技术领域
本发明涉及烟酸生产设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种烟酸合成反应装置。
背景技术
烟酸属于维生素B族,又称尼克酸、维生素B3、抗癞皮病因子,化学名称吡啶-3-甲酸,烟酸外观为白色晶体或白色结晶性粉末,可溶于水,主要存在于动物内脏、肌肉组织,水果、蛋黄中也有微量存在,是人体必需的13种维生素之一。烟酸主要用于饲料添加剂,可提高饲料蛋白的利用率,它还是一种应用广泛的医药中间体,以其为原料,可以合成多种医药,此外,烟酸还在发光材料、染料、电镀行业等领域发挥着不可替代的作用。
最初工业化通过氧化尼古丁合成烟酸,后大多采用喹啉、2-甲基-5-乙基吡啶和3-甲基吡啶等烷基吡啶为原料,经化学或电化学氧化合成烟酸;从合成方法分类,一般分为以硝酸、高锰酸钾等作为氧化剂的试剂氧化法,以氨气和空气作为氧化剂的氨氧化法,空气直接氧化法,电解氧化法,生物转化法和吡啶羟基化法等;从主要原料分类,有尼古丁、6-羟基喹啉、萘、吡啶、3-吡啶甲醛、3-甲基吡啶、2-甲基-5-乙基吡啶,目前应用较广的是3-甲基吡啶路线。
用于生产烟酸的设备就是烟酸生产装置,目前,国内没有较大规模的烟酸生产厂家,现有的生产装置多采用化学法和烟腈水解工艺生产烟酸,生产工艺落后,多个反应装置配合完成烟酸制备,现场排布混乱,占地较多,产品成本较高,合成反应效率低、成品产量低,因此,迫切需要开发一种从初始原料制备到最终烟酸制成集成为一体的烟酸合成反应装置以克服现有技术的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有技术中的问题,提供一种烟酸合成反应装置。
本发明的技术方案是:一种烟酸合成反应装置包括罐体、鼓风机、加热器、浓缩设备、干燥设备和控制组件,鼓风机通过气体进管和罐体的下部连接,加热器设置在气体进管上,且位于罐体和鼓风机之间,气体进管一端伸入罐体内,且上壁均布出气孔,气体进管另一端外接供气管道;
罐体中通过隔板一、隔板二和流化床层从上向下分隔成四个独立的空间,四个空间分别是进气均化空间、流化空间、分离空间和反应空间,气体进管通入进气均化空间,进气均化空间中设置有筛孔板,流化床层位于流化空间底部,流化床层的一侧设置有通向罐体外部的加料管,分离空间中设置有颗粒回收装置,反应空间中设置有搅拌器,搅拌器下端设置有两个搅拌叶组,隔板一的一侧设置有通向罐体外部的排液管,排液管、浓缩设备和干燥设备依次连接,罐体在反应空间外围设置有加热保温层,罐体顶部设置有多个进料口,颗粒回收装置通过颗粒排出管和一个进料口连通;
控制组件包括控制器,控制器与鼓风机、加热器、颗粒回收装置、搅拌器和加热保温层均电连接,控制器用于控制自动完成烟酸的制备过程。
优选的,流化空间中设置有摊铺组件,摊铺组件包括电机、联轴器、连接轴和摊铺板,电机可拆卸倒置在隔板二底侧,连接轴的上端通过联轴器和电机连接,连接轴的下端连接摊铺板,摊铺板位于流化床层上侧,且两者之间有空隙;
将从加料管进入的催化剂均匀的摊铺到流化床层上,保证催化剂与进入的气体充分接触、充分反应,提高合成反应效率。
优选的,搅拌叶组包括安装架、横叶片、两个卡环和多个竖叶片,安装架是竖立的凸台板状结构,横叶片设置在凸台板状结构的内凹处,横叶片上均布有多个透孔,多个竖叶片设置在凸台状结构的外凸处,两个卡环设置在安装架上下两侧,且用于卡装搅拌叶组;
改善原有搅拌叶片的结构,重新设计搅拌叶组,使得搅拌更加充分,水解反应也就更加彻底,提高成品产量。
优选的,卡环是U形结构,U形结构的开口两侧壁上均设置有通孔,卡环卡装在搅拌器的搅拌轴上,且通过定位销穿插过搅拌轴固定;
卡装再通过定位销固定,便于安装易于拆卸。
优选的,罐体内部顶层设置有环绕内壁的冲洗管,冲洗管上设置有多个喷淋头,喷淋头的出水方向朝向罐体内壁,冲洗管在穿出罐体外处设置有电动阀门,电动阀门和控制器电连接;
便于冲洗上层罐体,防止长时间不用罐体内残余反应物的变质,保证每次使用罐体制作出的烟酸的品质。
优选的,气体进管上还设置有气体过滤器,沿气体流动的方向气体过滤器位于鼓风机前端,气体过滤器和控制器电连接;
过滤进入罐体中的气体中的杂质,保证气体的洁净度,同时保证制作出的成品的质量。
优选的,筛孔板呈倒置的盘状结构,筛孔板上密集均布多个筛孔;
均化进入的气体、限制气泡长大、减少气固体返混,还能改变气体固体颗粒在流化床层中的停留时间分布,保证气体和摊铺在流化床层上的催化剂充分接触,反应彻底。
优选的,隔板一倾斜设置,且底端位于排液管处,隔板一的倾角为3°~5°;
保证出料彻底,尽量避免成品烟酸液体残留在罐体中。
本发明采用上述结构,具有以下的优点:
1.将反应过程所涉及的装置集成为一个整体设备,设备排布整齐,占地较小,现场整洁干净,合成反应效率高、成品产量高、质量好,高效便捷完成批量烟酸的制备,经济实用;
2.将罐体分隔成进气均化空间、流化空间、分离空间和反应空间,每个空间各自实现不同的反应过程,一个罐体集成依次完成多个反应,结构简单,布局合理;
3.流化空间中设置有摊铺组件,将催化剂均匀的摊铺到流化床层上,保证催化剂与进入的气体充分接触、充分反应,提高合成反应效率;
4.改善原有搅拌叶片的结构,重新设计搅拌叶组,能从横向、纵向同时搅拌反应液体,使得搅拌更加充分,水解反应更加彻底,提高成品产量。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、技术特征、发明目的与技术效果易于明白了解,下面结合具体图示,进一步阐述本发明。
如图1所示,一种烟酸合成反应装置包括罐体18、鼓风机2、加热器3和控制组件,罐体18顶部安装有多个进料口14,气体进管4一端伸入罐体18下部内,且其上壁均布出气孔,气体进管4另一端外接供气管道,该供气管道中通入的是反应所需气体,在气体进管4另一端上到供气管道之间沿气体流动的方向依次安装了气体过滤器1、鼓风机2和加热器3,加热器3套装在气体进管4外围,加热器3将气体进管4内的氨气和空气的混合气体加热;
罐体18内部顶层安装有环绕内壁的冲洗管13,冲洗管13上安装有多个喷淋头,喷淋头的出水方向朝向罐体18内壁,冲洗管13在穿出罐体18外处设置有电动阀门12,电动阀门12和控制器电连接;
罐体18中通过流化床层5、隔板二19和隔板一9从下向上分隔成四个独立的空间,四个空间分别是进气均化空间、流化空间、分离空间和反应空间;
进气均化空间中安装有筛孔板22,筛孔板22位于气体进管4一端上方,筛孔板22呈倒置的盘状结构,筛孔板22上密集均布多个筛孔,从多个出气孔排出的高温混合气体经过筛孔板22的分割、破碎涌向上方的流化床层5;
流化床层5位于流化空间底部,隔板二19位于流化空间顶部,在罐体18壁上位于流化床层5的一侧安装有通向罐体18外部的加料管20,加料管20外接加料设备(图中未画出),加料管20在添加催化剂时打开,合成反应过程中封闭,流化空间中安装有摊铺组件21,如图4所示,摊铺组件21包括电机201、联轴器202、连接轴203和摊铺板204,电机201拧装在隔板二19底侧,连接轴203的上端通过联轴器202和电机201连接,连接轴203的下端连接摊铺板204,摊铺板204位于流化床层5上侧,且两者之间有空隙;摊铺板204在电机201的带动下转动将从加料管20进入到流化床层5上的催化剂均匀的摊铺到流化床层5上表面;
颗粒回收装置6是旋风分离器,旋风分离器通过支架支撑在分离空间中,旋风分离器的底端开口位于隔板二19处,旋风分离器上侧连接有穿透罐体18的排气管7,排气管7排出分离出的净化气体,颗粒排出管17下端连接在旋风分离器下侧,颗粒排出管17的上端穿过罐体18壁和一个进料口14连通,将分离出的粉尘颗粒输送到罐体18上部的反应空间中;
隔板一9位于反应空间底部,隔板一9的倾角为3°~5°,在罐体18壁上位于隔板一9的一侧安装有通向罐体18外部的排液管8,排液管8上安装有电控阀门,排液管8连接浓缩设备23的入口,浓缩设备23的出口连接干燥设备24的入口,干燥设备24是离心式喷雾干燥器,罐体18在反应空间外围包裹有加热保温层11,加热保温层11是电热丝加热保温套,反应空间中安装有搅拌器15,搅拌器15下端对称安装有两个搅拌叶组10;
如图2和图3所示,搅拌叶组10包括安装架102、横叶片101、一个竖叶片104和两个卡环103,安装架102是竖立的凸台板状结构,横叶片101焊接在凸台板状结构的内凹处,横叶片101上均布有多个透孔,一个竖叶片104焊接在凸台状结构的外凸处,两个卡环103焊接在安装架102上下两侧,且用于卡装搅拌叶组10,卡环103是U形结构,U形结构的开口两侧壁上均加工有通孔,卡环103卡装在搅拌器15的搅拌轴16上,且通过定位销穿插过搅拌轴16固定;
控制组件包括控制器,控制器与鼓风机2、加热器3、旋风分离器、搅拌器15和加热保温层11均电连接,控制器用于控制自动完成烟酸的制备过程;
本发明的工作原理:
流化反应:通过控制器控制开启气体过滤器1、鼓风机2和加热器3,将通入吡啶或3-甲基吡啶气体、含氧气体、氨气和水蒸气通过过滤和加热到400~600℃后沿着气体进管4输送到出气孔排出,高温气体经过筛孔板22的分割、破碎涌向上方的流化床层5;
同时通过控制器控制开启加料设备从加料管20中将烟腈催化剂加入到流化床层5上,高温气体和催化剂气相氧化,生成制备烟酸所需的烟腈物混合气体;
分离反应:通过控制器控制开启旋风分离器,烟腈物混合气体进入旋风分离器中,旋风分离器为现有技术的应用,其工作原理这里不再赘述,通过旋风分离器将气体和烟腈分离开来,气体通过排气管7排出,烟腈通过颗粒排出管17和进料口14进入反应空间中;
水解反应:通过其余的进料口14加入水,生成烟腈水溶液,然后再通过进料口14采用流加的方式加入氰基水解酶,通过控制器控制开启电热丝加热保温套和搅拌器15,温度保持在20~50℃,充分搅拌得到烟酸铵溶液,通过控制器控制开启浓缩设备23和离心式喷雾干燥器,通过控制器控制开启电控阀门,烟酸铵溶液从排液管8进入浓缩设备23中,浓缩后的烟酸铵溶液进入离心式喷雾干燥器得到烟酸产品,浓缩设备23和离心式喷雾干燥器均为现有技术的应用,两者的工作原理这里均不再赘述。

1.一种烟酸合成反应装置,其特征在于:包括罐体(18)、鼓风机(2)、加热器(3)、浓缩设备(23)、干燥设备(24)和控制组件,所述鼓风机(2)通过气体进管(4)和所述罐体(18)的下部连接,所述加热器(3)设置在所述气体进管(4)上,且位于所述罐体(18)和鼓风机(2)之间,所述气体进管(4)一端伸入所述罐体(18)内,且上壁均布出气孔,所述气体进管(4)另一端外接供气管道;
所述罐体(18)中通过流化床层(5)、隔板二(19)和隔板一(9)从下向上分隔成四个独立的空间,四个所述空间分别是进气均化空间、流化空间、分离空间和反应空间,所述气体进管(4)通入所述进气均化空间,所述进气均化空间中设置有筛孔板(22),所述流化床层(5)位于所述流化空间底部,所述流化床层(5)的一侧设置有通向所述罐体(18)外部的加料管(20),所述分离空间中设置有颗粒回收装置(6),所述反应空间中设置有搅拌器(15),所述搅拌器(15)下端设置有两个搅拌叶组(10),所述隔板一(9)的一侧设置有通向所述罐体(18)外部的排液管(8),所述排液管(8)、浓缩设备(23)和干燥设备(24)依次连接,所述罐体(18)在反应空间外围设置有加热保温层(11),所述罐体(18)顶部设置有多个进料口(14),所述颗粒回收装置(6)通过颗粒排出管(17)和一个所述进料口(14)连通;
所述控制组件包括控制器,所述控制器与所述鼓风机(2)、加热器(3)、颗粒回收装置(6)、搅拌器(15)和加热保温层(11)均电连接,所述控制器用于控制自动完成烟酸的制备过程。
2.根据权利要求1所述的烟酸合成反应装置,其特征在于:所述流化空间中设置有摊铺组件(21),所述摊铺组件(21)包括电机(201)、联轴器(202)、连接轴(203)和摊铺板(204),所述电机(201)可拆卸倒置在所述隔板二(19)底侧,所述连接轴(203)的上端通过所述联轴器(202)和所述电机(201)连接,所述连接轴(203)的下端连接摊铺板(204),所述摊铺板(204)位于所述流化床层(5)上侧,且两者之间有空隙。
3.根据权利要求1所述的烟酸合成反应装置,其特征在于:所述搅拌叶组(10)包括安装架(102)、横叶片(101)、两个卡环(103)和多个竖叶片(104),所述安装架(102)是竖立的凸台板状结构,所述横叶片(101)设置在所述凸台板状结构的内凹处,所述横叶片(101)上均布有多个透孔,多个所述竖叶片(104)设置在所述凸台状结构的外凸处,两个所述卡环(103)设置在所述安装架(102)上下两侧,且用于卡装所述搅拌叶组(10)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的烟酸合成反应装置,其特征在于:所述卡环(103)是U形结构,所述U形结构的开口两侧壁上均设置有通孔,所述卡环(103)卡装在所述搅拌器(15)的搅拌轴(16)上,且通过定位销穿插过所述搅拌轴(16)固定。
5.根据权利要求1所述的烟酸合成反应装置,其特征在于:所述罐体(18)内部顶层设置有环绕内壁的冲洗管(13),所述冲洗管(13)上设置有多个喷淋头,所述喷淋头的出水方向朝向所述罐体(18)内壁,所述冲洗管(13)在穿出所述罐体(18)外处设置有电动阀门(12),所述电动阀门(12)和所述控制器电连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的烟酸合成反应装置,其特征在于:所述气体进管(4)上还设置有气体过滤器(1),沿气体流动的方向所述气体过滤器(1)位于所述鼓风机(2)前端,所述气体过滤器(1)和所述控制器电连接。
7.根据权利要求1所述的烟酸合成反应装置,其特征在于:所述筛孔板(22)呈倒置的盘状结构,所述筛孔板(22)上密集均布多个筛孔。
8.根据权利要求1所述的烟酸合成反应装置,其特征在于:所述隔板一(9)倾斜设置,且底端位于所述排液管(8)处,所述隔板一(9)的倾角为3°~5°。
