本发明涉及纺织面料技术领域,具体为一种针织面料的生产工艺。
背景技术
随着科技的进步,社会的发展,我国的纺织行业得到了快速的发展,随之而来的是面料的快速发展,越来越多不同种类的面料应运而生。
针织面料是利用织针将纱线弯曲成圈并相互串套而形成的织物,分经编针织布和纬编针织布,是众多面料中应用较为广泛的一种。针织面料具有质地柔软、吸湿透气、排汗保暖等特性,且具备较大的延伸性和弹性,因此受到广大消费者的欢迎和喜爱。
目前,现有的针织面料,通常是使用织机进行自动织造,形成的织物由于是纱线弯曲成圈并相互串套而形成的,因此间隙较多,不具备较好的防蚊虫叮咬的能力,在将针织面料制成如登山服、军训服等进行穿着时,由于衣服的穿着环境处于野外,蚊虫较多,而衣服本身无法起到较好的防虫叮咬效果,因此穿着舒适性较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在为了解决上述的问题而提供的一种针织面料的生产工艺,具有较好的防虫叮咬效果,穿着舒适性较高。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的,一种针织面料的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)前处理:对成团的纤维依次进行除杂、松解、开松后进行牵伸卷绕成筒;
2)改性:挑选出部分纤维,采用含不同反应性基团的阳离子改性剂对纤维进行化学改性,改性处理完成后得到改性纤维;
3)制纱:将改性纤维和剩余未改性纤维按比例混合均匀,依次通过梳棉、并条、精梳处理,制成改性纱线;
4)漂白:对经过步骤3)制成的改性纱线采用碱和双氧水一浴一步法进行脱胶漂白;
5)织造:将经过步骤4)处理得到的改性纱线置于自动织机内进行针织织造,将织好的布卷绕在卷布轴上,达到一定长度即将卷布轴放下,织成坯布;
6)清洗:将经过步骤5)处理后的坯布置于水洗机内进行清洗,再将清洗后的坯布取出并进行烘干;
7)喷药:配置防蚊虫液,通过喷头将防蚊虫液均匀喷洒在坯布表面,喷完后在阴凉处晾30分钟以上;
8)涂胶:配置树脂胶液,在树脂胶液内添加防虫微胶囊,将树脂胶液均匀涂覆在转移纸表面,再将坯布整平,使得转移纸与坯布表面贴合,然后用压辊碾压坯布,将转移纸上的涂层胶转移至坯布表面,然后送入烘箱内进行烘干;
9)浸轧:将防虫整理剂通过浸轧的方式施加到经过步骤8)处理后的坯布上;
10)定型:将经过步骤9)处理后的坯布置于面料定型机内进行烘干定型,整理平整,制成针织面料;
11)除杂:对经过步骤10)处理后的针织面料进行表面除杂,去除针织面料表面粘附的棉结杂质;
12)收卷:将经过步骤11)处理后的针织面料置于收卷机上进行收卷,待针织面料收卷成筒后缠膜进行包装。
作为本发明的进一步设置,所述防蚊虫液由包括如下重量份数的原料制成:
艾草60-80份;
白芷4-6份;
薄荷1-3份;
藿香1-3份;
丁香1-3份;
石菖蒲0.3-0.6份;
金钱枫0.5-0.8份;
余量为水。
作为本发明的进一步设置,将所述防虫整理剂通过浸轧的方法施加到所述坯布上的具体步骤如下:
1)配比轧液:将防虫整理剂稀释得到轧液,且坯布与稀释后的轧液的浴比为1:9;
2)一浸一轧:将坯布投入并浸置在稀释后的轧液中,并使用工具翻搅使其分散,浸渍3-5小时,进行一浸一轧;
3)二浸二轧:将经过步骤2)处理的坯布浸置在轧液中进行二次浸轧,浸渍3-5小时,再用轧车轧一遍,进行二浸二轧;
4)烘焙处理:将经过步骤3)处理的坯布在180℃的温度下进行烘焙,持续时间为20分钟;
5)清洗处理:将经过步骤4)处理后的坯布置于清洗机内进行清洗,去除表面残留液体。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:

8)涂胶:配置树脂胶液,在树脂胶液内添加防虫微胶囊,将树脂胶液均匀涂覆在转移纸表面,再将坯布整平,使得转移纸与坯布表面贴合,然后用压辊碾压坯布,将转移纸上的涂层胶转移至坯布表面,然后送入烘箱内进行烘干;
9)浸轧:将防虫整理剂通过浸轧的方式施加到经过步骤8)处理后的坯布上;
10)定型:将经过步骤9)处理后的坯布置于面料定型机内进行烘干定型,整理平整,制成针织面料;
11)除杂:对经过步骤10)处理后的针织面料进行表面除杂,去除针织面料表面粘附的棉结杂质;
12)收卷:将经过步骤11)处理后的针织面料置于收卷机上进行收卷,待针织面料收卷成筒后缠膜进行包装;
其中,防蚊虫液由包括如下重量份数的原料制成:
艾草60-80份;
白芷4-6份;
薄荷1-3份;
藿香1-3份;
丁香1-3份;
石菖蒲0.3-0.6份;
金钱枫0.5-0.8份;
余量为水;
其中,将防虫整理剂通过浸轧的方法施加到坯布上的具体步骤如下:
1)配比轧液:将防虫整理剂稀释得到轧液,且坯布与稀释后的轧液的浴比为1:9;
2)一浸一轧:将坯布投入并浸置在稀释后的轧液中,并使用工具翻搅使其分散,浸渍3-5小时,进行一浸一轧;
3)二浸二轧:将经过步骤2)处理的坯布浸置在轧液中进行二次浸轧,浸渍3-5小时,再用轧车轧一遍,进行二浸二轧;
4)烘焙处理:将经过步骤3)处理的坯布在180℃的温度下进行烘焙,持续时间为20分钟;
5)清洗处理:将经过步骤4)处理后的坯布置于清洗机内进行清洗,去除表面残留液体。
本发明采用前处理、改性、制纱、漂白、织造、清洗、喷药、涂胶、浸轧、定型、除杂、收卷的生产工艺流程,流程简单,耗时少,生产效率高,通过喷药的步骤,将防蚊虫液均匀喷洒在坯布表面,则防蚊虫液能够渗入织物结构内部,使得最终制成的针织面料具有极好的防蚊虫效果,则在将针织面料制成衣服并进行穿着时,防蚊虫液散发的味道能够驱散蚊虫,起到较好的防虫叮咬效果,因此穿着舒适性较高,通过涂胶的步骤,能够在坯布表面涂覆一层树脂胶液,则树脂胶液能够对喷洒在坯布上的防蚊虫液进行包覆,减缓防蚊虫液的挥发,实现防蚊虫液的持久驱蚊虫,延长了针织面料的使用寿命,通过浸轧的步骤,能够将防虫整理剂通过浸轧的方式坯布上,从而提升了针织面料的防虫效果,其中,通过改性的步骤,采用含不同反应性基团的阳离子改性剂对纤维进行化学改性,有效减少和消除了纤维上的负电荷效应,从而显著提高了改性纤维的吸附能力,则在通过制纱步骤制成改性纱线,再通过织造步骤制成坯布后,使得坯布具有极好的吸附能力,则在进行喷药操作时,使得坯布能够较好地吸附防蚊虫液,从而延长了针织面料的防蚊虫效果。

Claims (3)
1.一种针织面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
1)前处理:对成团的纤维依次进行除杂、松解、开松后进行牵伸卷绕成筒;
2)改性:挑选出部分纤维,采用含不同反应性基团的阳离子改性剂对纤维进行化学改性,改性处理完成后得到改性纤维;
3)制纱:将改性纤维和剩余未改性纤维按比例混合均匀,依次通过梳棉、并条、精梳处理,制成改性纱线;
4)漂白:对经过步骤3)制成的改性纱线采用碱和双氧水一浴一步法进行脱胶漂白;
5)织造:将经过步骤4)处理得到的改性纱线置于自动织机内进行针织织造,将织好的布卷绕在卷布轴上,达到一定长度即将卷布轴放下,织成坯布;
6)清洗:将经过步骤5)处理后的坯布置于水洗机内进行清洗,再将清洗后的坯布取出并进行烘干;
7)喷药:配置防蚊虫液,通过喷头将防蚊虫液均匀喷洒在坯布表面,喷完后在阴凉处晾30分钟以上;
8)涂胶:配置树脂胶液,在树脂胶液内添加防虫微胶囊,将树脂胶液均匀涂覆在转移纸表面,再将坯布整平,使得转移纸与坯布表面贴合,然后用压辊碾压坯布,将转移纸上的涂层胶转移至坯布表面,然后送入烘箱内进行烘干;
9)浸轧:将防虫整理剂通过浸轧的方式施加到经过步骤8)处理后的坯布上;
10)定型:将经过步骤9)处理后的坯布置于面料定型机内进行烘干定型,整理平整,制成针织面料;
11)除杂:对经过步骤10)处理后的针织面料进行表面除杂,去除针织面料表面粘附的棉结杂质;
12)收卷:将经过步骤11)处理后的针织面料置于收卷机上进行收卷,待针织面料收卷成筒后缠膜进行包装。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种针织面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述防蚊虫液由包括如下重量份数的原料制成:
