功能的人造纤维面料,其特征在于,所述阻燃碳纤维、长丝和有机阻燃剂按照3:2:1的比例混纺。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防火功能的人造纤维面料,其特征在于,所述第一防火涂层(1)和第二防火涂层(5)由以下重量份组分制成:甲基丙烯酸丁酯24-32份、阻燃剂10-20份、硬脂酸钠3-8份、硬脂酸锌6-11份、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯1-3份、乙酸乙烯酯5-12份、甘油三酯2-5份、过硫酸钠1-2份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯2-8份、蒸馏水40-64份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种具有防火功能的人造纤维面料,其特征在于,所述阻燃剂主要由以下质量百分数的成分组成:磷酸酯阻燃剂:2%-3%、环氧丙烯酸酯:0.2%-0.3%、分散剂:0.2%-0.3%、磺基琥珀酸双(2-甲基戊基)酯钠盐:0.4%-0.6%、余量为水。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防火功能的人造纤维面料,其特征在于,所述无纺布面料层(3)由以下重量份组分制成:聚丙烯75-85质量份、丙纶纤维25-35质量份、涤纶纤维25-35质量份、碳纤维25-35质量份、苯二甲酰苯二胺15-25质量份、锦纶化纤25-35质量份、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯8-9质量份、粘胶化纤12-18质量份、聚碳酸酯8-9质量份、聚磷酸铵12-18质量份、增艳剂3-4质量份、软化剂3-4质量份和相容剂3-4质量份。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种具有防火功能的人造纤维面料,其特征在于,所述无纺布面料层(3)由以下重量份组分制成:聚丙烯80质量份、丙纶纤维30质量份、涤纶纤维30质量份、碳纤维30质量份、苯二甲酰苯二胺20质量份、锦纶化纤30质量份、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯9质量份、粘胶化纤15质量份、聚碳酸酯8质量份、聚磷酸铵15质量份、增艳剂3质量份、软化剂3质量份和相容剂3质量份。
8.根据权利要求4所述的一种具有防火功能的人造纤维面料,其特征在于,所述第一防火涂层(1)和第二防火涂层(5)由以下重量份组分制成:甲基丙烯酸丁酯 20份、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯2份、阻燃剂 10份、乙酸乙烯酯 8份、硬脂酸钠 5份、甘油三酯2份、硬脂酸锌 5份、过硫酸钠 1份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯 3份、蒸馏水45份。
