In this embodiment, a camera or an infrared sensor may be installed in the outpatient service kiosk, and when the appointment time is reached and within 5 minutes of the time exceeding the start time, the infrared sensor does not detect that a person enters the outpatient service kiosk, and the server may determine that the user does not arrive at the appointment diagnosis outpatient service kiosk, and may automatically cancel the appointment.
In addition, the doctor can upload the missed patient, namely after logging in the remote medical equipment in the reservation diagnosis clinic booth, the doctor finds that the patient missed and exceeds 5 minutes of the starting time of the reservation time, the doctor can apply for canceling the medical diagnosis, and the staff of the server can check whether people exist in the reservation diagnosis clinic booth according to the camera, so that the cancellation of the reservation is realized.
Therefore, through the on-line appointment method of the medical clinic kiosk described in detail in the steps S101 to S105, the invention can realize the on-line appointment of the clinic kiosk (realize the double appointment of the clinic kiosk and the diagnostician), does not need the user to carry out on-site appointment, not only saves time and labor, but also avoids the problem that the patient waits on site for a long time, and reduces the influence on the health of the patient caused by the long-time waiting on the outside.
As shown in fig. 2, a second aspect of the present embodiment provides a hardware apparatus for implementing the online appointment method of the medical clinic kiosk in the first aspect of the present embodiment, including: the device comprises an acquisition unit, a recommendation unit, a transmission unit and a reservation unit.

The acquisition unit is further configured to receive the appointment diagnosis doctor and the appointment diagnosis outpatient kiosk sent by the user terminal.
And the reservation unit is used for completing the on-line reservation of the outpatient service kiosk after receiving the reservation diagnostician and the reservation diagnostic outpatient service kiosk sent by the user terminal.
In one possible design, the recommending unit obtains the kiosks within a preset range of the patient address according to the patient address, and uses the obtained kiosks as the available kiosks.
In one possible design, the recommending unit obtains a doctor corresponding to the pathological subject according to the pathological subject; and then, selecting doctors with diagnosis time within the appointment time from the doctors corresponding to the pathological subjects as the recommended diagnosis doctors.
In one possible design, the appointment information further includes patient symptoms, wherein the online appointment apparatus of the medical outpatient kiosk further includes: an analysis unit.
And the analysis unit is used for acquiring the etiology corresponding to the patient symptom according to the patient symptom.
The analysis unit is further used for acquiring corresponding pathological subjects according to the etiology.
In one possible design, the sending unit is further configured to send the appointment information and the appointment diagnosis kiosk to a client to prompt the appointment diagnostician of the client to perform a remote medical diagnosis on the patient in the appointment diagnosis kiosk within the appointment time.
In one possible design, the on-line ordering apparatus of the medical outpatient kiosk further includes: an order generation unit.

The sending unit is further configured to send the reservation order information to the user terminal.

As shown in fig. 3, a third aspect of the present embodiment provides an online reservation system for a medical clinic kiosk, which includes the user terminal and the server in the first aspect of the present embodiment.
And the user terminal is used for sending reservation information to the server.
And the server is in communication connection with the user terminal and is used for receiving the reservation information sent by the user terminal.
The server is used for acquiring at least one recommended diagnostician and at least one available outpatient kiosk meeting preset conditions according to each piece of reservation information and sending the at least one recommended diagnostician and the at least one available outpatient kiosk to the user terminal corresponding to the reservation information.
The user terminal is further configured to receive the at least one recommended diagnostician and the at least one available outpatient kiosk, select one of the at least one recommended diagnostician as an appointment diagnostician, select one of the at least one available outpatient kiosk as an appointment diagnostic outpatient kiosk, and send the selected appointment diagnostic kiosk to the server.
And the server is also used for receiving the appointment diagnosis doctor and the appointment diagnosis outpatient kiosk sent by the user terminal and finishing the online appointment of the outpatient kiosk.
In one possible design, the online ordering system of the medical clinic kiosk further comprises: and (4) a client.
And the server is also used for sending the reservation information and the reservation diagnosis outpatient service kiosk to the client after the reservation is finished.
The client is in communication connection with the server and is used for receiving the reservation information and the reservation diagnosis outpatient service kiosk sent by the server so as to prompt the reservation diagnosis doctor of the client to perform remote medical diagnosis on the patient in the reservation diagnosis outpatient service kiosk within the reservation time.

Claims (10)

1. An online ordering method for a medical clinic kiosk, comprising:
acquiring at least one piece of reservation information;
for each piece of reservation information of the at least one piece of reservation information:
acquiring at least one recommended diagnostician and at least one available clinic kiosk meeting preset conditions according to the reservation information;
sending the at least one recommended diagnostician and the at least one available outpatient kiosk to a user terminal corresponding to the reservation information, so that a user of the user terminal selects one of the at least one recommended diagnostician as a reservation diagnostician and selects one of the at least one available outpatient kiosk as a reservation diagnostic outpatient kiosk;
and receiving the appointment diagnosis doctor and the appointment diagnosis outpatient kiosk sent by the user terminal to complete the online appointment of the outpatient kiosk.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein each appointment message of the at least one appointment message comprises a patient identification, a pathology department, a patient address, and an appointment time.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein obtaining the at least one available kiosk that meets the predetermined criteria comprises:
and acquiring the outpatient service kiosks within the preset range of the patient address according to the patient address to serve as the available outpatient service kiosks.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein obtaining the at least one recommended diagnostician comprises:
acquiring a doctor corresponding to the pathological subject according to the pathological subject;
and selecting a doctor having a diagnosis time within the appointment time from the doctors corresponding to the pathological subjects as the recommended diagnosis doctor.
5. The method of claim 2, wherein the appointment information further comprises patient symptoms, and wherein the method further comprises:
acquiring a cause corresponding to the patient symptom according to the patient symptom;
acquiring corresponding pathological subjects according to the causes;
and acquiring at least one recommended diagnostician and at least one available clinic kiosk meeting preset conditions according to the pathological subjects and the appointment time.
6. The method of on-line ordering at a medical clinic kiosk of claim 1 wherein after the ordering is completed, the method further comprises:
and sending the appointment information and the appointment diagnosis outpatient kiosk to a client to prompt the appointment diagnosis doctor of the client, and performing remote medical diagnosis on the patient in the appointment diagnosis outpatient kiosk within the appointment time.
7. The method of on-line ordering at a medical clinic kiosk of claim 1 wherein after the ordering is completed, the method further comprises:
generating reservation order information, wherein the reservation order information comprises reservation time, reservation diagnosis doctors and the positions of the reservation diagnosis outpatient kiosks;
and sending the reservation order information to the user terminal.
8. An online ordering apparatus for a medical clinic kiosk, comprising: the system comprises an acquisition unit, a recommendation unit, a sending unit and a reservation unit;
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring at least one piece of reservation information;
the recommendation unit is used for acquiring at least one recommended diagnostician and at least one available outpatient kiosk meeting preset conditions for each piece of appointment information;
the transmitting unit is configured to transmit the at least one recommended diagnostician and the at least one available kiosk to a user terminal corresponding to the reservation information, so that a user of the user terminal selects one of the at least one recommended diagnostician as a reservation diagnostician and selects one of the at least one available kiosk as a reservation diagnostic kiosk;
the acquisition unit is also used for receiving the appointment diagnosis doctor and the appointment diagnosis outpatient kiosk sent by the user terminal;
and the reservation unit is used for completing the on-line reservation of the outpatient service kiosk after receiving the reservation diagnostician and the reservation diagnostic outpatient service kiosk sent by the user terminal.

A computer master device, comprising: a memory, a processor and a transceiver communicatively connected in sequence, wherein the memory is configured to store a computer program, the transceiver is configured to transmit and receive messages, and the processor is configured to read the computer program and perform the method of on-line ordering at a medical outpatient kiosk of any one of claims 1-7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium characterized by: the computer readable storage medium having stored thereon instructions which, when executed on a computer, perform the method of on-line ordering of a medical outpatient kiosk of any one of claims 1 to 7.
