本发明涉及清洗剂领域,具体是指一种反渗透膜清洗保护剂。
背景技术
反渗透膜能够有效脱盐,常作为水处理达标的把关工艺单元,已在海水淡化、纯水制备、锅炉给水、废水处理以及饮水、饮料和化工产品的浓缩等多种领域中得到了广泛的应用。反渗透装置在运行一段时间后,在反渗透膜浓水侧会积累胶体、金属氧化物、细菌、有机物或水垢等物质,导致反渗透膜污堵,从而引起系统脱盐率下降、产水量降低和压差增大等问题。及时有效的清洗反渗透膜表面的污堵物,对于缓解反渗透运行压力同时避免事态恶化,清洗剂的选择至关重要。一般而言,膜元件一旦过水工作后一段时间不用,停用期间要加保护剂,防止微生物生长破坏膜性能,现阶段虽然也有成品保护药剂,但价格很贵,后续机器重新启动时需特殊处理后才可正常使用,费时费力。

本发明要解决的技术问题是克服上述技术的缺陷,提供一种反渗透膜清洗保护剂。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为一种反渗透膜清洗保护剂:包括以下质量份的原料:三聚磷酸钠3-36%、表面活性剂6-20%、磷酸氢二钠5-10%、以及余量的溶剂;
所述溶剂为去离子水。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:本发明能够对反渗透膜进行清洗,清洗耗时少,清洗效果好,同时可以对反渗透膜进行保护,保护周期长,原料易得,造价较低,便于生产制造,后续机器重新启动时不需特殊处理,只需用清水冲洗即可,简单方便。

实施例3,一种反渗透膜清洗保护剂,包括以下质量份的原料:三聚磷酸钠36%、表面活性剂20%、磷酸氢二钠10%、以及余量的溶剂,所述溶剂为去离子水。将三聚磷酸钠、表面活性剂、磷酸氢二钠加入去离子水中,搅拌充分混合即可。
