本发明涉及水性绒面超纤制革领域,公开了一种带有可变图案的光致变色多彩水性绒面超纤革,包括选择合适密度的无纺布,含浸水性聚氨酯分散液,碱减量,染色,磨毛,印刷光致变色图案,风揉,即可得带有可变图案的光致变色多彩水性绒面超纤革。本发明制得的一种带有可变图案的光致变色多彩水性绒面超纤革能够在原有水性绒面超纤革的单一颜色的基础上在光照条件下呈现特定图案的多种颜色的变化,不仅环保、无毒,还增加了水性绒面超纤革的风格多样化,使其应用范围更加广泛。

技术领域
本发明涉及水性绒面超纤制革领域,更具体地说,它涉及一种带有可变图案的光致变色多彩水性绒面超纤革。
背景技术
传统皮革制品多以真皮为主,不同于PVC革、PU革,真皮具有良好的透气性,饱满的手感,易清洁等诸多优点在汽车内饰以及生活、家居方面一直受到追捧,然而真皮制作过程中产生大量的废水,严重污染环境,并且真皮容易发霉产生异味,因此绒面超纤革应运而生,绒面超纤革不仅在结构上酷似真皮,还具有真皮的良好透气性以及优异的手感,此外绒面超纤革在物性方面还具有优于真皮的耐化学腐蚀、防霉、耐磨等特性。
水性绒面超纤革以海岛结构的无纺布含浸环保的水性树脂作为基材,通过后续减量染色磨毛等工序制作的水性绒面超纤革不仅具有良好绒感与手感,还具有优良的物性,与油性绒面超纤革不同,其生产过程中无DMF,甲苯等有害溶剂排放,是一种新型的环保绒面超纤革。目前市场上的绒面超纤革,风格比较单一,表面通常为一种颜色,缺少表面风格变化,制作简单,风格多样化的绒面超纤革成为了市场所追寻的趋势,然而此方面的研究较少。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种带有可变图案的光致变色多彩水性绒面超纤革。
一种带有可变图案的光致变色多彩水性绒面超纤革,由下述步骤制备:
S1:选择合适密度的无纺布;
S2:将无纺布用水性聚氨酯分散液含浸,然后用酸凝固,水洗后烘干;
S3:将含浸水性聚氨酯后的无纺布减量开纤,水洗后烘干;
S4:将减量开纤后的无纺布染色;
S5:将染色后的无纺布磨毛起绒,水洗去除浮毛,烘干;
S6:配制光致变色浆料,印刷图案,烘干;
S7:用风揉机风揉。
优选的:无纺布为克重在330~350g/m2的无纺布。
优选的:凝固用的酸为柠檬酸、草酸的一种或者两种混合。
优选的:印刷图案的方式为印刷机印刷。
优选的:光致变色浆料配比如下:
优选的:光致变色浆的添加比例为2%-20%。
优选的:光致变色浆为太阳光变色。
优选的:印刷的上浆量为80-200g/m2。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明提供了一种带有可变图案的光致变色多彩水性绒面超纤革,本发明制得的带有可变图案的光致变色多彩水性绒面超纤革表面图案可随光照变化发生变化,并且具有环保、高物性的特点。

实施例1
在本实施例中提出了一种带有可变图案的光致变色多彩水性绒面超纤革,该超纤革由下述步骤制备:
S1:选择克重在330g/m2的无纺布;
S2:将无纺布用水性聚氨酯分散液含浸,带液量为150%,然后用10%的柠檬酸凝固,水洗为中性后,在90-100-110-120-140-150℃烘箱中烘干;
S3:用1%的NaOH溶液将含浸水性聚氨酯后的无纺布减量开纤,水洗为中性后,在90-100-110-120-140-150℃烘箱中烘干;
S4:将减量后的无纺布染色,90-100-110-120-140-150℃烘干;
S5:将染色后的无纺布磨毛起绒,水洗去除浮毛,90-100-110-120-140-150℃烘干,即可得水性绒面超纤革半成品;;
S6:将光致变色浆料按如下配方配制成印刷浆:
使用印刷机将光致变色浆料印刷在水性绒面超纤革半成品表面,上浆量为80g/m2,将表面自然晾干后,90-100-110-120-140-150℃进行完全固化烘干;
S7:用风揉机风揉30分钟
在本实施例中提供的一种带有可变图案的光致变色多彩水性绒面超纤革,表面印刷均匀,颜色响应迅速,磨耗达到4级,可耐60℃水洗,氙灯光照5个周期后仍光变效果存在。
实施例2
在本实施例中提出了一种带有可变图案的光致变色多彩水性绒面超纤革,该超纤革由下述步骤制备:
S1:选择克重在340g/m2的无纺布;
S2:将无纺布用水性聚氨酯分散液含浸,带液量为180%,然后用6%的草酸凝固,水洗为中性后,在90-100-110-120-140-150℃烘箱中烘干;
S3:用1%的NaOH溶液将含浸水性聚氨酯后的无纺布减量开纤,水洗为中性后,在90-100-110-120-140-150℃烘箱中烘干;
S4:将减量后的无纺布染色,90-100-110-120-140-150℃烘干;
S5:将染色后的无纺布磨毛起绒,水洗去除浮毛,90-100-110-120-140-150℃烘干,即可得水性绒面超纤革半成品;;
S6:将光致变色浆料按如下配方配制成印刷浆:
使用印刷机将光致变色浆料印刷在水性绒面超纤革半成品表面,上浆量为150g/m2,将表面自然晾干后,90-100-110-120-140-150℃进行完全固化烘干;
S7:用风揉机风揉30分钟

S4:将减量后的无纺布染色,90-100-110-120-140-150℃烘干;
S5:将染色后的无纺布磨毛起绒,水洗去除浮毛,90-100-110-120-140-150℃烘干,即可得水性绒面超纤革半成品;
S6:将光致变色浆料按如下配方配制成印刷浆:
使用印刷机将光致变色浆料印刷在水性绒面超纤革半成品表面,上浆量为150g/m2,将表面自然晾干后,90-100-110-120-140-150℃进行完全固化烘干;

1.一种带有可变图案的光致变色多彩水性绒面超纤革,其特征在于,由下述步骤制备:
S1:选择合适密度的无纺布;
S2:将无纺布用水性聚氨酯分散液含浸,然后用酸凝固,水洗后烘干;
S3:将含浸水性聚氨酯后的无纺布减量开纤,水洗后烘干;
S4:将减量开纤后的无纺布染色;
S5:将染色后的无纺布磨毛起绒,水洗去除浮毛,烘干;
S6:配制光致变色浆料,印刷图案,烘干;
S7:用风揉机风揉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有可变图案的光致变色多彩水性绒面超纤革,其特征在于,步骤S1中,所述无纺布为克重在330~350g/m2的无纺布。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有可变图案的光致变色多彩水性绒面超纤革,其特征在于,步骤S2中,所述凝固用的酸为柠檬酸、草酸的一种或者两种混合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有可变图案的光致变色多彩水性绒面超纤革,其特征在于,在步骤S7中,所述印刷图案的方式为印刷机印刷。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有可变图案的光致变色多彩水性绒面超纤革,其特征在于,在步骤S7中,光致变色浆料配比如下:
