为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下的技术方案:
一方面,本发明提出了一种自行车链条润滑油,包括如下组分:棕榈酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵、棕榈蜡、石蜡、防腐剂和纯化水。
进一步优选地,按重量份数计,包括以下组分:6-15份棕榈酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵、8-10份棕榈蜡、12-15份石蜡、0.5-1份防腐剂和65-75份纯化水。

本发明的自行车链条润滑油及制备方法,相对于现有技术具有以下有益效果:
(1)相比现有的润滑油组分,本发明选用了棕榈酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵,比起传统季铵盐无法与阴离子活性剂复配的缺点,棕榈酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵存在酰胺键,具有20个原子的疏水链长度较长,不但能与表面活性剂复配,并且具有较强亲水性,水溶性好;制备后在自行车链条上形成表面膜,因此能有效防油污,不沾灰;
(2)本发明引入了乙内酰脲防腐剂,高温下性质稳定,在水相与油水乳液中也保持抗菌性能,与棕榈酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵的配合性好,继而有效防止自行车链条锈蚀,润滑持续效果久;

实施例1
一种自行车链条润滑油,包括以下组分:6kg棕榈酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵、10kg棕榈蜡、15kg石蜡、0.5kg防腐剂和65kg纯化水,其中防腐剂为乙内酰脲。
其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1,将棕榈酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵、棕榈蜡、石蜡和防腐剂分散混匀,分散压力为55MPa,分散速率为3500r/min,分散时间为1h,于90℃下加热2h,搅拌至完全熔化。
S2,将纯化水加热至95℃,再将步骤S1熔化后的混合物加入,搅拌0.5h,冷却至20℃,即得自行车链条润滑油。
实施例2
一种自行车链条润滑油,包括以下组分:15kg棕榈酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵、8kg棕榈蜡、12kg石蜡、1kg防腐剂和75kg纯化水,其中防腐剂为乙内酰脲。
其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1,将棕榈酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵、棕榈蜡、石蜡和防腐剂分散混匀,分散压力为65MPa,分散速率为4500r/min,分散时间为0.5h,于95℃下加热1h,搅拌至完全熔化。
S2,将纯化水加热至100℃,再将步骤S1熔化后的混合物加入,搅拌1h,冷却至25℃,即得自行车链条润滑油。
实施例3
一种自行车链条润滑油,包括以下组分:10kg棕榈酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵、9kg棕榈蜡、13kg石蜡、0.6kg防腐剂和70kg纯化水,其中防腐剂为1,3-二羟甲基-5,5-二甲基海因。
其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1,将棕榈酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵、棕榈蜡、石蜡和防腐剂分散混匀,分散压力为60MPa,分散速率为4000r/min,分散时间为0.8h,于93℃下加热1.5h,搅拌至完全熔化。
S2,将纯化水加热至98℃,再将步骤S1熔化后的混合物加入,搅拌0.8h,冷却至22℃,即得自行车链条润滑油。
实施例4
一种自行车链条润滑油,包括以下组分:6kg棕榈酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵、8kg棕榈蜡、12kg石蜡、0.6kg防腐剂和65kg纯化水,其中防腐剂为1,3-二羟甲基-5,5-二甲基海因。
其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1,将棕榈酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵、棕榈蜡、石蜡和防腐剂分散混匀,分散压力为65MPa,分散速率为4500r/min,分散时间为0.5h,于95℃下加热1h,搅拌至完全熔化。
S2,将纯化水加热至100℃,再将步骤S1熔化后的混合物加入,搅拌1h,冷却至25℃,即得自行车链条润滑油。
对照例1
一种自行车链条润滑油,与实施例1的区别在于,未加入棕榈酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵。
对照例2
一种自行车链条润滑油,与实施例1的区别在于,未加入乙内酰脲防腐剂。
对照例3
一种自行车链条润滑油,与实施例1的区别在于,包括以下组分:6kg棕榈酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵、10kg棕榈蜡、15kg石蜡、0.05kg防腐剂和65kg纯化水。
对照例4
一种自行车链条润滑油,与实施例1的区别在于,步骤S1分散压力为70MPa。
对照例5
一种自行车链条润滑油,与实施例1的区别在于,步骤S1分散速率为2500r/min。
将各实施例制备得到的润滑油进行性能测试,所得数据如表1,表2所示。

比较实施例1和对照例1,说明本申请选用棕榈酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵,能有效降低粘度,保持润滑效果,同时高温结焦状况明显改善,有利于自行车链条保养;
比较实施例1和对照例2,说明本申请选用乙内酰脲防腐剂,不但能抑制菌体繁殖,使润滑油的润滑持续效果更久,还能与棕榈酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵复配,改善润滑油粘度;
比较实施例1和对照例3,在乙内酰脲防腐剂添加量不足的情况下,可见抑制菌体繁殖效果不佳,复配效果欠佳,进而影响润滑油的使用性能。
比较实施例1和对照例4、5,说明采用本申请分散条件对步骤S1中的混合物分散效果更好,进而减少沉积物形成,有效延长润滑持续效果。

Claims (5)
1.一种自行车链条润滑油及制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下组分:棕榈酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵、棕榈蜡、石蜡、防腐剂和纯化水,所述防腐剂为乙内酰脲或1,3-二羟甲基-5,5-二甲基海因,
按重量份数计,包括如下组分:6-15份棕榈酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵、8-10份棕榈蜡、12-15份石蜡、0.5-1份防腐剂和65-75份纯化水;
所述自行车链条润滑油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1,将棕榈酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵、棕榈蜡、石蜡和防腐剂分散混匀,加热搅拌至完全熔化;
S2,将纯化水加热至沸腾,再将步骤S1熔化后的混合物加入,搅拌,冷却,即得自行车链条润滑油;
所述步骤S1具体包括以下步骤:
S1,将棕榈酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵、棕榈蜡、石蜡和防腐剂分散混匀,于90-95℃下加热1-2h,搅拌至完全熔化;
所述步骤S2具体包括以下步骤:
S2,将纯化水加热至95-100℃,再将步骤S1熔化后的混合物加入,搅拌0.5-1h,冷却至20-25℃,即得自行车链条润滑油。
2.如权利要求1所述的自行车链条润滑油及制备方法,其特征在于,所述自行车链条润滑油,按重量份数计,包括以下组分:6份棕榈酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵、10份棕榈蜡、15份石蜡、0.5份防腐剂和65份纯化水。
3.如权利要求1所述的自行车链条润滑油及制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S1中的分散压力为55-65MPa。
4.如权利要求3所述的自行车链条润滑油及制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S1中的分散压力为60MPa。
5.如权利要求1所述的自行车链条润滑油及制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S1中的分散速率为3500-4500r/min,分散时间为0.5-1h。
