技术领域
本发明涉及的是车用膜技术领域,具体涉及零感PET改色膜。
背景技术
车身改色膜是一种给汽车原车漆改色的膜产品,改色膜色系丰富、颜色多样,主要通过高分子聚合材料贴附于车身表面,以整体覆盖粘贴的方式改变全车或局部外观。现有市面上的改色膜种类繁多,但存在很多问题及缺陷:(1)改色膜运用底纸做为改色膜的底层,质感一般,使用感差;(2)改色膜的膜面不够平整,整体膜面的橘纹很严重,类似于橘子皮效果;(3)改色膜的颜色效果质感不够强,膜面亮度较低;(4)改色膜柔韧性较差,不易施工操作,安装过程中的气泡不易排出,施工便利性一般,施工效率低下。基于此,开发一种零感PET改色膜尤为必要。
发明内容
针对现有技术上存在的不足,本发明目的是在于提供一种零感PET改色膜,制备方法简便,制成的改色膜膜面平整度高、亮度高、质感好,且易施工,便利性好,大大提高施工效率,易于推广使用。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:零感PET改色膜,其制备方法为:
①将PET膜的两边分别通过光棍、压纹棍淋PE膜,PET膜与两侧的PE膜三层贴合在一起,形成产品A;
②将产品A上涂布设备,产品A的一面涂压敏胶,涂有胶面的产品A与PVC面料B,经压合辊贴合,形成产品C;
③将产品C上的产品A进行剥离后,生成产品D,即最终的改色膜。
作为优选,所述的步骤①中经压纹棍压过的PE膜表面形成有均匀分布的压纹;所述的压纹凸出产品A的表面设置,压纹的厚度为1.5mm,直径为5.5mm,相邻压纹之间的间距为18mm。
作为优选,所述的步骤②中产品A印有压纹的一面涂覆压敏胶后与PVC面料B贴合。
作为优选,所述的步骤③中经剥离后的产品D于表面形成有胶水层,胶水层上均匀分布有为贴膜提供导气途径的导气槽。
本发明的有益效果:本制备方法简单,制成的改色膜膜面平整度好,膜面亮度高,无胶印、零橘纹、质感强,改色膜易施工,能够快速排出安装过程中出现的气泡,提升施工效率和便利性,应用前景广阔。

为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
参照图1-7,本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案:零感PET改色膜,其制备方法为:
①将PET膜1的两边分别通过光棍2、压纹棍3淋PE膜4,PET膜1与两侧的PE膜4三层贴合在一起,形成产品A;
②将产品A上涂布设备,产品A的一面涂压敏胶5,涂有胶面的产品A与PVC面料B,经压合辊6贴合,形成产品C;
③将产品C上的产品A进行剥离后,生成产品D,即最终的改色膜。
值得注意的是,所述的步骤①中经压纹棍3压过的PE膜4表面形成有均匀分布的压纹7;所述的压纹7凸出产品A的表面设置,压纹7的厚度为1.5mm,直径为5.5mm,相邻压纹7之间的间距为18mm。
此外,所述的步骤②中产品A印有压纹7的一面涂覆压敏胶5后与PVC面料B贴合。
本具体实施方式利用产品A的形状让产品D的压敏胶形成有压纹棍3的形状,该经剥离产品A后的产品D于表面形成有胶水层8,在胶水层8上均匀形成有具有规律的导气槽型状的空气通道,该导气槽9能够为贴膜提供更好的导气途径。使用时,将产品D贴在车漆面10上,导气槽9排出产品D贴上车漆时包裹的空气,让产品D更易贴合在车漆面10上,使得车膜与车漆完美贴合。
本具体实施方式运用全新格子纹路分子重排技术,形成具有跟膜层分离性的PET层,贴膜充分结合车身及内饰各种基础表面属性,能够快速排出安装过程中出现的气泡,易施工,提升施工效率和便利性。该改色膜制备方法简单,制成的膜体具有优异的柔韧性、耐久性、抗化学腐蚀性,膜面平整度好,膜面亮度高,无胶印、零橘纹、质感强,可专用于汽车车身施工贴膜,施工效果更加完美,具有广阔的市场应用前景。

①将PET膜(1)的两边分别通过光棍(2)、压纹棍(3)淋PE膜(4),PET膜(1)与两侧的PE膜(4)三层贴合在一起,形成产品A;
②将产品A上涂布设备,产品A的一面涂压敏胶(5),涂有胶面的产品A与PVC面料B,经压合辊(6)贴合,形成产品C;
③将产品C上的产品A进行剥离后,生成产品D,即最终的改色膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的零感PET改色膜,其特征在于,所述的步骤①中经压纹棍(3)压过的PE膜(4)表面形成有均匀分布的压纹(7)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的零感PET改色膜,其特征在于,所述的压纹(7)凸出产品A的表面设置,压纹(7)的厚度为1.5mm,直径为5.5mm,相邻压纹(7)之间的间距为18mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的零感PET改色膜,其特征在于,所述的步骤②中产品A印有压纹(7)的一面涂覆压敏胶(5)后与PVC面料B贴合。
