Since electronic prescriptions prescribed in hospitals can be served in one-stop manner only when they are circulated in hospitals, patients still have a demand for purchasing medicines to pharmacies outside hospitals in view of various situations such as shortage of medicines in pharmacies in hospitals, purchase of medicines to designated pharmacies outside hospitals to use a health card, etc., but electronic prescriptions cannot be circulated outside hospitals at present.
In conclusion, no solution exists in the related art for how to overcome the circulation limitation of the electronic prescription caused by the service mode of one-to-one binding of the hospital information system and the hospital pharmacy system, improve the efficiency of the medical service, and integrate the medical resources of the whole society.

The terminology used herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention.
Before further detailed description of the present invention, terms and expressions referred to in the embodiments of the present invention are described, and the terms and expressions referred to in the embodiments of the present invention are applicable to the following explanations.

An exemplary application of an electronic prescription flowing apparatus implementing an embodiment of the present invention is described below, and an exemplary structure of a social network client device 400 as shown in fig. 4 is implemented in connection with the electronic prescription flowing apparatus.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of an alternative structure of a social network client device 400 according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the social network client device 400 shown in fig. 3 may include: at least one processor 410, at least one communication bus 440, a user interface 430, at least one network interface 420, and memory 450. The various components in the social network client device 400 are coupled together by a communication bus 440. It will be appreciated that the communication bus 440 is used to enable communications among the components. The communication bus 440 includes a power bus, a control bus, and a status signal bus in addition to a data bus. But for clarity of illustration the various buses are labeled in figure 3 as communication bus 440.
The user interface 430 may include, among other things, a display, a keyboard, a mouse, a trackball, a click wheel, a key, a button, a touch pad, a touch screen, or the like. Network interface 420 may include standard wired, wireless interfaces; typically, the wireless interface may be a WiFi interface.
It will be appreciated that the memory 450 may be a high speed RAM memory or may be a non-volatile memory such as at least one disk memory. Memory 450 may also be at least one memory system remote from processor 41 0.
The electronic prescription circulation method applied to the social network client device provided by the embodiment of the invention can be applied to the processor 410 or implemented by the processor 410. The processor 410 may be an integrated circuit chip having signal processing capabilities. In implementation, the different operations of the electronic recipe flow method applied to the social network client device may be accomplished by instructions in the form of hardware integrated logic circuits or software in the processor 410. The processor 410 described above may be a general purpose processor, a DSP or other programmable logic device, discrete gate or transistor logic devices, discrete hardware components, or the like. The processor 410 may implement or execute the electronic recipe flow method, steps and logic block diagram provided in the embodiments of the present invention applied to the social network client device. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or any conventional processor or the like. The method provided by the embodiment of the invention can be directly embodied as the execution of a hardware decoding processor, or the execution of the hardware and software module in the decoding processor is combined.
By way of example, the software module may be located in a storage medium located in the memory 450, and the processor 410 reads information in the memory 450, and in combination with hardware thereof, performs the electronic prescription flowing method applied to the social network client device provided by the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, including the doctor seeing module 451, the message module 452, the selecting module 453 and the payment module 454.

In some embodiments, the message module 452 determines the drug selling entity matching the electronic prescription and selected by the social network user, specifically to: in response to the fact that the electronic prescription payment waiting reminding is triggered, displaying a medicine selling entity corresponding to medicines included in the electronic prescription and having corresponding stock; determining a selected one of the displayed medicine selling entities by the social network user; wherein the drug selling entity comprises at least one of the following types: a drug selling entity within the hospital entity; a third party drug selling entity separate from the hospital entity; and paying online and distributing to an online medicine selling entity of the social network user.
In some embodiments, the message module 452 receives an electronic prescription to-be-paid reminder sent by the social network account of the hospital entity, and is specifically configured to: and responding to the binding of the payment account number by the social network user, and receiving an electronic prescription to-be-paid reminder sent by the social network account number of the hospital entity.
In some embodiments, the message module 452 receives an electronic prescription to-be-paid reminder sent by the social network account of the hospital entity, and is specifically configured to: responding to prompts of the social network user not binding the payment account and binding the payment account, and sending a binding request to a social network; and receiving an electronic prescription to-be-paid reminder sent by the social network account of the hospital entity in response to the completion of the binding operation in the social network.
In some embodiments, the payment module 454 initiates a payment operation corresponding to the electronic prescription to the medicine selling entity, specifically to: responding to the selected medicine selling entity as an internal medicine selling entity of the hospital entity, calling a payment interface of the internal medicine selling entity through an electronic prescription circulation platform, and paying the medicine cost to the internal medicine selling entity according to the payment mode of the social network user; synchronizing a payment state of the electronic prescription with the internal medicine selling entity through the electronic prescription circulation platform; and receiving the electronic prescription sent by the electronic prescription circulation platform and using the electronic prescription as a evidence for taking medicine.
In some embodiments, the payment module 454 initiates a payment operation corresponding to the electronic prescription to the medicine selling entity, specifically to: in response to the selected medicine selling entity being a third-party medicine selling entity independent of the hospital entity, receiving the graphic code of the electronic prescription sent by the electronic prescription circulation platform for the third-party medicine selling entity to scan to form an authorization token, wherein the authorization token is used as a certificate for processing the electronic prescription; responding to the electronic prescription circulation platform to verify successfully according to the electronic prescription, calling a payment interface corresponding to the payment mode of the social network user through the electronic prescription circulation platform, and paying the drug expense to the third-party drug selling entity; and synchronizing the successful payment operation of the electronic prescription to the third-party medicine selling entity through the electronic prescription forwarding platform.
In some embodiments, the payment module 454 initiates a payment operation corresponding to the electronic prescription to the medicine selling entity, specifically to: in response to the selected medicine selling entity being an online medicine selling entity and the selected sub-entity of electronic prescription flow platform 100 being a sub-entity of the online medicine selling entity and the delivery capacity not being in a saturated state; receiving the drug delivery time sent by the electronic prescription transfer platform 100; and calling a payment interface corresponding to the payment mode of the social network user through the electronic prescription circulation platform 100 to pay the medicine fee to the selected sporocarp.
Now that various exemplary implementations of the electronic prescription circulating apparatus provided by the embodiment of the present invention have been described, an exemplary implementation of an electronic prescription circulating method for implementing the embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 3 to describe a circulating process of electronic prescriptions among a user, a hospital entity, and a medicine selling entity.
In fig. 1, the electronic prescription flow platform 100 may interface with multiple hospital entities and with multiple drug selling entities; the social network client device 400 is held by a user and operates a social network client, when the user needs to use the medical service, the user selects a hospital entity such as the hospital entity 210 or the hospital entity 220, accesses a social network account number of the hospital entity such as a WeChat public number through the social network client, initiates the medical service at the accessed social network account number of the hospital entity, and the electronic prescription circulation platform 100 receives an electronic prescription generated by the hospital entity, circulates the electronic prescription among the user, the hospital entity and a medicine purchasing entity according to the medicine purchasing entity selected by the user, and completes the process of medicine expense payment and medicine delivery.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is an optional flowchart of the electronic prescription forwarding method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, which illustrates a process of the electronic prescription forwarding platform forwarding the electronic prescription among the user, the hospital entity and the medicine selling entity, and relates to a process of the user initiating a medical service to the hospital entity, selecting the medicine selling entity to pay for the medicine, and delivering the medicine.
In operation 101, the social network client device initiates a medical service to a hospital entity in response to a user's operation accessing a social network account of the hospital entity selected by the user.
In some embodiments, the social network client device performs real-name authentication on the electronic prescription circulation platform for the user, and after the real-name authentication is performed, the user can access a hospital entity accessed by the electronic prescription circulation platform, for example, access a social network account of the hospital entity, where the social network account may obtain a right to initiate a visit service for a wechat public number and a wechat applet of the hospital entity.
In operation 102, the electronic prescription circulation platform receives an electronic prescription generated by a hospital entity for a user through a social network account of the hospital entity in response to a visit service initiated by a social network user to the hospital entity.
As an example, the electronic prescription includes basic information of the user, such as a hospital name, a visit time, a past medical history, a medical doctor, a user sex, a user age, and a drug list.
In some embodiments, the electronic prescription circulation platform performs various encrypted secure storage on the prescription performed by the received electronic prescription; as an example, desensitizing an electronic prescription means performing data transformation on some sensitive information according to a desensitization rule to realize reliable protection of sensitive privacy data, reconstructing data related to personal privacy of a user and providing test use, where data desensitization is required for personal information such as an identity card number, a mobile phone number, a disease, and an age.
In operation 103, the electronic prescription circulation platform sends an electronic prescription to-be-paid reminder to the social network user.
In some embodiments, in response to receiving the electronic prescription and binding a payment account by the social network user, the electronic prescription circulation platform sends an electronic prescription to-be-paid reminder to the social network user through the social network account of the hospital entity, and the social network prompts according to the received electronic prescription to-be-paid reminder, such as the name of a patient, the hospital for patient, the time of patient visit, and a drug list.
In some embodiments, in response to receiving the electronic prescription and the social network user not binding the payment account, the electronic prescription flow platform sends a binding payment account prompt to the social network user through the social network account of the hospital entity, and if the user sends a binding request through a social network client device, the electronic prescription flow platform will respond to the binding request from the social network user, complete a binding operation in a social network, and send an electronic prescription to-be-paid prompt to the social network user.
In operation 104, the electronic prescription flow platform determines a medicine selling entity that matches the electronic prescription and is selected by the social network user.
In some embodiments, the electronic prescription circulation platform maintains a medicine catalog, records the medicine inventory condition of the accessed medicine selling entities, and matches the medicine inventory status of different medicine selling entities included in the medicine catalog with the medicines included in the electronic prescription; the method comprises the steps that medicine selling entities with corresponding stocks of medicines included in the electronic prescription are determined, information (such as names and stock conditions of the medicine selling entities) of the determined medicine selling entities is used for being carried in an electronic prescription payment waiting reminder to be sent to a user, when the electronic prescription payment waiting reminder is triggered by the user, the social network client side equipment responds to the electronic prescription payment waiting reminder to be triggered, the medicine selling entities with the corresponding stocks of the medicines included in the electronic prescription are displayed, and the user can select which medicine purchasing entity to purchase the medicines when receiving the electronic prescription payment waiting reminder; the social network client equipment responds to the social network user to trigger the received electronic prescription payment reminding and selects the operation of the medicine selling entity, determines the medicine selling entity selected by the user and synchronizes to the electronic prescription circulation platform, so that the electronic prescription circulation platform can determine the medicine selling entity selected by the social network user in the medicine selling entities with corresponding inventory.
As an example, the drug selling entity includes at least one of the following types: a drug selling entity within the hospital entity; a third party drug selling entity separate from the hospital entity; paying online and distributing to an online medicine selling entity of the social network user; the types and the number of the hospital entities accessed by the hospital entities are not limited and are determined according to actual business requirements.
In operation 105, the electronic prescription circulation platform calls a payment interface to complete a payment operation for the electronic prescription to the medicine selling entity, and sends a payment status of the electronic prescription to the social network user.
In some embodiments, a user receives an electronic prescription to-be-paid reminder through a social network client device, and selects an internal medicine selling entity of a hospital entity to purchase a medicine, the social network client device requests a payment interface of the internal medicine selling entity from an electronic prescription circulation platform to initiate a payment operation corresponding to the electronic prescription to the medicine selling entity so as to pay medicine fee, the electronic prescription circulation platform responds to the medicine selling entity selected by the user as the internal medicine selling entity of the hospital entity, calls the payment interface of the internal medicine selling entity, and pays the medicine fee to the internal medicine selling entity according to a payment mode selected by the social network user; synchronizing the payment state of the electronic prescription with the internal medicine selling entity and sending the payment state of the electronic prescription to the user, such as whether the payment is successful, the payment amount and the like; and after the payment is successful, the electronic prescription circulation platform sends a graphic code of the electronic prescription to the social network user, wherein the graphic code is used as a certificate for taking medicine from a third-party medicine selling entity.
For the electronic prescription circulation platform and the internal medicine selling entity to synchronize the payment state of the electronic prescription, the electronic prescription circulation platform sends the electronic prescription to an auditing interface of the internal medicine selling entity, and a medicine supply pharmacist interface audits whether the electronic prescription meets the medicine rules, such as whether the electronic prescription is forbidden medicine or not, whether the electronic prescription is suitable for the illness state of a user or not; if the audit interface confirms that the electronic prescription meets the medicament rule, delivering the medicament to the user, synchronizing the electronic prescription to the electronic prescription circulation platform that the electronic prescription meets the medicament rule, and delivering the medicament to the user; when the audit interface determines that the electronic prescription complies with the medicament rules and the internal medicine selling entity delivers the prescription medicine to the social network user, in response, the electronic prescription flow platform will synchronize the status of the medicine that has been delivered with the internal medicine selling entity.
In some embodiments, the user receives the electronic prescription to-be-paid reminder via a social network client device and selects a third party drug-selling entity independent of the hospital entity to purchase the drug, e.g., to a hospital-specified pharmacy to purchase the drug;
the electronic prescription circulation platform responds to that the medicine selling entity selected by the user is a third-party medicine selling entity independent of the hospital entity, sends a graphic code of the electronic prescription to the social network user, for example, the graphic code is in a two-dimensional code or bar code form, the user presents the graphic code to the third-party medicine selling entity, the third-party medicine selling entity scans to form an authorization token, the authorization token serves as a certificate to obtain the electronic prescription of the user from the electronic prescription circulation platform, and a verification request carrying the authorization token is sent to the electronic prescription circulation platform;
the electronic prescription circulation platform responds to a verification request which is initiated by the third-party medicine selling entity and carries the authorization token, verifies according to the electronic prescription, responds to the successful verification according to the electronic prescription, calls a payment interface corresponding to a payment mode selected by the social network user, such as at least one of a medical insurance payment (including various payment modes based on medical insurance account numbers, such as medical insurance card payment, medical insurance account numbers, password payment and the like) interface and a self-payment interface, pays medicine fees to the third-party medicine selling entity, and synchronizes the payment state of the electronic prescription to the third-party medicine selling entity after the payment is successful.
As an example in response to verifying according to the electronic prescription, an electronic prescription circulation platform calculates a validity period of the electronic prescription according to a prescription time of the electronic prescription and compares the validity period with a medicine purchase time of the social network user; responsive to the time to purchase medication not exceeding the expiration date, determining a validity status of the electronic prescription; in addition, the electronic prescription circulation platform can also determine the invalid state of the electronic prescription in response to the medicine purchasing time exceeding the validity period; synchronizing an invalid state of the electronic prescription to the social network user.
As an example in response to verifying according to the electronic prescription, the electronic prescription circulation platform verifies whether a third party medicine selling entity has medical qualifications (pharmacist/physician qualifications), sends the electronic prescription to an auditing interface of the third party medicine selling entity for auditing in response to the third party medicine selling entity having medical qualifications, confirms the electronic prescription to the electronic prescription circulation platform if the auditing interface confirms that the electronic prescription conforms to a medicine rule, and confirms the electronic prescription to conform to a medicine rule in response to the auditing interface, and determines a valid state of the electronic prescription;
further, the electronic prescription flow platform determines an invalid status of the electronic prescription in response to the audit interface confirming that the electronic prescription violates a medication rule; synchronizing an invalid state of the electronic prescription to the social network user.
In some embodiments, a user receives an electronic prescription to be paid reminder through a social network client device and selects an online medicine selling entity to purchase a medicine; responding to the fact that the medicine selling entity selected by the social network user is an online medicine selling entity, the electronic prescription circulation platform selects a sub-entity with unsaturated delivery capacity according to the delivery capacity of each sub-entity included by the online medicine selling entity included by the medicine catalog, such as a delivery store, a delivery warehouse and other units with unsaturated delivery capacity in the online medicine selling entity; sending the delivery time of the prescribed drug to the social network user according to the delivery capability of the selected sub-entity, such as the time of starting delivery, displaying the expected delivery time according to whether the user needs to be delivered in the same city; and calling a payment interface corresponding to the payment mode of the social network user, and paying the medicine cost to the selected sub-entity.
For the electronic prescription circulation platform and the online medicine selling entity to synchronize the delivery state of the electronic prescription, the electronic prescription circulation platform sends the electronic prescription to an auditing interface of the selected sporocarp for the auditing interface to audit whether the electronic prescription accords with the medicine rule in response to the success of paying the medicine fee to the selected sporocarp of the user;
the electronic prescription circulation platform responds to the audit interface to confirm that the electronic prescription meets the medicament rule, and issues a distribution task of the electronic prescription to the selected sporocarp; synchronizing the logistics state of the electronic prescription with the selected sub-entity and sending the logistics state to the social network user; in addition, the electronic prescription circulation platform can be used for responding to real-time inquiry of the logistics state of the user through the social network client equipment according to the logistics state of the synchronous prescription medicine;
as an exception, the electronic prescription circulation platform may further send an invalid status of the electronic prescription to the social network user in response to the audit interface confirming that the electronic prescription violates a medication rule, and initiate a refund operation of the electronic prescription to the social network user.
As an example, the electronic prescription circulation platform may further reserve a drug inventory corresponding to the electronic prescription to the selected sub-entity in response to the sub-entity whose delivery capacity is not in a saturation state, and since the inventory state of the online medicine selling entity changes faster, by reserving the drug inventory of the drugs included in the electronic prescription by the selected sub-entity, it can be ensured that the prescription drugs occupy the inventory by other later-generated electronic prescriptions due to network delay and the like, and once the electronic prescription circulation platform issues the delivery task of the electronic prescription to the selected sub-entity, the reserved drugs in the inventory will be delivered immediately.
In operation 106, the electronic prescription circulation platform synchronizes the delivery status of the electronic prescription with the medicine selling entity, and sends the delivery status of the electronic prescription to the social network user.
In some embodiments, subsequent to an example in which the user-selected medicine-selling entity is an internal medicine-selling entity of the hospital entity, the electronic prescription flow platform synchronizes a delivery status of the electronic prescription with the internal medicine-selling entity in response to an active status of the electronic prescription and a delivery of the internal medicine-selling entity to the social network user of the prescription medicine: the medication is delivered to the social network user; and the electronic prescription circulation platform supports a user to inquire whether the medicine is delivered through the social network client equipment according to the synchronous state.
In some embodiments, following an example in which the user-selected medicine selling entity is a third-party medicine selling entity, the electronic prescription flow platform synchronizes, with the third-party medicine selling entity, a delivery status of the electronic prescription in response to the availability status of the electronic prescription and the delivery of the third-party medicine selling entity to the social network user, by: the medication is delivered to the social network user; therefore, the electronic prescription circulation platform supports the user to inquire whether the medicine is delivered through the social network client equipment according to the synchronous state.
In some embodiments, following the example where the user-selected medicine selling entity is an online medicine selling entity, the electronic prescription flow platform synchronizes the logistics state of the prescription medicine with the online medicine selling entity, such as the current logistics link of the prescription medicine, the predicted delivery time and the like, in response to the effective state of the electronic prescription and the delivery of the third-party medicine selling entity to the social network user.
As can be seen from the above embodiments, the electronic prescription distribution platform has a function of sending the change of the relevant state of the electronic prescription to the user, for example, a notification of whether the electronic prescription is approved or not, a notification of electronic prescription payment, a notification of medicine delivery, and the like; in addition, the user is provided with a query function of the electronic prescription, for example, the electronic prescription is queried through a social network client, a webpage and the like, and the query function comprises a list of queried prescriptions, prescription details (such as a doctor, a diagnostician and a time of the doctor), a delivery state and the like; certainly, the electronic prescription circulation platform can call an authentication security function of the social network to verify the legality of the user, so that unauthorized access to the electronic prescription is avoided, and the information security of the prescription is ensured.
In the following, taking an example that the electronic prescription circulation platform provided by the embodiment of the present invention is implemented as a wechat electronic prescription circulation platform depending on a wechat social network, it is described that the wechat electronic prescription circulation platform implements a prescription circulation service based on a hospital wechat public number.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of related technologies providing a hospital information system and a pharmacy system in a hospital to one binding and providing a diagnosis and treatment service for a patient, the hospital information system and the pharmacy management system in each hospital are in one-to-one docking, so that the hospital information system provides an electronic prescription, and the pharmacy system provides a function of taking medicines by the electronic prescription, and the one-to-one binding service mode limits that the electronic prescription can only be circulated in the hospital, and cannot meet the requirements of breaking a mechanism of supplementing medicines, adhering to the linkage of medical treatment, medical insurance and medicine, comprehensively promoting the elimination of medicine addition, adjusting the price of medical services, encouraging the prescription of purchasing medicines in a retail pharmacy, promoting the new delivery modes of 'internet + medicine circulation' promotion 'network ordering shop' for taking 'and' network ordering shop 'for delivering' and the like.
Therefore, the hospital can realize the modes of in-hospital payment and in-hospital pharmacy medicine taking through the hospital information and the pharmacy system, the medicine purchasing mode provided for the user is single, and the user cannot provide efficient treatment service for the user when needing to purchase medicines outside the hospital.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, which are schematic diagrams illustrating an alternative way that a WeChat electronic prescription transfer platform provided by an embodiment of the present invention interfaces with a hospital entity and various medicine selling entities, the WeChat electronic prescription transfer platform performs prescription transfer among a hospital, a pharmacy/out-of-hospital pharmacy/pharmacy, and a user, the hospital can perform intelligent upgrade, and the hospital can provide an implementation scheme of multiple medicine purchasing modes through the WeChat electronic prescription transfer platform by interfacing with the WeChat electronic prescription transfer platform. An N: N (N is an integer larger than 2) mode is realized through a WeChat electronic prescription circulation platform: the WeChat electronic prescription transfer platform can simultaneously support the butt joint of N hospitals and N medicine purchasing modes, and the N medicine purchasing modes are correspondingly provided by N medicine enterprises (namely medicine selling entities), so that the butt joint of the N medicine purchasing modes is equivalent to the butt joint of the N medicine selling entities, including in-hospital pharmacies, out-of-hospital pharmacies and online distribution pharmacies (also called online pharmacy); that is, the user can purchase a medicine not only in a pharmacy in a hospital but also in a pharmacy outside the hospital and on-line by means of the electronic prescription.
The following describes a flow-through process of the electronic prescription when selecting a purchase of a medicine to the out-of-hospital pharmacy in the electronic prescription payment-waiting reminder.
Referring to fig. 8, which is an optional flow diagram illustrating a WeChat electronic prescription circulation platform for circulating electronic prescriptions among a user, a hospital entity, and a drug store (including an out-of-hospital drug store) entity according to an embodiment of the present invention, after the user performs real-name authentication on the WeChat electronic platform through WeChat (i.e., a WeChat client), the user may access a public number of a hospital through WeChat to initiate a medical service, the doctor prescribes an electronic prescription, the electronic prescription is synchronized to the WeChat electronic prescription circulation platform, the electronic prescription prescribed by the hospital entity is circulated to the WeChat electronic prescription circulation platform, the WeChat electronic prescription circulation platform determines a medicine purchasing method that the user can use through a medicine catalog determination and matching (for example, from an inventory status of the medicine, a case of a medicine enterprise accessed by the hospital entity), and the WeChat electronic prescription circulation platform sends an electronic prescription to-be-paid reminder to the user through the public number of the hospital, where the medicine purchasing method is carried.
The user can be through clicking the details that electronic prescription waited to pay and reminded, can select to use in a plurality of prescription modes of buying, has the nimble characteristics of service pattern, through the selection that provides a plurality of pharmacy to the user, the user can select to buy the medicine/get it filled in hospital's drugstore, also can select the pharmacy of leaving hospital to buy the medicine, can also select the online service of paying (self-service charge/medical insurance) medicine expense and delivering to the house, the prescription mode that the user can select carries out the custom show according to the condition of the medicine selling entity that hospital actually accessed.

Claims (28)

1. An electronic prescription flow method, comprising:
receiving an electronic prescription through a social network account of a hospital entity in response to a visit service initiated by a social network user to the hospital entity;
sending an electronic prescription to-be-paid reminder to the social network user;
matching the drug inventory states of different drug selling entities included in the drug catalog with the drugs included in the electronic prescription;
determining a medicine selling entity corresponding to medicines included in the electronic prescription and having corresponding stock, wherein the information of the determined medicine selling entity is used for being carried in a reminder to be paid of the electronic prescription;
in response to the electronic prescription payment reminder being triggered by the social network user, determining a selected one of the social network users among the medicine selling entities having a corresponding inventory;
wherein the drug selling entity comprises at least one of the following types: a drug selling entity within the hospital entity; a third party drug selling entity separate from the hospital entity; paying online and distributing to an online medicine selling entity of the social network user;
calling a payment interface to complete payment operation of the electronic prescription to the medicine selling entity, and sending the payment state of the electronic prescription to the social network user;
synchronizing the delivery status of the electronic prescription with the medicine selling entity and sending the delivery status of the electronic prescription to the social network user.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein sending an electronic prescription to be paid reminder to the social network user comprises:
and in response to receiving the electronic prescription and binding the payment account number by the social network user, sending an electronic prescription to-be-paid reminder to the social network user through the social network account number of the hospital entity.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein sending an electronic prescription to be paid reminder to the social network user comprises:
in response to receiving the electronic prescription and the social network user not binding a payment account, sending a binding payment account prompt to the social network user through a social network account of the hospital entity;
and responding to a binding request from the social network user, completing binding operation in the social network, and sending an electronic prescription to-be-paid reminder to the social network user.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein invoking the payment interface to complete the payment operation for the electronic prescription to the drug selling entity comprises:
responding to the selected medicine selling entity as an internal medicine selling entity of the hospital entity, calling a payment interface of the internal medicine selling entity, and paying medicine cost to the internal medicine selling entity according to a payment mode selected by the social network user;
synchronizing a payment status of the electronic prescription with the internal medicine selling entity;
and sending a graphic code of the electronic prescription to the social network user, wherein the graphic code is used as a medicine taking voucher.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein said synchronizing the payment status of the electronic prescription with the internal medicine selling entity comprises:
sending the electronic prescription to an audit interface of the internal medicine selling entity;
in response to the audit interface determining that the electronic prescription complies with the medicament rules, and in response to the internal medicine selling entity delivering the prescription medicine to the social network user, synchronizing with the internal medicine selling entity a status that the medicine has been delivered.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein invoking the payment interface to complete the payment operation for the electronic prescription to the drug selling entity comprises:
in response to the selected medicine selling entity being a third-party medicine selling entity independent of the hospital entity, sending a graphic code of the electronic prescription to the social network user, wherein the graphic code is used for the third-party medicine selling entity to scan to form an authorization token, and the authorization token is used as a certificate for processing the electronic prescription;
responding to a verification request which is initiated by the third-party medicine selling entity and carries the authorization token, and verifying according to the electronic prescription;
responding to the electronic prescription verification success, calling a payment interface corresponding to the payment mode selected by the social network user, and paying the drug fee to the third-party drug selling entity;
synchronizing a payment status of the electronic prescription to the third party medicament selling entity.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the responding to a successful verification according to the electronic prescription comprises:
calculating the validity period of the electronic prescription according to the issuing time of the electronic prescription, and comparing the validity period with the medicine purchasing time of the social network user;
responsive to the time to purchase medication not exceeding the expiration date, determining a validity status of the electronic prescription.
8. The method of claim 7, further comprising:
and determining the invalid state of the electronic prescription in response to the medicine purchasing time exceeding the validity period, and synchronizing the invalid state of the electronic prescription to the social network user.
9. The method of claim 6, wherein the responding to a successful verification according to the electronic prescription comprises:
in response to the third party drug selling entity having medical qualifications, sending the electronic prescription to an audit interface of the third party drug selling entity;
responsive to the audit interface confirming that the electronic prescription complies with medication rules, determining a valid status of the electronic prescription.
10. The method of claim 9, further comprising:
responsive to the audit interface confirming that the electronic prescription violates a medication rule, determining an invalid status of the electronic prescription, synchronizing the invalid status of the electronic prescription to the social network user.
11. The method of claim 1, wherein synchronizing the delivery status of the electronic prescription with the drug selling entity comprises:
synchronizing a delivery status of the electronic prescription with the third party drug-selling entity in response to the availability status of the electronic prescription and in response to the delivery of the third party drug-selling entity to the social network user of the prescription drug, the delivery status being that the drug has been delivered to the social network user.
12. The method of claim 1, wherein invoking the payment interface to complete the payment operation for the electronic prescription to the drug selling entity comprises:
responding to the fact that the medicine selling entity selected by the social network user is an online medicine selling entity, and selecting the sub-entities with the distribution capacities not in a saturated state according to the distribution capacities of the sub-entities of the online medicine selling entity included in the medicine catalog;
sending a delivery time for the prescribed drug to the social network user based on the delivery capability of the selected sub-entity;
and calling a payment interface corresponding to the payment mode of the social network user, and paying the medicine cost to the selected sub-entity.
13. The method of claim 4, 6 or 12,
the payment mode comprises at least one of the following modes:
paying for self-fee and paying for medical insurance.
14. The method of claim 1, wherein said synchronizing the delivery status of the electronic prescription with the medication selling entity comprises:
in response to a successful payment of the drug cost to the selected sub-entity, sending the electronic prescription to an audit interface of the selected sub-entity;
in response to the audit interface confirming that the electronic prescription complies with the pharmaceutical rules, tasking delivery of the electronic prescription to the selected sub-entity;
and synchronizing the logistics state of the prescription medicine with the selected sub-entity and sending the logistics state to the social network user.
15. The method of claim 12, further comprising:
in response to a selected sub-entity whose delivery capacity is not saturated, reserving an inventory of drugs corresponding to the electronic prescription to the selected sub-entity for delivery upon assignment of a delivery task for the electronic prescription to the selected sub-entity.
16. The method of claim 14, further comprising:
in response to the audit interface confirming that the electronic prescription violates a medication rule, sending an invalid status of the electronic prescription to the social network user, and initiating a refund operation of the electronic prescription to the social network user.
17. An electronic prescription circulation device, comprising:
the prescription module is used for responding to a diagnosis service initiated by a social network user to a hospital entity and receiving an electronic prescription through a social network account of the hospital entity;
the prescription module is also used for sending an electronic prescription to-be-paid reminder to the social network user;
the prescription module is also used for matching the drug inventory states of different drug selling entities included in the drug catalog with the drugs included in the electronic prescription; determining a medicine selling entity corresponding to medicines included in the electronic prescription and having corresponding inventory, wherein the information of the determined medicine selling entity is used for being carried in the reminder to be paid of the electronic prescription; in response to the electronic prescription payment reminder being triggered by the social network user, determining a medicine selling entity selected by the social network user among medicine selling entities having a corresponding inventory, wherein the medicine selling entity comprises at least one of the following types: a drug selling entity within the hospital entity; a third party drug selling entity separate from the hospital entity; paying online and distributing to an online medicine selling entity of the social network user;
the payment module is used for calling a payment interface to finish payment operation on the electronic prescription to the medicine selling entity and sending the payment state of the electronic prescription to the social network user;
and the delivery module is also used for synchronizing the delivery state of the electronic prescription with the medicine selling entity and sending the delivery state of the electronic prescription to the social network user.
18. An electronic prescription circulation device, comprising:
a memory for storing executable instructions;
a processor for implementing the electronic prescription flow method of any one of claims 1 to 16 when executing executable instructions stored in the memory.
19. A storage medium storing an executable program for causing a processor to execute the executable program to implement the electronic prescription flow method according to any one of claims 1 to 16.
20. An electronic prescription flow method, comprising:
visiting a social network account of the hospital entity, and initiating a diagnosis service through the social network account of the hospital entity;
receiving an electronic prescription to-be-paid reminder sent by a social network account of the hospital entity in response to an electronic prescription generated by the hospital entity;
according to the electronic prescription payment waiting reminding, responding to the triggering of the electronic prescription payment waiting reminding, and displaying a medicine selling entity corresponding to medicines included in the electronic prescription and having corresponding stock; determining a medicine selling entity selected by a social network user in the displayed medicine selling entities;
wherein the drug selling entity comprises at least one of the following types: the medicine selling entity in the hospital entity is independent of a third party medicine selling entity of the hospital entity, and the medicine selling entity pays online and distributes the paid online to the online medicine selling entity of the social network user;
initiating a payment operation corresponding to the electronic prescription to the medicine selling entity through a payment interface, and receiving the payment state of the electronic prescription;
receiving a delivery status of the electronic prescription in response to synchronizing the delivery status of the electronic prescription to the medication selling entity.
21. The method of claim 20, wherein receiving the electronic prescription to-be-paid reminder sent by the social networking account of the hospital entity comprises:
and responding to the social network user binding payment account, and receiving an electronic prescription to-be-paid reminder sent by the social network account of the hospital entity.
22. The method of claim 20, wherein receiving the electronic prescription to-be-paid reminder sent by the social networking account of the hospital entity comprises:
responding to prompts of the social network user not binding the payment account and binding the payment account, and sending a binding request to a social network;
and receiving an electronic prescription to-be-paid reminder sent by the social network account of the hospital entity in response to the completion of the binding operation in the social network.
23. The method of claim 20, wherein said initiating a payment operation for the electronic prescription to the drug selling entity comprises:
responding to the selected medicine selling entity as an internal medicine selling entity of the hospital entity, calling a payment interface of the internal medicine selling entity through an electronic prescription circulation platform, and paying the medicine cost to the internal medicine selling entity according to the payment mode of the social network user;
synchronizing a payment state of the electronic prescription with the internal medicine selling entity through the electronic prescription circulation platform;
and receiving the electronic prescription sent by the electronic prescription circulation platform and using the electronic prescription as a evidence for taking medicine.
24. The method of claim 20, wherein initiating a payment operation for the electronic prescription to the medicine selling entity comprises:
in response to the selected medicine selling entity being a third-party medicine selling entity independent of the hospital entity, receiving the graphic code of the electronic prescription sent by the electronic prescription circulation platform for the third-party medicine selling entity to scan to form an authorization token, wherein the authorization token is used as a certificate for processing the electronic prescription;
responding to the electronic prescription circulation platform to verify successfully according to the electronic prescription, calling a payment interface corresponding to the payment mode of the social network user through the electronic prescription circulation platform, and paying the drug expense to the third-party drug selling entity;
and synchronizing the successful payment operation of the electronic prescription to the third-party medicine selling entity through the electronic prescription forwarding platform.
25. The method of claim 20, wherein said initiating a payment operation for the electronic prescription to the drug selling entity comprises:
responding to the selected medicine selling entity as an online medicine selling entity and the selected sporocarp of the electronic prescription circulation platform as a distribution capacity not in a saturated state, and receiving medicine distribution time sent by the electronic prescription circulation platform;
and calling a payment interface corresponding to the payment mode of the social network user through the electronic prescription circulation platform, and paying the medicine cost to the selected sporocarp.

the message module is further configured to receive a delivery status of the electronic prescription in response to synchronizing the delivery status of the electronic prescription to the medication selling entity.
