本发明提供了一种含氟氯虫双酰胺的杀虫组合物用于防治作物鳞翅目、半翅目害虫的用途,所述的杀虫组合物包含活性成分A和活性成分B,所述的活性成分A为氟氯虫双酰胺,活性成分B为溴虫腈;所述的活性成分A与活性成分B的质量比为20:1~1:30。本发明的杀虫组合物可防治多种作物害虫,具有防治效果好,用药量低,增效作用显著,延缓抗药性等优点。

技术领域
本发明属于农药杀虫剂领域,具体涉及一种含氟氯虫双酰胺的杀虫组合物用于防治作物鳞翅目、半翅目害虫的用途。
背景技术
氟氯虫双酰胺为我公司自主研发的化合物,化合物专利(CN106977494B)已于2021年4月30日获得授权。氟氯虫双酰胺属于苯甲酰胺类杀虫剂,能够高效激活昆虫鱼尼丁受体进而过度释放细胞中钙库中的钙离子,导致昆虫瘫痪死亡。氟氯虫双酰胺化学名称:3-溴-1-(3-氯吡啶-2-基)-N-[4,6-二氯-3-氟-2-(甲氨基甲酰基)苯基]-1H-吡唑-5-甲酰胺,分子式:C17H10BrCl3FN5O2,相对分子质量(按2009年国际相对原子质量计):521.56,熔点:238℃~240℃,水中溶解度为0.711mg/L。
溴虫腈(虫螨腈)化学名称:4-溴-2(4-氯苯基)-1-乙氧基甲基-5-三氟甲基吡咯-3-腈,CAS登录号:122453-73-0,化学结构式如下:
溴虫腈为线粒体解偶联剂,阻碍线粒体的氧化磷酰化作用,抑制二磷酸腺苷(ADP)向三磷酸腺苷(ATP)的转化。
CN111789123A公开了一种含氟氯虫双酰胺的杀虫组合物,组合物包含活性成分A氟氯虫双酰胺,活性成分B溴虫腈,并公开了氟氯虫双酰胺与溴虫腈的在重量比为20:1~1:30时对棉花红蜘蛛表现为增效作用。经过发明人进行了大量的试验研究发现,氟氯虫双酰胺与溴虫腈复配组合对鳞翅目、半翅目害虫具有明显的增效作用,且关于氟氯虫双酰胺与溴虫腈在防治作物鳞翅目、半翅目害虫的用途,尚无相关报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种含氟氯虫双酰胺的杀虫组合物用于防治作物鳞翅目、半翅目害虫的用途,该杀虫组合物具有良好的防治效果,可用于防治有效控制多种作物的鳞翅目和半翅目害虫,具有防治效果好、用药量低、增效作用显著的优点。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下的技术方案:一种含氟氯虫双酰胺的杀虫组合物用于防治作物鳞翅目、半翅目害虫的用途,所述的杀虫组合物包括活性成分A和活性成分B,所述的活性成分A为氟氯虫双酰胺,活性成分B为溴虫腈,所述的氟氯虫双酰胺与溴虫腈的质量比为20:1~1:30。
进一步地,所述的氟氯虫双酰胺与溴虫腈的质量比为10:1、5:1、4:1、2:1、1:1、1:2、1:4、1:5、1:10;

为使本发明的技术方案,目的以及优点更加清楚明白,本发明用以下具体实施例进行说明,但本发明可以以各种形式实现而不应被这里阐述的实施方式所限制。
制备例:
制备例1:30%氟氯虫双酰胺·溴虫腈可湿性粉剂(1:2)
按重量百分比计,氟氯虫双酰胺10%、溴虫腈20%、木质素磺酸钠5%、分散剂NNO4%、十二万基本磺酸钙2%、高岭土补足余量。
制备方法:按配方比例,将活性成分以及分散剂、润湿剂和填料混合,在搅拌釜中均匀搅拌,经气流粉碎机进行多次粉碎混合均匀,即可制成本发明组合物的可湿性粉剂。
制备例2:10%氟氯虫双酰胺·溴虫腈水乳剂(1:4)
按重量百分比计,氟氯虫双酰胺2%、溴虫腈8%、三苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚聚氧丙烯醚6%、芳基酚醚磷酸酯1%、苯乙酮10%、黄原胶0.1%、乙二醇5%、苯甲酸0.1%、去离子水补足余量。
制备方法:按配方比例,将活性成分与溶剂、乳化剂、助溶剂加在一起,使溶解成均匀的油相;将部分水,抗冻剂及其他的农药助剂混合在一起成均匀的水相;在反应釜中高速搅拌的同时将油相加入水相,缓缓加水直至达到转相点,开启剪切机进行高速剪切,并加入剩余的水,剪切约半小时,形成水包油型的水乳剂。
制备例3:15%氟氯虫双酰胺·溴虫腈悬浮剂(1:1)
按重量百分比计,氟氯虫双酰胺7.5%、溴虫腈7.5%、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚4%、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯盐4%、木质素磺酸钠2%、聚羧酸钠盐1%、乙二醇5%、硅酸镁铝1%、黄原胶0.3%,山梨酸钠1%,硅油0.5%、去离子水补足余量。
制备方法:按配方比例,将活性成分、表面活性剂和其他功能性助剂依次置于反应釜中,加水混合均匀,经高速剪切,湿法砂磨,最后匀质过滤即得产品。
制备例4:30%氟氯虫双酰胺·溴虫腈水分散粒剂(2:1)
按重量百分比计,20%氟氯虫双酰胺、10%溴虫腈、10%木质素磺酸盐、3%拉开粉BX、3%十二烷基硫酸钠、10%白炭黑、高岭土补足余量。
制备方法:按配方比例,将活性成分加入载体中,并在其中加入表面活性剂和其他功能性助剂,混合,经气流粉碎后加10~25%的水,然后经捏合、造粒、干燥、筛分制得水分散粒剂产品;或将粉碎过的粉体在沸腾造粒机中喷水、造粒、干燥,之后筛分制得产品。
制备例5:24%氟氯虫双酰胺·溴虫腈乳油(1:2)
按重量百分比计,氟氯虫双酰胺8%、溴虫腈16%、DMF 20%、苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚12%、木质素磺酸钠2%、碳酸丙烯酯20%、二甲苯补足余量。
制备方法:按配方比例,将活性成分、溶剂、助溶剂加入到调配釜中搅拌使其溶解,再加入乳化剂,用剩余溶剂补足余量,在搅拌釜中搅拌均匀,过滤后即得本发明所需乳油。
室内毒力测定
实施例1:氟氯虫双酰胺和溴虫腈不同比例混配对桃蚜的室内毒力试验
参照试验准则:试验参考NY/T 1154.14-2008《农药室内生物测定试验准则杀虫剂第14部分:浸叶法》、NY/T 1154.7-2006《农药室内生物测定试验准则杀虫剂第7部分:混配的联合作用测定》。
试验药剂:97%氟氯虫双酰胺原药、98%溴虫腈原药,以上药剂由海利尔药业集团研发中心提供。
试验靶标:桃蚜(Myzus persicae),供试靶标为室内连续饲养繁殖多代的种群。
药剂配制:先将氟氯虫双酰胺原药、溴虫腈原药用分析纯N,N-二甲基甲酰胺溶解后配制成高浓度的母液,然后按照有效成分配比以10:1、5:1、4:1、2:1、1:1、1:2、1:4、1:5、1:10(氟氯虫双酰胺:溴虫腈)配置9组混液。用含有0.1%吐温80的水溶液将以上单剂与混剂稀释成5个系列质量浓度。
试验方法:挑选大小、叶色等指标基本一致,新鲜的无虫无药的白菜叶片洗干净后制成叶碟,将叶碟浸于待测药液溶液中,10s后取出,置于铺有保湿滤纸的养虫盒中。
挑取室内饲养,大小及活力基本一致的无翅成蚜接入处理后的叶碟上,每个重复20头,每个药剂浓度处理和对照处理各重复4次,设不含药剂相同含量的溶剂处理作为空白对照。处理完成后,将各个养虫盒放在温度为(26±1)℃,相对湿度(60±5)%,光照16小时的人工气候培养箱中培养。
试验调查:处理24h后观察桃蚜,用勾线毛笔轻触虫体,无自主反应者视为死亡。记录虫口死亡数。
数据统计与分析:
根据调查数据,计算各处理的校正死亡率。按公式(1)和(2)计算,计算结果均保留到小数点后两位:

由室内联合作用试验可以看出,氟氯虫双酰胺和溴虫腈复配制剂对桃蚜具有较好的控制效果,氟氯虫双酰胺和溴虫腈的重量比为5:1~1:10时,联合作用表现为增效作用,其中,氟氯虫双酰胺:溴虫腈为1:2配比活性较好,共毒系数为211.28,增效作用显著。
实施例2:氟氯虫双酰胺和溴虫腈不同比例混配对甘蓝甜菜夜蛾的室内毒力试验
参照试验准则:试验参考NY/T 1154.14-2008《农药室内生物测定试验准则杀虫剂第14部分:浸叶法》、NY/T 1154.7-2006《农药室内生物测定试验准则杀虫剂第7部分:混配的联合作用测定》。
试验药剂:97%氟氯虫双酰胺原药、98%溴虫腈原药,以上药剂由集团研发中心提供。
试验对象:甜菜夜蛾(Laphygma exigue Hübner)幼虫,虫源为室内连续饲养的甜菜夜蛾敏感品系,在智能养虫室内人工饲养多代,选择健康一致的甜菜夜蛾幼虫备用。
药剂配制:先将氟氯虫双酰胺原药、溴虫腈原药用分析纯N,N-二甲基甲酰胺溶解后配制成高浓度的母液,然后按照有效成分配比以4:1、2:1、1:1、1:2、1:4(氟氯虫双酰胺:溴虫腈)配置5组混液。用含有0.1%吐温80的水溶液将上述单剂与混液稀释成5个系列质量浓度。
试验处理:室内生物测定采用浸叶法。选取健康大小均匀一致的甜菜夜蛾3龄幼虫进行试验,将甘蓝叶片置于待测药液中10秒后取出,待其自然晾干后置于培养皿中,每个皿接入20头幼虫,每个浓度处理设4次重复,设不含药剂相同含量的溶剂处理作为空白对照。置于(25±1)℃,光周期为16h:8h(光照:黑暗)的人工气候室进行饲养。
数据调查:药剂处理后48小时调查试虫死亡情况,判断试虫死亡标准为虫体明显收缩不能正常爬动或用毛笔轻触虫体完全不动者视为死亡,记录死虫数和总虫数。
数据统计与分析:
根据调查数据,计算各处理的校正死亡率。按公式(1)和(2)计算,计算结果均保留到小数点后两位:

实施例3:氟氯虫双酰胺和溴虫腈不同比例混配对稻纵卷叶螟的室内毒力试验
参照试验准则:试验参考NY/T 1154.9-2008《农药室内生物测定试验准则杀虫剂第9部分:喷雾法》、NY/T 1154.7-2006《农药室内生物测定试验准则杀虫剂第7部分:混配的联合作用测定》。
试验药剂:97%氟氯虫双酰胺原药、98%溴虫腈原药,以上药剂由集团研发中心提供。
试验对象:稻纵卷叶螟(Cnaphalocrocis medinalis Guenee),成虫采自河南省信阳县龙潭乡水稻田,室内产卵培养。选取室内连续饲养2代以上的,虫体大小及生理状态基本一致的将康的2龄幼虫及室内毒力试验。
药剂配制:先将氟氯虫双酰胺原药、溴虫腈原药用分析纯N,N-二甲基甲酰胺溶解后配制成高浓度的母液,然后按照有效成分配比以10:1、5:1、4:1、2:1、1:1、1:2、1:4、1:5、1:10(氟氯虫双酰胺:溴虫腈)配置9组混液。用含有0.1%吐温80的水溶液将上述单剂与混液稀释成5个系列质量浓度。
试验方法:将Potter喷雾塔调试压力为1.47×105Pa,喷药量为2mL,用药之前分别用丙酮和清水清洗喷雾头2次。用毛笔挑取生理状态一致的试虫置于皿底垫有蒸馏水润湿过的滤纸的9cm培养皿中,然后进行定量喷雾,每处理20头试虫,每处理设4个重复,以0.1%吐温80水溶液处理为空白对照。
喷雾处理后,用剪成5~6cm新鲜稻叶饲养稻纵卷叶螟,每个培养皿放置10片,用保鲜膜将培养皿包裹,保鲜膜用细针刺小孔以透气,置于光照培养箱中培养,饲养条件为温度(25±1)℃,光周期为L:D=(16:8)h,相对湿度为(65±5)%。
数据调查:药后48h,分别观察记录各处理的死虫数,死虫的判断以毛笔轻触虫体不动为准。
数据统计与分析:
根据调查数据,计算各处理的校正死亡率。按公式(1)和(2)计算,计算结果均保留到小数点后两位:

P——死亡率,单位为百分数(%);
K——死亡虫数,单位为头;
N——处理总虫数,单位为头。

P1——校正死亡率,单位为百分数(%);
Pt——处理死亡率,单位为百分数(%);
P0——空白对照死亡率,单位为百分数(%)。
若对照死亡率<5%,无需校正;对照死亡率在5%~20%之间,应按照公式(2)进行校正;对照死亡率>20%,试验需重做。
混剂的共毒系数(CTC值)按式(3)、式(4)、式(5)计算:

ATI——混剂实测毒力指数;
S——标准杀虫剂的LC50,单位为毫克每升(mg/L);
M——混剂的LC50,单位为毫克每升(mg/L)。
TTI=TIA*PA+TIB*PB···········(4)

TTI——混剂理论毒力指数;
TIA——A药剂毒力指数;
PA——A药剂在混剂中的百分含量,单位为百分率(%);
TIB——B药剂毒力指数;
PB——B药剂在混剂中的百分含量,单位为百分率(%)。

CTC——共毒系数;
ATI——混剂实测毒力指数;
TTI——混剂理论毒力指数。
根据各药剂浓度对数值及对应的校正死亡率机率值,用DPS统计软件作回归分析,求出各药剂的回归方程,计算LC50及95%置信限,根据孙云沛计算混剂的共毒系数(CTC),评价混剂的联合作用类型(CTC<80,混剂的各单剂间有拮抗作用;CTC=80~120组成混剂的各单剂间有加和作用;CTC>120组成混剂的各单剂间有增效作用)。
室内试验结果见下表:

由室内联合作用试验可以看出,氟氯虫双酰胺和溴虫腈复配对稻纵卷叶螟的控制效果不如人意,氟氯虫双酰胺和溴虫腈复配的重量比在10:1~1:10的范围内,联合作用表现为拮抗或加和。
田间药效试验
实施例4:氟氯虫双酰胺与溴虫腈混配防治马铃薯桃蚜田间药效试验
试验对象:桃蚜;
试验在山东省潍坊市寿光蔬菜种植基地进行,试验地地势平坦,土壤肥力中等,灌溉条件良好。所有试验小区栽培条件均匀一致,并与当地的农业栽培实践(GAP)相一致。
试验方法:试验小区采用随机区组排列,相邻小区间设保护行,小区面积20m2,每重复4次。试验于2020年8月28日进行施药,采用常规喷雾法,每亩施药液量45L,总共施药一次,试验前每小区的蚜虫基数不少于500头。
调查方法:药前调查虫口基数,药后3天、7天调查残虫数量,共调查3次。
每小区随机5点取样,每点固定调查3株,每株标记1片叶片上的蚜虫,记载蚜虫活虫数。
药效计算方法:药效按下式计算:
试验期间观察各处理小区马铃薯生长良好,各处理均未见药害发生。
试验结果见表4。

结果表明:供试药剂30%氟氯虫双酰胺·溴虫腈可湿性粉剂(1:2)对桃蚜的防治效果良好,药后3d和药后7d的防治效果为85.80%、88.83%。各处理氟氯虫双酰胺和溴虫腈复配的单剂在用药量减少的情况下比对照单剂防效高。
实施例5:氟氯虫双酰胺与溴虫腈混配防治甘蓝甜菜夜蛾田间药效试验
试验对象:甜菜夜蛾;
试验在河南省周口市黄村甘蓝种植基地进行,甘蓝于2020年8月20日播种。试验期间,所有植株均进行常规栽培管理,栽培条件一致。
试验方法:试验共设7个处理,4次重复,随机排列,小区面积20m2。试验于甜菜夜蛾发生初期进行施药,施药1次,用水量750kg/hm2。
试验期间天气良好,施药当天,日平均气温为24℃,最高气温为30℃,最低气温为18℃,相对湿度64%。
调查方法:施药前调查虫口基数,每小区定株挂牌5棵甘蓝进行调查,施药后5d、10d调查活虫数。
药效计算方法:药效按式(3)、式(4)计算:

结果表明:供试药剂30%氟氯虫双酰胺·溴虫腈可湿性粉剂(1:2)对甘蓝甜菜夜蛾的防治效果较好,各处理混配药剂和对照单剂处理相比,防效均有不同程度的提高。
通过室内毒力测定以及在田间试验,本发明所述氟氯虫双酰胺和溴虫腈进行复配的杀虫组合物对作物鳞翅目、半翅目害虫,尤其是甘蓝甜菜夜蛾、桃蚜表现出较好的防治效果。本发明复配所得杀虫组合物或其制剂防效显著,在延缓抗药性的产生、延长持药性方面优于单剂。并且在试验中未发现复配药剂对作物产生药害,说明在所得杀虫组合物或制剂的杀虫协同增效提高的情况下,能够降低生产成本和使用成本,对作物安全。
虽然,上文中己经用一般性说明及具体实施方案对本发明作了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的,因此,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种含氟氯虫双酰胺的杀虫组合物用于防治作物上甜菜夜蛾、蚜虫的用途,其特征在于,所述的杀虫组合物包括活性成分A和活性成分B,所述的活性成分A为氟氯虫双酰胺,活性成分B为溴虫腈;当为甜菜夜蛾时,所述的氟氯虫双酰胺与溴虫腈的质量比为4:1~1:4;当为蚜虫时,所述的氟氯虫双酰胺与溴虫腈的质量比为5:1~1:10。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用途,其特征在于,以所述杀虫组合物的总重量为100wt%计,所述活性成分A与活性成分B在杀虫组合物中的含量之和为1~90wt%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用途,其特征在于,以所述杀虫组合物的总重量为100wt%计,所述活性成分A与活性成分B在杀虫组合物中的含量之和为5~50wt%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用途,其特征在于,所述的杀虫组合物制备成农业上允许的制剂剂型,所述的制剂剂型为固体制剂、液体制剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的用途,其特征在于,所述的固体制剂为水分散粒剂或可湿性粉剂,所述的液体制剂为悬浮剂、乳油或水乳剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的用途,其特征在于,所述的作物包括粮食作物、经济作物、工业原料作物、饲料作物,药用作物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的用途,其特征在于,所述的杀虫组合物的有效成分用药量为0.25~120g.a i/hm 2。
8.根据权利要求1所述的用途,其特征在于,所述的杀虫组合物的有效成分用药量为1~30g.a i/hm 2。
9.根据权利要求1所述的用途,其特征在于,所述的杀虫组合物以有效剂量施用于需要控制的害虫或其生长的介质上。
