本发明涉及涂料领域,更具体的说是涉及一种仿陶瓷釉面的水性涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着社会经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高,人们对日常工作、生活的环境要求越来越高,健康、安全、功能化的涂饰材料也越来越受到消费者的青睐。传统的溶剂型涂料配方中含有一定量的挥发性有机化合物、游离甲醛等有毒有害物质,影响着周围环境及人们的身体健康。水性涂料是以水为分散介质,具有健康、环保、性能优异等特点,目前内墙建筑涂料也越来越多地被水性建筑涂料取代。研究人员正致力于开发和生产出环保化、功能化、高档化的水性涂料,有利于人类生活和环境的健康发展。
然而,目前水性涂料的漆膜不致密,防污性不佳,特别是在污染严重的恶劣环境下,涂层会被沾污,污渍易渗透漆膜,无法擦除;抗划伤性能普遍较差,容易出现划痕;漆膜偏软,耐擦洗性有限。
因此,如何提供一种仿陶瓷釉面的水性涂料及其制备方法是本领域技术人员亟需解决的问题。

有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种仿陶瓷釉面的水性涂料及其制备方法,所得涂料的耐污渍侵蚀、表层硬度高、抗划伤性能好,具有良好的釉面外观效果,提升了涂层的美观度。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种仿陶瓷釉面的水性涂料,包括以下重量组分的原料:乳液50-80份、水20-30份、钛白粉5-15份、填料5-10份、纳米氧化锆8-10份、纳米疏水剂1-5份、蜡粉1-3份、消泡剂0.5-2份、润湿剂0.1-1份、分散剂1-2份、成膜助剂3-5份、增稠剂0.2-2份。
优选的,所述乳液选自硅丙乳液、纯丙乳液中的任意一种。

上述技术方案的有益效果是:钛白粉的主要成分是TiO2,作颜料用的TiO2主要有金红石型和锐钛矿型两种晶型。金红石型晶体细长,呈棱形晶体,通常是孪晶,锐钛矿型一般近似八面体。当机械剪切力作用于两种晶型的钛白粉时,金红石型的晶体结构较锐钛矿型易产生位移,即整个晶体结构较容易发生变化,能较快地在浆液中分散均匀。

上述技术方案的有益效果是:经过煅烧处理后的高岭土表面羟基脱掉,表面能降低,晶体结构从有序的片层晶体结构变成松散的无序结构,提高了分散性。滑石粉属于层状硅酸盐结构,在外力作用下容易形成薄片。重钙粒子呈瘤状,亲水、分散性较好。
当填料粒径过小,团聚力迅速增大,极易发生聚集而形成沉降,且成本较高;填料粒径过大,在乳胶漆浆液中不易分散均匀,会增大乳胶漆的沉降速度,容易产生沉降和分水现象。本发明限定的填料粒径,在搅拌时容易分散均匀,有助于减少乳胶漆生产时间。

(3)向搅拌釜中依次加入乳液、成膜助剂、增稠剂、纳米疏水剂、蜡粉,将转速设置为1200-1500r/min,搅拌20-40min,得到水性涂料。

(3)向搅拌釜中依次加入乳液、成膜助剂、增稠剂、纳米疏水剂、蜡粉,将转速设置为1400r/min,搅拌30min,得到水性涂料。
实施例3
一种仿陶瓷釉面的水性涂料,包括以下重量组分的原料:乳液80份、水30份、钛白粉15份、填料10份、纳米氧化锆10份、纳米疏水剂5份、蜡粉3份、消泡剂2份、润湿剂1份、分散剂2份、成膜助剂5份、增稠剂2份。
所述乳液为纯丙乳液;所述钛白粉为金红石型;所述填料为重钙;所述填料的粒径为1500目;所述纳米氧化锆的粒径为200nm;所述纳米疏水剂为SS-II型;所述消泡剂为TEGO902W;所述增稠剂为PUR40;所述分散剂为BYK190;所述润湿剂为超枝化聚醚;所述成膜助剂为十二碳酯醇。
所述的一种仿陶瓷釉面的水性涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)在300r/min的转速下,向搅拌釜中依次加入水、润湿剂、分散剂、消泡剂,搅拌20min;
(2)然后向搅拌釜中依次加入钛白粉、填料、纳米氧化锆,将转速设置为1200r/min,搅拌30min;
(3)向搅拌釜中依次加入乳液、成膜助剂、增稠剂、纳米疏水剂、蜡粉,将转速设置为1500r/min,搅拌40min,得到水性涂料。
对本发明各实施例所得涂料进行检验测试,指标依据为国家标准GB/T1776-2008、GB/T6739-1996、GB9268等。结果如表1所示:

Claims (10)
1.一种仿陶瓷釉面的水性涂料,其特征在于,包括以下重量组分的原料:乳液50-80份、水20-30份、钛白粉5-15份、填料5-10份、纳米氧化锆8-10份、纳米疏水剂1-5份、蜡粉1-3份、消泡剂0.5-2份、润湿剂0.1-1份、分散剂1-2份、成膜助剂3-5份、增稠剂0.2-2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种仿陶瓷釉面的水性涂料,其特征在于,所述乳液选自硅丙乳液、纯丙乳液中的任意一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种仿陶瓷釉面的水性涂料,其特征在于,所述钛白粉为金红石型。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种仿陶瓷釉面的水性涂料,其特征在于,所述填料选自锻烧高岭土、重钙、滑石粉中的任意一种;所述填料的粒径为800-1500目。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种仿陶瓷釉面的水性涂料,其特征在于,所述纳米氧化锆的粒径为100-200nm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种仿陶瓷釉面的水性涂料,其特征在于,所述纳米疏水剂为SS-I型或SS-II型。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种仿陶瓷釉面的水性涂料,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为TEGO902W;所述增稠剂为PUR40;所述分散剂为BYK190。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种仿陶瓷釉面的水性涂料,其特征在于,所述润湿剂选自异构醇乙氧基醚、超枝化聚醚中的任意一种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种仿陶瓷釉面的水性涂料,其特征在于,所述成膜助剂为十二碳酯醇。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种仿陶瓷釉面的水性涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)在100-300r/min的转速下,向搅拌釜中依次加入水、润湿剂、分散剂、消泡剂,搅拌10-20min;
(2)然后向搅拌釜中依次加入钛白粉、填料、纳米氧化锆,将转速设置为1000-1200r/min,搅拌10-30min;
(3)向搅拌釜中依次加入乳液、成膜助剂、增稠剂、纳米疏水剂、蜡粉,将转速设置为1200-1500r/min,搅拌20-40min,得到水性涂料。
