Abstract
The application provides a medical information processing method and device, electronic equipment and a computer readable storage medium, wherein the method comprises the following steps: pushing inquiry requests initiated by a user terminal to a plurality of internet hospital service terminals; when receiving an inquiry receiving message aiming at the inquiry request, sending an inquiry confirmation message to the user terminal; the inquiry confirmation message carries an inquiry website of the internet hospital server side returning the inquiry receiving message, and the inquiry website is used for enabling the user terminal to jump to an inquiry page corresponding to the inquiry website; receiving an electronic prescription which is sent by an internet hospital server and corresponds to an inquiry request; sending a medicine purchasing request to a medicine purchasing platform server side based on an electronic department; and when a medicine purchasing request confirmation message returned by the medicine purchasing platform server is received, a medicine purchasing ordering page of the medicine purchasing platform server is returned to the user terminal. According to the application, medical information such as an inquiry request, an electronic prescription and a medicine purchasing request is processed, so that efficient and convenient online inquiry and medicine purchasing services are realized.
Description
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of communications technologies, and in particular, to a medical information processing method and apparatus, an electronic device, and a computer-readable storage medium.
Background
The rise of the internet medical industry has enabled users to consult doctors in north, south, and north through online inquiry services. During the online inquiry process, the doctor can provide medication advice for the user. At present, application software of various internet hospitals is an independent platform, and users can only contact a small number of internet hospitals due to asymmetric information, so that correspondingly, the acquired medical resources are less. In addition, the internet hospital does not directly connect with an online pharmacy, and a user needs to purchase the medicine on line or to another medicine purchasing platform. When a user needs to purchase prescription drugs, the user needs to contact the doctor again to make an electronic prescription through the drug purchasing platform, and the process is very complicated and inefficient.
Disclosure of Invention
An object of the embodiments of the present application is to provide a medical information processing method and apparatus, an electronic device, and a computer-readable storage medium, which are used for realizing efficient and convenient online inquiry and medicine purchasing services.
In one aspect, the present application provides a medical information processing method, including:
pushing inquiry requests initiated by a user terminal to a plurality of internet hospital service terminals;

sending a medicine purchasing request to a medicine purchasing platform server side based on the electronic department;
and when a medicine purchasing request confirmation message returned by the medicine purchasing platform server is received, a medicine purchasing ordering page of the medicine purchasing platform server is returned to the user terminal.

In the embodiment of the application, after the inquiry request initiated by the user terminal is pushed to a plurality of internet hospital service terminals, the electronic prescription can be obtained from the internet hospital service terminal which sends the inquiry request and receives the message, and the medicine purchasing request can be sent to the medicine purchasing platform service terminal based on the electronic position; after receiving the medicine purchasing request confirmation message returned by the medicine purchasing platform server, returning a medicine purchasing ordering page of the medicine purchasing platform server to the user terminal; the medical information including an inquiry request, an electronic prescription, a medicine purchasing request and the like can be transmitted by establishing connection with the internet hospital server and the medicine purchasing platform server, so that efficient and convenient online inquiry and medicine purchasing services are realized.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application.
Like reference numbers and letters refer to like items in the following figures, and thus, once an item is defined in one figure, it need not be further defined and explained in subsequent figures. Meanwhile, in the description of the present application, the terms "first", "second", and the like are used only for distinguishing the description, and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a network architecture applying a medical information processing method according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the application scenario includes a server 30 executing the medical information processing method of the present application, a user terminal 20, a server 40 of a third-party internet hospital platform, and a server 50 of a third-party medicine purchasing platform. The user terminal 20 may be an intelligent device such as a smart phone, a tablet computer, or a personal host, and is configured to initiate an online inquiry request to the server 40 through the server 30 and initiate a medicine purchasing request to the server 50 through the server 30. The server 30 may be a server, a server cluster or a cloud computing center, and the server 30 may process the online inquiry request and the medicine purchasing request initiated by the user terminal 20.
As shown in fig. 2, the present embodiment provides an electronic apparatus 1 including: at least one processor 11 and a memory 12, one processor 11 being exemplified in fig. 2. The processor 11 and the memory 12 are connected by a bus 10, and the memory 12 stores instructions executable by the processor 11, and the instructions are executed by the processor 11, so that the electronic device 1 can execute all or part of the flow of the method in the embodiments described below. In an embodiment, the electronic device 1 may be the server 30.
The Memory 12 may be implemented by any type of volatile or non-volatile Memory device or combination thereof, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM), Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EPROM), Programmable Read-Only Memory (PROM), Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic Memory, flash Memory, magnetic disk or optical disk.
The present application also provides a computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program executable by the processor 11 to perform the medical information processing method provided by the present application.
Referring to fig. 3, a flowchart of a medical information processing method according to an embodiment of the present application is shown, and as shown in fig. 3, the method may include the following steps 310 to 350.
Step 310: and pushing inquiry requests initiated by the user terminal to a plurality of internet hospital service terminals.
The user terminal can carry client software corresponding to the server side executing the medical information processing method, so that interaction with the server side is completed.
The inquiry request can include user information (such as basic information including gender, age and the like) and an inquiry type (such as the inquiry type can be a picture-text inquiry or a video inquiry and the like).
The internet hospital server can be a server of a third-party internet hospital, can integrate offline medical resources, and provides services such as online inquiry, prescription making and the like for users. The server can be connected with a plurality of internet hospital servers in advance, so that services can be acquired from the internet hospital platform.
After receiving the inquiry request sent by the user terminal, the server can send the inquiry request to the internet hospital server. After sending the inquiry request, the server may start timing, and when the preset waiting time (for example, three minutes) is reached and the inquiry receiving message for the inquiry request is not received yet, the server may determine that the current internet hospital server is busy, and send a request canceling message to all internet hospital servers. The request cancel message indicates that the above-described inquiry request is terminated.
Step 320: when receiving an inquiry receiving message aiming at the inquiry request, sending an inquiry confirmation message to the user terminal; the inquiry confirmation message carries an inquiry website of the internet hospital server side returning the inquiry receiving message, and the inquiry website is used for enabling the user terminal to jump to an inquiry page corresponding to the inquiry website.
The inquiry response message indicates that the inquiry request has been accepted by the doctor of the internet hospital platform.
The inquiry confirmation message is a confirmation message that the service end notifies the user terminal that the inquiry request has been accepted. The inquiry website carried in the inquiry confirmation message can enable the user terminal to jump to an inquiry page accessed by the terminal equipment (such as a mobile phone, a computer and the like which are in butt joint with the internet hospital service end) of the doctor who receives the inquiry request, so that the communication between the user and the doctor is realized.
After the server receives the inquiry receiving message for the inquiry request sent by any internet hospital server, if the inquiry receiving message for the inquiry request is received again, the request received information can be returned. The request-received information indicates that an inquiry request has been received, thereby preventing repeated acceptance of the inquiry request.
Step 330: and receiving an electronic prescription which is sent by the internet hospital server and corresponds to the inquiry request.
Step 340: and sending a medicine purchasing request to a medicine purchasing platform server side based on the electronic department.
The electronic prescription may include a list of drugs.
The medicine purchasing platform server can comprise a server of an Online pharmacy and a server of an O2O (Online To Offline) pharmacy.
After receiving the electronic prescription, the server can send a medicine purchasing request to the medicine purchasing platform server according to the medicine in the electronic prescription. In an embodiment, the server establishes a connection with a plurality of medicine purchasing platform servers, and the priority of the medicine purchasing platform can be preconfigured, so that the medicine purchasing platform server with a high priority can be selected when a medicine purchasing request is sent. For example, an O2O pharmacy may be shipped quickly by an offline store, and thus, an O2O pharmacy may be given priority over an online pharmacy.
Step 350: and when a medicine purchasing request confirmation message returned by the medicine purchasing platform server is received, returning a medicine purchasing ordering page of the medicine purchasing platform server to the user terminal.
After receiving the medicine purchasing request, the medicine purchasing platform server can search the own inventory database and judge whether the medicines in the medicine list are complete or not. If the medicines are complete, a medicine purchasing request confirmation message can be returned to the server.
After receiving the confirmation message of the medicine purchasing request, the server can return a medicine purchasing ordering page of the medicine purchasing platform server to the user terminal in a redirection mode. The user can input information such as a receiving address, a contact way of a receiver and the like on a purchase order page through the user terminal and submit a purchase order. The server side is connected with a plurality of internet hospital server sides and medicine purchasing platform server sides, and can transmit medical information including inquiry requests, electronic prescriptions, medicine purchasing requests and the like, so that users can obtain abundant medical resources, and efficient and convenient online inquiry and medicine purchasing services are provided for the users.
In one embodiment, after receiving the inquiry response message, the server may send a request cancellation message for the inquiry request to other internet hospital servers except the internet hospital server sending the inquiry response message. By this measure, repeated acceptance of an interrogation request can be avoided.
In one embodiment, the server may receive a drug query instruction sent by the internet hospital server before receiving the electronic prescription sent by the internet hospital server. The medicine inquiry command is sent by a doctor who processes the inquiry request through a terminal device, and the medicine inquiry command can comprise one or more combinations of medicine inquiry information such as medicine names and symptom names.
The server side can respond to the medicine inquiry instruction, call a search interface of the medicine purchasing platform server side to search based on the medicine inquiry information, and return the medicine information from the medicine purchasing platform server side. The server side can send medicine information to the internet hospital server side. Therefore, doctors processing the inquiry requests can select a plurality of medicines to be added into the medicine list according to the medicine information to generate the electronic prescription.
When the server side is connected with a plurality of medicine purchasing platform server sides, a plurality of search interfaces can be called to search medicine information. Or, the drug purchasing platform can be indicated in the drug query instruction, so that the server can call the corresponding search interface to search for drug information.
In an embodiment, the server establishes a connection with a plurality of medicine purchasing platform services, and the server may select a medicine purchasing platform by the user during the process of performing step 340. Referring to fig. 4, a flowchart of an electronic prescription processing method provided in an embodiment of the present application is shown, and as shown in fig. 4, the method may include the following steps 341 to 344.
Step 341: the electronic prescription is sent to the user terminal.
Step 342: and receiving a medicine purchasing instruction for a medicine list in the electronic prescription returned by the user terminal.
The server can send the electronic prescription to the user side, so that the medicine list is displayed to the user. If the user selects a medicine purchasing operation on the user terminal aiming at the medicine list, the user terminal can return a medicine purchasing instruction aiming at the medicine list to the server side.
Step 343: responding to the medicine purchasing instruction, and returning a medicine purchasing platform selection request to the user terminal; wherein, the purchase platform selection request comprises a plurality of purchase platforms.
Step 344: and responding to a selection instruction of the user terminal to any one medicine purchasing platform, and sending a medicine purchasing request to the medicine purchasing platform.
The server receives the medicine purchasing instruction, and can return a medicine purchasing platform selection request to the user terminal, so that the user terminal can jump to a medicine purchasing platform selection page comprising a plurality of medicine purchasing platforms. If the user selects the medicine purchasing platform on the medicine purchasing platform selection page through the user terminal, the user terminal can return a selection instruction for the selected medicine purchasing platform to the server side. The server can respond to the selection instruction and send a medicine purchasing request to the medicine purchasing platform.
In one embodiment, the service end can be pre-configured with the valid period of the electronic prescription. When a prescription check request sent by a user terminal is received, whether the electronic prescription is expired can be judged. In one aspect, if not expired, the electronic prescription may be sent directly to the user terminal. On the other hand, if the electronic prescription has expired, the first prompt message may be output to the user terminal. The first prompt indicates that the electronic prescription has expired and may prompt the user to reinitiate the request for an interrogation.
In an embodiment, the server may obtain a medicine purchasing corresponding to the electronic prescription from the medicine purchasing platform server, and establish an association relationship between the medicine purchasing order and the electronic prescription. When the status of the purchase order changes, the purchase platform server may send the status information of the purchase order to the server. Illustratively, the status information may include "accepted order", "in delivery", "completed", and the like.
After receiving the prescription checking request sent by the user terminal, the server can output the electronic prescription, the medicine purchasing order related to the electronic prescription and the state information of the medicine purchasing order to the user terminal.
In one embodiment, if the order for a purchase fails (e.g., the order is cancelled or the order is rejected), the server may disassociate the electronic prescription from the order for the purchase. When the server receives the prescription checking request sent by the user terminal, the server can output the electronic prescription and the second prompt message to the user terminal. The second prompt indicates that the electronic prescription is not associated with the order for the medication, and reminds the user to place an order again.
Fig. 5 is a block diagram of a medical information processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 5, the apparatus may include: a push module 510, a first sending module 520, a receiving module 530, a second sending module 540, and a third sending module 550.
The pushing module 510 is configured to push an inquiry request initiated by a user terminal to a plurality of internet hospital service terminals;

a third sending module 550, configured to return a purchase order page of the medicine purchasing platform server to the user terminal when receiving a medicine purchasing request confirmation message returned by the medicine purchasing platform server.
The implementation processes of the functions and actions of the modules in the device are specifically described in the implementation processes of the corresponding steps in the medical information processing method, and are not described herein again.

1. A medical information processing method characterized by comprising:
pushing inquiry requests initiated by a user terminal to a plurality of internet hospital service terminals;
when receiving an inquiry receiving message aiming at the inquiry request, sending an inquiry confirmation message to the user terminal; the inquiry confirmation message carries an inquiry website of the internet hospital server side returning to the inquiry receiving message, and the inquiry website is used for enabling the user terminal to jump to an inquiry page corresponding to the inquiry website;
receiving an electronic prescription which is sent by the internet hospital server and corresponds to the inquiry request;
sending a medicine purchasing request to a medicine purchasing platform server side based on the electronic department;

3. The method according to claim 1, wherein before said receiving the electronic prescription corresponding to the request for consultation sent by the internet hospital server, the method further comprises:
and when a medicine inquiry instruction sent by the internet hospital server is received, calling a search interface of the medicine purchasing platform server to search, and returning medicine information to the internet hospital server.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the sending a purchase request to a purchase platform server based on the electronic department comprises:
sending the electronic prescription to the user terminal;
receiving a medicine purchasing instruction which is returned by the user terminal and aims at a medicine list in the electronic prescription;
responding to the medicine purchasing instruction, and returning a medicine purchasing platform selection request to the user terminal; the medicine purchasing platform selection request comprises a plurality of medicine purchasing platforms;
and responding to a selection instruction of the user terminal to any medicine purchasing platform, and sending the medicine purchasing request to the medicine purchasing platform.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
when a prescription checking request sent by the user terminal is received, judging whether the electronic prescription is overdue or not;
and if so, outputting first prompt information to the user terminal.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein after the return of the purchase order page of the purchase platform server to the user terminal, the method further comprises:
acquiring a medicine purchasing order corresponding to the electronic prescription from the medicine purchasing platform server side;
establishing an incidence relation between the electronic prescription and the medicine purchase order;
acquiring the state information of the medicine purchasing order from the medicine purchasing platform server;
and when a prescription checking request sent by the user terminal is received, outputting the electronic prescription, the medicine purchasing order and the state information to the user terminal.
7. The method of claim 6, further comprising:
when the medicine purchasing order is invalid, removing the association relation between the electronic prescription and the medicine purchasing order;
and when a prescription viewing request sent by the user terminal is received, outputting the electronic prescription and second prompt information to the user terminal.
8. A medical information processing apparatus characterized by comprising:
the pushing module is used for pushing the inquiry requests initiated by the user terminal to a plurality of internet hospital service terminals;
a first sending module, configured to send an inquiry confirmation message to the user terminal when receiving an inquiry receiving message for the inquiry request; the inquiry confirmation message carries an inquiry website of the internet hospital server side returning to the inquiry receiving message, and the inquiry website is used for enabling the user terminal to jump to an inquiry page corresponding to the inquiry website;
the receiving module is used for receiving the electronic prescription which is sent by the internet hospital server and corresponds to the inquiry request;
the second sending module is used for sending a medicine purchasing request to a medicine purchasing platform server side based on the electronic department;
and the third sending module is used for returning a medicine purchasing ordering page of the medicine purchasing platform server to the user terminal when receiving a medicine purchasing request confirmation message returned by the medicine purchasing platform server.
9. An electronic device, characterized in that the electronic device comprises:
a processor;
a memory for storing processor-executable instructions;
wherein the processor is configured to perform the medical information processing method of any one of claims 1-7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the storage medium stores a computer program executable by a processor to perform the medical information processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
