the information sending module 203 sends recommended operation appointment plans, changed operation appointment plans, target operation appointment plans, optimized operation appointment plans, preoperative early warning information, operation reports and an operation time list for modification;
the appointment changing module 204 generates a changed operation appointment according to the appointment matching model and the operation time information modified by the user if the user needs to change the target operation appointment; transmitting an optimized surgery reservation scheme to a user based on real-time data of an operating room database, a doctor database and the intention reservation time, wherein the surgery time in the optimized surgery reservation scheme approaches the intention reservation time;
the monitoring and early warning module 205 monitors the completion condition of the preoperative examination of the user, adjusts the sending frequency of early warning information, and determines whether the user meets the operation requirement.
In one of the alternative embodiments
The information receiving module 201 receives operation appointment information of a user, wherein the operation appointment information comprises identity information of the user, appointment operation type, preoperative examination information and intention appointment time;
the appointment matching module 202 generates a recommended surgery appointment scheme according to a preset appointment matching model, an appointment surgery type, past medical information and intent appointment time; the appointment matching model comprises operating room matching, doctor matching and time matching;
further, the appointment matching module 202 preferentially invokes the operating room database and the doctor database data in the intention appointment time, and if the operating room database and the doctor database data have the operating room and the doctor capable of performing the operation, the appointment matching module generates a recommended operation appointment scheme and sends the recommended operation appointment scheme to the user;
optionally, if the user has past medical information, comparing the past medical information with operation appointment information, wherein the association is high, and the matching of an operating room or a doctor is preferentially performed according to the past medical information;
the past medical information is compared with the operation appointment information, a first-level element is set, the medical information comprises medical project content, a weight value is set for 5 minutes, a second-level element comprises doctor information, a weight value is set for 4 minutes, a third-level element comprises operating room information, and a weight value is set for 2 minutes. And comparing the same and acquiring weight values, and determining that the relevance is high when the final matching value T is more than or equal to 6.
Optionally, if there is no operating room or doctor capable of executing operation in the intention reservation time, sequentially matching according to the similarity degree with the intention reservation time, and forming 3 working days, and not more than 1 recommended operation reservation scheme for each working day to the user;
the information sending module 203 sends a recommended operation appointment to the user;
the information receiving module 201 receives recommended operation appointment scheme confirmation information returned by a user;
the information sending module 203 sends the target operation reservation scheme to the user;
when the user proposes a change target operation appointment, the information receiving module 201 receives operation time information which needs to be changed by the user;
the information sending module 203 sends the surgical time list which can be modified to the user;
the information receiving module 201 receives the operation time information modified by the user;
the appointment changing module 204 generates a changed surgery appointment scheme according to the appointment matching model and the surgery time information modified by the user;
the information sending module 203 sends a change operation reservation scheme to the user;
the information receiving module 201 receives confirmation information of changing the operation reservation scheme returned by the user;
the appointment changing module 204 sends an optimized surgical appointment scheme to the user based on real-time data of the operating room database, the physician database, and the intent appointment time, wherein the surgical time in the optimized surgical appointment scheme is closer to the intent appointment time;
the information sending module 203 sends the optimized operation reservation scheme to the user;
the information receiving module 201 receives the optimized operation plan confirmation information returned by the user;
the monitoring and early warning module 205 monitors the completion condition of the preoperative examination of the user and judges whether the user meets the operation requirement;
optionally, the target surgery appointment scheme is that skin malignant tumor excision surgery is performed at 2 pm on tuesday of 11 months 22 days, and the preoperative examination content is determined as follows: blood test 1 comprises blood routine and C-reactive protein test, blood test 2 comprises hepatitis B and hepatitis C test, blood test 3 comprises syphilis and HIV test, skin CT test and epidemic disease test;
blood test 1, blood test 2, blood test 3 and skin CT examination suggest that the examination time is 8 am on 11 months 15 days to 4 pm on 11 months 21 days;
the epidemic detection recommended checking time is from 2 pm on 11 months 21 days to 5 pm on 11 months 21 days;
if the user performs epidemic detection before 2 pm on 21 months, the monitoring and early warning module 205 controls the information sending module 203 to send pre-operation early warning information, wherein the pre-operation early warning information comprises epidemic detection content and a 24-hour nucleic acid negative requirement before operation;
if the blood test 2 user does not do the blood test after 11 months and 17 days, the monitoring and early warning module 205 controls the information sending module 203 to send pre-operation early warning information, wherein the early warning information content comprises the examination content of the blood test 2 and the examination expense information of the blood test 2;
if the examination result of the blood test 3 does not meet the operation requirement, the monitoring and early warning module 205 controls the information sending module 203 to send pre-operation early warning information, wherein the early warning information comprises the examination content of the blood test 3, the examination content result of the blood test 3 and the advice that the user goes to the relevant department for treatment;
if the user does not complete the inspection content of the blood test 1 at 4 pm on 11 months and 21 days, the monitoring and early-warning module 205 controls the information sending module 203 to send pre-operation early-warning information, wherein the early-warning information content comprises the inspection content of the incomplete blood test 1, and the operation reminding is reserved again.

Claims (6)

1. A skin surgery clinic operation appointment management method, comprising:
receiving operation appointment information of a user, wherein the operation appointment information comprises identity information of the user, appointment operation type, preoperative examination information and intention appointment time;
generating a recommended operation appointment scheme according to a preset appointment matching model, appointment operation types and intention appointment time; the appointment matching model comprises operating room matching, doctor matching and time matching;
sending a recommended surgical appointment to a user;
receiving recommended operation appointment scheme confirmation information returned by a user and forming a target operation appointment scheme, wherein the target operation appointment scheme comprises operating room information, operating doctor information, operation time information and preoperative examination information;
the operating room information comprises operating room position information;
the surgeon information comprises surgeon name, department, number;
the operation time information comprises operation starting time and expected finishing time;
the preoperative examination information comprises preoperative examination content, recommended examination time and preoperative examination expense information;
transmitting a target surgery reservation scheme to a user;
if the user needs to change the target operation appointment, receiving operation time information which needs to be changed by the user, and generating a changed operation appointment according to the appointment matching model, the operation room information, the operation doctor information, the operation time information and the preoperative examination information which are modified by the user;
transmitting a change operation reservation scheme to a user;
receiving confirmation information of changing the surgery reservation scheme returned by the user and updating the target surgery reservation scheme;
transmitting an optimized surgery reservation scheme to a user based on real-time data of an operating room database, a doctor database and the intention reservation time, wherein the surgery time in the optimized surgery reservation scheme approaches the intention reservation time;
transmitting an optimized operation reservation scheme to a user;
if the user receives the optimized scheme, receiving the confirmation information of the optimized operation reservation scheme returned by the user and updating the target operation reservation scheme;
if the user does not accept the optimized scheme, receiving the optimized operation reservation scheme confirmation information returned by the user and maintaining the target operation reservation scheme;
sending a preoperative examination reminder to a user according to a target surgical appointment scheme, wherein the preoperative examination reminder comprises the content and time of preoperative examination;
monitoring the completion condition of preoperative examination of a user, and sending preoperative early warning information to the user which does not meet the operation requirement;
a surgical report is sent to the user.

A dermatological surgery clinic appointment management method according to claim 1, wherein: the step of generating a recommended operation appointment scheme according to a preset appointment matching model, an appointment operation type and an intention appointment time comprises the following steps:
an operating room database matched with an operating room is called, wherein the operating room database comprises executable operating type information and usable time of each operating room in a hospital;
a doctor database matched with doctors is called, and the doctor database comprises executable operation type information and executable time of each doctor in a hospital;
the intent appointment time is received, and a time match is given in combination with the operating room match and the physician match results.

A dermatological surgery clinic appointment management method according to claim 1, wherein: the step of receiving the operation time information to be changed by the user and generating the changed operation reservation scheme according to the reservation matching model and the operation time information modified by the user if the user needs to change the target operation reservation scheme comprises the following steps:
providing a list of operation time available for modification, wherein the modification time in the list of operation time does not cause the first highlighting of the display of the change of the information of the operating room and the information of the operating doctor, the modification time in the list of operation time causes the second highlighting of the display of the change of the information of the operating room or the information of the operating doctor, and the modification time in the list of operation time causes the third highlighting of the display of the change of the information of the operating room and the information of the operating doctor;
and receiving the operation time list confirmed by the client and generating a changed operation reservation scheme.

A dermatological surgery clinic appointment management method according to claim 1, wherein: the step of pushing the optimized operation appointment scheme to the user based on the real-time data of the operating room database and the doctor database and the user intention appointment time comprises the following steps:
recording the intention appointment time when the operation time information in the target operation appointment scheme is inconsistent with the intention appointment time, and forming a mark time;
and monitoring real-time data of the operating room database and the doctor database, if the intention appointment time or the operation time information in the target operation appointment scheme and the intention appointment time can form operating room matching and doctor matching, forming an optimized operation appointment scheme and sending the optimized operation appointment scheme to a user.

A dermatological surgery clinic appointment management method according to claim 1, wherein: the monitoring of the completion of the preoperative examination of the user, and the sending of preoperative early warning information to the user who does not meet the operation requirement comprises the following steps:
determining preoperative examination content and suggested examination time according to a target operation reservation scheme;
if the preoperative examination of the user is earlier than the recommended examination time, preoperative early warning information is sent, wherein the early warning information content comprises a preoperative examination requirement list, preoperative examination items and an effective period list;
if the recommended examination time is less than 3 working days and the user still does not do the preoperative examination, sending preoperative early warning information, wherein the early warning information comprises a preoperative examination requirement list, preoperative examination items, preoperative examination time and preoperative examination expense information list;
if the pre-operation examination of the user is later than the recommended examination time, pre-operation early warning information is sent, wherein the early warning information content comprises a pre-operation examination requirement list, a pre-operation examination project and a re-reservation operation reminder;
and if the preoperative examination result does not meet the operation requirement, transmitting preoperative early warning information, wherein the early warning information comprises a preoperative examination requirement list, preoperative examination items, an examination result list and a recommended solution list.
6. A dermatological surgery clinic surgical appointment management system, comprising:
the information receiving module is used for receiving operation appointment information of a user, wherein the operation appointment information comprises identity information of the user, appointment operation type, preoperative examination information and intention appointment time;
the information receiving module is used for receiving confirmation information of recommended operation appointment schemes returned by a user;

the appointment matching module generates a recommended operation appointment scheme according to a preset appointment matching model, an appointment operation type and an intention appointment time; the appointment matching model comprises operating room matching, doctor matching and time matching;
the appointment changing module is used for generating a changed operation appointment scheme according to the appointment matching model and the operation time information modified by the user if the user needs to change the target operation appointment scheme;
the appointment changing module is used for sending an optimized operation appointment scheme to a user based on real-time data of the operating room database, the doctor database and the intention appointment time, wherein the operation time in the optimized operation appointment scheme approaches the intention appointment time;
the monitoring early warning module monitors the completion condition of preoperative examination of the user and judges whether the user meets the operation requirement;
the information sending module is used for sending a recommended operation appointment to a user;
the information sending module is used for sending a changed operation reservation scheme to a user;
the information sending module is used for sending a target operation reservation scheme to a user;
the information sending module is used for sending an optimized operation reservation scheme to a user;
the information sending module is used for sending preoperative early warning information;
and the information sending module is used for sending the operation report to the user.
