Further, in this embodiment, when the instant messaging server obtains the guarantee information corresponding to the guarantee identification code from the service server, if the guarantee information includes preset account information, the service server determines whether a second account matches the preset account information, and if the guarantee information matches the preset account information, the guarantee information is provided to the instant messaging server so that the instant messaging server forwards the guarantee information to the second terminal, and if the second account does not match the preset account information, it indicates that the second user is not a service operation user specified by the first user, the service server may return error information to the instant messaging server, and the instant messaging server may send the error information to the second terminal to prompt the second user that an error is input.
And step 204, the second terminal sends a service request to a service server based on the guarantee identification code.
Based on the foregoing step 203, after obtaining the security identification code, the second user may send a service request to the service server based on the security identification code, so as to complete a service operation with the first user.
In this step, the second user may send the service request based on the security identification code through the instant messaging software or a service presentation page in the browser.
Taking the instant messaging software as an example, after the second user confirms the corresponding guarantee information in the guarantee identification code, the second user can select the service request key in the service request box to send the service request based on the guarantee identification code. Specifically, the second user may click the service request button to send the service request, and the instant messaging server may forward the service request to the service server. Of course, the second user may select the service request key in other manners, such as: voice operation, etc., which is not particularly limited by this application.
Taking the service presentation page as an example, after the second user logs in the service server by using the browser to provide the website, the service request can be sent through the service presentation page provided in the website. The service display page is generally a service display page of a first user in the website, a second user may input the security identification code in a security identification code input box provided in the service display page, and after the user finishes inputting, for example: the guarantee identification code input box is converted from a focus state to a non-focus state, the second terminal carries the guarantee identification code input by the second user in an acquisition request and sends the request to the service server, so that the service server returns guarantee information corresponding to the guarantee identification code, the second terminal can further display the guarantee information in a service display page and generate a service request key, and the second user can send a service request based on the guarantee identification code by selecting the service request key after confirming the guarantee information.
Step 205, the service server obtains the guarantee information corresponding to the guarantee identification code according to the service request, and generates service information according to the guarantee information.
Based on the foregoing step 204, the service server receives the service request based on the provisioning identification code sent by the second terminal, and the service server obtains the provisioning information corresponding to the provisioning identification code according to the stored correspondence, and then determines whether the provisioning information includes preset account information, and if the provisioning information does not include the preset account information, the service server may generate the service information according to the provisioning information. If the guarantee information comprises preset account information, the service server further judges that the account information of a second account sending the service request matches the preset account information, if so, the service server generates service information according to the guarantee information, and if not, the service server can return an error message to the second terminal.
Step 206, the service server sends the service information to the first terminal and the second terminal.
Based on the foregoing step 205, the service server sends the generated service information to the first terminal and the second terminal to notify the first user and the second user that the service operation is completed.
It can be seen from the above description that, in the service processing process of the present application, service processing is implemented between users through the security identification code generated by the service server, and the efficiency of service processing is improved. Meanwhile, the method and the device for processing the service based on the instant messaging software are further provided, so that the method and the device are more convenient and faster, and the user experience is improved.
The implementation process of the present application is described below with reference to a specific application scenario.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart of an exemplary service processing method according to the present application, and this embodiment is combined with the application scenario shown in fig. 1. In this embodiment, the first user is a seller, the second user is a buyer, and the service server is a service server provided by an e-commerce platform. This embodiment comprises the steps of:
step 301, the seller terminal sends guarantee information to the service server.
In this embodiment, the guarantee information is guarantee information related to a transaction that is negotiated in advance by a seller and a buyer, and the guarantee information includes: delivery quantity, delivery time, transaction unit price, quality requirements, etc. And the seller can fill in the guarantee information through the guarantee information filling interface and send the guarantee information to the business service after the completion of filling.
Step 302, the service server generates a guarantee identification code for the guarantee information, and stores the corresponding relationship between the guarantee information and the guarantee identification code.
Step 303, the service server sends the security identification code to the seller terminal.
Referring to fig. 4, after receiving the guarantee identification code, the seller terminal may generate a guarantee information display interface shown in fig. 4, where the guarantee information display interface includes the guarantee information, a guarantee identification code corresponding to the guarantee information, and a "send code immediately" button. The seller can transmit the security identification code to the buyer's terminal through the ' send-immediately ' button.
In step 304, the buyer receives the assurance identification code sent by the seller.
Referring to fig. 5, according to an instant messaging session interface diagram of the present application, after a buyer receives a guarantee identifier through instant messaging software, the buyer terminal may generate a session interface shown in fig. 5, where a service request frame is displayed in the session interface, and the guarantee identifier, guarantee information corresponding to the guarantee identifier, and a "place order immediately" button are displayed in the service request frame.
Step 305, the buyer sends a ordering request to the service server based on the guarantee identification code.
In this embodiment, the buyer can place an order through the instant messaging software or the goods display page of the seller.
Referring further to fig. 5, the buyer can order based on the security identifier by clicking the "order immediately" button in the service request box.
Referring to fig. 6, according to the schematic diagram of a product display page in the present application, a buyer may also open a product display page of a seller through a browser, an input box for the buyer to input a guarantee identification code is provided in the product display page of the seller, after the buyer inputs the guarantee identification code in the input box, a buyer terminal obtains guarantee information corresponding to the guarantee identification code from a service server, and then displays the guarantee information in the product display page, and provides a "place order immediately" button, so that the buyer can place an order based on the guarantee identification code by clicking the "place order immediately" button after confirming the guarantee information.
Step 306, the service server generates order information according to the order placing request.
In this embodiment, the service server generates order information according to the order placing request sent by the buyer terminal, and the order information is bound with the guarantee information corresponding to the guarantee identification code.
Step 307, the business server sends the order information to the seller and the buyer.
Based on the foregoing step 306, the service server sends the order information to the seller and the buyer, and the order placing operation is completed.
In this embodiment, the service server, the buyer terminal, and the seller terminal may implement the service processing by using the method embodiments shown in fig. 1 or fig. 2, which is not described herein again.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a flowchart of another exemplary service processing method according to the present application, and this embodiment is combined with the application scenario shown in fig. 1, where the method may be applied to a second terminal, and includes the following steps:
step 701, providing a plurality of service operation modes in a service display page, wherein the plurality of service operation modes include a guarantee service operation mode.
In this embodiment, the first terminal sends the guarantee information to the service server, the service server generates the guarantee identification code according to the guarantee information, and after the second user obtains the guarantee identification code, the service operation can be executed through a service display page in the browser. The first terminal is a terminal for the first user to log in the service server based on a first account, and the second terminal is a terminal for the second user to log in the service server based on a second account.
The service display page is generally a service display page of a first user in the website, and the service display page provides multiple service operation modes, wherein the multiple service operation modes include a guaranteed service operation mode and a normal service operation mode. Please further refer to fig. 6, wherein "order placement under guarantee" corresponds to a guaranteed service operation mode, and "general order placement" corresponds to a general service operation mode.
When the second terminal loads the service display page of the first user for the second user, the current service operation mode can be defaulted to be the guarantee service operation mode, and a guarantee identification code input box is displayed in the service display page. Of course, the second terminal may also set the default current service operation mode to be the normal mode, and when the second user selects the guaranteed service operation mode, the guaranteed identification code input box is displayed in the service display page, which is not particularly limited in the present application.
Further, the second terminal carries a guarantee identification code input by the second user in the guarantee identification code input box in an acquisition request and sends the guarantee identification code to the service server, and after receiving guarantee information corresponding to the guarantee identification code sent by the service server, displays the guarantee information in the service display page and generates a service request key so that the second user sends a service request to the service server through the service request key based on the guarantee identification code.
Step 702, sending a service request to a service server based on a guarantee identification code input by a second user in the guarantee service operation mode, so that the service server obtains guarantee information corresponding to the guarantee identification code according to the service request, and generates service information according to the guarantee information.
Based on the step 701, after confirming the guarantee information corresponding to the guarantee identification code, the second user may click a service request key to send a service request based on the guarantee identification code.
In this embodiment, the service server and the second terminal may implement the service processing by using the method embodiment shown in fig. 2, which is not described herein again.
Corresponding to the foregoing embodiment of the service processing method, the present disclosure also provides embodiments of a service processing apparatus and a system.
Corresponding to the embodiment of the service processing method, the application also provides a service processing device. The apparatus described in this application may be implemented by software, or by hardware, or by a combination of hardware and software. Taking software implementation as an example, the service processing device of the present application is a device in a logical sense, and is formed by reading corresponding computer program instructions in a non-volatile memory into a memory for running through a processor of a device in which the service processing device is located.
Referring to fig. 8 and fig. 9, the present application provides a service processing apparatus 800, where the service processing apparatus 800 may be applied to a service server, and includes: a first receiving unit 801, a guarantee generating unit 802, a second receiving unit 803, a service generating unit 804, an information transmitting unit 805, a third receiving unit 806, an account identifying unit 807, a first transmitting unit 808, a fourth receiving unit 809, an information acquiring unit 810, and a second transmitting unit 811.
The first receiving unit 801 is configured to receive guarantee information sent by a first terminal, where the first terminal is a terminal where a first user logs in the service server based on a first account;
the guarantee generating unit 802 generates a guarantee identification code for the guarantee information, and stores a corresponding relationship between the guarantee information and the guarantee identification code;
the second receiving unit 803 is configured to receive a service request sent by a second terminal based on the security identifier, where the second terminal is a terminal where a second user logs in the service server based on a second account;

the belonging information sending unit 805 sends the service information to the first terminal and the second terminal.
Further, the guarantee information comprises preset account information;
the service generating unit 804 specifically generates service information according to the guarantee information when it is confirmed that the account information of the second account that sends the service request matches the preset account information.
The third receiving unit 806, configured to receive a forwarding request for the security identifier sent by the first terminal;

The service request unit 1001 sends a service request to a service server based on a guarantee identification code, so that the service server obtains guarantee information corresponding to the guarantee identification code according to the service request, and generates service information according to the guarantee information;
the fifth receiving unit 1002, configured to receive the service information sent by the service server;
the service server generates the guarantee identification code according to guarantee information sent by a first terminal, the first terminal is a terminal for a first user to log in the service server based on a first account, and the second terminal is a terminal for a second user to log in the service server based on a second account.
The sixth receiving unit 1003 receives, through the instant messaging software, the guarantee identification code forwarded by the service server according to the forwarding request sent by the first terminal and the guarantee information corresponding to the guarantee identification code;
the first generating unit 1004 generates a service request frame in a session interface with the first user, where the service request frame displays the security identification code, security information corresponding to the security identification code, and a service request key, so that the second user sends a service request to a service server through the service request key based on the security identification code.
The third sending unit 1005 is configured to send the security identifier sent by the second user through the session interface with the first user to the service server by carrying the security identifier in the acquisition request;
the seventh receiving unit 1006 receives the guarantee information corresponding to the guarantee identification code sent by the service server;

the third generating unit 1010 displays the guarantee information in the service display page, and generates a service request key, so that the second user sends a service request to a service server through the service request key based on the guarantee identification code.
Referring to fig. 12 and fig. 13, the present application provides a service processing apparatus 1200, where the service processing apparatus 1200 can be applied to a terminal, and includes: a mode providing unit 1201, a fifth transmitting unit 1202, an input box presenting unit 1203, a sixth transmitting unit 1204, and a ninth receiving unit 1205.
The mode providing unit 1201 provides a plurality of operation modes in a service presentation page, where the plurality of operation modes include a guarantee service operation mode;
the fifth sending unit 1202 is configured to send a service request to a service server based on a guarantee identification code input by a second user in the guarantee service operation mode, so that the service server obtains guarantee information corresponding to the guarantee identification code according to the service request, and generates service information according to the guarantee information;
the service server generates the guarantee identification code according to guarantee information sent by a first terminal, the first terminal is a terminal for a first user to log in the service server based on a first account, and the second terminal is a terminal for a second user to log in the service server based on a second account.
The input frame displaying unit 1203 displays a guarantee identification code input frame in the service display page after receiving an instruction for guaranteeing a service operation mode selected by a second user;
the sixth sending unit 1204, which carries the security identification code input by the second user in the security identification code input box in the acquisition request, sends the acquisition request to the service server;
the ninth receiving unit 1205, after receiving the guarantee information corresponding to the guarantee identification code sent by the service server, displays the guarantee information in the service display page, and generates a service request key, so that the second user sends a service request to the service server based on the guarantee identification code through the service request key.
The implementation process of the functions and actions of each unit in the above device is specifically described in the implementation process of the corresponding step in the above method, and is not described herein again.
Referring to fig. 14, the present application further provides a service processing system 1400, where the service processing system 1400 includes: a service server 1401 and an instant messaging server 1402.
The instant messaging server 1402 forwards a service request sent by a second terminal based on a guarantee identification code to the service server 1401, so that the service server 1401 obtains guarantee information corresponding to the guarantee identification code according to the service request and generates service information according to the guarantee information;
the guarantee identification code is generated by the service server 1401 according to guarantee information sent by a first terminal, where the first terminal is a terminal where a first user logs in the service server based on a first account, and the second terminal is a terminal where a second user logs in the service server based on a second account;
the service request sent based on the guarantee identification code is a service request input by a second user aiming at a service request key displayed in a service request frame, the service request frame is positioned in a session interface between the second user and the first user, and the guarantee identification code and guarantee information corresponding to the guarantee identification code are also displayed in the service request frame.
The instant messaging server 1402 further forwards the received security identification code sent by the second user through the session interface with the first user to the service server 1401 while carrying the acquisition request, and forwards the security information corresponding to the security identification code sent by the service server 1401 to the second terminal, so that the second terminal can generate the service request frame in the session interface between the second user and the first user.
The instant messaging server 1402 further forwards the forwarding request sent by the first terminal to the service server 1401, and forwards the guarantee identification code sent by the service server 1401 according to the forwarding request and the guarantee information corresponding to the guarantee identification code to the second terminal, so that the second terminal can generate the service request frame in the session interface between the second user and the first user.
It can be seen from the above description that, in the service processing process of the present application, service processing is implemented between users through the security identification code generated by the service server, and the efficiency of service processing is improved. Meanwhile, the method and the device for processing the service based on the instant messaging software are further provided, so that the method and the device are more convenient and faster, and the user experience is improved.

1. A service processing method is applied to a service server, and is characterized in that the method comprises the following steps:
receiving guarantee information sent by a first terminal, wherein the first terminal is a terminal for a first user to log in the service server based on a first account;
generating a guarantee identification code for the guarantee information, and storing the corresponding relation between the guarantee information and the guarantee identification code;
receiving a service request sent by a second terminal based on the guarantee identification code, wherein the second terminal is a terminal for logging in the service server by a second user based on a second account;
acquiring guarantee information corresponding to the guarantee identification code according to the service request, and generating service information according to the guarantee information;
sending the service information to the first terminal and the second terminal;
the guarantee information comprises preset account information;
the generating service information according to the guarantee information includes:
and generating service information according to the guarantee information when the account information of the second account sending the service request is confirmed to be matched with the preset account information.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving a forwarding request aiming at the guarantee identification code sent by the first terminal;
identifying a preset account according to the forwarding request;
and sending the guarantee identification code and corresponding guarantee information to a third terminal so that the third terminal can display the guarantee identification code and the guarantee information to a preset user, wherein the third terminal is a terminal for the preset user to log in the service server based on the preset account.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving an acquisition request aiming at the guarantee identification code sent by a second terminal;
acquiring guarantee information corresponding to the guarantee identification code according to the acquisition request;
and when the second account sending the acquisition request is confirmed to be matched with the preset account information contained in the guarantee information, sending the guarantee information to the second terminal so that the second terminal can display the guarantee information to the second user.
4. A service processing method applied to a second terminal, the method comprising:
sending a service request to a service server based on a guarantee identification code, so that the service server can obtain guarantee information corresponding to the guarantee identification code according to the service request, and generating service information according to the guarantee information after determining that account information in the guarantee information is matched with account information of a second account;
receiving the service information sent by a service server;
the service server generates the guarantee identification code according to guarantee information sent by a first terminal, the first terminal is a terminal for a first user to log in the service server based on a first account, and the second terminal is a terminal for a second user to log in the service server based on a second account.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
receiving the guarantee identification code forwarded by the service server according to the forwarding request sent by the first terminal and the guarantee information corresponding to the guarantee identification code through instant messaging software;
and generating a service request frame in a session interface with the first user, wherein the service request frame is displayed with the guarantee identification code, guarantee information corresponding to the guarantee identification code and a service request key, so that the second user can send a service request to a service server through the service request key based on the guarantee identification code.
6. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
carrying a guarantee identification code sent by a second user through a session interface with the first user in an acquisition request and sending the acquisition request to a service server;
receiving guarantee information corresponding to the guarantee identification code sent by the service server;
and generating a service request frame in a session interface with the first user, wherein the service request frame is displayed with the guarantee identification code, guarantee information corresponding to the guarantee identification code and a service request key, so that the second user can send a service request to a service server through the service request key based on the guarantee identification code.
7. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
carrying a guarantee identification code input by a second user in a service display page in an acquisition request and sending the guarantee identification code to a service server;
receiving guarantee information corresponding to the guarantee identification code sent by the service server;
and displaying the guarantee information in the service display page, and generating a service request key so that the second user can send a service request to a service server through the service request key based on the guarantee identification code.
8. A service processing apparatus applied to a service server, the apparatus comprising:
the first receiving unit is used for receiving the guarantee information sent by a first terminal, wherein the first terminal is a terminal for a first user to log in the service server based on a first account;
the guarantee generation unit is used for generating a guarantee identification code for the guarantee information and storing the corresponding relation between the guarantee information and the guarantee identification code;
the second receiving unit is used for receiving a service request sent by a second terminal based on the guarantee identification code, wherein the second terminal is a terminal for logging in the service server by a second user based on a second account;
the service generation unit acquires the guarantee information corresponding to the guarantee identification code according to the service request and generates service information according to the guarantee information;
an information sending unit, configured to send the service information to the first terminal and the second terminal;
the guarantee information comprises preset account information;
and the service generation unit is used for generating service information according to the guarantee information when the account information of the second account sending the service request is confirmed to be matched with the preset account information.

a third receiving unit, configured to receive a forwarding request for the security identifier sent by the first terminal;
the account identification unit is used for identifying a preset account according to the forwarding request;
the first sending unit is used for sending the guarantee identification code and the corresponding guarantee information to a third terminal so that the third terminal can display the guarantee identification code and the guarantee information to a preset user, and the third terminal is a terminal for the preset user to log in the service server based on the preset account.

the service server generates a guarantee identification code according to guarantee information sent by a first terminal, wherein the first terminal is a terminal for a first user to log in the service server based on a first account, and the second terminal is a terminal for a second user to log in the service server based on a second account;
the service request sent based on the guarantee identification code is a service request input by a second user aiming at a service request key displayed in a service request frame, the service request frame is positioned in a session interface between the second user and the first user, and the guarantee identification code and guarantee information corresponding to the guarantee identification code are also displayed in the service request frame.

19. The method of claim 18, further comprising:
after receiving an instruction for ensuring a service operation mode selected by a second user, displaying a ensuring identification code input box in the service display page;
the guarantee identification code input by the second user in the guarantee identification code input box is carried in the acquisition request and is sent to the service server;
and after receiving the guarantee information corresponding to the guarantee identification code sent by the service server, displaying the guarantee information in the service display page, and generating a service request key so that a second user sends a service request to the service server through the service request key based on the guarantee identification code.
20. A service processing apparatus applied to a second terminal, the apparatus comprising:
the system comprises a mode providing unit, a service display unit and a service display unit, wherein the mode providing unit provides a plurality of operation modes in a service display page, and the operation modes comprise service operation guaranteeing modes;
a fifth sending unit, configured to send a service request to a service server based on a guarantee identifier input by a second user in the guarantee service operation mode, so that the service server obtains guarantee information corresponding to the guarantee identifier according to the service request, and generates service information according to the guarantee information after determining that account information in the guarantee information matches account information of a second account;
the service server generates the guarantee identification code according to guarantee information sent by a first terminal, the first terminal is a terminal for a first user to log in the service server based on a first account, and the second terminal is a terminal for a second user to log in the service server based on a second account.
21. The apparatus of claim 20, further comprising:
the input frame display unit is used for displaying a guarantee identification code input frame in the service display page after receiving an instruction for guaranteeing the service operation mode selected by a second user;
a sixth sending unit, configured to send the security identification code input by the second user in the security identification code input box to the service server while carrying the security identification code in the acquisition request;
and the ninth receiving unit is used for displaying the guarantee information in the service display page after receiving the guarantee information corresponding to the guarantee identification code sent by the service server, and generating a service request key so that a second user can send a service request to the service server through the service request key based on the guarantee identification code.
