Detailed Description
In order that the invention may be readily understood, a more complete description of the invention will be rendered by reference to the appended drawings. The drawings illustrate preferred embodiments of the invention. This invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete.
Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used herein in the description of the invention is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention. The term "and/or" as used herein includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
In the prior art, the medical technology reservation system based on the quantity only solves the waiting problem when the patient reserves and queues, but cannot solve the queuing problem when the patient waits for medical technology examination. For example, the newer medical imaging examination techniques, which can help doctors "see" the imperceptible early lesions, have become a tool for early screening of tumors, heart diseases, and cerebrovascular diseases. However, nuclear magnetic resonance has different durations for different items, some items can be inspected only for 5-10 minutes, and some parts such as heart nuclear magnetic resonance can be inspected only for 60 minutes. Based on the medical technology reservation system, if 10 patients are reserved in a certain day and the shortest condition is met, medical technology examination of 10 patients can be completed in 1 hour; and in the longest case, more than 10 hours are required to complete medical examination of 10 patients. Therefore, the medical technology reservation system based on the quantity is easy to cause the problem of long waiting time of patients when the reserved examination items are more in long-time examination items; in contrast, when a large number of short-time examination items are reserved, the waiting time of the patient is short, but the phenomenon of the patient such as the machine is liable to occur.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a medical technology reservation method based on an examination duration in one embodiment of the present application, and in one embodiment, the medical technology reservation method based on an examination duration may include the following steps S100 to S400.
Step S100: and acquiring an examination application form and a target examination period of the patient, wherein the examination application form at least comprises an examination item.
After the patient goes to the hospital or the internet hospital for diagnosis, a doctor can put forward an examination suggestion according to the diagnosis situation of the patient, and the doctor is suggested to accept medical technology examination to assist diagnosis and treatment. After approval by the patient, the doctor may issue an examination application form for him. The check application form can be a paper application form and/or an electronic application form. The examination application form may include examination information, which may refer to information related to medical examination, such as examination type, examination item, examination department, examination equipment, etc., that is, medical examination item that a patient needs to reserve may be determined based on the examination information.
When the user makes reservation and check through the medical technology reservation system, the information on the paper application form can be input into the system, or the electronic application form can be submitted to the system. At the same time, the user may submit a target examination period to the system, i.e. at what time period the patient expects to receive an examination. For example, the earlier the user expects the inspection time, the better, the earliest time inspection may be selected, or the user may specify certain time periods of the day for inspection, the specified time inspection may be selected. If the user does not have a requirement for the inspection time, the earliest time inspection may be selected by default. In this embodiment, the user may be any reservation applicant such as a patient, a friend of the patient, or a doctor. The medical technology reservation system can acquire the examination application form and the target examination period of the patient through uploading or retrieving data by a user and the like.
Step S200: and determining the checking time length corresponding to the checking item according to the checking item.
The medical technology reservation system can be pre-stored with the corresponding relation between the examination items and the examination time length, and the corresponding relation between the examination items and the examination time length can be determined through various ways. For example, it is formulated based on the history of each item or determined based on the experience of the operator. After the medical technology reservation system acquires the examination application form, according to one or more examination items included in the examination application form, the corresponding relation between the examination items and the examination time length is searched, so that the examination time length corresponding to each examination item can be determined.
In some other embodiments, medical technology reservation rules may be stored in advance in the medical technology reservation system, where the medical technology reservation rules may specify reservation constraints of each examination item, and the medical technology reservation system may determine the reservation constraints of the examination item according to the preset medical technology reservation rules. The reservation restriction condition may refer to a reservation restriction rule set for medical technical examination. For example, different inspection items in the same inspection category may have time interval limitations, inspection sequence limitations between different inspection items, and so on. The medical technology reservation system can judge reservation limiting conditions respectively corresponding to each examination item on the examination application form and/or reservation limiting conditions possibly existing among the examination items through preset medical technology reservation rules.
Step S300: reservation state information corresponding to the inspection items in the target inspection period is acquired.
The medical technology reservation system acquires reservation state information corresponding to each examination item in the target examination period submitted by the user by retrieving the history reservation condition stored in the system. The reserved state information may refer to reserved time period information and/or unreserved time period information in a shift of each inspection period configured in advance. For example, the target examination period submitted by the user is 9:00 to 11:00, and the user's examination application form includes a CT (Computed Tomography, electronic computer tomography) examination and an MR (Magnetic Resonance, magnetic resonance imaging) examination. The medical technology reservation system can call the reservation conditions of CT examination and MR examination in the time period of 9:00 to 11:00, namely the reservation state information corresponding to the examination items.
The medical skill reservation system may be preconfigured with a schedule of each examination period before step S300, and the schedule may include at least a regular schedule and a temporary schedule. The regular scheduling configuration takes effect for a long time after completion, and the temporary scheduling takes effect on the appointed scheduling date and the appointed scheduling period. The scheduling content may also include information of which time period of the day the scheduling is arranged, which patient types, which age group of patients, which sex of patients, which examination items of patients, etc. are arranged for each time period.
Step S400: a recommended appointment for the patient is determined based on the examination duration and the appointment status information.
According to the examination time length and the reservation state information corresponding to each examination item obtained in the steps, giving out the date and time that the patient can examine and making an optimal reservation scheme to recommend to the patient; when the patient has multiple item examinations, the system also calculates conflicts for these items, providing the user with a preferred recommended appointment scenario. The recommended reservation scheme can comprise optimal reservation dates and reservation times respectively corresponding to all examination items in the examination application form, and can also comprise a plurality of alternative reservation dates and times for patients to select reservation.
If the user approves the recommended reservation scheme given by the system, the recommended reservation scheme can be directly confirmed, and the reserved time period which is most suitable for the user to expect in the recommended reservation scheme can be selected. The system can subscribe to check for the user according to the selection condition of the user. After the reservation is completed, the user can receive a check notification sheet which is sent by the system and contains reserved information such as specific check date, time, project and the like. If the user does not approve the recommended reservation scheme given by the system, the user can readjust the input target examination period, and the medical technology reservation system recalculates according to the new target examination period and provides a new recommended reservation scheme until the user confirms the reservation.
When the prior medical technology examination items are reserved based on the fixed quantity, for example, the fixed reservation quantity of the examination equipment in one day is set to be 10, and the 10 names of the examination equipment in one day are all reserved, if the duration of the medical technology examination items is respectively 5, 10, 15, 20, 30 and 60 minutes, the medical technology examination of all patients can be completed in 1 hour under the shortest condition, and under the longest condition, the examination of the patients can be completed in more than 10 hours. And because the patient does not know the time to wait for other patients in the team to check the project, it may only need to wait for 5 minutes or 1 hour, so the patients in the team need to continuously pay attention to the queuing situation, otherwise the check may be missed. It can be seen that the patient examination waiting time is neglected based on a fixed number of medical skill appointments, and when a large number of long-time examination items are reserved in one day, a problem of long waiting time of on-site personnel is easily generated, and when a large number of short-time examination items are reserved in one day, although the patient waiting time can be reduced, a phenomenon of a patient such as a machine is easily caused.
By using the medical technology reservation method based on the examination time length, provided by the application, the time length of medical technology examination items is 5, 10, 15, 20, 30 and 60 minutes respectively, reservation is carried out according to the examination time length of each patient examination item, and a patient can clearly know the examination time point. For example, the patient provides a target examination period of 8:00 to 9:00 at the time of appointment, the patient's examination item requires 20 minutes, and the system determines that the examination device is at 8:10-8:30 has an idle time of 20 minutes, then the medical appointment system may recommend that the patient be about 8: 10-8:30. The patient only needs to be 8: and the method can arrive just before 10, and blind queuing waiting is not needed. It can be seen that the medical technology reservation method based on the examination duration can provide more accurate reservation time for the patient so as to reduce the waiting time of the patient.
In addition, the reservation is more flexible and convenient according to the inspection time length of the inspection items. For example, when more short time items of 5 and 10 minutes are needed in one day, the examination equipment can provide examination for more than 10 patients in one day, and medical examination resources can be fully utilized; and when the number of 30-60-minute long-term items is large in one day, the number of the examination devices arranged for the patients in one day may be less than 10, so that the medical examination of other patients still cannot be completed after long-term waiting can be prevented. Therefore, the medical technology reservation method based on the examination time length reserves a variable number of patients according to the examination item time length of the patients, effectively relieves the waiting time of the patient reservation, and meanwhile, the situations of examination equipment and the like are avoided, so that medical technology examination resources of hospitals are efficiently utilized, and the waiting examination time of the patients is effectively shortened.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a method for determining an examination time length according to one embodiment of the present application, where the medical technology reservation method may include the following step S210 before determining the examination time length corresponding to the examination item according to the examination item.
Step S210: carrying out data analysis on the historical data, and determining the corresponding relation between the inspection items and the inspection time length; the history data includes examination duration data of each examination item.
The medical technique reservation system may retrieve history data stored in the system, and the history data may include inspection information of each inspection item, such as inspection equipment, inspection start time, inspection operator, and the like. The inspection duration of the inspection item may be calculated from the inspection start time. Before counting the checking time of each checking item, the historical data can be cleaned to ensure the accuracy of the data. Data cleansing is a process of rechecking and checking data, with the aim of deleting duplicate information, correcting errors that exist, and providing data consistency. The data cleaning of the history data mainly cleans error data, invalid data, repeated data, abnormal data and the like of the inspection time period in the inspection project. For example, the inspection time is too short or too long, and the inspection time is 0 or abnormal data such as messy codes. In one embodiment, data cleaning may be performed using methods including, but not limited to, binning, regression, clustering, and the like.
After the data cleaning is completed, the historical data can be subjected to data analysis, so that the corresponding relation between the inspection items and the inspection time length is determined. The data analysis method employed in the present embodiment may include, but is not limited to, a statistical method, a predictive method.
Referring to fig. 2, in one embodiment, before determining the examination duration corresponding to the examination item according to the examination item, the medical technology reservation method may further include the following step S220.
Step S220: and carrying out iterative statistics on the inspection time length corresponding to each inspection item according to the inspection time length data after data analysis at intervals of preset time.
The medical technology reservation system can iterate and count the examination time length of each examination item in real time or periodically. In this embodiment, the preset time may be any value of 0s, 10s, 1min, 10min, and 30 min. The medical technology reservation system performs data analysis according to the historical data after data cleaning to obtain the examination time length of each examination item, and can be used for calculating proper reservation time for a patient according to the examination time length of the examination item of the patient.
In one embodiment, statistical methods employed include, but are not limited to, mean, median, quartile of box plots, and the like.
FIG. 3 is a flow chart of a method for determining reservation constraints for an inspection item in one embodiment of the present application, where medical technology reservation rules may include time interval rules. In practical medical examination, certain examination limiting conditions exist in each examination item, including but not limited to that different examination items in the same examination category have time intervals, examination time intervals exist between the examination items in different examination categories, and certain examination must be prioritized before other examination. It can be seen that the time interval rules may include, but are not limited to, time interval requirements and/or inspection priority requirements.
Determining the reservation limiting condition of the examination item according to the preset medical skill reservation rule may include the following steps S310 to S320.
Step S310: when a plurality of inspection items are included in the inspection application, time interval requirements and/or inspection priority requirements among the plurality of inspection items are determined according to the time interval rules.
Step S320: reservation limiting conditions for the plurality of inspection items are determined based on time interval requirements and/or inspection priority requirements among the plurality of inspection items.
When the examination application includes a plurality of examination items, the medical technique reservation system may determine a time interval requirement and/or an examination priority requirement between the plurality of examination items according to the time interval rule, and may further consider the time interval rule between the respective examination items when calculating an appropriate recommended reservation scheme for the patient according to the examination duration of the patient examination item. For example, an arterial CT and a venous CT of a CT examination need to be separated by 24 hours, and a heart B-mode ultrasound procedure needs to be separated from a water-forbidden procedure of an endoscope by 4 hours. If both arterial CT and venous CT are included in the patient's examination application, two appointment times of more than 24 hours apart are selected when calculating the appropriate recommended appointment for the patient.
According to the medical technology reservation method based on the examination time length, the time interval rule is preset in the system, the system can directly determine examination limit conditions among examination items, and when a user reserves the examination items, the recommended reservation scheme provided by the system for the patient can avoid conflict among the examination items, so that the trouble caused by blind reservation of the patient without knowing the limit conditions among the examination items is prevented.
In one embodiment, the medical skill reservation rules may further include check list limitation rules, and patient information may be included in the check application. The patient information may include, but is not limited to, patient ID (Identity document, identification number), patient category, patient age, patient gender, clinic/hospitalization number, examination serial number, etc. The patient category may include, among other things, outpatient, inpatient, emergency patient, physical examination personnel, etc. to identify the priority of the patient at the time of the examination, for example, the priority of the emergency patient may be set to be highest.
Referring to fig. 3, determining the reservation limiting condition of the examination item according to the preset medical skill reservation rule may further include the following steps S330 to S340.
Step S330: patient restriction requirements for the examination item are determined based on the examination order restriction rules and the patient information.
Step S340: reservation limiting conditions for the examination item are determined based on patient limiting requirements for the examination item.
In the actual medical examination, certain examination limiting conditions exist for the condition of each examination item aiming at a patient, and the examination list limiting rule mainly limits examination equipment, time, number, age and the like of the patient. It can be seen that the exam sheet limitation rules may include patient limitation requirements. For example, a certain examination apparatus cannot examine a specific item, a certain period of time can only schedule an outpatient, a certain period of time can only schedule a swipe item, a certain examination room can only schedule a certain number of patients of a certain age, and so on. The medical technology reservation system can determine the patient limit requirement of each examination item according to the examination list limit rule and the patient information, and can comprehensively consider the examination list limit rule of each examination item when calculating a proper recommended reservation scheme for the patient according to the examination time length of the patient examination item.
According to the medical technology reservation method based on the examination time length, the examination list limitation rule is preset in the system, the system can directly determine the limitation condition of the examination items on the patient, and when the user reserves the examination items, the recommended reservation scheme provided by the system for the patient can avoid the limitation condition of each examination item on the patient, so that the patient is prevented from blindly reserving the limitation condition of the examination items on the patient without knowing the limitation condition of the examination items.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a method for acquiring reservation status information of a target inspection period according to one embodiment of the present application, where in one embodiment, acquiring the reservation status information of the target inspection period may include the following steps S410 to S420.
Step S410: and determining the inspection information corresponding to the inspection item according to the inspection item.
The medical technology reservation system can acquire the examination information corresponding to the examination item according to the examination item, wherein the examination information can include, but is not limited to, examination equipment, departments for issuing the examination orders, examination departments for executing the examination orders and the like.
Step S420: reservation state information of the inspection item in the target inspection period is determined based on the inspection information.
The medical technology reservation system acquires reservation state information corresponding to each examination item in a target examination period submitted by a user according to examination information corresponding to the examination item by retrieving the history reservation condition stored in the system. For example, the target examination period submitted by the user is 8:00 to 9:00, and the user's examination application form includes a CT examination. The medical technology reservation system can call the unreserved or/and reserved time period of the CT examination equipment in the time period of 8:00 to 9:00, namely the state information of the reserved time period corresponding to the examination item. If there is no reserved time period in the 8:00 to 9:00 time period, the reserved time period state information of the time period before or after the 8:00 to 9:00 time period can be acquired according to the strategy.
Fig. 5 is a schematic flow chart of a medical technology reservation method based on an examination duration in another embodiment of the present application, and before determining a recommended reservation plan for a patient based on reservation limiting conditions, examination duration, and reservation status information, the medical technology reservation method based on the examination duration may further include the following steps S10 and S20.
Step S10: and predicting the emergency time period of emergency patients according to the historical data.
The medical appointment system may also reserve certain time periods to emergency patients without allowing patient appointments for other patient types. The medical technology reservation system may retrieve historical data stored in the system, and the historical data may include patient information corresponding to each examination item, such as a patient ID, a patient category, an outpatient number/hospitalization number, an examination serial number, an examination room or examination equipment, and the like. The medical technology reservation system can dynamically predict the emergency time period of possible emergency patients in a prediction mode according to historical data.
Step S20: and carrying out emergency reservation on the emergency time period.
Since the emergency patients have the highest examination priority, no reservation is needed, and the emergency patients need to be immediately examined in the idle state of the examination equipment. It can be seen that while emergency patients share the examination apparatus with normal patients, the emergency patients of the team may extend the waiting time of other normal patients. The emergency reservation method for the emergency time period can be that the emergency time period is set to be reserved for patients with other patient types, more examination time can be configured for emergency patients in the emergency time period, and a small number of number sources are configured for other patient types so as to provide examination for the emergency patients preferentially. Therefore, in this embodiment, by dynamically predicting the possible time period of the emergency patient and reserving the emergency time period, the influence of the emergency patient on other common patients can be reduced, and the waiting time of the patient after the reservation can be further shortened. In the present embodiment, the prediction method employed includes, but is not limited to, a neural network prediction, a gray prediction, a regression prediction, a time series prediction method, and the like.
In the present embodiment, the procedure of making an appointment by the patient using the medical skill appointment method based on the examination duration is described, but the patent scope of the invention is not limited thereto. Embodiment one, single check reservation procedure: after a patient arrives at a hospital or is hospitalized through an internet hospital, a doctor in a department of diagnosis proposes a suggestion to the patient that a CT examination is required. After approval by the patient, the doctor issues an examination application for the patient, and the examination application includes CT examination items. After the patient holds the detection application form and pays fees, the patient can reserve the medical technology reservation system. A reservation operator at the medical technique reservation system may consult the patient's expected examination time, i.e., the target examination period. The examination time requirements expected by the patient can be divided into two types, one is that the earlier the examination time is, the better, i.e. the earliest time examination is; the other is to check within a specified date and time, i.e., a specified time check.
The appointment operator can call the examination application form of the patient, and the medical technology appointment system can acquire the examination application form and the target examination period of the patient. The medical appointment system may determine the length of the examination required to complete the examination based on the CT examination item to be done by the patient. The system calculates according to CT examination items, patient information and target examination time periods of patients in an examination application form, gives out possible examination dates and time of the patients, and also gives out departments and the like for patient examination as recommended reservation schemes. After the patient approves the recommended appointment scheme given by the system, appointment can be completed, and the patient can receive the appointment information given by the system. If the patient does not accept the recommended appointment from the system, the appointment calculation can be re-entered into the target examination period according to their requirements until the appointment of the examination item is completed.
Embodiment two, a plurality of check reservation flows: the patient arrives at the hospital or is hospitalized via the internet, and the doctor in the department of diagnosis makes a suggestion to the patient that at least two medical examinations (CT, MR, ultrasound, endoscopy, etc.) need to be performed, each examination comprising one or more examination items, such as one or more CT examinations, and one or more MR examinations, and even one or more ultrasound examinations. After patient approval, the doctor may issue an examination application for the doctor, and the examination application may include a plurality of examination items such as CT, MR, ultrasound, endoscope, etc.
The medical skill reservation system can determine the examination time required for completing each examination item in the examination application form based on the examination application form. Since patients have a plurality of medical technology type examinations, the medical technology reservation system needs to analyze not only the examination item relationship between each examination item but also calculate the time difference between each examination item. Additionally, in some preferred embodiments, the time taken by the patient's individual may also be considered, such as the time-to-route required to change from one examination location to another. The system can also calculate the examination time difference between each examination item, for example, some examination items must be completed before another examination item, some examination items must have time intervals with the other examination item, and then the system calculates the examination time difference by combining patient information such as patient type, age and the like and the target examination period of the patient, and comprehensively gives the examination date and time that each examination item of the patient can be examined, namely, recommends a reservation scheme.
