Therefore, when the items to be checked reserved by the patients conflict, optimal allocation of hospital resources is realized through reasonable time sequence adjustment, various hospital resources can be fully utilized, the waiting time of the patients is effectively shortened, and the working efficiency of the hospitals can be improved.

Claims (6)

1. A method for reserving a medical examination item, comprising: the method comprises the following steps:
an information acquisition step of acquiring examination item information of a patient, the examination item information including an examined item and an item to be examined; simultaneously reading a data list of the patient and the characteristic parameters of each examination item;
a reservation starting step, namely judging whether a next un-reserved check item exists in a data list of a patient or not, and if so, entering a lock number reservation step; if not, entering a marking reservation step;
a lock number reservation step, which judges whether to cancel the reservation of the influence item of the un-reserved check item, if not, the lock number reservation of the un-reserved check item is directly carried out; if the check item needs to be cancelled, canceling the reservation state of the influencing item, and then reserving the lock number of the un-reserved check item; after the number locking reservation is finished, judging whether the reservation is successful, if so, re-entering the reservation starting step, and reserving a new checking item; if the reservation is not successful, entering a reservation adjusting step;
adjusting the reservation step, judging the adjustment state, and adjusting the next un-reserved inspection item when the adjustment state is 0, namely the reserved inspection item is not adjustable; when the adjustment state is more than 0, namely an adjustable item exists in the reserved check items, listing the check items related to the non-reserved check items, judging whether the related check items are reserved or not, and if not, adjusting the non-reserved check items; if the examination item is reserved, canceling the reservation of the examination item which is mutually related to the non-reserved examination item, and adjusting the examination item for canceling the reservation; after the adjustment is finished, re-entering the reservation starting step to reserve a new checking item;
a marking reservation step, namely judging whether an inspection item which is not reserved successfully exists or not, and marking the reservation success for all the inspection item targets which are locked successfully when the inspection item which is not reserved successfully exists and part of the inspection item is allowed to be submitted; otherwise, clearing all marks of locking success;
the influence items and the related items of the unreserved check items are obtained by comparing the characteristic parameters of the unreserved check items with the characteristic parameters of other check items, the influence items are the check items which conflict with the unreserved check items, and the related items are the check items which are mutually dependent with the unreserved check items.
2. The medical examination item reservation method according to claim 1, wherein: and the reservation adjusting step further comprises limiting the reserved quantity of the items to be checked in the preset time period according to the characteristic parameters of the items to be checked.
3. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a reservation program of a medical examination item is stored, the reservation program of the medical examination item realizing the reservation method of the medical examination item according to any one of claims 1 to 2 when executed by a processor.
4. A terminal device comprising a memory, a processor, and a medical examination item reservation program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the medical examination item reservation method according to any one of claims 1 to 2 when executing the medical examination item reservation program.
5. A medical examination item reservation system, comprising: an information acquisition module, a judgment module, a lock number reservation module, an adjustment reservation module and a marking reservation module,
the information acquisition module is used for acquiring examination item information of a patient, wherein the examination item information comprises an examined item and an item to be examined; also used for reading the data list of the patient and the characteristic parameter of each examination item;
the judging module is used for judging whether a next un-reserved check item exists in the data list of the patient or not, and judging whether to cancel the reservation of an influence item of the un-reserved check item when the next un-reserved check item exists;
the lock number reservation module is used for reserving the lock number of the un-reserved check item when the reservation of the influence item of the next un-reserved check item is not needed to be cancelled or the reservation of the influence item of the next un-reserved check item is cancelled;
the judging module is further used for judging the adjustment state, and when the adjustment state is larger than 0, whether the related item of the next un-reserved check item is reserved is continuously judged;
the adjustment reservation module is used for adjusting the unscheduled check item when the adjustment state is equal to 0 or when the adjustment state is larger than 0 and the related item of the unscheduled check item is not reserved; the reservation-canceling module is also used for canceling the reservation of the check item which is mutually related with the unscheduled check item and adjusting the check item which cancels the reservation when the related item of the unscheduled check item is reserved;
the judging module is also used for judging whether an item which is not reserved successfully exists or not, and if so, continuously judging whether partial submission is allowed or not;
the marking reservation module is used for recording reservation success for all checking item targets which are locked successfully when no item which is not reserved successfully exists or when the item which is not reserved successfully exists but partial submission is allowed; the lock is also used for clearing all marks of locking success when partial submission is not allowed;
the influence item and the related item of the next non-reserved check item are obtained by comparing the characteristic parameter of the non-reserved check item with the characteristic parameters of other check items, the influence item refers to the check item which conflicts with the non-reserved check item, and the related item refers to the check item which is dependent with the non-reserved check item.
6. The medical examination item reservation system of claim 5, wherein the reservation adjustment module is further configured to limit the reserved number of items to be examined for a preset time period based on the characteristic parameter of the items to be examined.
