The application form receiving module 404: the hospital information system monitoring system is used for receiving a medical examination request form issued by the hospital information system, monitoring and reading medical examination advice data transmitted by the hospital information system in real time through the localization service, receiving the request form and storing the request form into an examination reservation application pool.
The reservation service module 405: the method comprises the steps of checking item merging calculation, reservation resource matching calculation, reservation ordering confirmation and reservation service API which apply for reservation; the examination project merging calculation is to calculate whether the examination projects applied by the patient can be merged and examined based on preset project examination merging rules, the examination projects which can be merged and examined generate a group of reservation application queues, the examination projects which cannot be merged respectively generate reservation application queues, the reservation application queues obtained by merging calculation are matched with corresponding optimal resources, and finally the examination project reservation ordering of the patient application is completed.
The appointment scheduler output module 406: and the system is used for outputting the generated appointment scheduling to a hospital information system, grouping and sorting all generated appointment scheduling records according to resource scheduling types and outputting the appointment scheduling records when the appointment scheduling information is output, and a triage basis is laid for the links before examination.

Claims (10)

1. An intelligent check reservation method based on a rule algorithm is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring a hospital information system patient effective medical technical examination application form;
classifying medical advice items in the received patient examination request form in groups according to reservation service paths, and classifying the items in the patient examination request form according to examination item open reservation service path labels and generating an item reservation service path queue;
merging, checking and calculating items in the generated patient appointment service path according to a preset strategy and a checking item merging rule, and generating an appointment application queue for a merging and checking calculation result label;
matching the generated patient appointment application queue with corresponding optimal resources according to a preset strategy and a project resource matching rule;
and finishing the appointment ordering according to the optimal resource matched and recommended for the patient appointment application queue and outputting an appointment scheduling queue to a hospital information system according to resource scheduling.
2. The intelligent checking reservation method based on rule algorithm according to claim 1, characterized in that: distributing items in the patient examination request form into two groups of queues of an automatic reservation service path and a non-automatic reservation service path according to the item reservation service path label;
items according with the automatic reservation service path automatically enter the order distribution processing link at the payment completion node, and items of the non-automatic reservation service path are actively triggered by medical staff or patients to enter the order distribution processing link.

The intelligent checking reservation method based on rule algorithm according to claim 1, characterized in that: extracting item inspection types and position data, cleaning and converting the item inspection types and the position data, and establishing connection with a basic dictionary library to form data of a unified standard which can be recognized by a system;
grouping items in the reserved service path according to the examination type to generate a patient item examination type queue;
checking the specificity of the inspection items in each group of queues according to a preset strategy and an item merging rule, wherein if the inspection items have specificity, the labels are generated and a reservation application queue is generated, and if the inspection items do not have specificity, the corresponding relation between the items and an inspection room/equipment is checked;
checking the corresponding relation between the non-specific items in each group of queues and the inspection rooms/equipment according to a preset strategy and an item merging rule, wherein if each group of queues cannot correspond to the inspection items made on the same inspection room/equipment, a label is generated for the queues and reservation application queues are generated, and if each group of queues corresponds to the inspection items made on the same inspection room/equipment, the item inspection parts are checked;
checking the item checking parts corresponding to the same checking room/equipment in each group of queues according to a preset strategy and a merging rule, wherein the items of the same checking part in each group of queues are labeled and generate a reservation application queue, and the checking items of the non-same checking part in each group of queues are checked in the checking type group;
checking the inspection item groups of non-identical inspection parts in each group of queues according to a preset strategy and an item merging rule, wherein if the inspection items in each group of queues conform to the high-level group, each item label is generated one by one to generate a reservation application queue, and if the inspection items in each group of queues conform to the common group, the inspection items in each group of queues are selected and merged or the reservation application queue is generated.

The intelligent checking reservation method based on rule algorithm according to claim 1, characterized in that: according to a preset strategy and a project resource matching rule, completing resource matching execution sequencing of a patient reservation application queue, and sequentially executing resource matching on a reservation application queue, wherein if all items of the reservation application queue of the patient have no inspection sequence requirement, queuing is performed according to the sequence of the generation time of the reservation application queue, and if the items in the reservation application queue of the patient have inspection sequencing requirements, the items are firstly sequenced according to the combination of the item inspection sequence and the generation time of the reservation application queue;
searching resource scheduling according to the examination type of the items in each group of reservation application queues, examination rooms/equipment corresponding to the items, examination time periods, application time and patient sources;
according to a preset strategy and a project resource matching rule, verifying time conflicts among patient examination projects, and filtering out conflicting scheduling resources in the retrieved scheduling set;
and acquiring the retrieved scheduling resource set, and matching the scheduling resource with the optimal time for the reservation application queue.
5. An intelligent check reservation method based on rule algorithm according to claim 1 or 4, characterized in that: automatically finishing ordering according to the optimal resource matched by the system by the reservation application queue in the automatic reservation service path;
recommending the reservation application queue in the non-automatic reservation service path to medical personnel or patients for confirmation according to the optimal resource matched by the system, if the reservation application queue agrees, determining to finish ordering by the medical personnel or the patients, if the reservation application queue disagrees, inputting a specified check time condition by the medical personnel or the patients, and re-matching scheduling resources under the condition of adding the specified resources according to a preset strategy and a project resource matching rule;
and the generated reservation scheduling records are grouped and sequenced according to the resource scheduling type and the reservation number sequence, and output to a reservation scheduling queue according to the resource scheduling to a hospital information system, so that a triage basis is laid for the next treatment link.
6. An intelligent check reservation system based on rule algorithm is characterized in that: the intelligent examination reservation system includes:
basic data dictionary module: the system comprises a database, a database server and a database server, wherein the database server is used for defining dictionary data containing examination items, examination equipment, examination types, examination departments and examination parts and establishing a relational data model among the examination items, the examination equipment, the examination departments and the examination parts;
reservation rule base module: the rule base is used for specifically defining a project merging check and project resource matching corresponding to the check project merging list and the check project resource matching;
the resource scheduling management module: the method is used for scheduling the use of the inspection equipment and managing equipment resources;

the reservation rule base module comprises a preset strategy unit and a rule unit;
the preset strategy unit is used for defining reservation strategy schemes corresponding to various inspection types, each strategy scheme comprises a strategy triggering condition and a specific strategy, and the specific strategy at least comprises one rule or a plurality of rule combinations;
the rule unit is used for defining specific rules including item merging check and item resource matching corresponding to the check item merging list and the check item resource matching;
and the appointment rule base module is used for utilizing a rule engine to match corresponding optimal resources for the patient appointment examination items based on the appointment rule base.
9. The intelligent checking reservation system based on rule algorithm as claimed in claim 6, wherein the resource scheduling management module specifically comprises:
the resource scheduling management module comprises a resource scheduling unit and a basic scheduling unit;
the resource scheduling unit is mainly used for scheduling the use time of the inspection equipment and managing the equipment resources, provides two management modes of number-based management and resource-based management, and can select a proper management mode for the equipment aiming at different inspection services;
the basic scheduling unit provides a resource scheduling basic template, and the resource scheduling work can be quickly finished by directly calling the resource basic scheduling template and setting the scheduling date when the equipment resources are scheduled.
