The intelligent appointment registration and diagnosis optimization method according to claim 2, wherein recommending the corresponding doctor interviewing list comprises performing feature matching according to all the obtained keyword features and the department where the doctor is located, wherein the priority ranking of the keyword features sequentially comprises the keyword information of the historical symptoms, the keyword information of the body organs and the keyword information of the body parts of the patient from high to low.

The intelligent appointment registration and diagnosis optimization method according to claim 3, wherein feature matching is performed on all the obtained keyword features and departments where doctors are located according to a feature matching strategy, the feature matching strategy is configured to select corresponding special departments according to historical disease keyword information when the patient historical disease keyword information exists in the keyword features, and a disease matching degree value is generated according to the total correlation degree of other keyword features and the historical disease keyword information;
when the key word characteristics do not have the key word information of the historical disease of the patient and have the key word information of the body organ, selecting the corresponding special department according to the key word information of the body organ, and generating a disease matching degree value according to the total correlation degree of other key word characteristics and the key word information of the body organ;
and if the key word characteristics do not contain the key word information of the historical symptoms of the patient and the key word information of the body organs, selecting a corresponding large-category department according to the key word information of the body parts.
5. The intelligent appointment registration and visit optimization method according to claim 4, further comprising:
receiving an inquiry reply confirmation message identifying the patient to confirm whether the patient can be inquired on time;
if the patient needs to change the inquiry time, acquiring the inquiry time to be changed by the patient, inquiring whether a doctor of a department selected by the patient in the reservation system has a spare denomination in the time period, and if so, confirming the changed inquiry time and sending the changed inquiry time to the patient for confirmation; if not, other doctors in the same department are recommended to ask for the free-standing time period in the day and the doctor in the selected department asks for the free-standing time period list in the day for the patient to select.
6. The intelligent appointment registration and visit optimization method according to claim 5, wherein the system sets a corresponding reminding frequency according to the remaining time duration of the time close to the inquiry and the information confirmation for the patient comprises:
when the remaining time from the inquiry time is more than 3 days, short message reminding and information confirmation are performed only once after the appointment is successful;
when the remaining time from the inquiry time is less than or equal to 3 days, short message reminding and information confirmation are performed once a day;
when 5 hours remain in the inquiry time on the inquiry day, sending short message reminding and information confirmation;
when the inquiry time is more than or equal to 5 hours, if the patient needs to change the appointment time, the patient needs to log in an appointment system to change the appointment by himself.

The intelligent appointment registration and visit optimization method according to claim 6, wherein the system sets a corresponding reminding frequency according to the remaining time duration of the time close to the inquiry and the patient is subjected to inquiry reminding and information confirmation, further comprising: when 2 hours remain on the day of the inquiry from the inquiry time, the telephone contacts the patient for reminding and information confirmation, and if the patient needs to change the appointment time, the following operations are automatically executed:
acquiring an appointment time which a patient wants to change;
inquiring whether the current appointment inquiry doctor has an available nominal amount in the time period;
if the current appointment inquiry doctor has an available nominal amount in the time period, directly making an appointment, and canceling the previous appointment state after the appointment is successful;
if the current appointment consulting doctor has no free name in the time period, the appointment time that the patient wants to change is registered on the system for waiting.

The intelligent appointment registration and diagnosis optimization method according to claim 7, wherein when the waiting time reaches the first time, the patient is called again to ask whether to continue waiting or select other doctors to make an appointment or to cancel the current appointment directly;
if the patient selects doctors in other departments to make an appointment, the keyword features and the disease matching value generated by inquiring the patient before are called;
if the keyword characteristics comprise the historical disease keyword information or the body organ keyword information of the patient and the disease matching degree value is larger than a first threshold value, a doctor with a vacant name in the appointment time period is selected in the currently selected department for appointment, otherwise, the patient symptoms are inquired by a manual telephone and the doctor in the corresponding department is selected for inquiry appointment.
9. An electronic device comprising a processor and a memory, said memory storing computer readable instructions which, when executed by said processor, perform the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
10. A storage medium having a computer program stored thereon, wherein the computer program, when executed by a processor, performs the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1-8.
