Abstract

本发明公开了一种可降低纸张损耗的切边机,涉及纸张切边机技术领域,针对目前对于绉纹纸一般是在纸机生产成大卷后在复卷机上进行分切包装出售,再按规格在小型的分切机上分切使用,因在多次的重新分切卷盘后,对于绉纹的拉伸会造成原纸的伸缩率降低,造成损耗增大的问题,现提出如下方案,包括:L型底座,所述L型底座上转动设置有第一转轴、第二转轴、第三转轴与第四转轴,所述第一转轴的外侧固定套设有卷纸缸,所述第二转轴的外侧固定套设有蝶形刀辊。本发明结构设计合理,在对绉纹纸的传动输送过程中对绉纹纸进行切边以及分切为数等分,可以降低绉纹纸伸缩的损失及纸张的损耗,方便实用。

一种可降低纸张损耗的切边机
技术领域
本发明涉及纸张切边机技术领域,尤其涉及一种可降低纸张损耗的切边机。
背景技术
纸张切边机是用于对大幅面纸张进行毛切、精切和对边裁切等加工制作的机器。该设备通常包括两部分:横切机组和纵切机组。其中,横切机组主要用来对原纸进行毛切、精切和对边裁切,实现原纸尺寸的统一和整齐;纵切机组则可将横向长卷纸进行数次上下运动,然后按所需纵向长度展开后,在机架上直接进行纵向割裁。绉纹纸是指一种纸面呈现皱纹的加工纸,其要求纸张的柔软度和物理强度及表面强度性能稳定,包装用的绉纹纸坚韧而有弹性,供包装绒线、羊毛制品及工业原料包装袋的封口等。
但是,目前对于绉纹纸一般是在纸机生产成大卷后在复卷机上进行分切包装出售,再按规格在小型的分切机上分切使用,因在多次的重新分切卷盘后,对于绉纹的拉伸会造成原纸的伸缩率降低,造成损耗增大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决目前对于绉纹纸一般是在纸机生产成大卷后在复卷机上进行分切包装出售,再按规格在小型的分切机上分切使用,因在多次的重新分切卷盘后,对于绉纹的拉伸会造成原纸的伸缩率降低,造成损耗增大的缺点,而提出的一种可降低纸张损耗的切边机。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种可降低纸张损耗的切边机,包括:
L型底座,所述L型底座上转动设置有第一转轴、第二转轴、第三转轴与第四转轴,所述第一转轴的外侧固定套设有卷纸缸,所述第二转轴的外侧固定套设有蝶形刀辊,所述第三转轴的外侧固定套设有半圆形圆刀辊,所述第四转轴的外侧固定套设有导辊;
所述L型底座的后侧固定安装有微型同步减速机,所述微型同步减速机的输出轴与所述第三转轴固定连接。
在一个优选的实施方式中,所述第二转轴与所述第三转轴的外侧均固定套设有齿轮,两个所述齿轮相啮合,所述第一转轴与所述第三转轴的外侧均固定套设有第一皮带轮,两个所述第一皮带轮上传动设置有第一皮带,所述第二转轴与所述第四转轴的外侧均固定套设有第二皮带轮,两个所述第二皮带轮上传动设置有第二皮带。
在一个优选的实施方式中,所述导辊为弧形设置。
在一个优选的实施方式中,所述L型底座上固定安装有鼓风机,所述鼓风机上固定安装有安装支架,所述安装支架内螺纹设置有螺栓,所述鼓风机通过所述安装支架与所述螺栓固定安装在所述L型底座上。
在一个优选的实施方式中,所述L型底座的后侧固定安装有安装板,所述微型同步减速机通过螺栓固定安装在所述安装板上。
本发明中,所述的一种可降低纸张损耗的切边机,通过弧形设置的导辊卷纸缸、蝶形刀辊以及半圆形圆刀辊的共同配合,可以方便在对绉纹纸的传动输送过程中对绉纹纸进行切边以及分切为数等分,使其可以省略成卷后进行分切的步骤,并且避免了分切造成绉纹纸损耗过大的问题;
本发明中,所述的一种可降低纸张损耗的切边机,通过微型同步减速机、两个齿轮的啮合传动、两个第一皮带轮与第一皮带的传动连接以及两个第二皮带轮与第二皮带的传动连接的共同配合,可以方便驱动绉纹纸的传动输送以及切边分切;
本发明结构设计合理,在对绉纹纸的传动输送过程中对绉纹纸进行切边以及分切为数等分,可以降低绉纹纸伸缩的损失及纸张的损耗,方便实用。

参照图1-4,本方案提供的一种实施例:一种可降低纸张损耗的切边机,包括:
L型底座1,L型底座1上转动设置有第一转轴2、第二转轴3、第三转轴4与第四转轴5,第一转轴2的外侧固定套设有卷纸缸6,第二转轴3的外侧固定套设有蝶形刀辊7,第三转轴4的外侧固定套设有半圆形圆刀辊8,第四转轴5的外侧固定套设有导辊9;
L型底座1的后侧固定安装有微型同步减速机11,微型同步减速机11的输出轴与第三转轴4固定连接。
参照图4,本实施例中,第二转轴3与第三转轴4的外侧均固定套设有齿轮12,两个齿轮12相啮合,第一转轴2与第三转轴4的外侧均固定套设有第一皮带轮13,两个第一皮带轮13上传动设置有第一皮带14,第二转轴3与第四转轴5的外侧均固定套设有第二皮带轮15,两个第二皮带轮15上传动设置有第二皮带16,可以方便驱动对绉纹纸的输送与切边分切。
参照图1和图2,本实施例中,导辊9为弧形设置,可以方便在传送绉纹纸的过程中对绉纹纸进行拉伸。
参照图2,本实施例中,L型底座1上固定安装有鼓风机10,鼓风机10上固定安装有安装支架,安装支架内螺纹设置有螺栓,鼓风机10通过安装支架与螺栓固定安装在L型底座1上,可以通过鼓风机10对绉纹纸进行吹风干燥,并且方便对鼓风机10的安装固定。
参照图4,本实施例中,L型底座1的后侧固定安装有安装板,微型同步减速机11通过螺栓固定安装在安装板上,可以方便对微型同步减速机11的安装固定
工作原理,首先可以通过将绉纹纸传动设置在卷纸缸6与为弧形设置的导辊9上,并使得绉纹纸位于蝶形刀辊7与半圆形圆刀辊8之间,随后可以驱动微型同步减速机11,即可使其通过两个齿轮12的啮合传动、两个第一皮带轮13与第一皮带14的传动连接以及两个第二皮带轮15与第二皮带16的传动连接,即可使得卷纸缸6、蝶形刀辊7、半圆形圆刀辊8以及弧形设置的导辊9可以同时转动,即可使其对绉纹纸进行传动输送,并且可以在传动输送的过程中通过鼓风机10对绉纹纸进行吹风干燥,另外可以在输送过程中通过半圆形圆刀辊8可以对绉纹纸的边缘进行切边,同时可以通过蝶形刀辊7对绉纹纸进行分切为数等份,从而可以解决目前需要在成卷后进行分切造成绉纹纸损耗过大的问题。

L型底座(1),所述L型底座(1)上转动设置有第一转轴(2)、第二转轴(3)、第三转轴(4)与第四转轴(5),所述第一转轴(2)的外侧固定套设有卷纸缸(6),所述第二转轴(3)的外侧固定套设有蝶形刀辊(7),所述第三转轴(4)的外侧固定套设有半圆形圆刀辊(8),所述第四转轴(5)的外侧固定套设有导辊(9);
所述L型底座(1)的后侧固定安装有微型同步减速机(11),所述微型同步减速机(11)的输出轴与所述第三转轴(4)固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可降低纸张损耗的切边机,其特征在于:所述第二转轴(3)与所述第三转轴(4)的外侧均固定套设有齿轮(12),两个所述齿轮(12)相啮合,所述第一转轴(2)与所述第三转轴(4)的外侧均固定套设有第一皮带轮(13),两个所述第一皮带轮(13)上传动设置有第一皮带(14),所述第二转轴(3)与所述第四转轴(5)的外侧均固定套设有第二皮带轮(15),两个所述第二皮带轮(15)上传动设置有第二皮带(16)。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种可降低纸张损耗的切边机,其特征在于:所述L型底座(1)上固定安装有鼓风机(10),所述鼓风机(10)上固定安装有安装支架,所述安装支架内螺纹设置有螺栓,所述鼓风机(10)通过所述安装支架与所述螺栓固定安装在所述L型底座(1)上。
