The vegetable oil microcapsule powder is prepared through the following steps:
s1: respectively carrying out alcohol extraction on Korean ginseng, radix codonopsis pilosulae and coix seed, wherein the alcohol extraction comprises the following steps:
(1) Drying the extract until the water content is lower than 15%; then spraying 8% saline and 75% ethanol solution to the surface of the extract at 35 ℃ until the surface of the extract is wet and the liquid drops do not fall, wherein the spraying of the saline and the ethanol is carried out for 3 times, and the spraying interval time of the two solutions is 20min;
(2) Placing the extract to be extracted treated in the step (1) in a vacuum tank, vacuumizing, controlling the temperature in the tank to be 75 ℃, and taking out and cooling to room temperature after vacuum treatment for 2 hours;
(3) Mixing the extract to be extracted treated in the step (2) with an ethanol solution with the volume concentration of 85% according to the feed liquid ratio of 1:10g/mL, soaking for 2 hours, and pulping to obtain pulp of the extract to be extracted;
(4) Ultrasonic extracting the slurry to be extracted at 35 ℃, and filtering to obtain an extracting solution to be extracted; the ultrasonic frequency is 40KHz during ultrasonic extraction, and the ultrasonic time is 90min;
(5) Concentrating the extractive solution under reduced pressure until no ethanol smell is present, to obtain ethanol extract.
S2: mixing alcoholic extracts of Korean ginseng, radix codonopsis pilosulae and coix seed according to a mass ratio of 5:1:3, and then co-dissolving the mixture, maltodextrin, sodium caseinate, sodium tripolyphosphate and sucrose fatty acid ester according to a mass ratio of 5:10:20:1:2:0.5 in water to obtain emulsion;
s3: adding emulsifier (Tween-20) into vegetable oil (soybean oil), stirring at 120rpm at room temperature for 20min to obtain emulsified vegetable oil; the added emulsifying agent accounts for 0.5% of the mass of the vegetable oil;
s4: adding the emulsified vegetable oil into the emulsion under the stirring condition, and standing and emulsifying for 3 hours at 50 ℃ after the addition is finished;
s4: and (3) spray drying the feed liquid subjected to standing emulsification to obtain the vegetable oil microcapsule powder.
The formula food with full nutrition and special medical application in the embodiment is prepared through the following steps:
s1: weighing the components according to the mass ratio relation;
s2: mixing the weighed components uniformly to obtain the final product.
Comparative example 1
The procedure of example 1 was repeated except that the vegetable oil microcapsule powder of example 1 was replaced with linseed oil microcapsule powder (purchased from doctor biotechnology Co., miss.).
Comparative example 2
The vegetable oil microcapsule powder in example 1 was replaced with linseed oil, and the rest was the same as in example 1.
Comparative example 3
The vegetable oil microcapsule powder in example 1 was removed, and the rest was the same as in example 1.
Experimental example
1. Construction of gastrointestinal absorption dysfunction mouse model
A mouse animal model with dysfunction of gastrointestinal absorption was constructed according to the method described in patent 201410853675.0 to examine whether the nutrition in the nutrition supplement enhancer of the present application was sufficiently absorbed.
2. Mouse feeding
70 mice (listlessness, emaciation, matt and yellow hair and pale tail) were selected and evenly divided into 7 groups, numbered 1-7. The mice numbered 1 to 6 were fed with the nutrient supplement prepared in examples and comparative examples once at 10 am and 3 pm, respectively, and the mice numbered 7 were fed with maltodextrin, in addition to the normal feed per day. Mice were continuously fed for 30 days and observed for changes in hair color, tail of paw, and body weight.
3. Analysis of results
1. The feeding results of the mice are shown in table 1.

As can be seen from Table 1, the mice were given sufficient nutritional supplements and had a large change in both mental state and physical state as the feed was fed with the nutritional supplement enhancer of the present application.
Comparative example 1 in comparison with example 1, the vegetable oil microcapsule powder was replaced with linseed oil microcapsule powder, and although the nutritional supplement also included various nutrients, it was possible to supplement the nutrition to mice, but these nutrients were not absorbed sufficiently for mice with weak gastrointestinal functions, and thus, the mental state and physical state of the mice were improved but not restored to normal state.
Also, the nutritional ingredients in the nutritional agents of comparative examples 2 and 3 were not sufficiently absorbed by the mice having weak gastrointestinal functions, and the mice were not restored to normal state although the mental state and physical state were improved.
The mice numbered 7 were not supplemented with nutrient substances and did not undergo a fundamental change in status.
2. Examination of the effects of the formulations of the examples and comparative examples on the immune response and resistance of mice
After the end of feeding, the inner canthus was bled to detect the serum C-reactive protein (CPR) and serum immunoglobulin IgA, igG levels, and the results are shown in fig. 1-3, wherein fig. 1 shows the effect of the nutritional supplement enhancer on the serum CPR level of mice, fig. 2 shows the effect of the nutritional supplement enhancer on the serum immunoglobulin IgA level of mice, fig. 3 shows the effect of the nutritional supplement enhancer on the IgG level of mice, P < 0.05 compared with the control group, and # shows P < 0.05 compared with the comparative example 3.
As can be seen from fig. 1, the nutritional supplement fortifier of examples 1-3 can significantly reduce CPR levels in mice and reduce inflammatory responses in mice. As can be seen from fig. 2 and 3, examples 1 to 3 can significantly increase serum immunoglobulin IgA and IgG levels, enhancing mouse resistance.
While specific embodiments of the application have been described in detail in connection with the examples, it should not be construed as limiting the scope of protection of the patent. Various modifications and variations which may be made by those skilled in the art without the creative effort are within the scope of the patent described in the claims.

Claims (10)

1. A formula food with full nutrition and special medical application is characterized by comprising maltodextrin, corn syrup, fructo-oligosaccharide, galacto-oligosaccharide, inulin, protein compound, vegetable oil microcapsule powder, DHA algae oil powder, arachidonic acid powder, fish oil microcapsule powder, vitamin compound and mineral compound;
the vegetable oil microcapsule powder is prepared through the following steps:
s1: respectively carrying out alcohol extraction on Korean ginseng, dangshen and coix seed, then mixing the alcohol extracts of the Korean ginseng, the dangshen and the coix seed according to the mass ratio of 2-5:1-3:1-3, and then co-dissolving the mixture with maltodextrin, sodium caseinate, sodium tripolyphosphate and sucrose fatty acid ester according to the mass ratio of 3-5:10-15:15-20:1-3:1-2:0.5-2 in water to obtain emulsion;
s2: adding an emulsifying agent into the vegetable oil, and stirring for 10-20 min at room temperature at a rotating speed of 100-150 rpm to obtain emulsified vegetable oil;
s3: adding the emulsified vegetable oil into the emulsion under the stirring condition, and standing and emulsifying for 1-3 h at 50-60 ℃ after the addition;
s4: and (3) spray drying the feed liquid subjected to standing emulsification to obtain the vegetable oil microcapsule powder.
2. The total nutrient special medical use formula of claim 1, comprising the following components in parts by mass:
25-100 parts of maltodextrin, 0-50 parts of corn syrup, 0-20 parts of fructo-oligosaccharide, 0-30 parts of galacto-oligosaccharide, 0-5 parts of inulin, 20-100 parts of protein compound, 10-80 parts of vegetable oil microcapsule powder, 0-10 parts of DHA algae oil powder, 0-10 parts of arachidonic acid powder, 0-20 parts of fish oil microcapsule powder, 0-10 parts of vitamin compound and 0-20 parts of mineral compound.
3. The total nutrient special medical use formula of claim 2, comprising the following components in parts by mass:
60 parts of maltodextrin, 25 parts of corn syrup, 5 parts of fructo-oligosaccharide, 13 parts of galacto-oligosaccharide, 1 part of inulin, 60 parts of protein compound, 45 parts of vegetable oil microcapsule powder, 5 parts of DHA algae oil powder, 5 parts of arachidonic acid powder, 10 parts of fish oil microcapsule powder, 5 parts of vitamin compound and 10 parts of mineral compound.
4. A total nutrient special medical use formula as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the protein complex comprises the following components in parts by mass:
5-80 parts of whey protein, 5-25 parts of soybean protein isolate, 3-50 parts of casein and 5-15 parts of milk protein isolate.
5. A total nutrient special medical use formula as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the vitamin complex comprises the following components in parts by mass:
5-10 parts of vitamin A, 3-6 parts of vitamin D, 2-5 parts of vitamin E, 4-8 parts of vitamin K, 1 5-10 parts of vitamin B, 2 1-5 parts of vitamin B, 6 3-7 parts of vitamin B, 2-6 parts of nicotinic acid, 3-5 parts of pantothenic acid, 1-4 parts of vitamin B, 2-4 parts of vitamin C, 2-5 parts of folic acid, 1-3 parts of choline, 0.5-2 parts of L-carnitine, 2-4 parts of D-biotin, 3-5 parts of taurine and 0.5-2 parts of potassium iodide.

A total nutrient special medical use formula as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the mineral complex consists of trace minerals and macro minerals in a mass ratio of 0.1 to 0.2:6 to 8; the trace minerals comprise copper sulfate, ferric pyrophosphate, manganese sulfate, sodium selenite and zinc citrate; the macro minerals include calcium hydrogen phosphate, calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, potassium chloride, dipotassium hydrogen phosphate and sodium citrate.

The total nutrient special medical use formula of claim 6, wherein: the mass ratio of the copper sulfate, the ferric pyrophosphate, the manganese sulfate, the sodium selenite and the zinc citrate in the trace mineral is 3-5:3-5:2-4:1-3:1-3; the mass ratio of the calcium hydrophosphate, the calcium carbonate, the magnesium carbonate, the potassium chloride, the dipotassium hydrogen phosphate and the sodium citrate in the macro mineral is 8-12:5-10:4-6:2-4:2-4:1-3.

s1: drying the extract until the water content is lower than 15%; then spraying 8-12% saline and 75% ethanol solution to the surface of the extract at 25-35 ℃, wherein each spraying is performed for 3-5 times when the surface of the extract is wet and the liquid drops do not fall, and the spraying interval time of the saline and the ethanol is 10-20 min;
s2: placing the extract to be extracted after the S1 treatment in a vacuum tank, vacuumizing, controlling the temperature in the tank to be 65-75 ℃, carrying out vacuum treatment for 2-4 hours, taking out, and cooling to room temperature;
s3: mixing the extract to be extracted after the S2 treatment with an ethanol solution with the volume concentration of 85-90% according to the feed liquid ratio of 1:10-20 g/mL, soaking for 2-4 h, and pulping to obtain pulp to be extracted;
s4: ultrasonic extracting the slurry to be extracted at 25-35 deg.c, and filtering to obtain the extractive solution;
s5: concentrating the extractive solution under reduced pressure until no ethanol smell is present, to obtain ethanol extract.
9. A method of preparing a total nutrient special medical use formula as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8 comprising the steps of:
s1: weighing the components according to the mass ratio relation;
s2: mixing the weighed components uniformly to obtain the final product.
10. Use of the total nutrient special medical use formula of any one of claims 1 to 8 in the preparation of a nutritional supplement for children.
