nicofluprole是拜耳公司研发的新型苯基吡唑烟酰胺科含氟杀虫剂,其化学名称为N-甲基-N-环丙基-2-氯-5-[1-(2,6-二氯-4-七氟异丙基苯基)-吡唑-4-基]烟酰胺,其具有广谱的杀虫活性,对鳞翅目害虫、半翅目害虫及蜱螨目害螨表现出优异的杀虫活性,化学结构式为:
dimpropyridaz是巴斯夫开发的吡唑甲酰胺类杀虫剂,该药剂对鳞翅目、鞘翅目、双翅目和半翅目的蚜虫、粉虱、蓟马、叶蝉和菜蛾均有较好的防治效果,该杀虫剂为含有一个手性中心的外消旋体,其化学结构新颖,可用于棉花、蔬菜和水果等农作物害虫防治,其化学结构式为:
fenmezoditiaz是由巴斯夫研发的介离子类杀虫剂,能有效防治刺吸式口器害虫,如缨翅目、双翅目和半翅目,特别适用于防治缨翅目和半翅目害虫。而且,该类化合物可以防治动物体内和体外寄生虫,用量低,持效期长,对动物安全,适用于禾谷类、根系作物、油料作物、蔬菜、香料、观赏植物,其化学结构式为:

flometoquin是日本明治制药株式会社与日本化药株式会社共同开发的新颖喹啉类杀虫剂。该剂主要对缨翅目害虫(蓟马)、粉虱类、瘿螨类和小型鳞翅目害虫具有优异的防治效果,且杀灭速度快,持效期长。flometoquin为昆虫线粒体电子传递链复合物III抑制剂,作用于复合物IIIQi位点,其化学结构式为:
在农业生产的实际过程中,最棘手的问题是抗药性的产生,长期使用单一杀虫杀螨剂进行化学防治,往往会加速害虫和害螨抗药性的产生和发展。然而,现在开发全新的杀虫杀螨剂往往难度大,周期时间长,杀虫杀螨剂的不合理使用使得害虫和害螨产生抗药性的速度越来越快,新型杀虫杀螨剂的开发速度远远赶不上害虫和害螨抗药性的发展。通过已有的农药进行合理的混配,能够保护现有杀虫药剂品种,延长其单剂的使用寿命。将nicofluprole与dimpropyridaz、fenmezoditiaz、indazapyroxamet或flometoquin中的任一种化合物进行合理的混配,不仅能够延长单剂的使用寿命。另外,经过发明人的复配研究,将nicofluprole与dimpropyridaz、fenmezoditiaz、indazapyroxamet或flometoquin复配后均能产生很好的增效作用,并且关于nicofluprole与dimpropyridaz、fenmezoditiaz、indazapyroxamet或flometoquin中的任一种复配的相关报道尚未公开。
发明内容
基于以上情况,本发明的目的在于提供一种农药组合物,该农药组合物具有杀虫杀螨谱广、持效期长、增效作用显著、对作物安全等特点,并且能够明显延缓害虫及害螨抗药性产生,减少药剂的使用剂量。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下的技术方案:一种农药组合物及其应用,所述的农药组合物包含活性成分A和活性成分B,所述的活性成分A为nicofluprole,所述的活性成分B为dimpropyridaz、fenmezoditiaz、indazapyroxamet或flometoquin中的任一种,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B的质量比为1:30~30:1;
进一步地,所述的活性成分B为dimpropyridaz,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B的质量比为1:30~25:1;
所述的活性成分B为fenmezoditiaz,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B的质量比为1:30~20:1;
所述的活性成分B为indazapyroxamet,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B的质量比为1:30~25:1;
所述的活性成分B为flometoquin,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B的质量比为1:25~20:1。

实施例1:nicofluprole与dimpropyridaz、fenmezoditiaz、indazapyroxamet或flometoquin复配对小菜蛾室内生物活性测定试验
参照试验准则:试验参考NY/T 1154.14 -2008《农药室内生物测定试验准则杀虫剂第14部分:浸叶法》、NY/T 1154.7-2006《农药室内生物测定试验准则杀虫剂第7部分:混配的联合作用测定》。
试验药剂:nicofluprole、dimpropyridaz、fenmezoditiaz、indazapyroxamet、flometoquin原药。
试验对象:小菜蛾(Plutella xylostella)幼虫,虫源为室内连续饲养的敏感品系,在智能养虫室内人工饲养多代,选择健康一致的小菜蛾幼虫备用。
药剂配制:先将原药用合适的溶剂进行溶解,配制成高浓度的母液,然后按照药剂活性,将各单剂以合适的比例进行配置混液。用含有0.1%吐温80的水溶液将上述单剂与混液稀释成5个系列质量浓度。
试验处理:室内生物测定采用浸叶法。选取健康大小均匀一致的小菜蛾3龄幼虫进行试验,将甘蓝叶片置于待测药液中10秒后取出,待其自然晾干后置于培养皿中,每个皿接入20头幼虫,每个浓度处理设4次重复,设不含药剂相同含量的溶剂处理作为空白对照。置于(25±1)℃,光周期为16h:8h(光照:黑暗)的人工气候室进行饲养。
数据调查:药剂处理后48小时调查试虫死亡情况,记录死虫数和总虫数。
数据统计与分析:
根据调查数据,计算各处理的校正死亡率。按公式(1)和(2)计算:

根据各药剂浓度对数值及对应的校正死亡率机率值,用DPS统计软件进行分析,求出各药剂的回归方程,计算LC50,根据孙云沛计算混剂的共毒系数(CTC),评价混剂的联合作用类型(CTC<80,混剂的各单剂间有拮抗作用;CTC=80~120组成混剂的各单剂间有加和作用;CTC>120组成混剂的各单剂间有增效作用)。

室内生物活性测定试验结果表明(表1),nicofluprole与dimpropyridaz复配对小菜蛾表现出较好的生物活性,nicofluprole与dimpropyridaz质量比为1:30~20:1,共毒系数均大于120,表现为增效作用;其中,nicofluprole与dimpropyridaz质量比为1:5时,共毒系数最大,增效作用显著。

室内生物活性测定试验结果表明(表4),nicofluprole与flometoquin复配对小菜蛾表现出较好的生物活性,nicofluprole与flometoquin质量比为1:25~20:1,共毒系数均大于120,表现为增效作用。
经过室内生物测定试验(见表1-4),nicofluprole与dimpropyridaz、fenmezoditiaz、indazapyroxamet或flometoquin中的任一种进行复配,在合理的配比范围内,对小菜蛾表现出优异的生物活性。
实施例2:nicofluprole与dimpropyridaz、fenmezoditiaz、indazapyroxamet或flometoquin复配对蚜虫室内生物活性测定试验
参照试验准则:试验参考NY/T 1154.14-2008《农药室内生物测定试验准则杀虫剂第14部分:浸叶法》、NY/T 1154.7-2006《农药室内生物测定试验准则杀虫剂第7部分:混配的联合作用测定》。
试验药剂:nicofluprole与dimpropyridaz、fenmezoditiaz、indazapyroxamet、flometoquin原药。
试验靶标:桃蚜(Myzus persicae)。
药剂配制:先将原药用合适的溶剂进行溶解,然后配制成高浓度的母液分别配制单剂母液,并根据混配目的、药剂活性设计合理的配比,各单剂及每组配比混剂按照等比的方法配置所需的系列质量浓度。
试验方法:挑选大小、叶色等指标基本一致,新鲜的无虫无药的白菜叶片洗干净后制成叶碟,将叶碟浸于待测药液溶液中,10s后取出,置于铺有保湿滤纸的养虫盒中。
挑取室内饲养,大小及活力基本一致的无翅成蚜接入处理后的叶碟上,每个重复30头,每个药剂浓度处理和对照处理各重复4次,设不含药剂相同含量的溶剂处理作为空白对照。处理完成后,将各个养虫盒放在温度为(26±1)℃,相对湿度(60±5)%,光照16小时的人工气候培养箱中培养。
试验调查:处理72h后观察桃蚜,记录虫口死亡数。
数据统计与分析:
根据调查数据,计算各处理的校正死亡率。按公式(1)和(2)计算:

N——处理总虫数,单位为头。

Pt——处理死亡率,单位为百分数(%);

若对照死亡率<5%,无需校正;对照死亡率在5%~20%之间,应按照公式(2)进行校正;对照死亡率>20%,试验需重做。
混剂的共毒系数(CTC值)按式(3)、式(4)、式(5)计算:

S——标准杀虫剂的LC50,单位为毫克每升(mg/L);
M——混剂的LC50,单位为毫克每升(mg/L)。

根据各药剂浓度对数值及对应的校正死亡率机率值,用DPS统计软件进行分析,求出各药剂的回归方程,计算LC50,根据孙云沛计算混剂的共毒系数(CTC),评价混剂的联合作用类型(CTC<80,混剂的各单剂间有拮抗作用;CTC=80~120组成混剂的各单剂间有加和作用;CTC>120组成混剂的各单剂间有增效作用)。

实施例3:nicofluprole与flometoquin复配对柑橘锈壁虱室内生物活性测定试验
试验依据:试验参照NY/T 1154.13-2008《农药室内生物测定试验准则杀虫剂第13部分:叶碟喷雾法》、NY/T 1154.7-2008《农药室内生物测定试验准则杀虫剂第7部分:混配的联合作用测定》。
试验靶标:柑橘锈壁虱(Phyllocoptruta oleivora),选择生理状态一致的成螨。
试验药剂:nicofluprole原药、flometoquin原药。
仪器设备:显微镜、打孔器、海绵块、培养皿、Potter喷雾塔、恒温培养箱。
试材准备:选取生长一致并且未用过任何药剂的柑橘叶片,将柑橘叶片用打孔器打成合适的叶碟,在培养皿内放置一块海绵块保湿,其上放滤纸,滤纸上放置柑橘叶碟,将室内饲养的成螨接种到叶片上,每皿30头。
药剂配制:原药用溶剂分别溶解后,再用0.1%吐温80水溶液稀释。分别配制单剂母液,并根据混配目的、药剂活性设计合理的配比,各单剂及每组配比混剂按照等比的方法配置所需的系列质量浓度。
药剂处理:Potter喷雾塔的喷雾压力为1.47×105Pa的稳定状态,将洗净的喷雾头先用丙酮清洗2次,再用蒸馏水清洗2次。
将培养皿置于Potter喷雾塔底盘进行喷雾,喷液量为1mL,药液沉降1min后取出,转移至饲养条件下饲养。
每处理4次重复,并设不含药剂的处理作空白对照。
饲养与观察:将各处理的试虫置于适宜的条件下饲养和观察。
数据统计与分析:处理后48h检查试虫死亡情况,分别记录总虫数和死虫数。
根据调查数据,计算各处理的校正死亡率。按公式(1)和(2)计算:

采用DPS统计分析系统分析,求出毒力回归方程、LC50值,评价供试药剂对生物试材的活性。
混剂的共毒系数(CTC值)按式(3)、式(4)、式(5)计算:

田间药效试验
实施例4:复配制剂对小菜蛾田间药效试验
试验依据:试验参照GB/T 17980.13-2000《农药田间药效试验准则(一)杀虫剂防治十字花科蔬菜的鳞翅目幼虫》。
试验靶标:小菜蛾。
试验地点:于2019年4月在山东省章丘市高官寨镇梨珩村甘蓝田进行田间药效试验。
试验方法:施药时,甘蓝处于生长旺盛期。试验设10个处理(见表10),采用随机区组排列,小区面积15m2,每处理4次重复。药前调查虫口基数,药后3、14天各调查1次,共调查3次。
调查时每小区随机标记5点,每点调查2株,共10株,分别调查每株甘蓝叶片上的害虫数量,计数活虫数,计算虫口减退率和防治效果。
试验期间观察各处理小区甘蓝生长良好,各处理均未见药害发生。

由上表田间药效试验可以看出,本发明的农药组合物对小菜蛾表现出较好的生物活性,且防效显著,能有效控制小菜蛾的危害和蔓延。
实施例5:复配制剂对蚜虫田间药效试验
试验依据:试验参照GB/T 17980.15-2000《农药田间药效试验准则(一)杀虫剂防治马铃薯等作物蚜虫》。
试验作物:马铃薯。
试验对象:桃蚜、马铃薯长管蚜混合发生种群。
试验在山东省枣庄市滕州市侯家村蔬菜种植基地进行,试验地地势平坦,土壤肥力中等,灌溉条件良好。所有试验小区栽培条件均匀一致,并与当地的农业栽培实践(GAP)相一致。
试验方法:试验药剂、对照药剂和空白对照的小区处理采用随机区组排列,相邻小区间设保护行,每个小区面积20m2,每重复4次。试验于2021年8月25日进行,采用常规喷雾法,每亩施药液量45L,总共施药一次。
调查方法:药前调查虫口基数,药后3天、7天调查残虫数量,共调查3次。
每小区随机5点取样,每点固定调查3株,每株标记2片叶片上的蚜虫,记载活虫数。
药效计算方法:药效按下式计算:
试验期间观察各处理小区马铃薯生长良好,各处理均未见药害发生。
试验结果见下表。

由上表田间药效试验可知,各复配制剂对蚜虫表现出较好的生物活性。25%nicofluprole·dimpropyridaz可湿性粉剂(3:2)、26%nicofluprole·fenmezoditiaz乳油(4:1)、18%nicofluprole·indazapyroxamet水乳剂(1:2)、20%nicofluprole·flometoquin悬浮剂(1:1)处理组在施药后7d,其防效在85.35%~91.14%范围内,表现出较好的防治效果。
实施例6:复配制剂对柑橘锈壁虱田间药效试验
试验依据:试验参照GB/T 17980.59-2004《农药田间药效试验准则(二)第59部分:杀螨剂防治柑橘锈螨》。
试验地点:重庆市荣昌县观胜镇银河村柑橘种植园,试验地土层深厚,土壤为沙壤土,柑橘园地势平坦,光照条件良好,肥水管理水平一致。
试验作物:脐橙(纽荷尔),树龄为3年生。
试验靶标:柑橘锈壁虱(Phyllocoptruta oleivora Ashmead)。
试验设计:每试验小区选2株果树,每处理重复4次,用10倍手持放大镜随机取样调查叶片,在平均每视野有活螨3~5头时进行施药1次,采用利农HD-400型背负式喷雾器进行均匀喷雾,施药前调查螨口基数,施药后3d、10d分别调查1次,记录活态螨数。
调查方法:每小区调查2株树,在树的东、西、南、北、中五个方位各选择同一梢期的被害叶片2片,总计调查20片叶子,每片叶子调查2个视野,统计活螨的数量。
防效计算方法:
试验结果见下表:
表12复配制剂对柑橘锈壁虱田间药效试验结果
由表12田间药效试验结果可知,将nicofluprole与flometoquin进行合理的复配,能有效控制柑橘锈壁虱的危害,药后3d,复配制剂对柑橘锈壁虱的防效达到81.64%以上,表现出较好的速效性;药后10d,16%nicofluprole·flometoquin乳油(1:3)对柑橘锈壁虱的防效高达90.34%,防效显著。
通过室内生物测定试验结果和田间防治试验结果可以看出,本发明的农药组合物对鳞翅目、半翅目、蜱螨目害虫和害螨均表现出较好的生物活性,对作物安全。
以上,对于本发明的实施方式上进行了说明,但是,本发明不限定于上述实施方式,凡是在本发明的精神和原则之内,所做的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应该包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种农药组合物及其应用,其特征在于,所述的农药组合物包含活性成分A和活性成分B,所述的活性成分A为nicofluprole,所述的活性成分B为dimpropyridaz、fenmezoditiaz、indazapyroxamet或flometoquin中的任一种,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B的质量比为1:30~30:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的农药组合物,其特征在于,所述的活性成分B为dimpropyridaz,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B的质量比为1:30~25:1;
所述的活性成分B为fenmezoditiaz,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B的质量比为1:30~20:1;
所述的活性成分B为indazapyroxamet,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B的质量比为1:30~25:1;
所述的活性成分B为flometoquin,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B的质量比为1:25~20:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的农药组合物,其特征在于,所述的活性成分B为dimpropyridaz,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B的质量比为1:25~25:1,优选的,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B的质量比为1:25~20:1;
所述的活性成分B为fenmezoditiaz,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B的质量比为1:25~20:1,优选的,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B的质量比为1:20~15:1;
所述的活性成分B为indazapyroxamet,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B的质量比为1:20~22:1,优选的,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B的质量比为1:20~16:1;
所述的活性成分B为flometoquin,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B的质量比为1:20~20:1,优选的,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B的质量比为1:20~15:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的农药组合物,其特征在于,所述的农药组合物的总重量以100wt%计,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B的总重量占所述的农药组合物的总重量的1wt%~70wt%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的农药组合物,其特征在于,所述的农药组合物可以制备成农业上允许的制剂剂型,所述的制剂剂型为固体制剂、液体制剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的农药组合物,其特征在于,所述的固体制剂为可湿性粉剂或水分散粒剂,所述的液体制剂为悬浮剂、乳油、可分散油悬浮剂、水乳剂或微乳剂中的任一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的农药组合物,其特征在于,所述的农药组合物除活性成分外,还包括辅助成分,所述的辅助成分选自润湿剂、分散剂、乳化剂、增稠剂、崩解剂、防冻剂、消泡剂、溶剂、防腐剂、稳定剂、增效剂或载体中的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的农药组合物用于防治植物害虫或植物害螨的用途。
9.根据权利要求8所述的用途,其特征在于,所述的植物害虫为鳞翅目害虫、缨翅目害虫、半翅目害虫,所述的植物害螨为叶螨科害螨或瘿螨科害螨。
10.根据权利要求10所述的用途,其特征在于,所述的植物害虫为小菜蛾、蚜虫,所述的植物害螨为瘿螨。
