further comprises:
the reservation resource management module is used for receiving and managing the equipment registering condition of each execution department through the client, forming and maintaining a real-time equipment scheduling table and timely reflecting the state of the real-time equipment; the equipment scheduling table at least comprises: executing departments, checking and checking equipment, checking and checking items, checking and checking duration, working time periods and equipment states;
the inspection project management module is used for maintaining an inspection project description table through a client, and the inspection project description table at least comprises: checking and checking the project, the priority, the constraint period and the project duration;
the queuing management module obtains the queuing information of the examination items of the patient to be reserved and queued after inquiring and judging by taking the reservation record, the equipment scheduling table and the examination item description table as basic data;
the queuing management module queues examination items of the patient to be reserved and queued by the client according to the following steps:
(1) The list of inspection items to be queued for inspection is prioritized: sorting the patient examination items according to the priority of the examination item description table to form a patient examination item list to be queued;
(2) Presetting checking and checking time: traversing the ordered patient examination item list, inquiring the queued examination item reservation records through the associated equipment scheduling table for each examination item, finding out the examination equipment which is available at the latest time and meets the item constraint period conditions according to the time priority principle according to the equipment occupation period in the reservation records as the examination equipment of the current patient examination item reservation records, and taking the latest available time as the examination time of the current patient examination item reservation records;
(3) Correcting the checking and checking time according to the project duration: after traversing the checking project list and obtaining the checking time of all checking projects, further adjusting the checking time according to the project duration so as to realize that the time interval among a plurality of checking projects meets the requirement of the project duration; judging the checking and checking time of more than two reserved checking and checking items in the step (2), judging whether the checking and checking time meets the relation of the item duration, if not, correcting according to the item duration, and continuing to repeat the step (2) until the item duration is met.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein after the queuing management module completes the reservation, forming an inspection equipment occupation period according to the inspection time length of the equipment schedule, and storing the inspection equipment occupation period in the reservation record; the appointment record of the examination items of the patient is sequenced according to the examination time and then sent to the client.
3. The system of claim 1, further comprising a department distance management module for maintaining a department distance description table through a client, the department distance description table comprising at least: starting department, target department and distance; the distance is described by time, namely the time required for walking from the initial department to the target department; in queuing the examination test items of the patient to be scheduled for queuing at the client, in step (3), the item duration needs to be added with the distance between the execution departments of two different examination test items.
4. The centralized automatic reservation method for clinical examination and inspection of a hospital performs centralized queuing management through a reservation queuing server, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the reservation queuing server receives the reservation queuing check examination item information of a patient requested by a client;
the reservation queuing server queues one or more examination test items queued according to a patient's request transmitted by a client;
the reservation queuing server reserves and stores the reserved record of the checking and checking item after queuing in a database of the reservation queuing server; the reservation queuing server transmits the queued check project reservation record to the client at one time;
the check-up project reservation record includes at least: patient information, examination items, examination time, executive departments, examination equipment;
further comprises:
the reservation queuing server receives and manages the equipment registering conditions of each execution department through the client, forms and maintains a real-time equipment scheduling table and timely reflects the state of the real-time equipment; the equipment scheduling table at least comprises: executing departments, checking and checking equipment, checking and checking items, checking and checking duration, working time periods and equipment states;
the reservation queuing server maintains a check-up project description table through a client, the check-up project description table at least comprising: checking and checking the project, the priority, the constraint period and the project duration;
the queuing management module obtains the queuing information of the examination items of the patient to be reserved and queued after inquiring and judging by taking the reservation record, the equipment scheduling table and the examination item description table as basic data;
the reservation queuing server queues examination items of the patient to be reserved and queued by the client according to the following steps:
(1) The list of inspection items to be queued for inspection is prioritized: sorting the patient examination items according to the priority of the examination item description table to form a patient examination item list to be queued;
(2) Presetting checking and checking time: traversing the ordered patient examination item list, inquiring the queued examination item reservation records through the associated equipment scheduling table for each examination item, finding out the examination equipment which is available at the latest time and meets the item constraint period conditions according to the time priority principle according to the equipment occupation period in the reservation records as the examination equipment of the current patient examination item reservation records, and taking the latest available time as the examination time of the current patient examination item reservation records;
(3) Correcting the checking and checking time according to the project duration: after traversing the checking project list and obtaining the checking time of all checking projects, further adjusting the checking time according to the project duration so as to realize that the time interval among a plurality of checking projects meets the requirement of the project duration; judging the checking and checking time of more than two reserved checking and checking items in the step (2), judging whether the checking and checking time meets the relation of the item duration, if not, correcting according to the item duration, and continuing to repeat the step (2) until the item duration is met.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein after the reservation queuing server completes the reservation, forming a check-up device occupation period according to a check-up duration of the device schedule, and storing the check-up device occupation period in a reservation record; the patient examination item reservation records are ordered according to examination time and then sent to the client.
6. The method of claim 4, wherein the reservation queuing server maintains a department distance description table through a client, the department distance description table comprising at least: starting department, target department and distance; the distance is described by time, namely the time required for walking from the initial department to the target department; in queuing the examination test items of the patient to be scheduled for queuing at the client, in step (3), the item duration needs to be added with the distance between the execution departments of two different examination test items.
