In order to better understand the above technical solutions, exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the invention can be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the invention to those skilled in the art.
In order to better understand the technical solution, the technical solution will be described in detail with reference to the drawings and the specific embodiments.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a surgical appointment method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the surgical appointment method includes the following steps:
s101, obtaining a surgery appointment request, wherein the surgery appointment request comprises surgery date and surgery time consumption.
That is, when a patient needs to make a surgical appointment, a surgical appointment request initiated by the patient is acquired through the mobile terminal or the terminal device, wherein the surgical appointment request comprises a surgical date and a surgical time.
The operation appointment request may include various information, such as patient information (name, age, sex, allergy history, past medical history, main diagnosis, etc.).
The operation date and the operation time can be acquired in various ways; for example, firstly, a schedule is preset, and then, the operating table shift schedule is traversed, so that the date of the preset schedule, which does not contain the idle operating table, is set as non-selectable according to the operating table shift schedule; then, the time table is displayed to the patient, so that the operation date is determined by clicking of the patient; a preselected procedure start time and end time is then determined based on the selected procedure date and procedure elapsed time.
S102, retrieving operating table scheduling according to the operation date to obtain operating table scheduling containing idle time corresponding to the operation date, and taking the operating table scheduling containing the idle time as a first pre-selected scheduling.
That is, the operating table shift is searched according to the operation date in the operation appointment request to determine whether the operating table shift corresponding to each operating table has free time under the operation date, and if so, the operating table shift is added to the first pre-selected shift.
The setting mode of the operating table shift can be various.
As an example, first, each operating table is configured with a corresponding operating table shift schedule, which may be generated according to the time rules (e.g., according to the work start-stop times of the daylight savings staff, work schedule per week, etc.); secondly, when an operating table shift schedule needs to be added, firstly, judging whether the operating table has a corresponding shift schedule or not, if not, directly adding the operating table shift schedule, and if so, covering the existing shift schedule by using the currently pre-added operating table shift schedule; then, when the operating table scheduling needs to be added, judging whether the scheduling time corresponding to the operating table scheduling to be added already exists in the operating table scheduling plan or whether the scheduling time does not accord with a scheduling rule; if yes, the operating table is not added for scheduling, and if not, the operating table is added into the operating table scheduling plan corresponding to the operating table.
S103, determining the final operating table scheduling and the operation time corresponding to the operation appointment request according to the idle time and the operation time consumption corresponding to each operating table scheduling in the first pre-selected scheduling.
That is, the final operating table shift corresponding to the operation appointment request is determined according to the operation time consumption and the idle time of each operating table shift in the first pre-selected shift, and the operation time is determined according to the final operating table shift.
As an example, determining a final operating table shift and operating time for the surgical appointment request according to the idle time and the operating elapsed time for each operating table shift in the first pre-selected shift comprises: acquiring the arrangement time of the operating tables, and judging whether the sum of the arrangement time of the operating tables and the operation time consumption is less than or equal to the idle time corresponding to any operating table in the first pre-selected scheduling; if yes, taking the operating table shift as a second pre-selected shift; and determining the final operating table shift and the operation time corresponding to the operation appointment request according to the current shift schedule plan of the second pre-selected shift schedule.
Specifically, when the idle time of one operating table in the first pre-selected shift is 4 hours, the operation time corresponding to the operation appointment request is 4 hours, and the operating table arrangement time is 0.5 hour; the sum of the two is 4.5 hours; obviously, the sum is greater than the idle time of the operating table shift. Therefore, the operating table shift is not listed in the second pre-selected shift; after each first pre-selected shift is judged according to the above, a final second pre-selected shift can be obtained; furthermore, the final operating table shift corresponding to the operation appointment request can be determined in a random selection mode in the second preselected shift, or the second preselected shift can be displayed to the user, so that the final operating table shift corresponding to the operation appointment request can be determined through the click of the user; and then, according to the final scheduling of the operating table, the operation time consumption and the operating table arrangement time, the operation time corresponding to the operation appointment request can be determined.
In some embodiments, the surgical appointment method provided by the embodiments of the present invention further includes: acquiring the scheduling plans of all medical staff, and retrieving the scheduling plans of all medical staff according to the operation time so as to determine the medical staff to be ordered corresponding to the operation ordering request; and determining the final medical personnel according to the medical personnel appointment, and updating the scheduling plan corresponding to the final medical personnel according to the operation appointment request.
That is, after the operation time is determined, the scheduling plans of all medical staff are retrieved according to the operation time, so as to determine the medical staff in an idle state in the operation time as the preselected medical staff (it is understood that the type of the medical staff can be determined according to the type of the medical staff required by the operation, for example, the type of the medical staff can include a main knife, a group hand, anesthesia, a hand washing nurse, a circulating nurse and the like); furthermore, after the medical staff is pre-selected for determination, the final medical staff can be determined in a random selection mode; or, displaying the preselected medical personnel to the patient to determine the final medical personnel through the click of the patient; meanwhile, after the final medical staff is determined, the scheduling plan corresponding to the final medical staff is updated according to the operation appointment request.
In summary, according to the surgical appointment method provided by the embodiment of the invention, first, a surgical appointment request is obtained, wherein the surgical appointment request includes a surgical date and a surgical time; then, retrieving operating table scheduling according to the operation date to obtain operating table scheduling containing idle time corresponding to the operation date, and taking the operating table scheduling containing the idle time as a first pre-selected scheduling; then, determining the final operating table shift and the operation time corresponding to the operation appointment request according to the idle time and the operation time corresponding to each operating table shift in the first pre-selected shift; thereby realizing reasonable configuration of the operation appointment of the patient so as to improve the utilization rate of the operation resources; meanwhile, the waiting time of the patient for the operation is shortened, and the medical experience of the patient is improved.
In order to achieve the above embodiments, an embodiment of the present invention proposes a computer-readable storage medium on which a surgical appointment program is stored, the surgical appointment program implementing the surgical appointment method as described above when executed by a processor.
According to the computer-readable storage medium of the embodiment of the invention, the operation appointment program is stored, so that the processor realizes the operation appointment method when executing the operation appointment program, thereby realizing reasonable configuration of the operation appointment of the patient and improving the utilization rate of operation resources; meanwhile, the waiting time of the patient for the operation is shortened, and the medical experience of the patient is improved.
