In an embodiment of the present disclosure, in the case that the inquiry order includes doctor information, the specific manner of determining, by the internet hospital platform 1001, a target hospital side for processing the inquiry order from the plurality of hospital sides is as follows: determining a hospital side to which doctor information belongs from a plurality of hospital sides; and determining the hospital side to which the doctor information belongs as a target hospital side capable of processing the inquiry order.

In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the internet hospital platform 1001 is further configured to receive an electronic prescription returned by the target hospital end for the inquiry order, wherein the electronic prescription is sent to the target hospital end by the service end; the electronic prescription is sent to the interrogation site.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the internet hospital platform 1001 is further configured to receive a medicine purchase request sent by an inquiry terminal for an electronic prescription; in response to the purchase request, generating a purchase order in accordance with the electronic prescription; after the inquiry terminal finishes payment of the medicine purchasing order, comparing the quantity of each medicine name information in the medicine purchasing order with the stock corresponding to the corresponding medicine name information in the medicine database of the target hospital terminal; under the condition that the quantity of each medicine name information in the medicine order is less than or equal to the inventory quantity of the corresponding medicine name information in the medicine database of the target hospital side, the medicine order is sent to the target hospital side; receiving logistics information returned by the target hospital end aiming at the medicine purchasing order, and forwarding the logistics information to the inquiry end.

In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the target hospital end is further configured to: receiving a medicine purchasing order sent by an internet hospital platform, wherein the medicine purchasing order is generated based on an electronic prescription; and sending logistics information aiming at the medicine purchasing order to the inquiry terminal through the Internet hospital platform.
It should be noted that the foregoing explanation on the method embodiment is also applicable to the system embodiment, and the embodiment is not described again.
The remote inquiry system based on the internet, disclosed by the embodiment of the application, realizes communication between a hospital end and two ports of an internet hospital platform, realizes intercommunication of information such as inquiry information and medical record information, enables a plurality of hospital ends to be independent, facilitates remote inquiry of a user, and improves user experience. In addition, a plurality of hospital ends and the internet hospital platform are interconnected, so that more flow can be brought to the hospital ends by means of the strong drainage of the internet hospital platform, and the hospital ends can be really operated.
According to an embodiment of the present application, an electronic device and a readable storage medium are also provided.
FIG. 11 is a block diagram of an electronic device according to one embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 11, the electronic device includes: memory 1101, processor 1102, and computer instructions stored on memory 1101 and executable on processor 1102.
The instructions, when executed by the processor 1102, implement the internet-based remote interrogation methods provided in the embodiments described above.
Further, the electronic device further includes:
a communication interface 1103 for communicating between the memory 1101 and the processor 1102.
A memory 1101 for storing computer instructions executable on the processor 1102.
The memory 1101 may comprise high-speed RAM memory, and may also include non-volatile memory (non-volatile memory), such as at least one disk memory.
And a processor 1102 for implementing the internet-based remote inquiry method of the above embodiments when executing the program.
If the memory 1101, the processor 1102 and the communication interface 1103 are implemented independently, the communication interface 1103, the memory 1101 and the processor 1102 may be connected to each other through a bus and perform communication with each other. The bus may be an Industry Standard Architecture (ISA) bus, a Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus, an Extended ISA (EISA) bus, or the like. The bus may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, etc. For ease of illustration, only one thick line is shown in FIG. 11, but this is not intended to represent only one bus or type of bus.
Optionally, in a specific implementation, if the memory 1101, the processor 1102 and the communication interface 1103 are integrated on one chip, the memory 1101, the processor 1102 and the communication interface 1103 may complete communication with each other through an internal interface.
The processor 1102 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), or one or more Integrated circuits configured to implement embodiments of the present Application.
The application also provides a computer program product, and when being executed by an instruction processor in the computer program product, the method for remote inquiry based on the internet realizes the embodiment of the application.

The integrated module, if implemented in the form of a software functional module and sold or used as a separate product, may also be stored in a computer readable storage medium.
The storage medium mentioned above may be a read-only memory, a magnetic or optical disk, etc. Although embodiments of the present application have been shown and described above, it is understood that the above embodiments are exemplary and should not be construed as limiting the present application, and that variations, modifications, substitutions and alterations may be made to the above embodiments by those of ordinary skill in the art within the scope of the present application.

Claims (17)

1. An internet-based remote inquiry method is applied to an internet hospital platform, and comprises the following steps:
receiving an inquiry order sent by an inquiry terminal;
determining a target hospital end for processing the inquiry order from a plurality of hospital ends;
sending the inquiry order to the target hospital end;
receiving a diagnosis receiving end returned by the target hospital end aiming at the inquiry order;
and in the process that the inquiry end and the diagnosis receiving end carry out inquiry communication based on the inquiry orders, transmitting inquiry communication information between the inquiry end and the diagnosis receiving end to the target hospital end.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein in the event that the interrogation order includes physician information, said determining a target hospital site for processing the interrogation order from among the plurality of hospital sites comprises:
determining a hospital side to which the doctor information belongs from the plurality of hospital sides;
and determining the hospital side to which the doctor information belongs as a target hospital side capable of processing the inquiry order.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
acquiring user identification information corresponding to the inquiry order;
acquiring electronic medical record information of the user identification information from at least one hospital end in a plurality of hospital ends;
acquiring allergy history information in the electronic medical record information;
and forwarding the allergy history information to the diagnosis receiving end through the target hospital end.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the method further comprises:
in the process that the receiving end opens an electronic prescription based on a medicine database corresponding to the target hospital end, if the fact that the inventory corresponding to the target medicine name information of the electronic prescription in the medicine database is insufficient is detected, prompt information is sent to the receiving end through the target hospital end, wherein the prompt information is used for judging whether a prescription is opened based on a medicine purchasing platform corresponding to the internet hospital platform;
receiving a confirmation instruction aiming at the prompt message;
controlling the diagnosis receiving terminal to open the electronic prescription based on the medicine purchasing platform;
and sending the electronic prescription to the inquiry terminal.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the method further comprises:
receiving a medicine purchasing request sent by the inquiry terminal aiming at the electronic prescription;
in response to the purchase request, generating a purchase order in accordance with the electronic prescription;
and sending the medicine purchasing order to the medicine purchasing platform.
6. The method of claim 3, wherein the method further comprises:
receiving the electronic prescription returned by the target hospital end aiming at the inquiry order, wherein the electronic prescription is sent to the target hospital end by the service end;
and sending the electronic prescription to the inquiry terminal.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the method further comprises:
receiving a medicine purchasing request sent by the inquiry terminal aiming at the electronic prescription;
in response to the purchase request, generating a purchase order in accordance with the electronic prescription;
after the inquiry terminal finishes the payment of the medicine purchasing order, comparing the quantity of each medicine name information in the medicine purchasing order with the stock corresponding to the corresponding medicine name information in the medicine database of the target hospital terminal;
under the condition that the quantity of each medicine name information in the medicine order is less than or equal to the inventory quantity of the corresponding medicine name information in the medicine database of the target hospital side, sending the medicine order to the target hospital side;
and receiving logistics information returned by the target hospital end aiming at the medicine purchasing order, and forwarding the logistics information to the inquiry end.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the method further comprises:
sending prompt information to the inquiry terminal under the condition that the quantity of at least one piece of medicine name information in the medicine purchasing order is larger than the inventory quantity of corresponding medicine name information in a medicine database of the target hospital terminal, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting that the inventory corresponding to the target medicine name information of the medicine purchasing order in the target hospital terminal is insufficient, and whether to select a medicine purchasing platform corresponding to the internet hospital platform for purchasing medicine;
receiving a confirmation instruction returned by the inquiry terminal aiming at the prompt message;
and sending the medicine purchasing order to the medicine purchasing platform.
9. An internet-based remote inquiry method, which is applied to a hospital side, and comprises the following steps:
receiving an inquiry order sent by an internet hospital platform, wherein the inquiry order is sent to the internet hospital platform by an inquiry terminal;
determining a diagnosis receiving end corresponding to the target doctor information corresponding to the inquiry order;
and in the process that the inquiry end and the diagnosis receiving end carry out inquiry communication based on the inquiry orders, transmitting inquiry communication information between the inquiry end and the diagnosis receiving end to an Internet hospital platform.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein the method further comprises:
receiving allergy history information sent by the Internet hospital platform for the inquiry order;
and sending the allergy history information to the diagnosis receiving terminal.
11. The method of claim 9, wherein the method further comprises:
receiving an electronic prescription returned by the diagnosis receiving end aiming at the inquiry order;
and sending the electronic prescription to the inquiry terminal through the Internet hospital platform.
12. The method of claim 11, wherein the method further comprises:
receiving a medicine purchase order sent by the Internet hospital platform, wherein the medicine purchase order is generated based on the electronic prescription;
and sending logistics information aiming at the medicine purchasing order to the inquiry terminal through the Internet hospital platform.
13. An internet-based remote interrogation apparatus for use in an internet hospital platform, comprising:
the first receiving module is used for receiving an inquiry order sent by an inquiry terminal;
the first determination module is used for determining a target hospital end for processing the inquiry order from a plurality of hospital ends;
the first sending module is used for sending the inquiry order to the target hospital side;
the second receiving module is used for receiving a diagnosis receiving end returned by the target hospital end aiming at the inquiry order;
and the first information forwarding module is used for forwarding the inquiry communication information between the inquiry terminal and the diagnosis receiving terminal to the target hospital terminal in the process of performing inquiry communication between the inquiry terminal and the diagnosis receiving terminal on the basis of the inquiry orders.
14. An internet-based remote inquiry apparatus, which is used in a hospital side, comprising:
the third receiving module is used for receiving an inquiry order sent by an internet hospital platform, wherein the inquiry order is sent to the internet hospital platform by an inquiry terminal;

the target hospital side is used for determining a diagnosis receiving side of the inquiry order, sending the diagnosis receiving side to the internet hospital platform, and forwarding inquiry communication information between the inquiry side and the diagnosis receiving side to the internet hospital platform in the process that the inquiry side and the diagnosis receiving side perform inquiry communication based on the inquiry order.
16. An electronic device, comprising:
memory, processor and computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor when executing the program implements the internet-based remote interrogation method according to any one of claims 1 to 8 or the internet-based remote interrogation method according to any one of claims 9 to 12.

A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the internet-based remote interrogation method according to any one of claims 1 to 8, or the internet-based remote interrogation method according to any one of claims 9 to 12.
