The HIS system is used as a basic system of a medical structure and needs to be interconnected and intercommunicated with a plurality of external programs and systems, such as self-service equipment, electronic medical records, medical technology systems and the like, and in the process of docking with the medical technology systems, because the interface definition mode and the interface parameter type naming of each medical technology system and the HIS system are different, the HIS system needs to be re-developed or debugged every pair of medical technology systems, and the interface definition mode of each HIS system is different, so that the docking process is complicated, and the docking efficiency and flexibility of the HIS system and the medical technology systems are reduced.
In view of the above problems, embodiments of the present invention provide a medical technology examination method, apparatus, system, and electronic device, which implement docking between an HIS system and each medical technology system through a medical technology interface component, improve docking flexibility and docking efficiency of the HIS system and the medical technology system, and have a good practical value.
To facilitate understanding of the present embodiment, first, a schematic mechanism diagram of a medical skill examination system shown in fig. 1 is referred to, and the medical skill examination system may be used to implement the medical skill examination function according to the embodiment of the present invention. The system comprises electronic equipment 1 provided with an HIS system 11 and medical and technical systems 2; the electronic device 1 is further provided with a medical technology interface component 12 for docking the HIS system 11 with each medical technology system 2, so that docking of the HIS system 11 and the medical technology systems 2 can be achieved through the medical technology interface component 12, and the HIS system does not need to be redeveloped or debugged in the docking process, so that the docking process is simplified, and the docking efficiency and flexibility of the HIS system and the medical technology systems are improved.
The medical technology Systems include, but are not limited to, imaging Systems such as PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication Systems), electrocardiography Systems, ultrasound Systems, radiation Systems, blood glucose Systems, and LIS (Laboratory Information Management Systems), which may be set according to actual situations, and the embodiments of the present invention do not limit the present invention.
In practical application, the electronic device is further configured with a docking relationship corresponding to the HIS system and each medical technology system, and a docking dictionary for docking the HIS system with each medical technology system is configured in the medical technology interface component. Specifically, the medical technology interface component is a simple package for data and methods, that is, data in the interaction process of each medical technology system and the HIS system can be stored persistently through a docking dictionary according to the principle that the transmission contents of the docking interfaces of the HIS system and each medical technology system are completely reserved and the principle that a standard dictionary is shared, wherein the docking dictionary comprises a docking data dictionary and a docking transaction dictionary; the docking data dictionary comprises but is not limited to a department dictionary, a doctor dictionary, a diagnosis and treatment item dictionary and the like, and also comprises other dictionary sets and the like; the docking transaction dictionary includes, but is not limited to, application form information, status information of the application form, report information, video image information, and the like, and may be set according to actual conditions.
The department dictionary mainly comprises department codes, department names, use states (such as valid) and the like, the doctor dictionary mainly comprises doctor codes, doctor names, valid states and the like, the diagnosis and treatment project dictionary mainly comprises medical technical project codes, project names, project data types, project amounts, valid states and the like, and the application form information mainly comprises an application form ID (Identity Document, account number), patient information, diagnosis information, project names, project data types, examination departments, application doctors and application time; patient information includes, but is not limited to, patient ID, patient name, patient gender, and patient age, etc.; the report information mainly includes an application form ID, patient information, diagnosis information, a project name, a project data type, an examination department, a reporting doctor, reporting time, a reporting conclusion, and the like, and the image information mainly includes a report ID, a reporting path, a reporting image, and the like.
Therefore, the docking of the HIS and each medical technology system can be realized through the docking dictionary corresponding to each medical technology system in the medical technology interface assembly, data interaction is carried out, and the medical technology system HIS does not need to be redeveloped or debugged every time, so that the docking flexibility and the docking efficiency of the HIS are improved, and the medical technology interface assembly has a good practical value.
Based on the electronic device, an embodiment of the present invention provides a medical skill examination method, as shown in fig. 2, the method includes the following steps:
step S202, obtaining an examination application form generated for a patient by an HIS system;
specifically, an examination application initial sheet corresponding to the medical and technical business examination type is generated for the patient through the HIS; the medical technical service examination type comprises an outpatient medical technical service examination type or an inpatient medical technical service examination type; and when the payment completion operation of the inspection application initial bill is monitored, taking the inspection application initial bill into effect as an inspection application bill.
In practical application, the HIS system generates an examination application initial sheet corresponding to the medical technical examination type according to the medical procedure selected by the patient, for example, the patient selects an outpatient medical examination, wherein the outpatient medical procedure mainly includes outpatient medical examination setting up, medical technical examination charging, medical technical system operation report, and doctor review medical technical report, and the HIS system generates a first examination application initial sheet corresponding to the medical technical examination type for the patient; or the patient selects hospitalization, the procedures of hospitalization mainly include the establishment of hospitalization application slip medical skill, the confirmation of hospitalization skill cost, the report of medical skill system operation and the review of medical skill report by doctor, etc., namely, the HIS system generates a second examination application initial sheet corresponding to the hospitalization medical technology service examination type for the patient, here, the first examination application initial sheet and the second examination application initial sheet each include an examination application initial sheet ID, patient information, diagnosis information, a project name, a project data type, an examination department, an application doctor, an application time, and the like, and according to the process, after the HIS system generates the examination application initial order, the patient needs to pay according to the examination amount corresponding to the examination application initial order, and after the payment operation is completed, the HIS system takes the examination application initial sheet into effect as an examination application sheet so that the target medical technology system can carry out medical technology examination on the patient according to the examination application sheet.
Step S204, determining a target medical skill system corresponding to the examination application form according to the examination departments and the butt joint relation in the examination application form;
specifically, since the electronic device stores the docking relationship between the HIS system and each medical technology system, the examination request form generated by the HIS system can specify the target medical technology system corresponding to the examination request form, and for example, if the examination request form generated by the doctor for the patient via the HIS system is a request form for performing an ultrasound examination, the target medical technology system can be specified as the ultrasound system from the examination department corresponding to the ultrasound examination and each medical technology system connected to the HIS system.
And step S206, triggering the medical technology interface component to send the examination request form to the target medical technology system based on the docking dictionary corresponding to the target medical technology system, so that the target medical technology system executes the examination request form and returns an execution result.
The docking dictionary comprises a docking data dictionary, the medical technology interface component can rapidly determine a target execution department, a target doctor and target diagnosis and treatment corresponding to the target medical technology system according to the docking data dictionary corresponding to the target medical technology system, and sends the examination request sheet to the target execution department so as to prompt the target doctor to execute the examination request sheet according to the target diagnosis and treatment items. In addition, the docking dictionary further comprises a docking transaction dictionary, and the medical technology interface component further obtains an execution result returned by the target medical technology system according to the docking transaction dictionary corresponding to the target medical technology system; in practical application, most of the common execution results include report information and image information, but some medical technical examinations may only include report information, such as a medical technical examination corresponding to a blood test; it is also possible to obtain only image information, such as medical skill examination corresponding to an electrocardiogram, and the like, and the setting may be specifically performed according to the actual medical skill examination condition, which is not limited to the description in the embodiment of the present invention.
According to the medical skill examination method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the examination request form generated by the HIS for the patient is sent to the target medical skill system through the docking dictionary corresponding to the target medical skill system in the medical skill interface component, so that the target medical skill system executes the examination request form and returns the execution result; therefore, the docking of the HIS system and each medical technology system is realized through the medical technology interface component, and the docking dictionary in the medical technology interface component is adjusted, so that the new medical technology system can be docked by the HIS system, the redevelopment or debugging of the HIS system is avoided, the docking flexibility and the docking efficiency of the HIS system and the medical technology system are improved, and the medical technology interface component has a good practical value.
Preferably, the method further comprises: updating the state information of the examination application form when monitoring the execution operation of the target medical technology system aiming at the examination application form; wherein, the state information of the check application form comprises: a new ticket state, an audited state, an executed state, a cancelled execution state, and a voided state.
Specifically, for the inspection request form generated by the HIS system, the state information of the inspection request form is a new form state at the moment; when the medical technology interface component sends the examination request form to the target medical technology system, the target medical technology system audits the examination request form, for example, whether the information of the patient to be medically examined is consistent with the information of the patient in the examination request form is verified, and after the audit is completed, the state information of the examination request form is in an audited state; and when the target doctor executes the examination application form according to the target diagnosis and treatment item, the medical technology interface component updates the state information of the examination application form according to the execution operation, so that the updated state information of the examination application form is in an executed state and is synchronized to the HIS system, and after the medical technology examination is finished, the state information of the examination application form is updated to a voided state. In addition, in the medical skill examination process, the doctor can also generate an execution cancelling instruction through the HIS system, and the execution cancelling instruction is sent to the target medical skill system through the medical skill interface component so as to prompt the target to cancel the execution of the examination application form; or due to special conditions, such as that the patient does not conform to medical and technical examination conditions on the same day, the target doctor cancels the execution of the examination application form, and the electronic device updates the state information of the examination application form when monitoring the cancel execution operation, so that the updated state information of the examination application form is in a cancel execution state, and the like. Therefore, in the medical technology examination process, the HIS system and the target medical technology system realize the state information synchronization of the examination request form through the medical technology interface component, and the safety and the stability of the medical technology examination are ensured.
In addition, in practical application, in order to realize data interaction between the HIS system and the medical technology system through the medical technology interface component, the medical technology interface component is further configured with a setting interface and a docking interface, and the method further includes: setting communication connection parameters of the medical technology interface component and the HIS system in response to the attribute setting operation of the setting interface; the set interface attribute comprises a union set of interface attributes of all medical and technical systems; responding to the attribute setting operation of the docking interface, and setting communication connection parameters of the medical technology interface component and the corresponding medical technology system; wherein, the attributes of the docking interface comprise the interface attributes of the medical technology system corresponding to the docking interface.
Specifically, for the docking interface where the medical technology interface component is docked with each medical technology system, because the interface attributes of different types of medical technology systems are different, and the interface attributes of the medical technology systems of the same type may also be different due to different manufacturers, the attributes of the corresponding docking interface are set according to the interface attributes of the medical technology systems, and it can be ensured that the medical technology interface component interacts with the medical technology systems through the docking interface.
And for the setting interface between the HIS system and the medical technology interface component, the attribute of the setting interface can be set according to the union set of the interface attributes of all the medical technology systems, so that the medical technology interface component can send the execution result returned by all the medical technology systems to the HIS system through the setting interface, the HIS system does not need to be debugged and developed, and the interaction of all the medical technology system data of the HIS system can be realized through the setting interface. It should be noted that, in practical application, if the interface attributes of the HIS system are different due to different manufacturers, the attribute of the interface between the medical technology interface component and the HIS system is set through the union of the interface attributes of the medical technology systems, and redevelopment or debugging of the HIS system due to different manufacturers during the docking process is avoided, thereby further improving the docking efficiency and flexibility.
Therefore, the medical technology interface assembly is mainly used for realizing the butt joint of the HIS and each medical technology system and carrying out data interaction, compared with the existing independent direct butt joint of the HIS and each medical technology system, the HIS does not need to be re-developed and debugged in the butt joint process, and the butt joint flexibility and efficiency are improved. It should be noted that, the number of the setting interfaces and the number of the docking interfaces may be set according to actual situations, and the embodiment of the present invention does not limit the setting interfaces and the number of the docking interfaces.
Further, the method also includes: establishing communication connection between the medical technology interface component and the HIS system by applying communication connection parameters corresponding to the set interface; and establishing communication connection between the medical technology interface component and the corresponding medical technology system by applying the communication connection parameters corresponding to the docking interface.
Specifically, the medical technology interface component is in communication connection with the HIS system through the set interface and in communication connection with the corresponding medical technology system through the docking interface, and in the communication process, the medical technology interface component performs data interaction with the HIS system and the medical technology system through a standard data format respectively.
Further, the method further comprises: and responding to the docking request of the new medical technology system, and establishing a docking dictionary corresponding to the new medical technology system through the medical technology interface component so that the new medical technology system and the HIS system have a docking relationship.
Specifically, the docking relationship between the HIS and the new medical technology system can be established through the medical technology interface component, the HIS does not need to be debugged, and the influence of each docking on the normal work of the HIS is avoided. For example, the new medical technology system is an electrocardiograph system, and as shown in fig. 3, a docking interface corresponding to the electrocardiograph system is set in the medical technology interface component according to the interface attribute of the electrocardiograph system; and establishing a docking dictionary corresponding to the electrocardiographic system, as shown in fig. 4, selecting an electrocardiogram by clicking operation to determine a specific processing category corresponding to the medical and technical system, and as shown in fig. 5, establishing various dictionary data of the electrocardiographic system, thereby establishing a docking relationship between the HIS system and the electrocardiographic system by the above setting operation.
In the process of setting the docking interface, as shown in fig. 3, the docking address corresponding to the outpatient medical technology service examination type of the HIS system and the electrocardiographic system and the docking address corresponding to the inpatient medical technology service examination type are respectively set according to the difference of the medical technology service examination type, and the docking process of the outpatient medical technology service examination type and the inpatient medical technology service examination type of the medical institution and the docking requirement of the electrocardiographic system, respectively curing and packaging the hospitalization process of the outpatient medical technology service examination type and the docking process of the electrocardiographic system, that is, the docking process of the HIS system and the electrocardiographic system in the outpatient medical technology service examination type and the docking process of the central electrical system and the HIS system in the inpatient medical technology service examination type are established through the docking dictionary in the medical technology interface component, and each process node is embedded into the corresponding process in the HIS system, data required by interaction of the HIS system and the electrocardio system are transmitted by the array or the variable array, so that data interaction of the HIS system and the electrocardio system is realized through the docking dictionary in the medical technology interface assembly, and the patient can be conveniently subjected to the electrocardio-medical technology examination.
In conclusion, the HIS system and the docking processes and the interactive data of each medical technology system are solidified and packaged through the medical technology interface components, the flexible configuration of the docking dictionary is established, the purpose of rapid development and deployment of the HIS system is achieved, the HIS system can be rapidly and flexibly docked with a plurality of medical technology systems, the HIS product can be kept in a unified production version under SAAS simulation, the docking of the HIS system and each medical technology system can be achieved only by flexibly configuring and adjusting the medical technology systems of various types and manufacturers through the docking dictionary, the development or debugging of the HIS system is not needed, the docking flexibility and the docking efficiency are improved, and the HIS system has a good practical value.
On the basis of the method shown in fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention further provides another medical skill examination method, an execution main body is an electronic device configured with an HIS system and a medical skill interface component, the method mainly describes that each medical skill system is also configured with key information, and an interaction process between the medical skill interface component and each medical skill system is as shown in fig. 6, the method includes the following steps:
